What's up everybody this is Master Ian Gamer and today I've got a very special video

where I'm going to be doing a giveaway of 5 Action! screen recorder software keys.

On the left it has its own built in file explorer and video player so you can quickly rewatch

any of the footage you just recorded.

It has options for recording from an external device, which is perfect for those of you

who play on console, and the last big thing I want to mention is that, while I don't

use this feature personally, it even has live stream tools for those of you who want to

broadcast your gameplay on Twitch, YouTube, or any number of other platforms.

Now, let's start with the foundation of Successful lead gen online.

Now, one of the biggest mistakes that businesses make that I see very often and you might see

this as well, is that they start getting the leads and they instantly try to convert them

into a sale.

Buy, buy, buy, buy my product, buy my service.

They put a lot of promotional sales messages without really warming up and cultivating

the relationship.

Think about it from your target audiences mind.

When you go on a site, you look at their website.

If it's a first time, there is what?

They don't know anything about your business.

They don't know your story.

They don't know what you sell.

They don't know why they should even pay attention.

They have tons of noise going on through their mind.

So, the goal of lead gen, of successful lead gen is you must be able to warm up the target

audience that goes through and then be able to potentially position them to become a buyer

or a sale in the longterm and also in the short term.

You have to be able to do some core elements, building trust, cultivating the relationship,

adding value.

I just said something very important, adding value throughout the process as they become

a lead.

It's not enough that they just convert and give you your name and email into your business.

You must be able to once you have that, once they are able to commit that name and email

to me, you wanna give them value, you wanna add trust, show them testimonials.

You wanna do so many different things.

I'm gonna give you the exact process, the nine-step, 12, 10-12 process to be able to

do this.

Now, the cool way for you to be able to add value, build the relationship, and be able

to really have that trust together with them is having really solid content on your website.

You wanna give them value right upfront.

You want them to think, "I am at the right place."

I know that I wanna be able to solve my problems and achieve the results that I want just by

being on the website.

You want them to see you as the most valuable guide because when they commit their name

and email and be able to opt in to become a lead, they're saying that, "Let's communicate."

Let's talk.

I wanna hear more about what you wanna say to me.

I like your values, I like what you stand for.

Give me the asset that you're gonna give me and I'm gonna give in more depth on what a

asset means, but for now, they're basically saying, "Let's communicate," when they become

a lead.

So, that communication process is what's most important to turn a lead into a high quality

lead and ultimately become a customer that's lifelong in your business that consistently

buys from you, refers people, and also is one of your best customers for life.

Now, let's go into the most important process to be able to convert high quality leads on

a consistent basis, thousands of leads every single month.

The first thing we must do is we want to understand our leads, what they're going through.

We wanna also then map out the process.

So what I mean by understanding the leads is, we wanna think from their perspective.

What are the results that they want to achieve?

What is the things that they're looking for?

What are they interested in about your business or the industry that you're in?

Also, at the same time, what are the problems that they're trying to solve by going through

your business?

The next thing is, once you understand those two simple principles, you can understand

the leads and at the same time, I want you to keep in mind what I mentioned before.

They are going through so much noise, overwhelm of information, their competitors are running

ads to them.

They're going on social media, then being bombarded by Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat,

all these different things that are vying for their attention.

They're trying to grab their attention.

They're trying to take away their mental capacity.

So you wanna make sure that you think from that perspective that your target audience,

no matter what they are in, does not have the time, they don't have the mental capacity.

So, you gotta make sure that the content that you produce for them and how your generate

them into a lead is you're adding a ton of value and what they see as value.

So, I just said something that's very important.

You wanna do something that's what they see as the most important value at this point

in time in their life based on the results and the problems.

The next thing I talked about was the conversion journey.

A conversion journey, you think about it as, you wanna give em a road map.

You wanna give em A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Almost like the yellow brick road.

You wanna show them, what are the milestones that they're gonna move through towards your

business to ultimately buy from you and become a lifelong customer.

You wanna map that out for your business starting from your website.

You wanna look at your website when they land on the website, what do they see?

They see your homepage.

They see the navigation bar.

They see multiple different articles of whatever you position on that site and once they click

on something, they go through your roadmap, they go through the journey that you've set

for them.

Now based on that, all these different parts, you wanna be able to convert them into leads

through these different paths.

So, the way that you do that is on the website.

You literally look at your website, you put down a piece of paper or you can use a tool

like Gliffy.

Gliffy allows you to be able to map out diagrams, map out the journey in a very easy and simple

way.

But one of the things you can do is just be able to map out the journey, meaning let's

say they go on the homepage, they go to your blog post or your resource page and when they're

reading a blog post, you have an entry point for them to ultimately, let's say, become

a lead by opting in on your blog post page.

Or, for example, if they go on your product page, they look at reading the product and

then, when they're about to exit, you have an exit pop up.

What is the journey?

How do they become a lead once they go on your website?

You wanna make sure that you have this roadmap in place so that it's clear not just for you,

but it's clear for them as well and it doesn't interrupt what the user experienced on your

website.

After we understand your leads and we know the conversion journey, what we wanna focus

on is what is that asset that we're gonna give em in exchange for them to start the

communication with us?

What is the asset and also, how are we gonna convert them into a lead?

What is the lead gen progressions and funnels that need to be in place?

So, let's start with the assets.

Assets are things that we wanna make sure that we give them in exchange for that.

You see this often all the time.

There's people that are on guides, e-books, webinars, all these things that give the presentation

to that specific target audience on your website or through a landing page and then they say,

"Hey, opt in for your name and email "and we'll be able to get you into the next step.

"I'll give you this asset.

"You become a lead in our system and we'll be able "to just add value to you."

The critical question you wanna understand is, is it worth it for your target audience

to give their name and email and give, start the communication with you of that asset?

Is that asset so valuable to them that they wanna commit to this and be able to start

the communication process with your business?

That's the question you wanna be asking for you.

Is it worth it for them?

Not is it worth it for you?

What is that main asset?

After you decide on the main asset, then let's go into the landing page, slash types of funnels

that you should have so that once they go on the pages, they opt in and be able to become

a lead in your business.

Now, the next part of the process that we wanna make sure is on point in it's essential

hub of how you're gonna generate thousands of leads every single month is through your

website.

People are landing on your site, let's say 100 people or 1,000 people.

How many of them are converting into actual leads in your business?

We wanna make sure that you know this number.

You can use Google Analytics as a free tool.

If you do not have it on your site, make sure that you or your team installs it on the site

so you can see the core metrics that you need to know, like bounce rate, time on site, conversion

rate, the pathways that they go on, what pages they stay on the longest, what pages they

stay on the least.

At the same time, the ones that convert the most leads for you, you wanna make sure you

identify those pages and then you wanna make sure that you're increasing the conversions.

You wanna find out how you can generate, let's say you have, someone goes on your blog page.

Then, they opt in for an asset on that page.

If you're generating 10% on there, you wanna find out how can you increase that to five

percent?

With five percent more, even just a small percent increase, you can instantly generate

a ton more leads, especially if you're getting hundreds of thousands of monthly traffic every

single month to your website.

You wanna make sure that you incrementally increase the conversions of the leads on your

site incrementally, step by step, every single day, every single week, every single month.

The next part that's extremely critical once you have the foundation set up is how do we

amplify this entire process?

How do we make sure that people that are going on our site, your landing pages, your assets

that they see and then they're committing to it, how do we amplify this process?

So what we can do, now we focus on digital advertising plus your remarketing of the lead

gen process you have in place on your website.

So for example, when someone goes on your blog post or whatever content you have and

you have an opt in on the page, whatever page is converting the highest, what we can do

is we can take that page, we can promote it and run Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google

ads, whatever ad platforms your target audience is on to amplify it.

So you find the top three highest converting pages on your website that generate the most

leads and then we amplify it and put remarketing ads on those sites so that we get them to

opt in, collect more of those leads by spending not a ton of money, even you can start with

five to $10 a day on multiple different pages on your site, the ones that are converting

the highest.

Amplify those or separate landing pages that you set up to be able to generate more leads.

You run remarketing on the people that went onto those pages, but did not opt in.

This is one simple tactic that you can do to be able to generate a lot more leads.

Now that you've got the main asset that your target audience wants, you got the lead gen

funnels, you got the website conversions that's happening, and we're amplifying it through

digital advertising and remarketing ads, this is only the first core step.

The next core step is one of the most important ones because once they've said, "Hey, I wanna

communicate with your business," and you start building the trust, adding the value, and

then cultivating the relationship, there are key marketing automation indoctrinations that

we want to put in place.

We wanna be able to set up the communication channel so that we can communicate value and

also, at the same time, we wanna identify what they want in terms of the results and

also what problems they wanna solve.

We wanna personalize the communication experience with your business to your target audience

because this whole process that we're about to determine and decide on and be able to

build is ultimately how we're gonna turn a normal lead that has no trust in their business,

that has no knowledge, that doesn't have the relationship right now, into someone that

wants to buy from your business as a quality lead and they also send you referrals and

they're a lifelong customer.

This whole process is the bridge that defines your business.

And that's where the marketing automation indoctrinations using the welcome automation,

using the value automation, using the segmentation automation, all these things I just said,

we're gonna dive deeper into but know that the most important part of this process is

how we're gonna communicate with them to bridge the distance between the lack of trust, direction,

the lack of certainty, the lack of knowledge and all these things into turning them into

a lifelong customer that refers people to your business online on an ongoing basis.

Now that you understand the most important process in the bridge, how do we access the

performance of everything that we've done so far?

That's where the marketing analytics from everything that we started, from the main

asset, the leads, the conversions on your website and the landing pages and also the

ads that you're running, how do we know how well they're performing?

How do we know what is working, what isn't working?

So we wanna look at the analytics, the marketing analytics through the platforms that you're

running the ads on, through Google Analytics that I talked about earlier, through click

falls to see your landing pages, through all the different tools that you're using to be

able to generate more leads on your website through your landing pages and everything

that you're doing for your business online.

We wanna identify, what's your cost per lead, for example?

How much is it costing you per different channel on Facebook or Instagram, if you're running

ads?

How much is it costing for Facebook, Instagram, all these different channels, per cost per

lead wise?

How much is it costing you when people are going on your site through let's say, a referral

partner?

What are the highest performing referral channels of traffic that are converting the highest

and how can you do more of that?

We can focus on amplifying what is working and reducing what isn't working.

This is how you're gonna be able to amplify the amount of leads that you generate on an

ongoing basis, every single day, week, and month and fine tuning it so that we're generating

even more increase in leads as time goes on.

After we've reviewed the marketing analytics for the entire process that we just covered,

the next thing we wanna focus on is how do we increase the conversion rate through optimizing

your existing funnels, your website, the ads that you're running so that we can increase

the results?

That's really the thing that makes the biggest difference.

The increase the results of what you're getting, getting more ROI from what you're already

doing without putting in more effort, more money, and spending a ton of time and resources

to be able to generate more leads.

Conversion rate optimization is the core part that we wanna focus on and this is really

how the process works.

We started from the beginning and we ended with conversion rate optimization.

Then we wanna rinse and repeat this whole process that I just went through with you.

But for now, what we're gonna do is I'm gonna dive deeper in the next videos on how we can

do each specific one.

How do you build it out?

What is the walk through step by step on how you can amplify each one so you can do it

with simplicity and also clarity and how to do it for you or any business really, regardless

of the industry you're in, the product or services that you sell, the target audience

that you're going for.

In a nutshell, the entire process result that we wanna focus on for your business is being

able to generate the leads from multiple different points on your website through the landing

pages.

We amplify what's working.

We reduce what isn't working and once they become a lead saying that, "Let's start communicating,"

they reach out their hand, they wanna talk more, they wanna learn more about your business

and cultivate that relationship and they keep adding value, how do we personalize the communication?

How do we segment it so that we can make sure that we're communicating based on their needs,

based on the problems they wanna overcome and the results they wanna achieve?

Then ultimately, through that whole process, we're able to turn them into a lifelong customer

and be able to have them send referrals and be able to have them refer even more people

to the business and all these different wonderful things that will happen to you once you know

the process in depth on what the parts that we just covered.
