Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~)
So, Today! tadaa oops they're out already ~ahh well~
tadaa I got these from a viewer and they're pork flavored ramen hotpot
these 2 boxes are meant to serve 8 people
I'll be using this pot here to make our ramen
the ingredients we'll be adding today are: pork, onion, cabbage, shimeji mushroom, and grn onion
alrighty lets get cookin'
in our pot we'll~ ~omg the screen is getting so foggy... it can't be helped~
firstly we'll add the mushroom I've heard recently that mushrooms are best added
at the start of a hot pot mushrooms don't get overly soft when boiled and they
add extra flavor thus its a good idea to start with mushrooms
next is our pork... 400g worth
hmmm the pot isn't really coming to a boil at all... does it cool off right away or something?
next up is cabbage... oops... onion, then cabbage
is this half a cabbage? well its quite a lot thats for sure
then onion
then.... lid and let simmer
once its heated through add our noodle and boil them
hmmm only 3 of them fit... I'll have to add more later
tadaa its overflowing with ingredients and looks delish
and now I'll add our sauce pack its going to be pork flavored
mmmm yup its pork
わあー the soup looks so rich
tadaa all the prep is done looks so delish
oooh the noodles look like this
looks so delish itadakimasu
I just scooped these out of the pot so they're still piping hot
this is gonna be hot
the noodles are so very chewy and they're so delish the soup is so very rich tasting
a piece of pork
delish... this tonkotsu pork soup is so very rich tasting its so full of veggies which is so FAB!
its lovely being able to eat a ramen dish straight out of a hot pot
these noodles have been simmering so long yet they don't get waterlogged or anything
and why is that you may be asking and the reason for it is they let these noodles dry for 2 full days
that is why they can withstand sitting in a pot for so long and be nice and chewy from beginning to end
wow...... noodles made to be eaten in a hot pot
its packed full of mushrooms they're still so very hot
and now we'll use up our leftover noodles
its come to a boil again ~ looks so hot ~
K, I've mostly finished everything and at the end.... of course I'll make a porridge
a porridge made from a ramen but oh yeah I usually have rice with ramen so... I guess its a normal thing then....
so we start by adding rice I have 3 cups worth
and then some 'takana' (mustard green)
and now some pickled ginger K, looks about right
tadaa its complete looks delish
I don't think I've had a porridge with mustard green and pickled ginger before
you often find mustard greens and ginger go with tonkotsu pork broth
looks delish ~ looks piping hot though ~
the broth is so delish there is so to this soup.... pork meat, mushroom, and cabbage
all sorts of things combined in this and then the mustard greens and other stuff added
make it even that much tastier
ahh I love making a porridge like this at the end of a hot pot.... ~this is the life~
mustard greens and ginger go so nicely with this pork broth soup
rice goes fabulously with tonkotsu pork broth soup
when you eat such hot things like this it makes the accompanying tea taste that much better
last mouthful itadakimasu
all done gochisosamadeshita
this pork broth ramen was so delish it says its only available in Kyushu.... I guess that
is the only place you can buy this stuff I was able to eat this thanks to that viewer
TYVM! it made me so happy today and to have ramen in a hot pot and be able to
enjoy them piping hot from start to finish was so wonderful
they truly never became soggy or waterlogged even up to the end of the meal
and finishing off the pot with a porridge was so delish a porridge with mustard green and ginger is wonderful
it might be perfect for even a normal pork based ramen to finish off the broth with a porridge
it was so delish won't you all give it a try? and as always thanks for watching and if you liked
