ok, now i'm not gonna show you that up close cause it's got their names and stuff on it

and i don't wanna, you know cause trouble

but

because of my website

and anybdy out there that follows me

because of what i do about Garth

knows probably that i have

a website

the ultimate garth brooks site .com

now i've had it for years and only recently

did there become a problem

i got that letter in the mail

a few days ago

and basically, it was worded really, really nicely

ok, and i have spoken, through emails, to the laywer, and she just as sweet

and just as nice as she could be

so, you know

that's great

ok

but at the same time

it's still a cease and desist letter

which we all know

is the first step

that they take

in

telling you, stop it

or we're taking you to court

so i had to remove, the music from my website

it was either that

or try to take on garth and his lawyers

ok

Garth has millions of dollars

and

tons of lawyers

ok, i am a person that lives on money that is actually below poverty level

so, you know

sometimes i can't even afford food for me and my son

there's no way i could afford to go up against Garth Brooks in a lawsuit

so, yeh

because i got the letter

and even though it was worded so nicely

i had no choice, guys

i had to remove the music

from my site

so, first let me say, i am so sorry

for those of you out there who enjoy my site so much

i'm so sorry that this has happened

but honestly

as much as i enjoy garth brooks' music

i'm not totally shocked by this because

as much as i love his music

as a person i'm not really a big fan of his

as him as an idividual person

because this is what he does

and this is why he is so rich

ok, because he makes absolutely sure that people do exactly what he wants

because

you know , you have no choice

no matter how nicely ,it's worded

they're still pushing you in to it because they know

people can't afford to go up against him

so yeh, it was either remove the music or go to court with garth

and i can't do that

so you now, and i asked the lawyer

i explained that i've had the site for years, and there's never been a problem

and it's a small site

it has, you know less than 20 subscribers

i mean, you know, how did you even find my site

and i explained that, i suspected a friend

"friend"

of mine

had actually turned me in

because he was pissed off at me

and this is what the lawyer said in return

which basically says t me

even though she didn't come outright and say it

i still am under the impression that Yeh my

"friend"

is the one that turned me in and he did it because he was pissed at me.

so, you know, you guys can thank my firend

but as it said, there were

more than one, that reported it

so, you know, to all of those people

but yeh, that's what happens with garth ok

as nice and sweet and humble generous as he is

yeh, this is what it's like when you have to deal with him

like i always have been

but honest to god people

as a person, as an individual

this is the kind of stuff that he does

and you can't fight against him

he has too much money and too many lawyers

the music is gone, because i was about to have to go to court, up against garth brooks

and nobody can really afford to do that

so, basically at this point all i can do is, just kinda you know, look to the sky

and how they could stab me in the back that way
