what's up content creators it's your boy the masked youtuber the one that will take
your channel to 1 million subscribers ok guys this is a very important video and
I don't want to scare you but we need to talk about this YouTube just released a
new policy a few days ago today we will talk about how these updates will affect
your channel what measures you need to take right down to abide and how to make
sure that your channel is always always safe from getting closed down let's go
as usual before going into the technical stuff what I want you to do right now is
smash that subscribe button smash it and hit the bell also give this video a
thumbs up by clicking on the like button thanks a lot you remember what happened
in 2017 during the adapocalypse basically YouTube got lots of attention from the
media because ads from big companies like Coca Cola dr. pepper and other major
brands were being displayed on some non politically correct YouTube videos this
resulted in major brands pulling out their ads from YouTube YouTube had to
change its policy and demonetized millions millions of videos and also
added the 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch time requirement to become a
YouTube partner and start getting paid and sadly enough this is happening again
in 2019 with all the recent challenges like the bird box challenge from the
movie and all these pranks all these pranks videos are for dangerous pranks
YouTube had no other choice than update its community guidelines and policies
again let's have a look at these guidelines right now okay let's read
the Community Guidelines my latest update from YouTube together so
YouTube's Community Guidelines set the rules for a road for what we don't allow
in YouTube and not only applying to videos but all content including
comments this is really important cause I've been teaching you guys to post
comments so stop spamming in the comment section you need to meet these
guidelines if you don't what your account to get banned for example we do not
allow pornographic incitement to violence and harassment an hate speech so if
you do that in the comment section if your theme of the channel that you have if
your videos contain this type of information stop doing these types of
videos because you will be striked YouTube will ban your account so stop
doing that ok as usual as usual YouTube uses two
types of flagging people can flag your videos flag your comments and also they
have and automatic flagging of videos so really guys if you think that you can
get away doing these types of videos forget about it YouTube with tighten tighten
all the banning all the striking of videos so you better stop doing that ok now let's
go into the areas that they want to really really focus on of course we
all this link has been put in the description of this video so if
you want to check it out you can just check it out right now
ok now let's have a look at the first one custom thumbnails so really they are
reminding people they already they already have community guidelines with
regards to thumbnails people want to really emphasize on pornographic and
graphic violence in the thumbnails I don't really think that your thumbnails
contain graphic violence but I've seen so many so many thumbnails on
YouTube containing pornographic images sex sells we all know that guys want and
guys will always be clicking on videos with thumbnails containing girls it's it's
like that so we already know that sex sells but guys
do not risk anything for your channel all the time that you're investing in
this channel so stop doing these types of thumbnails because YouTube mentioned
something different here they mention in fact they can even strike your videos
they will strike your videos when even if the video meets all the other guidelines but your
thumbnails don't they will now start striking your video so really stop doing
that we already know three strikes and your account is gone so the second update
is about external links so my general advice on external link is that
you should not link you shouldn't link people to videos or content outside of
YouTube it's a waste you need to make people stick to YouTube so that they
watch more of your videos the only reason I find valid to link people out
of YouTube is if you have another website or if you sell other products or
if you want paypal or anything donations like that you can link them
but don't link people to other content that is not yours you need to focus on
making people continue staying on that platform and watching your videos okay
the third one is dangerous challenges and pranks this is but this is the
reason guys this is the reason why YouTube made this update it's because of
all these stupid pranks and challenges we have to pay the consequences so
really if you are doing pranks now if you're doing some sort of anything
challenges that may may be harmful may look bad they are dangerous YouTube will
strike you I don't care that you believe that these pranks are not harmful but you
believe that these pranks on the dangerous or all challenges are not
dangerous I don't really care YouTube doesn't care also so stop doing that
right now it's not even if it's funny YouTube doesn't find that funny so stop
doing that right now you will get your account banned so the
last part of a communication youtube is telling us that they will allow a
grace period of two months two months two
us to really change our content to make sure that we abide to the policies and
Community Guidelines so they won't strike our videos if they find that our
thumbnails or videos meet these new requirements or updated requirements so
your videos will be removed but you won't get any strikes which is good okay
so how does all this impact your channel if you believe that you're currently
currently making these types of videos types of videos that are currently
breaking the community guidelines please please stop doing these types of videos
right now delete all these videos and stop doing that it's simple it's really a
no-brainer where it gets tricky is that even if you are not currently breaking
the Community Guidelines you need to understand that YouTube will keep
tightening its policies in the months and years to come
YouTube's goal is to completely replace cable TV and unfortunately to do this
they need to ensure that their platform is politically correct they need to ensure
that big company big brands keep fueling YouTube spending money on
advertising so as long as you do pg-rated and politically correct content your
channel will always always be safe you need to really think about the theme of
your channel all the videos that you do need to be pg-rated need to be
politically correct why take the risk YouTube can just behind you account
strike your videos at any time and you really can't do
unfortunately you really can't do anything about it we cannot possibly cover what
politically correct means right here in this video because this is gonna take
too much talent but there's a general rule if your video could be aired on
primetime TV in the US it means that it's good enough for YouTube so now it's

Hi ma'am sir my name is Joey and I would like to take this opportunity to thank
you first for allowing me to present myself what are my qualifications as your
next virtual legal assistant and in case you don't know I'm from Philippines and

graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science and Computer Engineering and I'm
currently taking an online course in which I'm learning Python and in the
near future I'm gonna proceed in learning also in web development with

Python because of web development and to further enhance of course further
enhance my programming skills right just to give you a little background on
myself I would like to start off with with my work experiences so the first
job that I had was in the BPO industry or you can call it call center or in
call center particularly with technical and customer service department and I
have more than five years of experience in industry second this is actually
the longest experience when we talk about work I have almost 7 years
experience as a document controller in several mining projects in Africa the
last one I had was in Mozambique and I was the senior
document controller there it was the graphite mining project and Mozambique
Africa so basically my background lies in managing proper document storage and
accessibility while communicating routinely across multiple departments
and teams to implement document management and control procedures but
it's already managing all types of document control I also excel at you
know leading teams and re-designing processes to maximize
efficiency and accuracy for certain projects in Africa alright so going with
regards to tools and so first and I'm familiar with I'm pretty much proficient
with Microsoft suite including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint and very
comfortable using these programs and had have a lot of experience in doing so
number two I'm an expert of Microsoft Excel I can
create fully functional spreadsheets and I'm familiar with organizing and
analyzing large sets of data for example from my previous company I was actually
asked to do data analyzing and interpretation of products especially
because of the product was actually to the graphite flakes and finds and are
one of our headquarters one was in Dubai and they have asked us to do a
spreadsheet a very big one to analyze what are the types of products that been
coming out from the plant so and so that is the I think that's the biggest asset I
can offer to you that I'm pretty much good and safe to say that I'm
very I'm an advanced when it comes to Excel all right and number in addition
to basic computer skills and word processing I'm also familiar with photo
and video editing software particularly with Adobe After Effects to edit
short videos actually I had to do I had that experience from a previous company
as well that our human resources department our and the training
department asked me to do some video editing so it was fortunate enough for
me that I was able to to do some video editing for my previous company and
actually they were pretty much happy about it
and the last one I can also say that I had some experience working with
Google Forms Google Docs and Google Sheets and also had experienced a
create website through Google Sites it was just a pretty much straightforward
business website that actually it was just a request from one of my friends
for his business right for now that that's all I can say that thank you for
