This is Deliverance Ministry.FM Videocast number 23.
Welcome
once again to another episode of Deliverance Ministry.FM where we give you proven insights
about the demonic realm and deliverance ministry so you can wage spiritual warfare more effectively.
My name is Dr Don Ibbitson and I'm here with my colleague and cohost Dr Phyllis Tarbox.
Welcome.
Phyllis.
Today we're going to talk about the spiritual atmosphere where you work.
How's the spiritual atmosphere at Above and Beyond?
I'm binding up the spirits, Just kidding.
Just kidding.
But that's what we're going to talk about.
We work here.
This is our counseling center, a ministry center, but, um, we recognize that everybody
pretty much in the world, it was out in the business world, the work world.
They leave their home and they go to work.
And so we're going to talk today about how you can, um, wage, uh, or change the spiritual
atmosphere where you work and what and what that means and how to do that.
Now, before we get into that, into the topic, I want to encourage you to stay tuned to the
very end where we're going to.
I'm going to talk to you about how to receive a free copy of our deliverance ministry, plain
and simple manual.
It gives our an overview, our five-step deliverance ministry process, tell you how you can do
that and also tell you about our resource library and new or I'm offering a free offering
that we have on the academy website.
All right.
People go to work every day.
We go and we leave our homes.
We go into work environments and it's the thing we hear many times people have very
stressful work environments, know they fell asleep and they leave a happy home.
Hopefully a happy home or sometimes it's a stressful home, but they go to a different
environment and you're dealing with people.
I'm dealing with all sorts of things.
You got your own job to do, but the reality is Paul tells us in Ephesians that a lot of
the struggles that we have with people in general says in Ephesians 6:12.
It's not against it.
It's no, it's not, it's, it's against the powers, the powers, principalities, and spiritual
forces of evil in the heavenly realms, but also in this dark world and the world gives
us some, um, fleshly tools on how to deal with conflict or things in the workplace and
we'll touch on those.
But I think, you know, coming as we're coming at this, as we are from a spiritual and deliverance
ministry and, and, uh, I guess a spiritual warfare perspective, it's important to consider
the perspective that we should be carrying into this and do our work environment, right?
Phyllis, to the people you need to really be able to discern spirits that are operating
in the coworkers that you're working with and, and take authority over our bind up those
spirits so that they're not provoking or eating your lunch.
You know, you don't want to assign it to the person because then you know, if, you know,
I think that's one of the big things that worked on.
You know, there's a lot of judgment that goes on where you, where you're not walking in
it spiritually and you're judging the people that you're working with.
And that's when you're going to get judged.
So yeah,
and that's it.
And that's obviously what we want to come from our standpoint of what are some healthy
things we can do in the spirit realm, because if we, if we accept and believe that scripture
would, that we are, that our struggle is not against flesh and blood know our perspective
should be that we are spirit beings, right?
Right.
You have a soul in a body and our spirit and our soul, we are going to live forever in
this earth is not our home.
So part of it is perspective is having that because the world answers, we'll have you
look at everything through fleshly in the worldly perspective and there's all sorts
of seminars and people have out there on how to do things and how to change people.
How to get your will done and your way.
Don and you know, all these things in the.
And there's, you know, obviously some of it's, you know, it's truth.
Anything, all truth is God's truth.
And there's some things that are helpful in the natural.
Sure.
We've been through those different kinds of training courses, but I think, you know, many
times people react badly to a lot of things that they see happening at work and they're
get caught up in whether it's the office politics or somebody coming against them in the lunch
room.
Why aren't exactly.
And you know, and, and you know, people focus on because it is such a big part of her live
environment and quite obviously that's wrong.
People were the provision comes from.
So having that, um, in a lot of times the focus and the unrenewed mind is going to be
on payback.
Revenge.
Yup.
Even if it's through sarcasm and things like that, that slip out as you walk by some of
those people in a comical way.
That was one way I remembered back at Corporate America back in the day.
It was, you would never confront and speak directly to them what you thought, but as
you drop walked by, you would drop it in a sarcastic little ditty and you know, get your
point across in that regard, which is very unhealthy.
Well, exactly.
And if it goes badly, especially get you fired, right?
There's all sorts of repercussions in terms of trying to get payback, revenge on people
are harmony.
And you met and you talked and talked about gossip, right?
That seems like many people.
That's the go to method.
If you're just living in the fletch's I mean may be able to do anything, but you'll talk
to somebody, talk to somebody in gossip about the situation.
The joke was always at the water cooler, but I don't remember a lot of gossip going on
and watercolors.
But you'd always see it like in offices or cubicles or you know, the lunch room was always
the infamous place where there was always gossip going on about this or that or the
authorities or what they were going to do now.
And I, I worked corporate for 28 years, so I have vivid memories of all of that going
on when we worked at it.
And did that gossip thing really just stirred things up because you're actually, when you,
during that, you're partnering with the demonic kingdom by speaking about others badly and
you're, you're, you know, you're, you're glorifying the demons that are operating in that guys.
And then you're getting drug into it because you're gossiping, you know, gossip is actually
called in in the, in the Hebraic, it's called the [inaudible].
It's called [inaudible], which is the evil tongue.
And that means, you know, as soon as you release that word out of your mouth and it will actually
curse the very first thing that it touches.
And of course what it touches first is your lips.
So that speaks to that judgment of as you judge, you will be judged.
So Gossiping, bad
death talks about in proverbs [inaudible].
It is a spiritual force.
And I think, you know, W, we are blessed when we dropped out at the outset, but he went
above and beyond and some people are, have the good fortune, if you'd like to be in there
won't be a Christian environment.
I mean, this is a Christian office that we're in, but most people, you go into an environment
if you're a believer, but they're not, you know, you can be in a big corporation of fortune
500 and maybe a good moral company.
I had the fortunate in doing that for many years.
I worked in a good moral, big fortune 50 company, but it wasn't a Christian environment and
you know, so you have people there with all their, with all their issues and so that's
the thing that we want to try to give some insight on is if you're going in there as
a believer of Christ in you and you would recognize and all the power and the authority
that you have, you don't have to be at the whim of what happens in the natural.
I mean, I can't control anything.
I'm just.
No, I don't have to manage.
Present it.
You can and we're going to share some very practical things.
You can do some stories and, and we've seen fruit from this.
We're just going to share a few things even.
But you.
We've talked to many people over the years who have taken ahold of embrace the power
and the authority that they haven't believers to effect change literally the atmosphere,
the spiritual atmosphere in their workplace.
And so that's what we're going to talk about today.
And, and you know, it, it's know we don't need another podcast where we just did about
proper boundaries that we need to have boundaries in the natural and that was something that
you implement in the natural, in your life, your boundaries at home, boundaries with your
spouse, children, but proper boundaries at work too.
So you're not, you know, yes, you may have a boss, you may have coworkers, but it doesn't
mean you're just there to be taken advantage of any proper boundaries.
And that's more of a counseling issue for sure.
So that that's important.
And um, you know, and even the second in the for error in the, you'll hear the term, we'll
talk about the golden rule, right?
In order others, as you would have them do onto you the, the, the, I guess you'd call
it a joke, it's kind of been transformed by something called the Golden, the other golden
version.
The golden rule is one that has the gold, makes the rules.
So, um, but, but, so that's a know that's a thing that people can embrace even as little
children do unto others as you would have them to do don.
So those are, those are kind of fleshly things, fleshly their secular things we do in the
natural world.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So we don't want to pay back.
We don't want to gossip and we don't want to be all worried and anxious either or you
know, that's a common reaction I think that was know that was me.
You know, I would wake up in the morning and the first thing I would hear in my mind was,
oh, you missed this deadline, you didn't do this.
She didn't do that.
I'd go to work all filled with anxiety and worry.
And by the time I got there, those spirits that were demanding and they already had read
my lunch, they knew I was afraid and so they came right at me.
And I think you know, that's, that's where you'll begin to connect with the op opposite
opposing spirits.
Like if you have a, if you're cowering in your corner and you're fearful and you're
afraid, then those spirits of control that are operating in your work partners, they're
going to come over and eat your lunch.
I know I worked in sales, but I had 33 sales reps that were, you know, I would say type
a personality.
So when I would go in there in a, in a cowering kind of a fashion boy, I tell you what, I'd
get my lunch eaten all day long by that, you know, I would hide.
Some of them would come track you down.
They dragged me out of the lunchroom.
I mean, it was just, it was just the agenda that the enemy had planned for me to enforce
that spirit of fear until I recognize,
well, we've talked about another podcast where Pete, we're spirits in a person can see spirits,
and so if I ever, if you're listening to this and you're in an environment and you're being
abused, honoree, you know, it could be, you've got a rejection and maybe you've got fear
that in your life and would you highlight those is the spirits and other people can
see that and apart from whatever happens in the natural, there'll be drawn to you and
you want that person.
If that's you, you will end up feeling rejected and you and that fear in you will get fat.
And so, you know, we've talked about it and we're not really going to spend any time on
in here, but we've talked about certainly another, a lot of our podcasts in the series
we've done about deliverance ministry.
If you got spirits and strongholds of fear or worry or anxiety or rejection, man, get
those out.
It delivered for most things, right?
And then, but then, OK, I can be delivered to free from this things, but then when I
got to go back, you know, I mean this work environment and anytime we, you know, got
God wants you, he's got you, he's got you there as a light spirit of God in you and
you will, you will partner with you.
He will bring people to you to help minister to.
But, but in the natural you say, OK, how am I?
Or this group is terrible here.
We got people here, go over here and he's got a drink.
You know, he cusses like a drunken sailor and Mary's Gospel all the time.
And you know, you walk in there and then naturally say, Oh man, this place is a place, a mess.
I tell
you what, I was the ringleader back in the day.
I hate to say that, but my old man was the ringleader of a lot of different stuff.
You know, I was working it and, and you know, in the Lord changed me.
Literally.
It was one of those one day, one way in, one day, the next.
I mean, I woke up and he had gotten his hands on me and everything was changed and I remember
talking to some of my Christian friends at work saying I feel like an alien in an atmosphere
that I've been very familiar with for a long time and I don't really know how to handle
this.
But as I began to shift and to move out of that, you know, the people that I worked with
were very upset because they just really know how to relate to me in that regard.
But God had his hands on me and you know, my prayer back then was my cowering prayer
was, Lord, just get rid of all of them so that I can be at peace.
And I think a lot of people, like, they'll say that I don't want to leave my job.
Just get rid of all the other people.
Or some people will say, I can't handle it at this job.
Just get me out of here.
Well that was Kinda like my prayer, but I liked my job.
So I just said, Lord, you know, you get rid of all the people that don't really understand
and you know, his answer to that was, no, this is character building time for you.
It's time for you to rise up and take back the ground that the enemy has stolen.
And so I had four years of that just, um, being mocked for bringing my Bible and to
work and reading it at my desk and, and just standing up in the face of adversity, keeping
my mouth shut and starting to shed light for the Lord in a very dark environment.
And you know what, boy, by the end of those four years, I was the person that they would
come and ask questions of.
I mean, it was, it was really was really an unusual for years.
And when I got nice and cozy and I snuggled back in and said, I really love my job and
I love that everybody loves me here.
You know?
Because that was one of the big things.
I just wanted to be loved all the time.
And when I was, I got promoted in my job ended and God moved me on to something else.
You can bloom wherever you're planted, as long as you do it with the Lord.
You've had that transition in the job.
I had something very similar.
I was in the corporate world for a long time to come to Christ in.
You start to see things differently, you know, judging people.
And I felt like a fish out of water, a fish out of water.
And it's just like, what do I do here?
Sometimes I want to go into ministry or a ministry, but people, not everybody's called
a pastor, evangelist or worship the Lord wants you to remember when that first word ministry
came up, when my friends were like, when we all woke up back then they're going to have
big ministries.
And I remember thinking the Word Ministry makes me nauseous.
I love being here in corporate America.
So it's kind of funny, you know, a lot of people think that they have to go into ministry
in order to.
And, and for me, I was like, Nope, I'm happy here.
I can minister right here, right where I'm planted, and it was just the opposite.
He pulled me out because there's still times, you know, I've got to say when people come
in and they talk about the work environments and they work with 300 people and I kinda
liked that, but God had other plans and so he'll move you.
Sometimes you're, you know, there's lots of mountains of ministry.
It's not just, it's just not ministry, ministry, minutes, corporate ministry, a ministry and
the arts and entertainment.
You know, we talking about lance while now, seven mountains.
There's ministry everywhere.
No, exactly.
And I think that's the thing is if you're listening to this and you were, um, in a,
in a work environment of some kind, maybe you're in an office environment and industrial
factory environment and it wherever you are, you know God's got you there.
You're your carrier, you're infected with the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit in you.
And the key is don't ever ministry.
You're doing, whether it's evangelizing or discipling people, wherever you've got you
doing are you.
God will bring people to you sometimes just for prayer like you, you were the girl that's
and that's how it's supposed to be and I don't have that.
I have that happen to, you know, were any times where people would just come to you
and they know they have a need and they would just, they would, they would, they would come
to you, but let's look at another dynamic of it where you're in an office environment
and you go there everyday and you see the darkness.
It's there and you see people.
I'm just, and you can discern, you know, people are beautiful, but people can be full of spirits,
spirits, maybe their spirits of control or anger or, or sarcasm or control or you know,
whatever.
Whatever spirits or their vanity.
You are working in people and you say, well, what do I do here?
I don't want those, you know, it devils and him to be tormented me all the time.
What can we do?
And so we're now talking about some spiritual weapons that we can do in, or if you like
her or embrace and take hold of an employee, but do to change your atmosphere at work in.
And I think it starts with really, do you believe in recognizing are willing to embrace
the authority and power that you as a believer have in your workplace with the spirit of
God in you
fundamental.
You've gotta believe you've gotta believe it.
And again, you know you mentioned Ephesians six, 12 before that you aren't, you're walking
with people in the flesh and blood.
And so you know, you want to have that.
You always want to disconnect the spirits from the people.
And one of the things I always say is I wanted to slug that demon's head, but my coworkers
face kept getting in the way, right?
So that gives you that picture of separating the flesh in the blood.
So you want to be able to do that and then take authority over it.
So one of the things that you can do certainly is recognized who you are in Jesus Christ
and that you know all power and principality has been put underneath your feet and you
can take authority over these things.
So the very first thing you want to do is begin to pray.
Pray over your environment.
And one of the key scriptures I think that is very powerful, and I wish I knew this back
then, but I know it now, is to pray.
Isaiah 30 to 18 before you get into your actual workplace.
And that scripture says that the righteous dwell in a peaceful habitation, in a quiet
and secure resting place.
So as you declare that I declare Isaiah 30 to 18 over my work environment because it
is written that the righteous dwell in a peaceful habitation.
And Lord I thank you that you send and surround my work environment at.
You may even yell out the address that you're dealing with and have those angels on assignment
so that, that I am like basically under the shadow of your wings.
I am the apple of your eye and I am hitting from the enemy's torment because I am dwelling
in a place of peace, rest and security, and that angelic hosts shelby on assignment.
I asked for you to send them and have them be on assignment around me at work to establish
that pace of place a piece in your environment.
When you do that, you pray scripture and you ask the Lord to dispatch the angels to go
ahead of you.
You will find that that place is a place of peace.
Now I do that every day while I tried to do that everyday on my way here.
I do it over my home most every day.
And you know the spiritual atmosphere that has shifted once you release God's words and
asked to be aligned with the heavenly host is powerful.
You know, you touched on something.
You're.
You're doing those prayers and releasing those over your workplace even before you come in.
And another element is kind of related to that.
I believe in, and we've talked about this and other podcasts and certainly on our website
about praying in anointing your workplace area and I'm looking at your work in a company
and it could be under any kind of leadership, but you have a.
You go into the door with some measure of power and authority over there, so if you
have an office space, there are a cubicle space are so anointed with oil.
There's anointing prayers that we have on our website and other places as well.
You can just pray the blood of Jesus already.
You may not.
You may not have power and authority over that whole building and it's not yours and
I get that, but I believe you do have a measure of power and authority where you work.
Now we're going to talk about how to employ it, but I just want to encourage that from
that.
Spirits can be around places.
You know, deliverance is the driving out of demons in and you can't deliver.
Your coworkers have spirits.
Let's be honest, you can't do that.
They have a free will.
We don't encourage people trying to pray deliverance or doing drive by delivered [inaudible] are
walking by and touching somebody's shoulder.
I want him to pray for me.
Pray for you and Mary and what you're praying trying to do.
Deliverance is not effective, not something you want to do.
I want to share that message.
I don't want to stir that mess up, but you can pray over your your area and you have
authority.
You have authority, so that's part of it, but the other part of it, and I think this
is the really key part of it, is that we need to, that we have the authority that distracted
Broderick Matthew Sixteen, 19 were weekend and that's the binding and leucine scripture
Jesus says to says, I give you authority to bind that which been bound in heaven and you
can loose that which has been loosed dependent.
So we have, and here's how you apply that.
You have the authority to bind up demonic spirits in people and you can do that on the
way to work.
You can do that in the morning.
Where are you saying you can do it up by not right by my personal life, but like Mary spirited
weren't I buying up that spirit of gossip and that's part of sarcasm and Mary are buying
up that spirit of profanity, that spirit of anger and mark and then you can lose the Holy
Spirit upon me buying the demons and you do it out loud.
You don't do it to their face or do it at home and and, and it works.
And we've got some, you know, we've gotten a lot.
We've heard a lot of testimonies from people.
We want to share some of those with you now or people who've actually done that in their
work environments and seen fruit.
I had one girl that had said that to me that she had spirits.
She knew she was dealing with spirits of fear and anxiety and she had gotten deliverance
from them.
But then this girl came to work in her office atmosphere and she was loaded with fear and
loaded with anxiety and she could feel it because this girl had high sensitivity.
She, you know, those spirits and they were beginning to harass her because they were
familiar to her past and they begin to harass her so much.
She began to think that she was walking again under a spirit of fear.
And once I explained to her that they were familiar, they knew who she was.
They could harass, you know, if they were in her environment, but that she needed to,
you know, rebuke them, you know, just, you know, buying them up from being active, take
authority over them and not come into agreement with that sort of thing.
And then she began to recognize that they started to leave her alone, but she had to
make that discernment because lots of you been working with, oh, it's like a, it's like
a melting pot in the office when you have always to work with 300 people.
So you had no idea what was walking around in that office with you all day long.
And so absolutely, I'm taking authority over your environment and covering yourself with
the blood of Jesus.
And when you bind those things in other people, you would like to bind them on your way in,
like really close to the time you walk in because you know the spirits are only going
to stay bound for a certain length of time.
Somebody's gonna come along and feed them and they're going to pop right back up again.
But you bind them, you bind them with the blood of Jesus loose what you want on them.
And, and know that you may have to do that again during the day at some point.
But, um, that will certainly make things better as you go.
Exactly.
And it's, I think the key thing that cristae just to emphasize that you're doing this on
your own and you don't go up to them and say, oh, by the way, I want you to know I'm binding
up the DNA.
I mean, seriously, we have to say that.
But then, you know, sometimes people were getting in somebody's face and start binding
word.
Well, it doesn't really just antagonizes.
So this is something you're doing on your own.
Declaring, doing those decorations out loud.
It May.
It's helpful because you're doing them out loud and you loosen the Holy Spirit and then,
uh, and then you just go in and you will see the atmosphere change.
I mean, we've heard a memorable story that I heard from a lady.
She actually didn't learn this from us.
She was doing it before she got here.
She was a school teacher and she understood the power of binding when Lucy and she had
a class, I believe they were third graders and you know, these are you talking about
a business environment.
That was her business environment and these little third graders, they come from all sorts
of backgrounds, all sorts of homes.
And She understood she had the dissertation even before she came to our center, that the
spirits and she knew the work and these little kids.
And so once she started doing on our way into work was starting to bind up the demon spirits
in these kids, loose the Holy Spirit upon when she do them by name.
You know, spirits have names.
So there's some value in specificity in a bind up the spirit of depression in Joe.
And I bind it, that spirit of sarcasm and in Pete, you know, loosed the Holy Spirit.
She says when she did that, she just noticed when she walked in, it's like the atmosphere,
there was a preparation that was done and she kind of carpet bomb the place, you know,
and, and notice the change in the atmosphere.
And of course she went in there, she was prayed up.
She, you know, we can one thing to pray, but we need to be like Jesus to the people.
We just can't do these binding ellucian person walk in and be a jerk or so, you know, you
need to walk in and, and, and have the, you know, let them, you know, the goodness of
Christ.
Sure.
Fourth and our actions.
But she said, I noticed it and some days he'd get distracted, wouldn't do the binding and
losing and she would see the difference.
And you know, what you said is important because people ask, well how long this binding last?
How long does you know?
How long does it last until that person comes back.
Yeah, that's the answer.
I think that's the answer we give.
It's just, and that's why it needs to be a repetitive thing like how you know, how long
it could last minutes, hours, days, weeks.
It just, you just never know, but on a work thing, we work on a daily basis and driving
in in the work and the Holy Spirit upon them.
And then the other thing I would encourage you to do, and this is part of the Luke six,
27 and 28, if you've got somebody at work who's harassing you would mean to you rather
than doing these fleshly negative things, gossiping and plotting revenge and talking
about him, man, do that.
Do the thing Jesus said in Luke six, 27, 28, he said, but I tell you who.
Hear me, love your enemies.
Do good to those who hate you.
Bless those who curse you.
Pray for those who mistreat you.
So if you've got somebody at work who's who's mistreating you and talking about doing bad
things, you had give, you know, you have some wisdom about what you want to do in the natural
you need.
They need to be reported or do something in the natural.
That's fine, you do as the Lord leads there, but also as the word of blossom, and that's
not something we want to do.
Usually are freshman mind is geared towards paybacks, paybacks are bused them down or
breaking down.
Lord, all they see that scripture, Jesus said, bless him.
Pray for those what the demons are doing in these people's lives that we work with, but
that's the reality of the person that we're working with.
But when you begin to speak those things out of your mouth, you're really glorifying
the demonic activity at work in them.
So you're kind of partnering with the devils to keep it perpetuated.
So intercourse.
That's the place where you judge you get judged.
So as Don said, you know, when you, when you pray that, that luke scripture, bless those
have hurt me and pray for those who curse me or whatever, um, you're actually asking
the Lord to give you his perspective of them.
And when you get his perspective of them, you're going to see how they were created
to be not really what's going on in their life right now.
And that will help dispel that reality that you're working with because we know that's
who you're working with, but that's not who god created them.
Lessee perspective.
When it comes back to that scripture we talked about in Ephesians six, 12, what perspective
do you have if we're going to have God's perspective?
It's like it's not them.
It's the spirits in the beautiful because we're created in the image of God.
It says in Genesis, but beautiful people can have spirits in them.
And so who knows?
If you have trouble having compassion, just think while that person at work who's doing
these things, what happened in their life?
You know, what?
Open doors of big guy had, you know, maybe maybe they have or abused.
Maybe they had these things done to them.
Maybe they were mistreated, OK?
It's just like whatever.
There's some sort of reasonable spirits are at work in their life.
See, God's eyes have compassion.
You have to be wise.
I mean, you know, being naturally, protect yourself, having proper boundaries, you know,
doesn't mean walking in forgiveness doesn't mean being a doormat.
You need wisdom there, but man, just pray for them and buying up the spirits and see
what that does and you can literally, you can change the atmosphere in the office.
We've heard it over and over and over again and people's lives, but it takes a conscious
effort.
You need to step back and see it from that spiritual perspective.
If you just continue to see it through earthly eyes, um, then, uh, then, then it's going
to be, it's going to be harder and harder to do.
I have a story I can share on that too before we go.
I know that we were talking about workplaces, but I do remember that I had an instance where
I had gotten into a conversation with my boss and he was being very loud and yelling at
me and I politely said, I don't have to listen to this because I'm thinking this is the way
I've been trained here.
You know, if one of our, one of our clients would do that, we were told, you know, politely
dismiss yourself and hang up.
But I did it with my boss and I knew that was not a very good move and I had the whole
weekend to think about them as what they call a career decision.
That was a career decision.
And so I had the whole weekend to think about it and I was a little convicted that I hung
up.
But I knew that I didn't have to listen to that kind of yelling and harassment, but it
wasn't going to go well for me on Monday.
So I started to pray.
I started to bind up the spirits that we're operating in him.
I started to lose angels on assignment to come in before me in the workplace.
And I really, really humbled myself and I asked the Lord, just show me who he was, who
he was, you know, and what the Lord showed me was, this is a man who has two small children,
he's got a wife.
He's the only one that's working and he's blaming you for the situation in Florida at
the time I did insurance and you know, you don't have any control over it, but this is
a man who's probably going to lose his job if he can't produce the and you know, he's
pointing at you.
So he's threatened and he's in survival mode for his family.
Look at him in that regard.
So when I came back in on Monday, I was humbled because I knew he was in his heart.
I knew that he was just trying to protect his family, was very frustrated and when I
walked into his office and of course I had dispatched angels to go with me.
When I walked into his office in a position of humility, he had tears in his eyes when
he looked at me and the first words out of his mouth were, boy, you must've had angels
stationed all around the state of Florida this weekend.
And I just did there perplexed because it was such a confirmation of some of the spiritual
warfare I was doing back there.
And I knew God was trying to show me that we do have spiritual authority, so I got to
hear it.
And I said, what do you mean?
He said, I spent the whole weekend trying to get you fired.
I've called every single one of the sales reps that work in the state of Florida and
Georgia to trying to get you fired.
And you know what?
Not one of them a drop dime on you.
And I'm humbled because you're very loved and you're doing a very good job.
And I was wrong to yell at you on Friday.
And I just, the only thing I could muster out of my mouth is, you're forgiven, you're
forgiven.
And I walked out of there going, wow, god is powerful to talk about a turnaround.
But that is the power of prayer.
Awesome.
That's a step back.
You saw it from a spiritual standpoint.
Smoking's saw what God was doing there.
And praise God, that worked out well for you.
So,
um, so can you take away, you know that you are in the environment that you are in to
shed the light of God.
This is your season.
And if that's where you're stationed, that's where you need to sign.
So employ your TAC.
You're the spiritual tactics is spiritual guidelines that we've given you today, binding
and losing, taking authority over your atmosphere.
You know you can chain, you cannot change a person's well, but you can change the spiritual
atmosphere that you dwell in.
Yeah, I think that's good.
And that's, that is the bottom line.
You have a measure of power and authority when you go in, you have the Holy Spirit in
you.
And so seeing it from a spiritual perspective, I'm binding up the spirits in the order, in
and over the officer, Lucy in the Holy Spirit.
Anointing your workplace area, praying for those people in the office, um, that have
hurt you and wounded you.
And of course, asking for wisdom for decisions that you need to make those will, those will
all help you.
I think I am confident.
Now.
We're confident.
