Doggo Chart - Part 4 - Duration: 1:01.

Doggos like to drink the drinks.

Like bepis, conke, and sprint.

But don't let them drink the drinks cuz they could get the diabeepus.

There are moar kinds of doggos.

Like the shibe, also called a shiber.

By the way, a smol shiber is a shiberino.

And a big ol shiberino is a shibe.

And if it does a shake, that's a shibe drill.

A shibe's floofy cuzzin is the shoob.

Also called a clowd doggo.

Look at this red clowd.

There's also the pooder, yorko, beard boye, and chia pet.

[ch-ch-ch-chia!].

Here's a cheewawa, a scruffer, not to be confused with a scruff ear, and keep your hands away

from the croccodoggo.

There are other doggo things.

Like hoomans dropping sheets and disappearing.

What the fluff...

It's doing the doggos much confuse.

Other doggo things are the corgo ship of the h*ckin high seas, pug in a blanket, and if

a doggo wears the goggles, then it's doggles.

These are much good for biker boyes.

And finally, we mustn't forget the greatest hero of all...lieutenant lettuce who conquered

the stonky cade.

Visualize your doggos, and anything else, with Lucidchart.

How to overcome self-doubt in 8 steps - Duration: 3:43.

How to overcome self-doubt in eight steps.

A chattering brain is an enemy that takes advantage of having excessive time to produce

tons of excuses and other self-justifications towards something you want to do.

This leads to self-doubt that creates a feeling of uncertainty regarding multiple aspects of life.

It can keep you away from unfavorable decisions and might get you to make negative choices

that impact your performances as well.

It is essential to balance a good ratio since it is impossible to eliminate self-doubt entirely.

Let us find out a few ways we can do to keep our selves controlled from self-doubt.

Number one.

Think about the worst-case scenario.

Self-doubts often gain power by unrealistic and catastrophic predictions we make.

Even if things go wrong, they would unlikely be a problem or a life-altering case.

Keeping things in perspective is crucial.

Number two.

Focus on the present.

Putting all your experiences and energy to the task at hand is the most crucial thing.

If you manage your present, you will be able to face any challenge that is next in line.

With more practice and experience you will automatically be ready to take on much tougher

challenges ahead.

So don't let anything distract you away.

Number three.

Raise self-awareness.

When you work in a specific field, it is essential to focus on self-improvements.

Ask yourself the question how you can do better next time and focus on learning, training

and seeking support to succeed.

Number four.

A moment for self-compassion.

You can develop your emotional resilience by being kind to yourself and others.

Being aware of yourself when you are self-critical, take the chance to replace all the negativity

with positivity.

It is a very important thing to remember that imperfection is a common thing shared by all

of humanity.

Number five.

Stop seeking validation.

You do not need others' opinions all the time to make a decision.

Asking for advice is okay, but if you keep on doing that, you will weaken your faith

as an independent person.

Start believing in yourself.

Number six.

Forget what others think.

Sometimes you will feel like avoiding an opportunity due to their risks of failure and criticism

that follows as a result.

By doing this, you will lose a lot of opportunities that you may attempt to gain success in life

and what you really want to be.

Number seven.

Follow your instinct.

Spending too much time thinking between two choices will only fuel your self-doubt.

It is known that your first reaction is the best as it comes naturally and characteristically

from a place of intuition away from ego.

Number eight.

Maintain a diary.

To reduce your insecurities that lead towards self-doubt can be drastically overlooked by

examining the facts you gather by writing down all the feelings of self-doubt with the

necessary evidence to support them.

This way, it will help you to reduce the level of self-doubt leading to more action.

Choosing to take proper action in spite of pervasive doubt is the first step you can

take towards success.

Follow these simple eight methods as a start.

As always, thank you for watching this video and see you again with another one soon.

Todoist re-design concepts, MeisterTask launch Business, Habitify for MacOS & more... | Pulse - Duration: 8:01.

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Software Pulse

It is Francesco D'Alessio, your host for another new segment

So obviously I've been away for two weeks. Now. I've been away to sunny Cyprus for a little bit of a vacation

It was a really nice relax

We got some time to enjoy the Sun and put my feet up, but I also got some time to sort of

Recalibrate a lot of the work I'm doing too which hopefully will reflect in the next couple of weeks video

So do stay tuned and if you're new on this channel, do hit that subscription button

So just before we dive in and to the news

I wanted to announce that I will be announcing two more Skillshare courses, which is great

So think sorry will be available very soon within the month of August.

Reason why I'm doing this course is mainly to overview the features and functions of Things 3

It's a very expensive application and hard to invest in sometimes when you're you know, like a first-time buyer

Of course, they've got a free trial on Mac

But maybe you want to understand all of the platform before you invest in the iOS and Mac application

And of course, I'm doing another one on Bear

Which is a note-taking or even a writer application that you can use just the ins and outs of that

So there are two new courses coming

So I'll include the links below to the current Skillshare courses, but I think you were drew there

So do stay tuned in August for those

Anyway, guys, let's dive into some of the news from some of your feedback are broken into a segment. So let's start with hardware

So first off hardware Apple have released new pro units

They have obviously been working on their MacBook Pro lineup

they've included new Intel processors in them and also introduced new power saving functions as well as

Power boosting functions, so you'll get more power for the punch as well, which is great

So that's the latest on a MacBook Pro line

Now in other news PC sales have actually grown for the first time in six years

This is quite an interesting figure of course pcs are becoming a little bit easier to use as you go around home

Because you've always you've got a base there and you can set up a lot of people were going back to this desktop productivity

so it's going to be quite interesting because

That's kind important factor with these app developers

So for example todoist if they see growth in desktop applications

They will invest more in their desktop apps and that will influence the way that you experience

So just to note that that's obviously a growth in that area and will affect apps over time

Of course that's going to be sustained growth

Maybe that's quite interesting to you. Now moving on to personal productivity. We all know recently this week todoist

Have almost pretty much announced dark mode now dark mode

Which Amir tweeted on social media is going to be a fallback mode of todoist

And it looks great and I think it's gonna be very appealing to a lot of users who like this

You know a sort of dark skinned experience. It is absolutely fantastic

They are going to be releasing it very soon

They've said pretty much within the month on Instagram

But obviously that's a provisional

now in to follow suit notion have actually added a dark mode as well with it with their plan to add a dark red are

They haven't officially released its in their upcoming section, which I can imagine will be available in 2.3

Which I'll talk about more in the team's tools now

I have bit sapphire, which is an iOS application have added a Mac OS version the Mac OS version is priced at

$19.99 a real sort of desktop way to manage your habits and sort of experiences. So

Let's stay tuned for that because I will be reviewing it here on the keyboard a YouTube channel, and it's been a popular

Like sort of resource for everyone, especially on iOS now in other news Newton Newton disclaimer

I do work with Newton

But Newton have released recap recap is a way for you to get your emails

That you've had conversations in the past with so for example, let's say you've discussed a certain date that you've got coming up

Well recap we'll basically use machine learning to pick up

different emails and

Resurface them at relevant times so that you have all of the most important emails sort of at your fingertips

So at Newton we've just launched that but as you can imagine it is getting a lot of popularity

so that to recap that has just been rolled out in Newton female 1 so drafts have added a 5.3 update with the

Addition of a todoist integration, which is great news. So that has also rolled out while I've been away

So congrats to drafts on adding that todoist integration now moving on to team productivity tools, of course

There's been a few changes in this area

Notion has launched a 2.2 which is added a few additions the likes of inline

sort of modifications with comments and also permission so you can be very

Specific about the pages and access you give to other people. So that's a really big leap for their team productivity

Application Microsoft teams have also introduced teams for free. So you're allowed to access it in an attempt to

Challenge the likes of slack. So they're offering a sort of new freemium pricing, which I'll including a link in description

It's been getting a lot of attention. A lot of people are enjoying the fact that this is a sort of a bit of a

Challenge for everyone sort of taking down slack it obviously monks top teams got a long way to go

But it's something that they've taken the leap in now in other news Microsoft are releasing

Well, they have released whiteboard an application which will allow you to

Visually communicate ideas essentially in the same way. You would use a whiteboard on

Certain applications. So that's quite an interesting update and I believe they'll be releasing it on certain platforms windows being the first one

Now in other team tools news meister tasks has now introduced their business class section, which is great

So obviously the most enticing a very popular task manager and it's been growing in popularity

They also own their to company their own mindmeister, which is a and now again a popular mind mapping technology

So, of course that's going to be a good addition to their experience

So business is available and I'll probably do a review very soon about it

So some of the offline news at GTV book by David Allen

GTD for kids is now available so or actually think it's due to D for teens

I think this is someone I've spoke with David Allen about a year ago

I was honored to get to chat with him and I was mentioning, you know on the side note

Have you ever considered this for like young people and he was saying yeah, they're working on book at the moment

And I think it's a great addition

I haven't yet read it and because it's just been released and I probably will get around to reading it but gdb 14 sort of

overviews how you can manage all

Aspects of your productivity at a young age and also and it touches on the sort of anxiety sign of stuff too so managing

You know your emotions as well

So this is a really nice addition and something I think

Universities in school should definitely consider looking into now. There was also some news of its newest redesigned sadly

This was not a resign. It was a concept piece of art that was rolling around the key productive Facebook group

And so just it calm down

Alex did announce actually on on his social media that they will be obviously rolling out the icons as well

So the icons will look slightly different and I did hear on social media as well that they are working on an iOS beta

The county looks quite exciting you guys. Hopefully you enjoyed this week's news obviously

We'll be back and ready with some more new segments

Probably next week or the week after is looking at two weeks or the stem for this one

But I think it will be a nice round up to the software post

Anyway guys, thank you so much for stopping by today

Make sure to have a great week, keep productive and I'll see you guys very very soon

Cheers

15 Best Ways To Get Over A Breakup Fast - Duration: 7:14.

15 Best Ways to Get Over a Breakup Fast.

1.

Cut all contact.

You need time to heal and so do they.

Maintaining a channel of communication will never allow those wounds to fully close.

Delete them from Facebook.

Don't hang out with them in group settings.

Don't show up unexpectedly to their house or work.

Don't randomly call just to "see how they're doing."

No drunk texting, either.

Most importantly, don't try to be friends while you still have romantic feelings.

You won't actually be a friend, you'll be keeping tabs and attempting to win them

back through spending "friendly" time together.

You can initiate communication only when you've completely moved on and want to be friends

with no ulterior motives.

Don't bother begging for them to take you back either, it's desperate and unattractive.

Take a lesson from Swingers, "You can't do anything to make her want to come back.

In fact, you can only do stuff to make her not want to come back."

2.

Accept that it's over.

Even if you believe there's some chance you could get back together, assume that you

won't.

If you're always hoping they'll come back, you'll never actually move on.

And you'll only be setting yourself up for a crushing defeat if it never happens.

Stop looking at old pictures, letters, e-mails, and other sentimental reminders.

Don't stalk their social media or check their e-mail (if you know their password).

Don't try to convince their friends or family to change their mind — that's manipulative.

If it's meant to be, it'll happen in the future, but you can't count on it.

3.

Allow yourself time to grieve.

It's normal, especially if it was a serious relationship.

Chill out with The Last of Us or Netflix on a Friday night and ignore the world for a

little while.

The key idea being, for a little while.

Don't shut yourself in and wallow in sadness for months on end.

4.

Be with people closest to you.

Spend quality time with your family and friends.

Try to laugh together.

Share your feelings with them.

If they truly care about you, they'll want to listen and support you any way they can.

Getting those emotions out is an important step in the healing process.

5.

Exercise.

Start exercising if you aren't already.

It releases endorphins that boost your mood and help to overcome depression.

Plus, improving your health and looking your best always makes you feel more confident.

6.

Get productive and do fulfilling things.

Invest in yourself.

Commit to working on that project you've put on hold.

Take up a new hobby.

Do some home repairs or improvements.

Take the much needed vacation and travel somewhere new.

Go see some old friends.

Set goals and accomplish them one by one.

By doing this, you will regain trust in your abilities.

You will feel proud for challenging yourself.

You will reframe your mind from focusing on the negative to the positive.

And you will learn to enjoy being independent.

7.

Don't go back to them out of loneliness or guilt.

This applies to those who broke it off.

Going back to a relationship out of fear of being alone is unhealthy and unfair to the

other person.

Also, don't guilt yourself or let someone guilt you into coming back.

You're not a bad person for leaving a relationship that you're unsatisfied with

8.

Take them off the pedestal.

When someone rejects us, we tend to overlook many of their negative qualities.

We idealize them.

In truth, they were not perfect.

They were human and had flaws.

Until you accept that you will be unable to…

9.

Stop comparing every new romance to them.

Understand that you won't find someone like them and that's okay.

Different is not worse, just different.

Searching for an identical partner will always leave you frustrated.

It prevents you from discovering all the other qualities you never knew you cared about.

Don't try to fit everyone into a predefined box but instead appreciate their individuality.

10.

Understand you are not worthless.

You are not less of a human being because they left you.

Your value is not based on whether or not one person wants to be with you.

Your value is based on how you perceive yourself.

Some connections are temporary but they pave the way for the ones that last.

11.

Let go of the anger and resentment towards them.

As hurtful as it may be, your ex is not a bitch or asshole for seeing someone else.

And if they were a "jerk" for other reasons, aren't you better off without them?

Either way, they are not obligated to be with you.

Don't try to make them feel bad for leaving you.

12.

Don't generalize or project their faults onto future partners.

Maybe your ex lied to you, cheated on you, or treated you poorly.

That doesn't mean everyone else will, too.

I know you're just trying to protect yourself.

I know you hold yourself back because you're terrified of being hurt again.

But if you enter a relationship with that mentality, you'll never give someone a chance

to get close to you.

The best you can do is set boundaries and standards for yourself.

Speak up when you're disrespected.

Walk away from partners who mistreat or abuse you.

Open your heart from the beginning and only shut it to those who make you unhappy.

Don't trash talk them to other people.

Holding onto that rage only damages you and your growth.

13.

Stop analyzing everything you did wrong.

We've all screwed up in a relationship.

You cannot fix what has passed and beating yourself up will do nothing beneficial.

Instead, accept those mistakes and commit to being a better partner in the future.

14.

Start meeting people but not "rebounding".

You can't obsess over a past relationship forever.

Eventually, you need to start meeting other people.

But you can't fall into a pattern of seeking out new partners for the wrong reasons.

You shouldn't be trying to fill a void left by your old relationship.

You shouldn't rush into a new relationship thinking it'll make you happy again.

You shouldn't try to drown out your sadness or forget about your ex through sex.

And you shouldn't seek another person's attention to feel validated or worthy.

Doing these things will perpetuate your feelings of misery and emptiness.

Be genuinely excited to connect with new people, learn who they are, and enjoy their company.

15.

Give it time.

This is the simplest advice here and perhaps the most useful.

When you lose someone meaningful to you, you won't feel great overnight.

Be patient and follow the above advice of investing in yourself, spending time with

good company, and meeting new people.

If you can do that, I promise it will get better.

AVMA 2018: Updates on How Veterinarians Can Succeed Online - Duration: 1:46.

I've been really excited to be here and learning a number of different things

that are kind of late and breaking when it comes to veterinary medicine and the

internet. What I mean by that is Google has recently changed a number of rules.

So, the way that veterinary hospitals or veterinarians used to be searched and

found on Google no longer is the case. The veterinary websites that are going

to be most actively retrieved are going to be those that participate in social

media or that have a very active presence on the web, say for instance on

a mobile platform. So, some of our traditional home pages

or landing pages no longer are enough when it comes to marketing or

advertising a veterinary hospital. There's a number of different groups

that participate in providing consulting for veterinarians who are interested in not

only in learning more, but also participating potentially more

aggressively, or have a more evident media presence especially within their

community for local marketing. A good example of one of those is Beyond Indigo

Pets. Kelly Baltzell, who is the CEO of Beyond Indigo, presented several hours at

the AVMA convention around some of those new changes and how that can impact

veterinary practices. We all know that there is a variety of different

competitors that are available within our local communities, so having an

active web presence is absolutely important and being able to pop up to

the top of a local Google search for veterinarians is also important.
