An electric cable is tied around her leg and waist

Walking with difficulty on three legs

How did this happen?

Something is seen under her stomach

Local resident: She must've dug into the ground while going through birth pain

The puppies are inside the hole dug by the mother

A tiring life on the streets

And new lives gifted to the white Jindo dog

The mother leaves

Will the puppies be okay in this cold weather?

The puppies still can't open their eyes

But something has been discovered next to the puppies

PD: One puppy is dead

PD: Where?

PD: It's not moving?

One of the five puppies is a dead corpse

It seems like it died a week ago

The veterinarian tries to handle the corpse

Vet: It was born as the weakest of the five

Or not able to drink a lot of milk because it was pushed back by the other puppies

Are the other puppies okay?

Vet: The mother gave enough milk

They don't look bad, look chubby and they move around okay

Fortunately, the puppies are healthy

However, the mother is very weary

How do we rescue the white Jindo dog family?

Vet: The best method would be to lure the mother and puppies to somewhere nearby

And bringing them over here

The rescue begins

Lure the mother into the cage

The mother doesn't know what to do

She walks around the puppies' surroundings

And finally!

We'll have to examine the dog

The abandoned dog life must've been difficult

Is the white Jindo dog healthy?

Vet: She's okay despite living outside so long

However, the dog is severely anemic

I think she got anemic after giving birth

And due to the lack of food intake while living outside

The leg is of most concern

Vet: The body part might be missing

Because of the lack of blood flow due to the old knot

The nerves in the cut off area are still alive

It must've been painful every time she makes a step

It's a relief that she can go under surgery

A welcome guest came to see the white Jindo dog

EPA Chairman Andrew Wheeler Continues To Deregulate Pollution At A Record Pace - Duration: 3:11.

Former coal lobbyist, Andrew Wheeler, is set to become the next leader of the EPA completing

the industry capture of yet another government agency.

Now we've, we know a lot about this guy right?

Yeah.

This is the guy, this is the coal industry guy who who lobbied, lobbied all over the

country, West Virginia.

He was the guy who said, you know, mountaintop mining is a great idea.

Let's blow off the tops of mountains.

Destroy entire ecosystems.

He was the go to guy for, for the lobby and industry where it comes to all fossil fuels,

so they love this guy.

Fossil fuel industry is in love with this guy.

When he, here's what he's done already, this Wheeler.

Now he's supposed to, he's supposed to replace Pruitt.

Now, I don't know how you're getting worse than Pruitt when the stories are still emerging

about what a thug Pruitt was, but so, so this guy then takes over and we start seeing rollbacks

of methane pollution.

We're regulating methane pollution, well roll back on that.

Regulating mercury, roll back on that.

A rollback on toxic chemical pollution, roll back on that.

This is all he's done.

Roll back on car standards to solve the crisis of climate change, roll that back.

Gut the tailpipe pollution regulation, roll that back.

This is who Wheeler is.

It is and here's the interesting thing too about about Wheeler to me is the fact that

the entire time Scott Pruitt was in office, everyone was saying Pruitt is awful.

He's got to go all these scandals.

This is horrible and maybe we'll get somebody better.

Well, no, I don't think anybody looking at this objectively ever thought we were going

to get somebody better and Wheeler has come in and said, wow, Pruitt was so bad on the

environment.

I betcha I could do worse, but here's, here's the part.

Pruitt was not, and a lot of people blame Trump for this.

I do not blame Trump for Pruitt or Wheeler.

These are two guys who regardless of who the Republican was in that office, it could've

been Cruz, it could've been Rand Paul.

They would've done the same thing.

This is typical and it honestly, if a Democrat had done this, probably wouldn't have been

that surprising either.

No, no.

That wouldn't surprise me at all frankly.

It's because that's what happens in DC.

It's not necessarily specific to a political party.

It's certainly not just this one politician up there.

These are the guys that they go to when they need somebody to head an agency and destroy

it.

You know, you mentioned all these things Wheeler rolled back in his first 100 days alone.

Sierra Club says he was pulling back one regulation every three days.

Right, now let me ask you something here.

This is, every time I look at a story like this and I say, what is, what does the responsible

media do?

How about they did nothing here?

How about they did nothing?

Every three days this cat was rolling back and in that, those are the numbers, every

three days he's rolling back a regulation that supports the environment that we, by

the rollback destroys the environment.

Some Epsom Salt Remedies Are Completely Worthless, New Lawsuit Alleges - Duration: 7:42.

For quite literally hundreds of years, Epsom salts has been sold to the public all around

the world as some kind of cure for aches, pains, maybe even detoxifying the body.

Whatever your ailment is, Epsom salts can probably help you out or so we've been told

again for hundreds of years as a population.

Well, according to a new class action lawsuit, all of that is completely false.

The old wives tales about Epsom salts curing your ills are completely untrue and a lot

of the Epsom salts out there today are just trying to take your money and not deliver

on the promises they make on the package.

Joining me now to talk about this is Scott Hardy from topclassactions.com.

So Scott, I grew up hearing my grandmother, who still says it to this day, my mother says

it to this day, Epsom salts, you got a problem.

These things are most likely going to fix it.

Just go fill up the tub, lay in there with it, with the Epsom salts, you're going to

be just fine.

Really not the case is it, at least according to this new lawsuit?

No, it surprised me actually when I was going through the the lawsuits and took a look at

this class action because I have a bag of this exact Dr. Teal's sitting in my bathroom

right now waiting for an Epsom salt bath because my trainers have said at the gym, hey Scott,

when you're sore, I'm 43 now so my muscles don't go ahead and recover like they use to.

If you're sore and you got your bad joints, just take that hot bath as hot as possible.

They always talk about hot as possible, hot as you can stand.

Toss them Epsom salts in there and man, it'll go ahead and kick you right up and make you

feel better, and I've done that and it's helped.

I've said, man, this does work.

That's why I've got more Epsom salts there.

I never actually checked into the science of it, which is bad on me.

This is kind of what we do, right?

We might dig into these issues and see if there's science behind it, but as you said,

grandma said it was good.

My parents said it was good.

My trainers say it was good, so why would I go ahead and not believe what they've got,

these Dr. Teal's Epsom salts out there that would work and it turns out that what actually

helps you out is just the hot bath itself, not so much the Epsom salts.

Right, and this particular class action involves the Dr. Teal's Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution,

Detoxify and Energize with Ginger and Clay.

And it's one of those words in there detoxify, you know, that has become the new buzzword

for all of these, you know, kind of over the counter cure all, you know, whether it's Epsom

salts, whether it's some kind of supplement going to detoxify, you know, we see it in

teas now.

The tea is going to detoxify you.

Well, it turns out that's not actually a thing.

That's not a thing that actually happens unless you're dealing with a human body that's going

through, you know, alcohol or drug overdose.

You can detoxify that, but just going in there and saying, I'm getting rid of the toxins

out of my body, that's scientifically not a thing.

Right?

Right, right.

That was, that was funny because the last time I was in the store just a week or two

ago and bought more Epsom salts because hey, you know, I did feel better afterwards and

I saw the Epsom salts.

There are definitely, I thought it was just, you know, you get Epsom salts and you put

in the bath, but no, they have ones with lavender now.

They have these with the ginger and clay and I saw that detoxifying part and I went, huh?

The class action part of my mind went, oh boy, this should be interesting, but I, I

didn't actually process it and write a note or send a note to any of the lawyers we work

with and say hey guys, dig into this because it turns out they already have and now we've

got this covered.

But yeah, I thought the same thing and you know, I just, I got some lavender Epsom salt

fizzing bath bombs for my wife.

So after she's working out she can just take that relaxing bath and it's sad but you know,

you sure will smell better after taking these, these fancy Epsom salt baths.

But I think it's, it's interesting that the science is pointing to no, don't spend a lot

of time, you know, put in your oils in there to smell great, but, don't think that any

of these Epsom salts or the ginger or the clay that are added to the Epsom salts are

actually giving you any basis to feel better.

And as you mentioned, the detoxifying part, I don't know how it actually does that by

sitting in a bathtub since, as you said, you've got to go ahead and absorb these things, take

in water, and have your bloodstream detoxify you through things like your liver and your

kidneys and all that kind of good stuff.

But the bathtub is not a magic detoxifier.

We're not in the wild west where someone gives you a magic tub and you're detoxified.

Right, and this is exactly, you know, what this class action is trying to say.

It's like, listen, you're saying it's going to do these things.

We all know it's not going to do these things.

You're duping consumers.

You have to knock it off and you have to make it right for the people that you have, you

know, essentially scammed.

That's what the lawsuit is saying here.

So if you want to, you know, get, get your bath bomb, you know, put the oils in there,

they smell good.

They can actually help you relax the sense they do do that.

But if you're looking for something that's going to detoxify you or make you healthier,

this stuff ain't it.

You know, there's really nothing you're going to put in your bath that's going to help with

that.

But if you, if you want the nice aromas, you want the fizziness of a bath bomb, you know,

if you want the Epsom salts in there just as a placebo, go for it.

As long as the company lets you know that that is all it's going to do, it's going to

be a placebo.

It's going to make smell nice.

Might help you relax a bit, but we're not pulling toxins out of your body.

And that's really what's at issue here, isn't it?

Exactly.

Because you know, I look back now and when I first bought Epsom salts months and months

ago, after a hard workout, I got them from a drug store and the, it was a big bag and

all it said were Epsom salts.

Didn't have any promises on it, didn't sit there and say it will magically detoxify your

body, your soul and make you a better person overall.

It just said Epsom salts, put them in the bath.

There you go.

And that's what you're going to see.

You'll probably still getting these fancy clay and ginger, but it'll just say clay,

ginger, it won't say magically makes your body a pure place.

Not that they said that exactly, but.

Well, yeah and that's, you know what, that's what we need on these packages.

You know, Epsom salts may smell nice.

They change their labels to that and everything's gonna be fine.

And to be honest, probably not even going to hurt their sales if they were just honest

with people on this.

Should Investors Be Worried About Bungie Leaving Activision? - Duration: 3:44.

Chris Hill: Shares of Activision Blizzard down 10% on Friday after the video game maker

and it will be transferring the publishing rights of one of its franchise games to Bungie,

the studio that produced it. Aaron, help me out here.

Aaron Bush: This is meaningful and not great for Activision.

Let me first back up a little bit and add some context.

Eight or so years ago, Bungie was thrilled to stop working with Microsoft. They're behind Halo.

Their games were huge.

But, they were disgruntled working for a larger organization that put pressures on them and

they wanted to move on. And when they did, Microsoft kept the rights to Halo.

Bungie announced a new 10-year partnership with Activision.

The deal was that they'd launch four Destiny games with expansions.

But, as soon as they started operating, it was pretty much a struggle right out of the gate.

If we fast-forward all these years through today, Bungie has now made two Destiny games

with expansions.

There have been more issues and negative reactions than I think Activision wanted.

A lot of the narrative going on right now is that Activision is being too oppressive

in its expectations.

You see similar concerns thrown around with Electronic Arts and all these other big publisher,

that they're putting pressure, making people disgruntled.

I think that we're seeing that with the Blizzard side of Activision, too, in some ways.

Recent executive changes there connected this, as well. That's not awesome.

But, I don't think that they're the only ones totally to blame there.

I think they need to be careful on how this plays out, but it's not 100% their fault.

Whatever the case, the end result is that Bungie is paying Activision to cut their contract

early and take the rights to Destiny. It was pretty predictable that Bungie would move on.

What I didn't see happening was that they'd also take the rights to Destiny.

That leaves a decent-sized hole in Activision's portfolio of games.

We don't know exactly the financial terms on that.

It'll take time for Activision to fill that void, but I do think that they will.

They'll just reinvest in making new franchises. Ron Gross: I just need to know, are you a gamer, Aaron?

Is that a thing that you do?

Bush: Yes. [laughs] Andy Cross: Be proud of that!

Gross: I was just curious! Bush: I've been following this stuff for a long time.

It's super interesting. I have played Destiny. It wasn't that great. And here we are.

They have improved, but it's showing now. Hill: It wasn't that great, but apparently

as you said, it's great enough -- Gross: It's no Asteroids.

Hill: -- meaningful in terms of revenue for Activision Blizzard.

This is not the only split that Activision Blizzard has had in the last six months in terms of talent.

When we think about brain drain, a lot of times, it's in Silicon Valley and it's an

executive leaving Alphabet to go to Facebook or vice versa.

But it seems like Activision Blizzard really has a creative problem on their hands right now.

Bush: I think some of that is overrated. There's always talent leaving different studios to go elsewhere.

But, when I start to see it at the executive level, even their CFO recently left,

maybe to go to Netflix even. I think it was Netflix.

Gross: I think so.

Bush: That's when I start to think that there are bigger moving pieces that are problematic

and need to be solved.

So anyways, we were watchin' that and it reminded Quinn

So it started there and I was like you know what,

Quinn we don't have to be married to that

I kinda like this bigger idea of

flipping through the channels so kinda chase that.

There's such a nostalgia with channel surfing

that I has as a kid like going through Nickelodeon

and just being like what's (mumbles),

and then going to Cartoon Network

and then like the Late Night.

Like three AM where you can't sleep where it was like

Mama's House was playing or Seinfeld, that type of shit.

I feel like the video really encompassed that,

especially when I'm sitting next to that

fine ass dude not paying attention to him,

trying to find something on TV.

This was was a none Netflix and chill scenario,

that we wanted to set up.

This was like some real life 1999 shit,

and we had so many different channels that we wanted to do.

I wanted to be Mrs. Rogers,

from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.

We was gonna do a Good Times scene,

like we definitely were gonna go for it.

We wanted to do a futuristic aliens sci-fi show

(laughs) but you know we didn't have the

So we didn't do all of that but I'm so happy

with how it turned out.

We want to reference the icons: Diana, Aretha,

Madonna, Cher like that's where our bread and butter is

when it comes to someone like me.

I heard in the grapevine somebody was like

we just don't know what a Lizzo song sounds like.

'Cause she's too good at too many things.

And thank you and also ouch you know what I mean,

that was hard to take and that was hard to hear.

That being said I'm in every song I sing,

so I believe in evolving as an artist.

I had to refine my sound, I had to find my voice

and I think this is definitely the most Lizzo-y

voice I've ever found right now.

This year is all about me just dropping little songs.

Every end of year, the Japanese people choose one kanji that defines the year.

Last year in 2017,

They chose the kanji "Kita" which means "North".

It was such a turbulent year between Japan and North Korea...

Since North Korea did nuclear and missiles tests, threatening Japan.

But what was the kanji the Japanese chose for the year of 2018?

Do you have any idea of what it could be?

The kanji they chose for the year of 2018, was the kanji "Sai/Wazawai",

which means disaster.

Unfortunately there was so many natural disasters in Japan last year..

Like the earthquakes that happened in Hokkaidou, Oosaka and Shimane.

The huge storms that happened in the west of Japan.

The typhoons number 21 and 24 hitting the land of the rising sun and so on!

It was a year that the Japanese people felt in their skin the threats of the natural disasters...

But it also increased the awareness of the prevention of those disasters in the entire country.

   The model posted a photo of herself on Instagram earlier today (Thursday), with the location of her post coming up as London, United Kingdom

 But while the photo itself doesn't confirm any details regarding an impending move, that has not stopped Arsenal fans from posting on her photo with comments such as 'Welcome to north London' and 'Welcome to Arsenal family'

Agent confirms contact has been made over Chelsea transfer target Leon Bailey - Duration: 2:40.

 Bayer Leverkusen's Leon Bailey is a player who has been heavily linked with Chelsea in recent seasons

  And now, his agent has confirmed that Chelsea have made contact about signing him, although they are not the only club in Europe monitoring the winger's situation

  Bailey, who has previously been linked with a move to Chelsea in 2017 and 2018, has found his opportunities limited with the Bundesliga side this season making 16 appearances, with only eight of those as starts

 But a recent change in manager at Leverkusen, with Peter Bosz replacing Heiko Herrlich, has been welcomed by his agent and step-father Craig Butler, who has been speaking about the 21-year-old's future

  "I am very happy that this change has come about," Butler told SportBild, as reported by talkSPORT

 "Leon did not develop under Heiko Herrlich. For Leon it is very important that he enjoys football, he lives alone in Germany, the family is in Jamaica, and if Leon does not have fun, it kills him

 "Top clubs have come forward, Real and Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Roma, and in recent months they have been surprised that Leon plays so seldom, wondering why a top league player like him is suddenly sitting on the bench
