i made using rice cooker, pork kimchi mixed rice
you just need to use the rice cooker, and this is so easy
pork kimchi is so tasty, isn't it ?
and mixing it with the rice will make it better for sure
so, let's go to the preparation now
ingredients
rice...

slices of pork belly ...
kimchi ...
osake ...
soy sauce, chicken stock powder...
and sesame oil, with green onion
let's start with cutting the green onion
and we cut the pork to 5cm pieces
and we do the same with the kimchi
you need to wash the rice and soak it in the water for 30 min
and sake
soy sauce
chicken stock powder
and after that we fill the rice cooker with the water
and we add pork and plenty of kimchi
and cook it like usual
we did it !

after cooking it, we add to it sesame oil
and we mix it !
you can do that in the rice cooker, but because the amount is so big, i couldn't do that
and i still have here some kimchi and pork that i couldn't put it in
it can't fit in the rice cooker
and by adding the green onion...

so i used the microwave as well

i made the equivalent of 10 plates
the amount was so big for the rice cooker, but the result is good
so rich and tasty ! !
there are plenty of pork kimchi and the rice absorbed this flavor, that gave it a nice taste
i think it will be so tasty if you add the onsen eggs as well
and the crispy texture of the kimchi is good as well
in the summer, event that the room is cold, i'll sweat if i eat
i feel like the kimchi and pork are so strong, and this is good for the summer
it's so easy to make the rice absorb the flavors by just cooking it as a mixed rice

and for me, i used the microwave to cook the rice much quicker
in a 5 cup rice cooker, you can cook 3 cups more or less by 2 cups normally
it was so delicious to cook pork kimchi with rice
plenty of meat and vegetables together
and because it was so tasty, why you don't try this as well ?
