Welcome to the Grumo Podcast A weekly concoction of irreverence, humor,

and science designed to nourish your mind and brighten your day.

My Name is Miguel Hernandez and in today's episode I'll talk about the perils of today's

instant satisfaction economy.. are you ready? let's do it!

For the last couple weeks I've been working on building a new learning platform.

The goal is to optimize learning. To help people learn faster.

I know, we have our work cut out for us.

When it comes to learning, there is plenty of room for optimization.

Online learning is a multi-billion dollar industry and thousands of companies are innovating

in this space.

Recently, Elon Musk announced yet another company, Neuralink, which aims to make implants

for the human brain that can wirelessly interface with a computer.

So what's the end goal? how fast can we learn? Can Matrix-like learning become a reality?

What happens when we can learn anything instantaneously?

You could learn 100 languages in a few seconds.

You could learn everything covered in a 4 year law degree in two minutes.

You could become a master chess player, nuclear physicist, rocket scientist and brain surgeon

in less time that it takes to brush your teeth.

Technology is not only helping us to learn faster, it's helping us obtain anything we

want faster; information (Google), entertainment (YouTube, Netflix), food (Instacart), car

rides (Uber), porn (YouPorn), products (Amazon).

We are creating an instant satisfaction economy.

But satisfaction doesn't equal fulfillment.

We run the risk to end up in a world where we get everything we want at the expense of

what we really need.

Not everything needs to be optimized. Not everything needs to happen faster and with

less effort.

By reducing the gap between A: where we are, and B: where we want to be, we are killing

the magic.

For the sake of the destination we are killing the journey.

We humans are still running on a 1 million year old operating system. A system designed

to value and enjoy more the things for which we had to work harder, for which the journey

was long, treacherous and adventurous.

In short. No pain. No gain.

We need to be careful and build technology to enhance the journey, not destroy it.

We need to learn to integrate technology in our lives so it doesn't replace the things

from which derive true lasting fulfillment.

And as someone that is now on the technology creation side, I feel this responsibility.

Maybe the ultimate goal shouldn't be to help people learn faster but to help people enjoy

more the journey of learning, even it takes longer to get to the destination.

I'm working on it.

Before I go I'd like to share two book recommendations that recount the amazing life journeys by

two remarkable humans: "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman" by Nobel Prize winning physicist

Richard P. Feynman and "The Art Of Learning" by chess prodigy and Taiji Quan world champion,

Joshn Waitzkin.

I listened to both books using the Audible app and loved it. I've had an audible account

for years but never got into it because the experience varies a lot depending on whether

you like who reads the book. Ideally you have the original author reading but that only

works if she or he has a nice voice and is engaging. On those two books one is read by

a professional voice over actor and the other by Joshn Waitzkin himself. I listened to both

books at 2 times the speed and very soon got used the experience. If you haven't tried

to listen to books before I highly recommend it. There is nothing like getting smarter

while walking, exercising or in my case washing the dishes!

"USA TODAY" REPORTING HE WAS DEPORTED TO MEXICO A COUPLE

MONTHS AGO. THE PAPER SAYS HE WAS GRANTED

DEPORTATION PROTECTION TWICE UNDER DOCA.

BUT THEY SAY ON THE NIGHT OF FEBRUARY 17th, HE DIDN'T SHOW

I.D. OR PROOF OF HIS STATUS WHEN HE WAS APPROACHED BY A BORDER

PROTECTION OFFICER. HE LEFT HIS WALLET IN A FRIEND'S

CAR AND TOLD HE COULDN'T GO BACK AND GET THE DOCUMENTS HE NEEDED.

THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY TOLD "USA TODAY" THEY

COULDN'T CONFIRM. ALAN, WHERE IS MONTEZ NOW?

WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE THAT NIGHT ON FEBRUARY 17th?

>> EVER SINCE THAT NIGHT HE HAS BEEN LIVING DOWN IN WESTERN

MEXICO. THAT IS AS CLOSE AS I CAN TELL

YOU. WHEN MY COLLEAGUE MET HIM DOWN

THERE, HE ASKED THAT THAT NOT BE PUBLICIZED.

HE DIDN'T WANT THIS TO BE A THING WHERE HE'S CONSTANTLY

BEING HARASSED. SO, HE ASKED THAT HE WANTED

TATELL HIS STORY ONCE AND GET IT OUT THERE AND EXPLAIN WHAT

HAPPENED. NOW, HE'S LIVING DOWN THERE

WHILE HIS ATTORNEY IN THE UNITED STATES FILED THE LAWSUIT AGAINST

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO COMPEL THEM TO RELEASE DETAILS ABOUT

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED THAT NIGHT.

THEY HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR MONTHS AND BEEN WAITING AND NOW THIS IS

GOING TO MOVE INTO THE FEDERAL COURT SYSTEM TO SEE HOW MUCH

INFORMATION CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION HAS AND HOW MUCH THEY

CAN TURN OVER. >> TALK ABOUT THE LEGAL STEPS

HERE BECAUSE I THINK THAT LAWSUIT WAS FILED YESTERDAY.

SO, WHERE WOULD THEY GO AT THIS POINT?

IS IT ABOUT MORE INFORMATION AND ABOUT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE

ADMINISTRATION OR IS THAT DOWN THE ROAD, IF IT COMES TO THAT?

>> THAT COMES DOWN THE ROAD. RESOLVING HIS CASE AND TRYING TO

GET HIM BACK TO THE UNITED STATES.

THAT COMES DOWN THE ROAD. THE VERY FIRST STEP IN THE

PROCESS. HIS ATTORNEYS FOLLOWED THE

FREEDOMDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST.

REGARDING THAT CASE AND REGARDING THAT DEPORTATION.

THEY DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER AND THEY'RE FILING THIS LAWSUIT IN

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO TRY TO GET A JUDGE TO ORDER CPD TO

RELEASE THAT INFORMATION AND THEN WE'LL GET TO THE NEXT STEPS

OF WHAT HAPPENED. >> A FEW MINOR CONVICTIONS ONE

FOR SHOPLIFTING AND THREE FOR DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE.

TALK ABOUT WHETHER THAT'S GROUNDS FOR DEPORTATION.

>> QUITE SIMPLY, ABSOLUTELY NOT. A FEDERAL AGENCY THAT

ADJUDICATES THESE CASES THAT APPROVES DOCA AND REVOKES DOCA

FOR PEOPLE AND ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY USE THE EXAMPLE OF DRIVING

WITHOUT A LICENSE AS AN OFFENSE THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED WHEN

EITHER APPROVING OR DENYING DOCA.

ONE STRIKE BECAUSE OF THAT SHOPLIFTING CHARGE BUT HE HASN'T

REACHED THOSE THREE AND DRIVING WITHOUT LICENSE OFFENSE DOESN'T

FACTOR INTO IT AT ALL. >> STICK AROUND.

I WANT TO TURN TO OUR PANEL. PRESIDENT TRUMP ON FEBRUARY 16th

WAS TALKING ABOUT DOCA. LISTEN TO WHAT HE HAD TO SAY.

NUMBER ALMOST A MILLION ARE SOME OF THE MOST SORT OF SYMPATHETIC

DEVELOPS FROM A PUBLIC RELATIONS PERSPECTIVE FROM THE WHITE

FOCUSING MORE ON THE OPPOSITE. THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED

BY IMMIGRANTS. SOME SAT WITH THE PRESIDENT IN

HIS BOX DURING THE ADDRESS TO CONGRESS AND MET WITH HIM IN THE

OVAL OFFICE. >> AL, DO YOU HAVE ANY REPORTING

ON WHITE HOUSE REACTION YET OR ANY GUIDANCE TO JULIE'S POINT OR

HER QUESTION, HAS THERE BEEN ANY OUTREACH ON EITHER SIDE?

AND THEY'RE QUESTIONING HIS DOCA STATUS.

THEY'RE SAYING IT EXPIRED BACK IN 2015.

I'VE SENT THEM DOCUMENTS SHOWING THAT -- DOCUMENTS THAT HE HAD

THAT SEEMED IT WAS RENEWED IN JANUARY OF 2016 AND EXTENDED

THROUGH 2018. IT WAS VALID FOR ANOTHER TWO

YEARS AND THEY HAVEN'T'T RESPOND TO NAT YET.

AND SOUTH AMERICA. WILDLIFE HAVE BEEN USING THIS

NATURAL CORRIDOR FOR MILLIONS OF YEARS, AND ESSENTIALLY WHAT THIS

ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO DO IS PUT A 1,200-MILE-LONG BARRIER

RIGHT THROUGH IT. THINK OF ALL THE DIFFERENT

SPECIES AND CREATURES THAT MIGRATE FOR RESOURCES, FOR

REPRODUCTION, FOR SEASONALITY. MANY OF THE ANIMALS, ALEX, THAT

LIVE IN NORTH AMERICA EVOLVED IN SOUTH AMERICA AND MIGRATED ALONG

THIS NATURAL CAUSEWAY, SO IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATING.

THERE ARE OVER 100 BIRD SPECIES THAT MIGRATE, THAT WILL BE

CRITICALLY IMPACTED BY THIS, AND THERE ARE NEARLY 90 ENDANGERED

ABOUT SCIENCE. FOR EXAMPLE, THEIR DARK AGE

DENIAL OF CLIMATE CHANGE. WHEN YOU TAKE THEIR VIEWPOINT ON

CLIMATE CHANGE, YOU MIX IN THE BORDER WALL, AND YOU TAKE HOW

THEY ARE BASICALLY CASTRATING AND DECAPITATING THE

GOVERNMENTAL INSTITUTIONS LIKE THE EPA, THE DEPARTMENT OF THE

INTERIOR, THE NATIONAL OCEANIC ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION, THE

U.S. NATIONAL WILDLIFE SERVICE, WHICH THEY ARE DECAPITATING AND

CASTRATING, IT'S A BRILLIANT STRATEGY TO WAGE A WAR ON

WILDLIFE, BUT THIS IS THE STRATEGY THAT THIS

ADMINISTRATION HAS TAKEN. THEY CASTRATE BECAUSE THEY

REMOVE THE FUEL AND THE RESOURCES TO DO THE JOB, AND

THEY DECAPITATE BY DEREGULATING THE MISSIONS OF THESE

ORGANIZATIONS. AND IT'S THE WILDLIFE AND

ULTIMATELY OUR CHILDREN THAT WILL PAY THE PRICE.

ALEX, THE WAY I LOOK AT IT, THE RESOURCES THAT WE USE TODAY, WE

Jeep Wrangler Mopar Tubular Side Steps (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 4:16.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Mopar

Tubular Side Steps in black, fitting your 4-door 2007 and up JK.

Today we're gonna talk through the entire installation of these side steps, which is

going to be a very simple one out of three wrench install.

These are designed to bolt directly onto your Jeep without any major modification or drilling

in about an hour's time, but we'll talk more about the installation in just a second.

These are for those of you that are looking to make it easier for you and your passengers

to get in and out of your Jeep and like the look of a tubular step.

Of course, from Mopar, there are the factory-style side steps which are going to be more of a

molded plastic, a little bit of a different style.

These are also from Mopar, but these are going to going to be more of that tubular style,

and one is not really easier to use than the other, it just comes down to styling and what

you like the look of.

However, if you like the look of a tubular step, this is more of an oval straight tubular

step.

There are a lot of aftermarket side steps out there that are going to be significantly

less expensive than these.

Still going to be a really high quality and still gonna work as a step, but you're gonna

save a lotta money.

Of course they're not going to come in a Mopar box, they're not going to have the small Jeep

logo on them, but if you're okay with that, you can save a few dollars.

However, if you're somebody who likes to keep everything Mopar, keep it all Jeep, you wanna

make sure that everything is made by the same manufacturer, these are gonna be a nice option

for you.

These are going to be a steel tubular side step that comes with all the bracketry and

hardware that you need to get it attached to the side of your Jeep.

These stepping plates here have a bit of a diamond tread pattern on them to give you

a little bit more grip whether you're trying to use this step when it's wet, snowy, or

muddy.

And those are going to be plastic and bolted right onto the top of the step.

Now it's important to note that a step like this does hang down a little bit from the

side of the Jeep which makes it very easy to use as a step.

However, it will be a little bit in the way if you do go off-road and hit some of the

tougher trails.

If you're just driving down a dirt road, of course, this isn't gonna be a problem for

you, but if you start getting into areas where you have bigger ruts, stumps, or rocks, this

is gonna hang down, it's gonna hurt your ground clearance, and if this does come in contact

with an obstacle off-road, it's not going to hold up.

This is certainly not armor.

This is going to be a step that will help protect against some door dings, but if you're

somebody who goes off-road, I'd probably would steer you more toward some Rocker Armor that

has a built-in step than a purpose-built tubular step like this one.

So like I said, the install for this is gonna be a very simple one outta three wrenches.

It's only gonna take you about an hour to get these bolted up.

These are gonna come with all the brackets and the hardware necessary to get them installed.

The first step is going to be removing any other step that you may have on your Jeep.

You of course need that rocker area completely cleared before you can install these.

Then there are some brackets that you'll install on the pinch seam and the underside of the

tub of the Jeep.

Once those brackets are installed, all you need to do is bolt your new steps onto those

brackets and you're finished.

This is gonna be a very simple process if you have a socket set and a little bit of

time, you can do this in your driveway.

These steps come in at right around $470, and like I said before, they are going to

be significantly more expensive than most of the other straight, oval, tubular side

steps that are on the market that are from those aftermarket companies.

You're gonna pay premium for these because they are Mopar, because they do say "Jeep"

on them, and if that's something you want, you definitely wanna stick all the same brand,

that's okay, these are available and they are really well built.

However, if $470 is outta your budget, you're not as interested in who the manufacturer

is, there are gonna be a lot of other options that are will save you some money.

So if you're somebody who only likes to bolt Mopar and Jeep branded products onto your

JK and you're looking for a tubular side step to make it easier to get in and out of the

Jeep and add to some style, I think this is gonna be a nice option for you as long as

you have the budget for it.

Jeep Wrangler Mopar Front Deluxe Molded Splash Guards w Jeep Logo (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:56.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Mopar

Deluxe Molded Splash Guards with Jeep Logo, fitting all 2007 and up JKs.

These are available for both the front and the rear of your Jeep, so you can get whichever

set you're looking for, or outfit all four corners.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of these splash guards, which I am going to

give a two out of three wrenches, because it does require some drilling.

That drilling is going to be into your factory rear bumper, and upfront it's going to be

your inner fender liner.

But if you're not somebody who's comfortable drilling a couple of holes in your Jeep, then

maybe these are not going to be for you.

However, we will talk further about that installation in just a second.

We're also gonna talk through the construction, and a few of the features of these splash

guards.

A splash guard, in general, is there to keep the tires from throwing junk up on the side

of your Jeep, to help keep the Jeep a little bit cleaner, and also scratch-free.

These ones are from Mopar and have the Jeep logo on them and, for that, you are going

to pay a few more dollars.

If you're somebody who wants to stick with the Mopar brand, who likes having the Jeep

logo on the splash guards, and has the budget for it, these are gonna be a nice option.

However, if you're just looking for a splash guard, you're not as worried about the branding,

you don't have to have them say "Jeep" on them, you can save yourself a couple of dollars

by going with a different brand.

As far as construction goes, there's not too much to say about these splash guards.

They're made of a TPE plastic material, so they're going to be a little bit flexible

but also strong and also resist UV rays, so they're not going to fade or break down over

time.

And that's the same material that a lot of the other after-market splash guards are going

to be made out of, so you're not getting a huge leg up there.

What you are getting here that you're not going to get in the after-market splash guards

is, like we said before, the fact that these are Jeep-branded, they say "Jeep" right on

them, and that these are from Mopar.

So, they're going to fit really, really well.

Both these and the after-market splash guards are going to require drilling, so the install

is going to be similar.

Getting a little further into the install, as I said before, I am gonna give this a two

out of three wrenches because of the drilling that's required, and you're gonna have to

give yourself probably around an hour per pair.

If you're doing all four of these, probably a little closer to two hours, to ensure that

you measure a couple of times before drilling those holes.

The first step in this installation is really just holding a splash guard up to the Jeep,

seeing exactly where it's going to sit, and marking those holes.

Upfront, you're gonna have to remove a couple of clips from that inner fender liner before

you can do this.

After you've had your holes marked, you'll go ahead and drill them, and then use the

included hardware to bolt everything down.

The process certainly isn't difficult, but, if you're somebody who is opposed to drilling

holes in your Jeep, even if it just is in the plastic pieces, then you're probably gonna

wanna stay away from these splash guards.

These splash guards come in at right around $50 a pair, or $100 if you want them for all

four corners of your Jeep.

Some of the after-market splash guards that we talked about before...basically the only

difference between those and these is that these will say the Jeep logo on them, are

gonna be about $20 per pair less expensive.

So, if you don't need to have the Jeep logo, if you're interested in saving a couple of

dollars, one of those other brands is gonna be a good option.

If you want the Jeep logo, if you like the fact that these are Mopar, these ones are

there for you as well.

So, if you're looking to add a factory-style splash guard onto your Jeep, either because

you like the look or because you like the functionality, and you like the fact that

these ones are from Mopar and have the Jeep logo on them, they're gonna be a nice option

for you as long as you're willing to pay a bit of a premium for that logo.

Kellyanne Conway: My Critics Are "Unhappy People With Poison Keyboards" - Duration: 3:56.

During an interview with Politico that was posted online this week, White House advisor,

White House aide, whatever you want to call her, White House spokesperson maybe, Kellyanne

Conway took a shot at her critics once again.

She told Politico that her critics were "unhappy people with poison keyboards."

I guess what she's trying to say is that they're a bunch of internet trolls going out there

just saying mean ol' things to Kellyanne, who really isn't doing anything wrong.

She doesn't understand why people are being so mean and horrible to her these days.

Now, according to this interview that she gave with Politico, she had explained to her

children that, yeah, look, Mommy is going to be doing this thing.

People are going to come at her.

It's going to be pretty ugly sometimes, but just deal with it.

To be honest, that is a very good thing to tell your children.

Yeah, when you're in the public spotlight, there's going to be the naysayers.

But if she took the time to explain that to her children, maybe she should've taken the

time to explain to her children that, hey, listen, Mommy is going to have to go on TV

and lie through her teeth to the American public about things that never happened.

She is the one who came up with the term 'alternative facts.'

She is the one who invented the Bowling Green massacre that never happened.

I understand nobody likes to get criticized, but, Kellyanne, you're inviting this on yourself.

The people who criticize you, who call you out, are not unhappy people.

I can tell you firsthand I am a very happy person.

I love my life right now, but I will continue to criticize you anytime you feel the need

to go on television and lie to the American public on behalf of Donald Trump.

Anytime you make up a fake terrorist attack, we're going to be there, as will everybody

else online.

It's not because we just dislike you.

It's because we don't want you to continue to dumb down the United States.

This is our civic duty to hold you and everyone else in your White House accountable.

You may think it's fine to go out there and give these interviews and attack the people

who you claim are attacking you, but the truth is all we're doing is trying to hold you accountable

and, to be honest, try to undo some of the damage that you're inflicting on the public

today.

There are Republicans out there in the United States today who, honest to God, believe that

the Bowling Green massacre was a thing, that it happened, that it was carried out by Iraqi

immigrants, and that U.S. citizens died as a result of it.

That's all on you, Kellyanne.

You're poisoning the public discourse.

It's not the people who dislike you.

They don't have the problems.

You do.

You need to learn, and you need to take the time to teach your children, that when you

screw up, you do get held accountable.

When you lie to hundreds of millions of people, they're going to come after you, and the only

way you can make it right is to go out and apologize and try to do the right thing from

that point forward.

That's what you need to learn, but honestly I don't think you ever will.

You're very happy being a stooge for Donald Trump.

You have no problem going out into the media and just literally making things up.

It must be nice to live in a world where you don't have to bother with things like research.

You can just immediately go out there, say whatever you want.

Maybe it's true; maybe it's not.

You don't care.

You just move on to the next interview, while the rest of us have to pick up the pieces

and undo the damage that you cause every time you put your face in front of a camera.

This video is about securing your improvement by reviewing your game and learning from your

losses.

If you feel stuck in your current rank, doing the same mistakes again and again, this video

is going to explain how to overcome these obstacles start climbing.

Alright, let's do this!

Hello guys, welcome to the dojo!

It is a natural phenomenon that we enjoy the game and improve vastly in the beginning,

but getting better gradually becomes harder and harder.

If you just get to ranked games and do the same mistakes again and again, you are going

to feel stuck soon, not able to raise in ranks.

This creates frustration and anxiety, thus enjoying your game a lot less.

We have something to ask from you: did you ever feel like this in your gaming career?

How did you overcome this obstacle?

Please share it in a comment below, so we can learn from each other by example.

That being said, we are going to show you a way to become better in Overwatch by reviewing

your games, finding mistakes in your game and then concentrating on fixing those.

This is not a magical guide, you need to put effort into becoming better, but it pays out.

We start at the very beginning: in order to be able to review your mistakes, you need

to re-watch your games.

This means that you need to record them somehow.

There are lots of software you can choose from, the most popular ones are OBS, Nvidia

Shadowplay and Plays.tv on PC, Game DVR on Xbox or using the share button on Playstation.

Yes, these may take a toll your PC and make your game a little harder to run, but it is

worth to solve this issue somehow in order to gain a very powerful tool for improvement.

You don't need to record in fullHD quality, keep performance in mind.

Try to find the perfect setting, there are tons of guides about how to set these up.

It is important to start recording at the very beginning of the game, and keep it running

until the end screen.

You can usually learn a lot more from a lost match than a victory.

That being said, you can throw away recordings of won games right after the match if you

have space issues.

Okay, now you have a recording of a lost game, but how to start reviewing it?

In the beginning, the most easier way to look for mistakes is to find when you died.

Deaths are the best markers of mistakes, as you can identify the mishap you did that lead

to your perishing in the battlefield.

Let's see an example:

The first one is a positional mistake that happens a lot.

You can see Soldier jumping into the enemy team and dying.

Let's backtrace.

The team capped the point, they pushed out to defend the choke.

Soldier got a kill, but then went to aggressive, leaving cover and diving into the enemy.

The result is minus one player for the defending team, not a good way to start and engagement.

You can see how it is done.

Let's try to identify another mistake that lead to death.

Tracer dies because she got hooked by the Roadhog into her own ultimate.

Let's backtrack the mistake.

She was capping the point, having her ultimate.

She wants to use it to repel the next push of the attackers.

When the Roadhog approaches, the Tracer decides to throw the ult on him.

That's a game sense mistake right there, never ult a Hog, it is just now worth it.

Dodge the hook, get past him and ult the supports.

It is not that hard, is it?

Well, when the mistake is obvious, it is not hard to identify it.

It gets harder as you get more skilled, as a tini-tiny mistake can lead to a lost engagement

in higher levels, for example: not finishing a focused target, but letting them flee, or

not landing the stun on the main enemy target and letting them do a wombo combo.

Alright, now you have the knowledge needed to be able to see your mishaps.

When reviewing a game, bring a paper and pen and write these errors down.

If you make the same mistake more than one time, just start counting it with marks.

At the end of the review, you will have a list of problems you need to work on and the

count of how often they are happening in your game.

If you want to prioritize them, start with the most usual one and work your way down

to the one happening only rarely.

This is the foundation for your improvement plan.

So the basics are clear, let's discuss some common mistakes that can happen on all levels.

There are of course tons and tons of more problems that we just can't cover in a video.

So these should give you a general idea and common error categories, so you have a set

of tools to work with.

Things like not landing your shots or abilities, or not being able to use the character's movement

in a way that would be beneficial.

If you miss your shots with McCree, you need to work on your aim.

If you fail to hit the enemy with your dash as Genji, you need to practice and experience

the range on that ability.

If you fail to land your jumps with Winston, it's a mechanical mistake.

When you die in a way that could be avoided, or you underperform heavily with your character.

You are usually out of position when either of these happen.

Examples: you are the main DPS, and you die first.

This one implies that you just rush into the enemy and get picked quickly, instead of relying

on the protection from your tanks.

If you can't heal your teammates or you are always getting harassed as a support, it is

a positional error.

Get closer to the team, or take positions where you have a clear line of sight of your

team.

If you find yourself always eating enemy ultimates, or getting heavily countered the whole game,

it may be a problem with your game sense.

This is the hardest topic to identify, but here are some examples: you play Pharah and

the enemy swaps to Widowmaker.

You are probably dying a lot due to being hard countered, and not because you are not

good with Pharah.

You are getting killed as Reinhardt all the time because your shield goes down too quickly.

You need to play Reinhardt more defensively, not holding your shield to soak damage all

the time, but only when your team is about to engage.

May be the hardest to identify, as someone may tilt because you say something that you

find perfectly acceptable.

Stay neutral or positive, never emphasize mistakes, but try to support your team.

If no one is communicating, don't be the one who tells them that they suck.

We know that it is hard to find a team with good communication, but don't make the situation

worse.

Some good words and nicely told suggestions can win you games.

Try to spot if some of what you said caused tilt in your team and refrain from using that

wording or style for your own benefits.

We are playing in a team, but blaming others is never ever beneficial.

Spotting mistakes in teamplay is a must however.

These can be rooted in the previous categories, lack of mechanics, communication or bad positioning.

Try to spot what went wrong in an engagement and work your way back.

Others will make mistakes too, but you only need to care about what you did and think

about how you could make the situation better.

So these are the top level categories that you can work with.

If you identify your mistakes and ask the guys to review it, they may point out additional

errors that you did not notice, so you can learn how to spot those too.

Actively participating can help you a lot, so join us now!

Now that you have all your problems sorted out, it's time to fix them.

Again, this is not an easy task, and you may drop some points before you are able to climb

again, but you are going to be able to gain a lot more rank if you fix your mishaps.

So here is an example schedule that you can do: One day will be your play day, the other

will be the practice day.

A session on the play day looks like this: You warm up for 10 minutes before getting

into ranked You start playing, and keep at it until you

lose one game after at least 2 games, or two games in a row.

You review a lost match right away.

No procrastination allowed here, do this when the experience is still fresh.

Make notes as we discussed Get back to the game and play, repeating these

steps.

At the end of your play day, you are going to have an extensive list of problems you

need to work on.

As a good measure, playing 3 games usually takes around 1 hour, reviewing a lost game

is about half an hour.

You can calculate how much you can play on a given day.

On the practice day, you start by reviewing your notes from play day and mark two or three

of them that you want to work on.

These can be anything that you identified, the count of occurrences is just a helper.

Come up with a plan about how to improve that aspect of your play.

For example, if you die a lot, aim for a lower death count at the end of the game.

You should get the idea.

A practice day looks like: Warm up 10 minutes before the practice session

Get into a ranked game and work as much on the identified problem as you can.

Review every game right after you finished.

Were you able to improve the skill that you are working on?

If not, why?

If yes, can you do better?

Repeat this until the end of your practice day.

This is a plan that is basic, and you can adjust it to your needs.

However we are using this as a framework for our coaching session in the dojo, and so far

we have seen great results.

We offer private coaching to anyone supporting us on Patreon, and many of them were able

to climb out from the rank they felt stuck in for months in just one or two weeks doing

this plan.

Of course time is a great factor here, but the more you play, the better results you

can achieve.

different versions of Godzilla this

comes in a one package you could

actually buy this set on amazon I'll

this big come from China so it takes a

while to get here but each one is

individually packaged so that's real

cool in the first one we're gonna get

open up is the mecha godzilla so all

these are awesome really good detail I'm

going to open them up and then we'll

take a closer look at them and then

we've got this one I do not know the

names of all the versions so I apologize

for that this one I believe is from the

1998 Godzilla movie I actually bought a

puppet that looks exactly like that and

here is what the puppet looks like it's

like a full body puppet I'll be doing a

review on this one later on but anyway

this one does make sounds in everything

so it is a really cool-looking puppet ah

back to the figures now and then for the

third one we have

he's a really well packaged we've got a

also them green Godzilla the arms don't

turn I seen a split here so I was

wondering if maybe the arms on the turn

like I said we'll take a closer look at

these in a minute I just want to go

ahead and open them all up so we could

see all the different versions we have

oh wow it's going to cool looking it's

like he threw wow that is awesome guys

this is definitely a great value ah I

believe this on amazon is eighteen

dollars and you get 10 different awesome

Godzilla these are not said these are

not really cheap versions okay they

don't really have moving parts but from

what I've seen so far the coloring is

awesome the look is awesome ah the

quality feels they fit they don't feel

super cheap I mean I've opened up some

really cheap Godzilla ones and these are

actually really good quality I mean

they're they're pretty heavy for the

small size of the Godzilla so here's

another aww this would probably be like

a fire version this one is almost

see-through also though guys so far I am

super pleased with this set I really

like it a lot

this version sort of looks like a guy

ganz board begin I'm not really sure

hiding from

that like duh three separate bins and

everything so that's really cool too

then we've got two other ones if you do

like the quality of the materials and

they are for how small they are they are

pretty heavy they're a good heavy size

for how small they are I believe these

guys are about two to three inches so

this looks like a this Godzilla looks

almost like would be a blend of like gig

in and destroy them maybe God you know

what the actual name of this version is

then here is the Meccano

this guy's really cool looking to hear

is like the orange flame one

these colored ones they're like I said

it's almost like it's like a see-through

colored material well it's really cool I

mean lights light will shine like almost

the light the light does shine right

through it it's a really cool effect I

mean I like it it changes this color

also I held this one up to the light and

it turned like a pink color and you

could the light goes right through him

so some really cool effect there

and then we have this last version where

he almost looks like some type of

Armadillo this one just weird sorry as

I'm not as impressed with this one it

gets said before visible

ok guys so there is all 10 of them to

give you an idea of their scale I mean I

could hold my finger next to it you know

there's a little bit smaller than a

finger or I mean you guys seemed like

the different indominus rex is this is

like the hybrid version that if you ever

played jurassic world the game this is

the guy that in it if you get them up to

level modi if you haven't checked that

out on my gaming channel WD tech toys oh

I got a bunch of those games metals

there and then I'll guys i'm going to be

reviewing a bunch more godzilla toys aw

in the near future this is one of them

this is from the 1998 movie I found the

awesome you pop it I mean this is like a

full body pop it that actually makes

sound you can open and close his mouth

and everything so this guy is really

cool and I'm he decides where he could

like Trump these little ones up no

problem hahaha and then I got some other

big one I got this q1 here this is from

the 1998 movie this is the rubber flap

Godzilla I guess a lot of people did not

like the 1998 version of Godzilla by I

think these guys are awesome this one's

got a little tank not sure if the

battery still good

a little remote control pink that makes

like firing songs this guy will chomp

and everything so it is really cool then

I got this other huge ah action one got

the action buttons you push that he

moves his tail push this you lift his

legs they make the stomping noise or he

swings his arm open to smile this one he

does like a bank type motion almost you

could use down like dinosaurs I'm going

to want to try then I got some from the

2016 odd japanese movie demon like

different versions of Godzilla so these

are like the different versions he

transformed into saw these are really

cool too are made by and I I got this

other also big guts Illinois which is

also made by the end I a lot of these i

ordered a straight for a modchip and you

can they're really hard to find this

store ah I check for your on Wembley

one ah but Amazon does have quite a few

of them I'll also have a link to the

Godzilla toys on amazon if you want to

check those out so you can have some

awesome battles with these like a flaw

for instance if you got this big and

dominant on this one actually has the

crank arms you crank it up so then he'll

chopped his mouth but he'll come in like

roaring then you could use like the odd

Godzilla puppet bringing try some of

these little Godzilla's and then you got

the big got still a puppet hero goes to

show that someone is breakfast going

down this is a huge Godzilla puppet ah

sorry close yay you saved all the little

Godzilla what's he doing called now he's

eating his own little baby charm oh oh

poor Godzilla's oh no he's coming for us

battle level 42 bah it's level 40 in my

series so here I got irritate her up I'm

gonna have them up to all level 40 so he

looks really cool I mean he's not really

worth anything I can't really use him in

battle wha ah I could create a cool

hybrid there but I'm not gonna do it yet

because a lot of these missions they

call for a certain amount of level 40

dinosaurs so you don't want to create

hybrids unless you need it for battle

and you have enough DNA to level them up

right away is usually a level 10 hybrid

is weaker than any of the two dinosaurs

that make it up so keep that in mind I

did not know that before so I will wait

until the mission calls for me to make

hybrids I'm at level 50 now and they

still haven't called on me to make any

hybrids yet what level 50 s of real pain

I mean you have to have a lot of level

40 dinosaurs I think it's 25 level

dinosaurs saw me it's it's a scary level

because it takes forever to get down ok

so here i maxed out my argenta Soros and

he looks pretty cool I me once again

useless in battle and it's 281 health I

mean he would go off first hit every

time and the tournaments have ended the

ended are actually from what I recording

this they ended yesterday i will be

doing one more video of the tournaments

and ah I won one of the card packs from

the top 10% so I mean I got a lot of

good stuff in that one I got two super

rare dinos I think 1500 DNA some

buildings on to cash so it was it was

good but I did win a lot of card packs

in those in the tournament battle so

that helped me a lot and just a strategy

of you know fighting the other dinos is

a lot of fun ok here I'm going to let

not getting that hybrid up to level 40

impossible because I mean you need

hybrids you need super high DNA amounts

them up to level 30 and I multiply that

by four to get them up to level 40 so it

said before you need seven dinos while

you are you have one you need eight

total what I you will have one so you

need 72 x 74 so I mean think about 3,750

p + 8 57 a lot of the energy okay so
