Not only can it recruit friends to your side, including King Dedede and Meta Knight, but

it will even convince Whispy Woods to shower you with presents.

Well, it turns out that the Friend Heart has one other use you may not be away of, it can

damage the final boss.

Not always of course.

The Friend Heart can't even be summoned when fighting Void Termina's outer shell.

And even the first time Kirby enters Termina's body, he and his friends have to crack open

its protective layer.

But once Kirby is on the final phase of the fight, he can start tossing Friend Hearts

to cause damage, which is fitting considering Void Termina is a being born of the total

absence of care.

It's not a lot, and other methods will finish the fight faster, but if you want, you can

totally save the day with the power of love.

However, now coming out of left field his is own brother who has something to say.

Trump was accused of working with the Russians in his 2016 election to persuade Americans

to vote for him.

Congress assigned a special prosecutor to investigate his alleged involvement with Russians,

but all that has come from it is a massive DNC cover up.

The findings have shown that the Clintons, and the DNC paid for a dossier and used the

highest ranking members of the FBI to lie to secret FISA courts to investigate Donald

Trump during his election.

The evidence shows that Trump had no connections to Russia, yet, that investigation continues.

He's been excused of affairs and attacks on minorities.

He fights back with facts and when one scandal has finally been defeated, Democrats are waiting

in the wings with the next.

It's exhausting and a complete distraction from the progress of the country.

However, they won't stop.

Now, Trump's brother, who has been completely out of the public eye was stopped yesterday

by TMZ who caught him at the airport and had a question for him which ended in an answer

they definitely weren't expecting.

TMZ reports:

Donald Trump's brother, Robert, thinks the President is answering the dreams of women

and minorities.

We got Robert Trump at LAX early Thursday and our photog posed the question …. why

does DJT attack women and minorities?

He takes issue but doesn't get specific.

And then there's Stormy Daniels.

Robert Trump calls it "nonsense" and says the President is focusing on important work

and has no time for silly things.

Apparently, Robert didn't see that his brother challenged Joe Biden to a fight.

The constant accusations that the president objectifies and disrespect women is truly

disgusting and unfounded give, what The Hill recently proved.

Trump has been given little credit for the number of women he has hired as cabinet members,

especially compared to his liberal predecessor.

Via The Hill:

It is a feat so great that President Barack Obama was unable to accomplish it.

President George W. Bush did better than his Republican predecessors but still fell a bit

short.

Even President Bill Clinton came under fire from women's organizations for his shortcomings

on delivering a cabinet that "looks like America."

The unattainable feat?

Hiring an astounding number of women for senior-level positions in the White House.

Luckily for women everywhere, in 2018 it has finally been accomplished.

Naturally, Vogue has written about it.

Cosmopolitan has shouted it from the rooftops, as has MSNBC and every other liberal news

outlet.

If only that last part were true.

Despite impressive hiring practices during his first year in the White House, President

Donald Trump has received little to no credit for his choice of women for the most senior

positions on his cabinet, as well as the West Wing.

In fact, the mainstream media only selectively reported on the male appointees of the Trump

administration, claiming that he was appointing "more white and male than any first cabinet

since Reagan."

This myth was perpetuated by Rep. Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) comments as well as media reports

that Trump only valued the opinions of "guys named Steve."

The New York Times even reported on Jan. 13, 2017 — a full week before Trump even took

the oath of office or set foot in the oval office — that he apparently preferred men

over women for senior roles.

One of the greatest successes of Trump's first year in office has been the empowerment

of women.

Certainly, there have been plenty of other successes in the first year of the Trump administration

— a record stock market surpassing 25,000, unemployment at a 17-year low, illegal border

crossings lowered by 76 percent, a unanimous United Nations resolution against a nuclear

North Korea, and more than 1 million bonuses given to American workers in just the last

three weeks thanks to Trump's leadership on tax reform.

However, to write about those accomplishments without mentioning the women who helped make

it happen is to miss part of the story.

So, why have the mainstream media given him no credit?

Why haven't the glossy magazines – who pride themselves on empowering women in the

workplace — given him credit where credit is due?

If Hillary Clinton were president, they would be touting her accomplishments.

The answer is because Trump is a Republican.

It's accurate to state that he is just not their guy.

How can one prove this?

Only seven percent of journalists recently identified as republican during the last presidential

election cycle; that's right, ninety-three percent of journalists said they were not

republican in 2015.

Compare this number to 1992 when the New York Times reported that just 44 percent of journalists

claimed to be Democrats.

The Center for Public Integrity also revealed through its analysis of the 2016 elections

that journalists "overwhelmingly donated" to Hillary Clinton.

So much for independently refereeing the match.

However, just because Trump doesn't receive credit for his hiring of women doesn't mean

it's any less significant.

His list of female appointees is long, with approximately 18 females who he has put into

high-ranking positions, most of which have not had a female in them before.

"If liberals today had any shred of intellectual honesty left among them, they would admit

that Trump's placement of women in senior level positions is impressive and establishes

a precedent that helps their own daughters and granddaughters," The Hill continued.

"Unfortunately, the left will never admit it."

"Regardless of what one thinks of Trump the man, there is no denying the numbers of

women he has placed in power in the West Wing.

As we commemorate the one-year anniversary of his inauguration this week, I predict that

history will eventually reveal the complete story – that Trump's actions are not only

a small step for a male Republican president but a giant leap for all of womankind, regardless

of political party."

No matter what they throw at President Trump, his answer is always action.

He delivers exactly what he promised in his campaign , which has literally become unheard

of.

The scandals will come and go, but the president is doing exactly what he was elected to do,

and that's why he will be elected again in 2020.

How to calculate percentages in MS Office Excel - PC Training Zone - Duration: 2:37.

Hello everyone and welcome to our channel.

Today we're going to learn how to calculate percentages in Microsoft Office Excel.

As an example we're going to use the stats from the last night's NBA game between Cleveland and Phoenix.

As you can probably predict, it was an easy game for the Cavaliers, they won by 25 points.

So, here in the left column,

You can see the players names whilst the number of points scored is located in the right column.

Before we calculate the percentage of team points scored per player, we have to calculate the total amount of team points.

So mark the cell that you want to hold this value and type equals, sum,

open the bracket and select all the cells that you want to sum together.

Press the enter button

And you'll have the result.

Ok, now we can calculate the percentages. Start by selecting the first cell that you want to hold the percentage value.

In my case that is the first cell of the "Percentage" column.

I can now press the equal sign and select the number of points scored by the player in this row, Jeff Green.

I'm going to divide this number by the total amount of points scored by the Cavaliers team.

I can now simply press enter and format the cell

to display the percentages by clicking on the percentage sign in the "Number" submenu.

Okay, we're almost there. We can repeat this process for all the entries

But we're going to show you a much easier way to do it.

Since the total amount of points scored doesn't change and all the formulas, we can fixate

that cell by inserting the dollar sign before the column and the row value.

Now select that cell and move your mouse to the lower right corner.

Once your cursor turns into the plus sign,

simply click and drag the mouse to highlight the cells in which you wish to replicate the formula.

And, there you go. If you want to visualize the results better, you can apply conditional formatting.

Simply select the whole table, click on the conditional formatting menu and choose one of the data bars.

Many of you have been asking me about how to move to Dubai, how to find a job here

So today I have a friend with me Polina, she works in the hospitality

and she will share her experience and knowledge about how to find a job in Dubai.

Hi guys, Hi Oksy

So tell us why you moved to Dubai

To be honest it's difficult to say because it's been 5 years that I'm in Dubai now

I've been always traveling. Before I've been living in the USA, before coming to Dubai, for almost 2 years.

on work exchange program and then I stayed later

Then I came back, I think I was getting bored

and then yeah I just started to look at Dubai

I think it started to pop out somewhere online, in social media

and it seems to be so cosmopolitan, so nice, so bright

So I got really curious and that then I just applied

and it came very quickly I think within two weeks

I got my visa, I got my tickets

Did you apply through the agency or how did you find the job?

At that time we had a company I'm not sure if they're still there in Ukraine Good Jobs

They were the one who were recruiting everybody to work for hospitality, to come to the UAE, to come to Dubai

I saw the application I think in Facebook or Vkontakte

I reached to them and they were recruiting for Emaar which I really wanted to go

because I knew they were the guys who built Burj Khalifa and the fountain, so it was really exciting

and yeah so I applied and they invited me to go for the interview

and we had the whole day of the interviews with questions and tasks

and that's it, I passed the interview and on the spot I signed the contract

then they sent to me actually it was my birthday and I was sitting with my friends and they called me directly

your visa is ready, tickets are ready. So I was ok guys I have a surprise for you. I'm going to Dubai.

And that's it, I went straight...very quick

So what was your first job and what do yo you do now?

so basically when they just recruited me, I came to work for one of the hotels here in Dubai

which was the Address Downtown hotel

and because of lack of experience not been before much in hospitality

I was recruited in the operations basically as a front office guest relations agent

then I moved on the same sphere you know in the club lounge as a guest relations manager

and afterwards I moved to sales department where I am at the moment.

What was your biggest challenge when you moved here?

I think for people who want to come here they have to realize

that everybody here comes with a purpose to work and build a career

so there is a lot of competition everybody moves really quickly you have to work a lot as well

so you have to realize that you will have to spend a lot of time working

then of course when you first come you need to settle down

you feel that you miss your home you miss your family so that's why you have to adjust as well

when I first came here I had to share the accommodation

so for me who never shared it with anybody before that was a challenge

How many people did you have in your apartment?

Just only with one person, but still I mean you have to get to know customs

I think my first roommate she was from Nepal or Thailand

So it was a complete difference there was a huge challenge

but this is also something I think that motivates you to grow in your career

because I was okay I don't want to share anymore

so I need to find a job that will allow me to live by myself independently

so that was the difficulties you know to find yourself to find

friends to make yourself comfortable and home

What are the main requirements and skills people should have to get a job the front office or sales?

To be honest it's very important to have good communication skills

when you have good communication skills, when you know the language, you can speak the language well

that means a lot and then I think you also have to be a very open-minded and you have to be people's person

because in the hospitality you always have to deal with people

you always have to be open you have to be approachable

And professional skills those can be learnt within time

because for me I don't have any background in hospitality

and now I have the same position and title that my friends and colleagues have with hospitality background

I think as long as you're willing to learn

It's more about personal skills

Yeah, it's more about personality

because you work with people on a daily basis

of course it's a bit different in sales

because there you have to be more aggressive when it comes to your targets

so there is a bit different than in operations, but still it's mainly about the people

you have to ensure that your clients come back to you and they are happy

Do you have any idea about what is the best way to find a job in the hospitality

through the website, through Linkedin?

These days a lot of people use Linkedin especially in hospitality

this is where you get all of the updates

this is where you talk to people in hospitality from other hotels or any other spheres

and people take it really seriously

if you have your updated CV on Linkedin

people will approach you they will send you messages

and you can always apply through Linkedin as well

that's a very good option because websites or direct emails you know

sometimes maybe if you have the direct email but you sent it to HR

maybe it will not reach, maybe they will not open it

but I think in this case Linkedin is the best way unless you have somebody who you know

then the referral is always better

By the way I forgot to ask you, how long have you been in Dubai?

So now it's been 5 years

Do you miss home? Do you have home sickness?

I do miss my family of course with the friends but now it's been already 5 years

I have a lot more of a home here as well

in the beginning it was a bit more difficult that's when you miss a lot but again

because I've always been traveling a lot for me it was easier

I have friends of mine who were really really home sick, because of that they wanted to leave the country

For me it was never the point when I wanted to pack my things and leave Dubai

because I'm so homesick

But of course you miss your family, that's why you try to travel a lot, invite them here

Dubai is considered as a transit city, people come here, they earn money and they leave

they travel somewhere else or they go back home. So what are your plans?

I think everybody in Dubai hates this question, because nobody knows the answer

I have no idea at the moment

because you know Dubai is just a very happy place if you look from a lot of perspectives

you have really good benefits, it's very safe it's very cosmopolitan

you have people from all of the religions and colors, nationalities living happily together

it's a great experience, it's a great location as well

we are like five hours away from Europe, from Asia, getting visas is relatively very easy

from that point it's perfect and if you love the warm weather it's great as well

but eventually everybody moves out from Dubai I think

it just a matter of time but I've been thinking of that as well

to move maybe back to the USA, maybe Australia or Canada

but then I'm concerned that it's too far, there are taxes and it's cold

so this question is still open for me

I'm not planning to go anywhere very soon still here

but most probably it will be more into European side, I might be going to Moscow

so far it's a question mark

As far as I know if you work in the hospitality you have a package in addition to your salary

Can you give us an idea about this package?

I think it's very convenient especially when you're just your first year in Dubai

because it makes you very secure, you don't have to worry about your bills, about your transportation

so most of the hospitality companies provide you with the accommodation

and then it depends on your position what kind of accommodation you have

then they do provide you with the transportation

when you're on operations they usually have the bus

that takes the employees from door to door

when you get your car they have an allowance so basically they cover my expenses on the car

you have restaurants and cafeterias where you can eat

you don't pay your bills for the consumption of the electricity and so on

so like this it's very safe especially when you just came

and you don't know how this works

you don't have to worry

so guys when you work in the hospitality

you have free accommodation, transportation, even free lunch, dinner

so the salary you get is all yours you don't need to spend it on your apartment and transportation

and still have some money to save

So to finilize everything what advice you can give to those who are afraid to

move to Dubai or who are afraid to change their life and start a new career in this city

I think you always have to get out of your comfort zone, because nothing

ever grows inside your comfort zone and you have to be a little bit adventurous

sometimes you just have to take the risks I mean you would never know the

outcome people might come to Dubai and fall in love, stay for 3-5 years

they might come and leave within the next six months if you don't get comfortable

because everyone has their own places but I think that for sure you should

give it a try you can always come back home so you don't lose anything at all

but not trying you might lose some of the opportunities you know meet some

great people have an amazing experience workwise traveling and just experiencing

this really great city so I think you should be just brave and don't be afraid to risk.

Dubai is extremely safe, it's very friendly,

it's very open-minded, it's so much different than any other places so

that's why there are so many cultures and people from so many countries

I think it is very important to build a network as well

you shouldn't sit at home and wait for the opportunities you should go out

speak to people and find opportunities outside

Dubai is relatively small and everybody knows everyone but it's all about helping each other

so yeah it's all about the connections so you have to be curious

and as imagine you have to be open-minded so don't wait for the

opportunities to come and find you, you have to go search for them yourself

Black Mold Lechate Godley Station Cracked Driveways Land Fill Savannah Georgia Adventures - Duration: 17:42.

okay I just wanted to show you guys this I just wanted to document I was losing

this black mold using crap here you guys see that it's just like it just gets

worse and worse as time passes do you see that all this where I don't know

where this is coming from as years past it gets worse but this is

terrible this is after this is after the hard freeze that we've had okay look at

this this is coming up out of the crack you guys see that it's coming up at the

crack we've got another one over here it's coming up out of a lot from here

it's coming up the crack losing out of the driveway

I guess it's coming from below now there's another that's another crack

now do you see the red rusty color in the red rusty color can be a sign of

methane that's my understanding it can be a sign of nothing leaking and so

but clearly the dry way didn't last but this stuff is disgusting there's there's

the croc they're huge huge crowd we've got a huge crack down here

you got cracks all over this driver oh look at this this was just after yeah

that is so disgusting this was after the snowstorm and look at

all these rocks everything is pitting out here now look at the sidewalk here

whatever this stuff is is oozing and so we had rain today

there's sirens going off over towards that direction and so yeah there's a

little bit but you can see feet prints there and that's normal and over on the

sidewalk right there some discoloration some of the reddish colored huge crack

right there and

but I just wanted to show this there's a green ribbon there's a truck going by

here soon okay but I just wanted to show this here you see the oh this one's a

little Asian there that's disgusting and if you guys remember I burned the snow

too what the heck is all this black crud

that's gross you can see the yard is sort of our

driveway spitting really really bad now I mean not just a little a lot and I'm

thinking if they did this to our house if they built our house the same way

it's like I'm wondering is this coal ash is that what this is is coal - was our

driveways built with coal ash or were they put under or how was it put in the

cement or under the foundations in our house

that's gross I've never seen anything so gross

nothing like that before

United distributors water Inc Oh UDI they're the folks who are supposed to be

stopping back by here a little bit later on tonight it does stink here though

today it stinks really bad but you can see

right there along the driveway right there is dark it smells really bad

outside here

but I just wanted to show this I wanted to show what's going on here

oh it's crying oh this whole whole driveway is falling apart you know

there's huge there's a lot of cracks it's not just a little so there's a lot

of cracks now I mean its cracking up really really I guess after the fries

maybe it made it a whole lot worse but that black stuff not weather no matter

whether it's black mold or coal ash and my thought is what does this do for the

health of humans living here is this what's contributing to my husband's

health problems or and even to my health problems with the pain in my spine

that's these are the questions I've been asking but a lot of the people just

ignore well you should have looked this up before you moved here that's all they

say in front of look this and it's like you fools you guys were the ones who did

it and improved it how would we know that a

company was gonna mix coal ash and actually it was just not that long ago a

few days ago they said the roads in Effingham County are falling apart

because they used coal ore they call it ash they just call it fly ash because

they made the roads out of fly ash and but then I said well did they put coal

in it coal ash and they're like well well they just call them fly ash and I

said but you know that it's legal to put coal ash in concrete and then there's

stories about companies who are distributing coal ash all over Georgia

is this what we're living in this is how they treat us

dumping this shit all over like this I've never seen it this bad before what

the hell is this shit what I mean oh what the hell is this shit it's nasty

is it sewage well I don't I mean but the thing is it's like that's gross that's

really disgusting

there goes a truck hl8 truck but yeah I just had to do a little video here let's

get down here suppose you guys see them

I've never lived a place where I have seen red seeping up out of the ground

like this before never ever in my life have I seen red material losing out of

the ground or black material losing from below the driveway I've just never seen

it in my life so this I'm so I'm still asking the same question is this what's

causing my husband's health problems and possibly some of my own that have just

been dying undiagnosed that's really disgusting

it's coming up right here right there

yeah that's a good picture that's kind of hard to see there's a lot so let's

push it up through there too

there's one of the weep holes he had to fill in I've never seen anything like

that I granted one of the things I read about it said that over a period of time

like over novice this said when you're moving in some place to look at the

driveways of other houses so there goes our school bus today

today's eleven January 11 to 2017 and they said look at

the driveways of the older houses because you'll be able to get a good a

good idea what's going on and they said if there's any cracks and stuff in the

driveway that that could be an indication of landfill and so there's

when we use the word landfill landfill can be to two types of things you know

it can be the landfill that they bring in and raise raised the ground up for

some reason but then there's another type of landfill which is garbage so and

I've shared the picture with you guys on Facebook before showing about the

landfill that they said in the past they buried trash in the swamp so the city

the county somebody encouraged the county down here to bury okay we're back

on okay yeah there's I have a picture that that's from the city of Savannah

you can find it on their web site because they were transparent not too

long ago and the city sure shared a picture with us how in the past they

they encouraged people to dump trash in the swamplands and so then what happens

is then they forget about it over time so this could have happened 60 years ago

and then they bury stuff you know they bury whatever and then they put trees on

it for a while farm it and then they sell it as houses and because presumably

then people have short memories but this land was actually low is my

understanding because they have to raise at three feet to get it out of the FEMA

flood so they can sell it saw the houses and say that they're not in the flood

zone now if they have to do that they shouldn't have been building houses here

to begin with anyway because I'm thinking with global warming and then

He and his mother started

India's or likely India's first

plant based

milk companies; veganarke

In the beginning they started

in their kitchen with pots, pans, blenders

making it all themselves using

mopeds to deliver it and it wasn't shelf stable so

they would spoil a lot of the time before delivery

But he knew he wanted to make this happen!

He started this after running a non-profit

animal rights organization

all through out India that he started when he was

just sixteen years old

influencing hundreds and thousands of

other people to go vegan as well.

He had this to say:

Eventually they had enough customers and enough money coming in

to make the product shelf stable, create a manufacturing

facility and they renamed it

to Good Mylk spelled with a "Y"

Rangan claims they're the first ones to make

vegan yoghurt in India as well

and they just began a

new distribution model throughout all of India!

Done through online sales.

His business and plan has been

given a kickstart by

an angel investor in Texas

named Steven Sturdivant

Stephen had this to say

They need the 400,000 dollars for the new machines

that they are getting to

help have a scaled production cost with

the shelf stabilized milks

so they can send them through the mail.

This is Rangans first ever paying job

and it's his first ever

paying business. He has risen his family

out of poverty by seeing

the future of veganism

this planet and of us as a species!

Co-existing with all others

If a so called "third world" country

can do this and a family

can rise from literally

nothing, not even having some of the basic

amenities that we do and starting

an entire in his own country

there's no excuse for any of us

not to do the same! Get out there guys!

So........the U.K.

Guess what? Yeah they're getting

something awesome again! TGI Fridays Is

launching a brand new line

of vegan menu items

and it's being tested throughout the

U.K.

I'm sure it will come over to the states and other countries eventually

because any time anythings ever been tested

so far that's vegan as long as the product is

at least half decent it

did amaizing. Better than projected results.

the new vegan options will be:

Smoked tomato bruschetta on toasted

ciabatta bread, roasted vegetable

Alfredo with a vegan Alfredo sauce

Garlic ciabatta bread

and avocado hummus

This comes on the heels of the partnership

between TGI Fridays and Beyond Meat

last year when they created a burger that

unfortunately the bun

and mayo weren't vegan but hopefully

they're moving towards an all vegan sandwich

for those of us with compassion.

And a teacher in Idaho

decided to feed a puppy to a

turtle in front of his students

The turtle WAS a snapping turtle

and I say was because

the authorities euthanized the turtle instead of

the teacher. Now obviously

I don't support euthanizing the teacher

I don't support euthanizing

anyone unless they're in

grave pain and nothing can be done

The decision to euthanize the turtle was because they're an

invasive species. They were

a snapping turtle and they're considered

invasive and illegal to keep in Idaho

as a pet

This was not the turtles fault they should've been taken

to somewhere else, anywhere else

Whatever is easiest! Just kill them!

this is something marching towards

the end goal of the abolition of

all animals and ending their suffering

I don't think people really

have grasped how big this is is

this is the first time in the entire world out of

over seven billion people that a

city on the face of this planet

has banned the sale of an animal product!

San Francisco is definitely on my lis

of amazing places to visit and they just

bumped up that list

To take a stand so firmly on compassion

And this wasn't just a

mayor or one person this was

activists doing their "job"

everyday. Activists Like

Rachel Zeigler!

Who has done many protests

for DXE and other orgs

and just on her own too.

nobody really gave me feedback so I'm just going to pick

Make Ringtone For iPhone Using GarageBand - 2018 (Easy Method!) - Duration: 4:16.

Hello Friends!

Welcome back to AppleFrendly.

Today you'll learn how to make ringtone for iPhone using GarageBand.

Well, the GarageBand layout has been updated recently and hence this updated video.

So, without any further ado, let's get started!

Firstly, you need to download this free app, GarageBand, from the AppStore.

You can find the download links down in the description below.

And you need to add Music from iTunes to your iPhone for making a ringtone.

This method doesn't work with Apple Music.

Apple doesn't allow that.

So, when you're ready with all these stuff, launch the app.

You should find the App layout something like this.

You need to go ahead and tap this little PLUS icon on the top right corner.

Now select AUDIO RECORDER

Now tap these 3 broken lines on the top left corner.

And here is the app layout where we will be making the ringtone.

So, go ahead and tap this PLUS sign on the top right corner.

Select this SECTION A

Now change this value to 30 by tapping on it.

Once you're done, tap outside anywhere to close this menu.

Now, go ahead and tap this circular loop icon on the top right corner.

And select MUSIC

Now you can select any category to choose your music.

I'm gonna hit this SONGS option here.

Now select your favourite song, hold it and drag it over this empty area.

Now you need to edit this song as per your preference.

You can use these handles to select your favourite part of the song and change the song length.

Also, you can tap on the song to reveal more editing options.

So, when you're done editing the song, hold and drag it to the front

And hit this inverted triangle button on the top left corner.

Select MY SONGS

Now here is the ringtone file that we've just created.

Many people get confused at this point in the video.

Here, If you look closely, there are two sections.

Browse and Recents

If you select RECENTS, you'll find your ringtone file but there are no other options

as shown in other tutorials.

So, what you have to do is, long press this ringtone file And select SHARE.

Then proceed setting this song as a ringtone as per regular tutorial methods.

But for the purpose of this video, I'm gonna go back,

Select BROWSE option

and select this Ringtone file.

Sometimes you can find this ringtone file inside this GARAGEBAND FOR iOS folder.

The point is, you need to find this ringtone file and select it.

So, go ahead and tap this SELECT option on the top right corner

And select your ringtone file.

Now tap this SHARE SHEET button on the bottom left corner.

And here, select RINGTONE.

Now tap here and rename you're ringtone.

And tap DONE on your keyboard.

Now hit this EXPORT button on the top right corner.

Now select USE SOUND AS...

and select STANDARD RINGTONE

That's all!

You're Ringtone is set.

Now when you head over to your SETTINGS,

SOUNDS

and RINGTONE

You should find your latest ringtone.

So, that's how easy it is to make ringtone for iPhone using GarageBand!

As YouTube bans firearms demonstrations, Utah firm launching its own pro-gun video platform - Duration: 4:40.

YouTube working to remove firearms demonstrations from its platform,

a Utah company is gearing up to make an online haven for videos about all things

related to guns.

"The pro-gun community has had enough of this crap," said Bryan Melchior,

co-owner of Utah Gun Exchange, a website that hooks up gun buyers with individual

sellers and manufacturers — and, in the near future,

will host a video platform for gun enthusiasts.

"What they're doing at YouTube is censorship," Melchior said Friday.

"Utah Gun Exchange will be the next YouTube.

… And we will never, ever, ever stomp on anybody's rights."

According to Bloomberg News, YouTube quietly tightened its rules for videos

involving weapons this week.

Starting in April, the Google-owned service will ban videos that promote firearms

sales or link to websites that sell firearms and accessories.

The site also will bar videos that give instructions on how to assemble firearms.

The move angered gun-rights advocates nationally.

In a statement, the National Shooting Sports Foundation called the decision

"troubling," adding that owners of social media platforms should recognize their

"broader collective responsibility since [they command] so much of today's virtual

public square." (YouTube, as a corporate entity,

is not bound by the First or Second amendments, which apply to government actions.)

Pavel Asparouhov, a senior at West High School and one of the organizers of

Saturday's March for Our Lives in Salt Lake City,

said he believed YouTube's actions serve "to not incentivize people to make these

kinds of videos."

Melchior said he and his business partner, Sam Robinson,

have been looking at creating a gun-friendly video platform since they bought Utah

Gun Exchange last year.

YouTube's decision, made in the wake of the Feb. 14 shooting at a Florida high

school that killed 17 students and teachers, has strengthened the partners' resolve.

The partners employ similar sales pitches.

In an interview in the company's Sandy headquarters,

Robinson touted the site's classified ads by saying "our goal is to become the

Craigslist of the Second Amendment," while Melchior said the site's connections to

firearms manufacturers will allow the site "to become the Amazon of the Second

Amendment."

Melchior also boasts the company's efforts at registering like-minded gun

supporters to vote and to encourage school safety programs that include free

concealed-firearm training courses for teachers and school administrators.

Utah Gun Exchange has a channel on YouTube, which has nearly 2,000 subscribers.

The company this month launched a weekly hourlong video podcast that covers guns

and Second Amendment issues.

"YouTube is our largest window to the world," Robinson said.

He sees the videos as "an outreach program … to people who think they could not be

a part of the firearms community."

Other producers of gun content are scrambling to find alternatives to YouTube.

One, InRange TV, announced this week it would begin posting its gun-related videos

on the adult site PornHub.

Robinson attributes YouTube's actions — along with other recent corporate decisions

to, for example, raise the minimum age to purchase firearms — to "hoplophobia," a

term coined by a firearms instructor in the 1960s to describe "an irrational fear

of guns."

Asparouhov, preparing for Saturday's student march from West High to the Utah

Capitol in support of tighter firearms regulations,

said companies like YouTube know that future consumers have grown up with school

shootings and lockdown drills.

He noted that he was born after the 1999 shooting at Columbine High School in

suburban Denver, where 12 students and a teacher were killed by two classmates,

who then killed themselves.

"I'm about to turn 18 — I'm about to get a job.

I'll be spending my own money, rather than my parents'," Asparouhov said.

"In reality, they're just future-proofing their companies.
