Youtube daily Dec 11 2018

Hi I'm Sam fields from Matter solutions today we're going to be speaking about

what's coming up in the future with Google Ads

today we're going to speak about YouTube lead ads cross device tracking the rise

of voice search but first we need to address the recent release of statistics

by Google that state that mobile is now where you're getting the majority of

your traffic with Google letting us know that more than 50% of traffic is coming

from mobile devices you really do need to optimize your landing pages and your

ads to make sure that they give the best experience while on a handheld device

it's also good to remember that everyone now has a device that has voice search

capabilities essentially this means you must optimize your keywords to be longer

tail and have a conversational style this includes things like saying how to

near me where and when when planning your keywords just imagine yourself

asking someone on the street for your product or service with all that

information how good is that the Google's recently brought out cross

device tracking so what is cross device tracking well imagine this you're trying

to target someone who has spent five hundred dollars in your store in the

last three months across device tracking means that you're able to target someone

who has bought three hundred dollars worth on your mobile and three hundred

dollars on the desktop before cross device tracking you would have seen

those two three hundred dollar purchases as being separate sessions cross device

tracking is a massive step forward for targeting finally we're going to discuss

YouTube lead ads which personally I think is the most exciting essentially

what it means is that when you're on YouTube you're going to be able to

collect people's data without them needing to come to your website this may

come across a bit dodgy or a bit sketchy but honestly it's not you may have

already heard about lead ads Facebook's had them for quite a while but YouTube

is beginning to roll them out now one of the reasons why I'm so excited about

YouTube's lead ads is because of the potential 20:19 is going to be an

awesome year Google and of course for Google ad

specialists like myself I've been saying fields you've been you looking forward

to seeing you again hit that like button if you've know of any other trends that

you want me to discuss stand it downstairs in the comments and have a

happy holidays

WHAT SHOULD I GET MY HUSBAND FOR CHRISTMAS! (He wants..WHAT!?) - Duration: 9:58.

yo what's up guys welcome back to Hannah's channel so today we're gonna do

10 things that got a guy will want in under 5 minutes that's my that's my goal

5 minutes because I'm up I talk a lot alright so first things up he's doing a

channel takeover by the way ooh nice pair of shoes I actually just got these

the other day some Nikes they are SB's yeah a brand love them really

comfortable great ship yes they do they look great

SB's and I guess what I got them on sale too 38 bucks yeah alright next

thing if your man dad boyfriend cousin brother works outside and they worked

and they get a little dirty these pair of carhartts are awesome I love them

reason why couple things one actually major reason why they hold my phone so

it's got a little little cell phone pocket right here cuz I hate I I sit on

it or I put in the front pocket and you like bending around and you know this

thing is like ginormous so anyways Carhartt fit all tight oh yeah there's a

lot of car guards so these are there well no that's their relaxed fit but

it's um crap Hannah can put them in the open two minutes things cuz they're a

tighter fit I don't like the soup they make carts are really really baggy I

they're kind of a cleaner cut fit I like it you look really good in them if they

work out best okay a couple things one p90x I love it I don't I'd actually quit

working out a little while ago so I've gotten a lot smaller game but but p90x

awesome now p90x Beachbody that too makes them they have like a thing now

you can subscribe to you and you get all the different stuff for like I don't

know 10 bucks a month or something you get p90x and you can get yeah under five

minutes all these different styles anyways point is

if they like working out what they need is a set of Bowflex okay this is 52

pounds and a little thing and you spin these dials and you can change up the

weight so instead of having like oh and it costs a bunch of money because it's

like a dollar pound you have these and then you just change out your weights as

you can see it's a little dial let's take you can change it how you

want it so pretty cool hey I'll put that in the description headphones I got a

pair of they're called Jam Jam something headphones

right up here really cool like 30 or 40 bucks depending on where you get them

water-resistant I ran out in the rain with them they weren't great loved them

so if you work it out because they stay on your ear you're like real tight to

your ear so you run with them it just has the cable that's it so it's not like

a it's Wireless but it just connects to either side so really nice and it has a

little thing that you can tighten up so that things not like flapping anywhere

everywhere so anyways awesome thing if they like

working out gotta get a nice pair of headphones shoe awesome books these are

centuries old but they're great you got seven Habits of Highly Effective People

which you can go to Mcckays and get it

oh that's a good question I don't know you can go somewhere to get it cheap but

seven Habits of Highly Effective People it's great for all aspects of life and

the cool thing is most books are like kind of theory based I like a lot of

like self-help books but what's really cool about this thing you could read

like the first chapter and literally apply it to your life that day its

character based instead of being like these topical you know like what's on

the outside it's like digging deep on the inside anyways

awesome book did you get it for somebody and then the other book is 21

irrefutable laws of leadership this is I took cover-ups - hey the covers this is

an awesome book if maybe whoever you know is a manager or has to lead PB

everyone has to lead somebody if you want to be a good leader your ability

to do things actually go down you're held to a higher standard anyways

manager get that book form next up vans love my shirts

okay guys these things they're long they fit nice and they're super comfy laid

back love them great with the dark pair of jeans awesome with any pair of jeans

there's so no look so handsome but casual casual so not fancy this is like

hey I'm hanging out but you still look nice but you still look decent you know

like you can wear this and a black v-neck looking great okay what else was

on - OH slider belt okay I haven't got this brand yet so I don't really know

but really cool kind of like a zip tie your ratchets instead of like the old

school anyways it's a pretty cool belt I like it like does really small cinches

so you should check that out there's all kinds of brands now so you know I want

to grab the slider belt but there's probably a bunch of other grants might

be better ones out there I don't know Oh RVCA sweatshirts yeah yeah yeah love

these yeah I got five of these 96 of them they are super comfy I actually

like heathered I'm like a heathered kind of guy her material but super

comfortable I just wear like something like this or like a tank underneath them

and this on top and it's great really lightweight so it's not like a super

heavy winter sweatshirt but it's awesome for just going out casual yeah anyways

next up a mind if I know all right next up uh magnate Carmel I have one of these

awesome for your phone all kinds of brands handle put them when I've got up

it's from Amazon it's great only thing that you're playing is you got to make

sure don't put your phone on it right away let it dry for like a day if you

don't it'll fall off yeah the mountain itself off your car but it is awesome

you select phone right up there you can do whatever you're doing it's so nice

it's great hands-free hands-free safety first okay gun safe from vaulteq handle

put this up above is we're really cool I'm dad

four other cousin whoever may be there at home I like to have a gun next to my

bed just in case got a crazy world out these that when you got it there's a

crazy world here okay crazy people outside so it's a cool little safe what

it does it only holds one gun but it's real slim so you can put it like right

next to nightstand or like on the side of your nightstand

you literally swipe your finger it's it's kind of like your phone with your

finger biometric safe swipe your finger it just pops out has a single gun you

can pull it out it's pretty cool I know they're a little controversial but

anyways I like to have one to be safe I'm not gonna use it other than to

protect myself but you know you got some crazy people busting down doors these

days so you gotta stay alright and last but not least a SmartWatch so I got a

pixel too not too long ago shoroma Tex pixel to Google picks is too

not too long ago I really they have a new one that's pretty rough and rugged I

originally had an iPhone and I was like man I'm not gonna wear this at work cuz

I'm kind of rough on with the iPhone watch or the eye watch but now they have

a rugged one or they don't know they have a rugged one for Samsung's which

works well with Android so I kind of want to get one of those but I don't

know if I'm really gonna use it I'm not really sure but I think I would really

like it especially like you can see all your tech stuff you have a watch but for

Samsung and we're sorry Android people so while you Android people out there

there aren't I phone people I've joined the group I left I left iPhone a lot of

people get you know what's funny fact for you people are really weird about

the green messages yes do you realize that until I switched I

got kicked off a group family group text group text people are pissed off because

I

I think there was ten things yes oh so it's like a minute a thing basically

yeah sorry anyways but there's a ton more things out there any things of

anything else believe it coffee matter I love coffee super nice if you want to go

into justice I'd know if you wanted to go and get a semi nice espresso machine

that's like kind of entry-level rebel rebel what Breville something anyways

you'll have a great day thank you for watching remember that

Christmas is not all about presents you know we just talked about all kinds of

presents there is so much more to Christmas yeah than just that and

stressing about getting everyone stuff so remember just it's about G thought

and Jesus they thought the gift but it's really about Jesus but anyways y'all

have a good day and we will see you next time bye

you

Tips for Beginner Investors: Don't Buy IPOs - Duration: 8:18.

David Gardner: Let's go to mailbag item No. 4. This one, a horse of a different color.

This comes from Brett Wham writing in from Flagstaff, Arizona.

Andy, you have to love that last name. Surname Wham.

Andy Cross: I love that! Gardner: Wham!

Cross: It's fantastic! Gardner: I wish I were David Wham!

You should be Andy Wham! We can all be the Wham brothers!

Cross: I would be much cooler if I were a Wham brother!

Gardner: Brett is, in fact, a Wham bro. Let's kick it off.

"Hello, David. I'm new to investing in anything outside of a retirement account.

I recently discovered the Rule Breaker Investing podcast.

I've become more interested in learning about investing in stocks and plan to start with

some 'fun money' as my wife and I are in our 30s and have been fortunate enough to max

out our 401(k)s and Roth IRAs for a few years now.

We have no debt and look forward to an early retirement sometime in our 50s.

I'm not a Rule Breakers member yet.

Since I'm starting out pretty small, I don't want investment fees to eat too much of my capital just yet.

Dropping hints to my wife for an early Christmas membership gift.

Our gifts are generally romantic like that," Brett confides.

"I enjoy reading Fool articles, listening to your podcasts, as it's in line with a lot

of my investment beliefs, such as investing in a business that you know and for the long-term.

"As I try and do research on companies I'd like to invest in, I'm finding that many of them are privately held.

Is there a good resource out there to compile and track these privately held companies to

know when they might have an IPO?"

Brett goes on a little bit more, but he's basically saying he's keeping a list of private companies.

It becomes harder to know if an IPO is coming for any of them.

He googles some of these, sometimes quite frequently, to see if they might be coming public.

This is a guy who's wondering, with his Robinhood account that he mentioned later in the note,

where he's getting free trades, will that exciting new private company be coming public anytime soon?

Is there a resource, Andy Cross, that you use or that we use that you'd recommend to

listeners, a helpful way to track private companies? Cross: Brett, first of all, congratulations!

Not only do you have a cool last name, but congratulations on getting started with investing

with the Rule Breaker style. That's fantastic, especially with someone who's in your age bracket.

You have many, many years of investing ahead of you.

Long-term, patient, business-focused, innovative investing is the way to go. I just wanted to say that.

Congratulations on that, Brett!

Second of all, the IPO market has shifted and improved so dramatically over the 20 years

-- 22 years now last week -- that I've been investing alongside you here at The Motley Fool.

And there's a lot more information.

Historically, it used to be very difficult for individual investors to invest in IPOs.

When we say IPOs, by the way, initial public offering, for those who are not used to that acronym.

It's for private companies that are issuing stock into the public market.

Gardner: When a new common stock is born, something you and I can buy on the New York

Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ. Cross: That's exactly right.

Over the years, we've invested in many, many, many IPOs that have gone on to produce great

returns for public market investors. Gardner: And some bad ones, too!

Cross: Oh, I certainly have too, David! Gardner: Too early and hard on Great Wolf Resorts.

I remember that one. But, keep going, Andy!

Cross: The market is now so much better for finding information.

I talked to Aaron Bush, analyst with us here at The Motley Fool, a fantastic analyst and researcher.

He pointed me to a few resources that I want to share with Brett. The first one is clickipo.com.

Mobile-first, friendly application that helps regular individual investors not just learn

about IPOs and businesses that are setting up for an initial public offering, but actually

invest in them because their online app ties directly into many brokerage accounts. It's really fascinating.

In that application, you can sign up for it free, you can find out about companies that

are preparing in the registration process to go public, and you can track the information

that Brett may be looking for. Full disclosure, I have not used it.

I can't comment on how simple it is to actually use.

But the process seems very elegant, and the application is very cool. clickipo.com.

It's actually free to buy shares in the offering, if you can get them. It's not guaranteed you can.

And the underwriter of the stock actually pays ClickIPO for the service.

That's one service that I would certainly suggest Brett check out, is clickipo.com.

By the way, I will say, Brett, you don't have to invest in IPOs.

There are plenty of fantastically great businesses out there in the public market that are already public.

IPO investing does come with its risks.

Gardner: That's right. In fact, I've never personally bought an IPO -- that is, I've never been invested in a

private company that came public.

The only stocks I've ever owned or recommended in our services were companies that were already public.

Now, some of them were recently public. You could say it was a recent IPO.

But none of us here at The Motley Fool, for the most part, in our services, are giving

advice to people to get them into stocks that are going to IPO.

Cross: Yes, David, we are not, because even in today's market, it's not guaranteed that you can get shares.

It's still a little bit opaque when you buy.

Even on ClickIPO, you don't buy shares, you actually put in a dollar amount and they try to allocate accordingly.

There are restrictions and eligibility requirements.

Once a stock goes public, there are a lot of things that affect that stock price over

the course of a year, including lockup periods from insiders. So, it's a little bit tricky.

For a beginner investor like Brett, I personally wouldn't recommend something along those lines.

You can invest in so many great, innovative companies that are already in the public markets.

Gardner: That's right, Andy. I think about, here in 2018, remember this IPO? Spotify.

It's a big, well known company. A lot of people excited about it.

It came public. The stock did pretty well initially. It rose, even though this company's still not making money.

But it's a global brand, and a big-time business.

But these days, months and months later, it's right back to about the price were it IPO-ed. It sold off.

And that often happens with these IPOs. They get hyped up.

People get excited about them the first few weeks, the first month, the first day.

But six months later, a lot of times, they're back to where they were.

Cross: That's true.

The advice I would give to anyone who's looking to get into IPOs, while there are things like

ClickIPO and others -- Aaron pointed me to Renaissance Capital and StrictlyVC -- that

provide a lot of information about IPOs, a lot of insights and education on the businesses,

really, investing in public businesses that are run by visionary founders, that are providing

services that are unique in the marketplace, growing exceptionally, and have lots of market

opportunity ahead of them, you might avoid some of the more volatile nature that will come with IPOs.

Generally, Brett, fantastic that you're getting invested. Don't feel like you have to go invest in IPOs.

You might not even be able to because of some of the eligibility requirements.

Generally, you don't have to do it because of the great businesses that are already in the public markets today.

Gardner: Andy, I think we're out of time for this one.

Were there any other resources that you have to check out private companies?

Anything else you want to mention?

Cross: Quickly, I'll mention Renaissance Capital and StrictlyVC, which is actually a newsletter

published for free.

It's a daily newsletter published by the Silicon Valley editor of TechCrunch.

It provides a lot of insights on companies that are looking to go public, information

on those businesses, and the details behind some of their offerings.

Renaissance Capital -- Gardner: That's an excellent site that I've used.

Cross: They actually have an IPO ETF for that have come public recently.

Gardner: Everybody's got an ETF. Cross: It's true, including The Motley Fool.

Gardner: All the kids are doing it!

Cross: Renaissance Capital provides a lot of insights on the market in general.

Term Life Insurance vs. Permanent Life Insurance - Duration: 5:00.

Alison Southwick: The first question comes from Mike.

"A few years ago I was promoted into a role that pays an annual bonus.

Coincidentally it was around the same time I was reviewing life insurance plans with my agent.

He sold us on a universal life plan. My bonus would cover the annual payment.

"As I have become more financially astute, partially thanks to all the Motley Fool podcasts

and services, I am starting to second-guess my decision to buy into this plan.

Let's get into the questions.

Does your team have any balanced insight into why universal life plan policies are useful

and where they are detrimental?

Being in a middle-class income bracket, am I the right profile for a policy like this?

What are the penalties of risk for opting out of the plan?"

Ross Anderson: There's a lot to unpack, here.

Southwick: Let's do it!

Anderson: And on the universal life or all permanent life insurance -- and I'll break

that down in just a second -- there are extreme fans and extreme haters, so we are going to

try to take a balanced approach, here.a In the life insurance world you have two major categories.

You've got term life, which is a short-term product. It is meant to cover you for a certain period of time.

You're generally getting the lowest cost and the reason that you're getting the lowest

cost is that it's likely that it never pays out.

If you're a young person and you get a 20-year policy, we hope you don't need it.

I hope you're flushing your money down the toilet. If you're using that policy, it means you're dead. Sorry!

The purpose of that is really to protect for your loss of income or resources if something

happens to you before you would expect it to. Permanent life insurance is the second category.

It is intended to last your whole life.

There's three versions of it: whole life, universal life, and variable universal life.

Let's put all of those in a category.

Those plans are appropriate for somebody that needs life insurance to go on forever.

If it has to pay out and you need that life insurance, that's normally going to address

something like an estate planning goal, or if you've got an estate tax issue, or if you

just want to make sure that your family, for some giving purpose, has the resources and liquidity there.

At the end of life, regardless of when that is, that's when a permanent life insurance

product is appropriate.

The way they get sold a lot is on the benefit of tax-free withdrawals, because of the way they work.

Let's say, Jason, your life insurance is going to cost you $50 a month for a term life policy.

Instead of paying $50 a month, we're going to bill you $200 a month.

We're going to take the extra $150, we're going to put it in an account, and it's going to grow.

That's going to ultimately support that life insurance contract long term.

They sell it with these really bold claims like, "Well, you can borrow from that money and it's tax-free.

You can take from that money and you're not going to have any other investments that can do that."

What you're borrowing from is your own money. All loans are tax-free.

If you borrow money for a house, as you make house payments going forward, you're not being

taxed on that money. I always take a little bit of issue with that.

The real question, here, is do you need permanent life insurance, and if not, now that you have it,

what do we do? Now, let's hope I didn't just lose everybody with that.

Here's the issues with it.

If you surrender a policy early on, there's generally big penalties and fees.

The reason is that they paid your insurance agent a commission when he sold it to you

and those have to be repaid from somewhere.

They're going to take that out of your money if you give up the policy early.

If you decide that you don't need the policy, here's what you can consider.

No. 1, you can ask them for a policy modification.

Let's say you took out a $250,000 policy.

You might be able to lower it to $150,000 or $100,000 without penalty, make a lower

premium payment, and start compressing that and maybe you get some term life to balance

out how much total insurance you need.

The questions that you want to ask the agent if you're preparing for a review is first,

what is my surrender fee and do I have one still?

Second, what is the crediting rate? How fast is the cash accumulating in this policy?

Third, could I reduce the payment if I lower how much insurance I need?

And I think you really need to go back to the drawing board a little bit and decide,

"Do I need life insurance that goes on forever or am I trying to protect my income

for a short period of time?"

That's the main thing that you're really trying to decide, here.

And if you don't need permanent life insurance, there's a couple of ways that you could scale it back

or ultimately get out of it over the next few years, hopefully without penalty.

Southwick: I didn't think that was boring at all!

Anderson: I have to be careful with the insurance answers, because I really geek out on how

the policies are built and what they were supposed to do.

It could be the perfect policy and the perfect tool for a situation.

The problem is they get sold wrong a lot, and they get sold to people that don't necessarily

need all of those features.

Hopefully Mike isn't in that situation and he has a use for it, but if not,

getting out of it needs to be strategic.

your day for a few minutes and then encourage you to get out and just

explore it now let's go check out wicker park

first of all wicker park is a neat little neighborhood that is north and

west of the downtown area of Chicago and it started way back in the late 1800s

Early 7 or 1868 1870s around there where the wicker brothers bought up a large

part of land that used to be over here and then they left us with this little

triangle of a park left also has always been known for artsy restaurants

artisan restaurants I have never really walked around this neighborhood much so

what we're doing is we're putting down our phones and we are going to explore

wicker park come with us have you ever been here never been here

and why is it just never explored it there at the time so would you like to

go explore let's do it it's just exploring all right

a lot of people have told me about big star tacos and so we're really really

close to it we're literally right next door we're gonna head over to big star

So, Neal, what did you think I liked it you liked it so you've never been to a Wicca

Park you've never been down there do you think I'm you know tell me tell

me what you like the most I like that it's a little artsy community a lot of

of little out-of-the-way stores that don't give a lot of publicity and

it's I don't know it's worth checking out I think you like the Emporium a

little too much the Emporium was the bomb he's too old to be saying that so

am I because I'm almost as old as he is so I hope you like the new format this

is a kind of a new experiment of us we literally went out here just tried to

explore something that we didn't really have a real plan we didn't really talk

to anybody I kind of knew a little bit about Wicker Park and I wanted to go

around and check it out I knew about the Emporium and I knew I wanted to go there

but I want to know what you guys think do you like this new video style would

you watch more of these because I kind of like doing it this way it's a lot

easier we can do this in a couple hours we just explored wicker park for just a

couple of hours if you liked this video go ahead and run over that like button

and don't forget to like us on Facebook subscribe and hit the notification bell

on YouTube and you can always follow me on Twitter and Instagram I hope that's

enough social media for you guys and if you know someone is coming into Chicago

and like to join out with the park go ahead and share this video with them now

pocket go out and explore it just explore it leave us a comment let us

that too or we have New Year's I meant we're still thinking about how we're

gonna do that one yes as a live stream but uh it would be always nice to have

the end a year sort of wrap-up show and like think about to be fair that Tuesday

we really could just meet up and do a Facebook live on the phone yeah true I

guess we could deal with the Facebook audio just leave it there just do do a

hangout call and record it yeah sure I mean we will be in the same state just

not this state that we're usually in yeah if anybody has access to a radio

studio that we could use for an hour just pop pop in on a on section 336 oh

hey guys can we Josh go take your kids care

or something like that um name I need the studio by the way so Josh also

listens to another podcast that I am a huge fan of big Owen Dukes and

apparently he promised those hosts that he would be showing up to their huge

event last weekend hornstock which I if I were anywhere in the region would have

made it out - mm-hmm however I'm currently not in the region right I

can't fly out there for horde sock turn around fly back and then fly back first

yeah yeah I get it you don't you don't care that much about Big O and dudes

clearly nailed clearly well a jock got called out on

the podcast oh yeah some of our not so maybe fair weather more than regular

fans a Joshua oh that's cool um yeah so let us know what you think your ideas

for the next few weeks what can we do but always ideas that we've done before

movie we watch the media long with you and we get into a Christmas movie we

could do a Christmas movie I want to punch myself in the face just well I

mean like we could do a non-traditional Christmas movie we could do the only

Christmas movie that matters die hard die hard and uh you do Santa

Claus versus the Martians I mean that's that's ok - elf can we just do the scene

from elf where what's-her-name's in the shower singing so addition oh yeah I

mean just dude that onesie how many take so you can come up on this yeah sure but

for me to shut those down very quick I'm sure it would be long at all the door

just buzz down as like nobody expects me to by the way if you if you uh decide

while we're talking me too should did you did you hear it all about like what

kinds of things Les Moonves had going on at CBS no as soon as I heard like

they're basically gonna sell or give away his golden parachute to all sorts

organization all right good whatever it is so it's funny because

when not funny ha-ha funny but and like this the way the world works

anyway when it stuff originally started coming out it was all very not not good

but not like the worst of her not the Harvey version of the scale and I think

that sort of what we said at the time and I think there was also like a little

bit of me like in the back of my head much like when Harvey fell there was

like that but little tiny bit in the back of the head where it's just like

well don't rush the judgment here because if for some reason he's able to

wriggle himself free I feel like Harvey and les Moonves are

having the list of the people who you don't merge them motherfuckers yes yeah

you're sitting at a CBS meeting okay surprise motherfucker and just walks in

hits play on a boom box business of course how did you even get this on

somebody somebody transcribed it on paint for you it's already you don't

have to put it back to analog you can just I prefer it take I've really reels

the way that magic is meant to be played now I understand why the industry's

collapse okay this guy's in charge anyway so yeah yeah but uh the more the

more that things come out the worse it gets as almost always happens in these

cases and it turns out like he had somebody on the staff who was basically

just as blowjob person so yeah basically

and no I mean when CBS was doing their investigation into like what he did and

like all his problems like they asked for him to hand in his company issued

iPad yeah and he handed in his 9 year old sons instead which like a pretty

like clear like seems to like paw Patrol so here's a my recommendation les

Moonves take that meeting on the 24th floor of a building and when they're

like the iPad you just take it and do it my ex dead and be like okay here you go

I've launched it out the window of the building and let it fall down 24 floors

I wonder when they look at you like why'd you just do that you just go oops

butterfingers

great see anyway so III didn't hear that but look Devils Devas devil's advocate

yeah better to have a willing and consenting blowjob person on staff it's

really consenting I mean like versus the multiple scandals I think it was she not

willing I'm assuming she willing and scenting I mean I think the argument

that you would make about some I mean like maybe she gladly gave him one

blowjob okay to like you know like oh this might be helpful for my career and

therefore I can I can do this once mhm but then once you have that over

somebody like there's no way to sort of like go back on the consent what that

would be my that would be my view of the situation whereas like you know if you

proved yourself game to do this once then he's basically calling on you all

the time to do it and then you feel like there's like a a you have to keep this

up - what if yeah at the interview she's sitting there and like okay so what we

have available for you is two positions number one an EA position and this pays

thirty five thousand dollars a year you're gonna be in some very high-level

meetings but essentially you'll attend to all of most of mister moonves's needs

the second position is in EAB J position and you'll be attending to all of mister

moonves's needs this position pays one hundred and fifty thousand dollars a

year and has an excellent benefits package I'm not saying that there

wouldn't be somebody who would take said job but i'm job description she's an EI

bj that is in the job description but like the problem is that like once once

you go over a line with somebody it's hard not to expect that line to be

crossed all the time you know but it'd be like if i he hired her and said hey

so listen if I said Rob Rob I'm in a real Jam

this person has info on me we have to murder them and then because you're a

really good friend of mine you go along with it and you can you you kill the one

person for me and then months later I'm just like it's happened again somebody

knows too much and you're like listen I don't want to be stacking

all kinds of bodies on my record like I mean it'd be more of a problem if I

didn't have a stack but no again though if it's if if it's that situation where

she's just a nice girl who gave me a blowjob once I mean like a key blowing

me but I get I can guarantee you there are people in this country right now

whose jobs description although maybe not on paper but during the interview

involved listen I will pay you ten times what I would pay you but occasionally

I'm gonna need you to lift your skirt and bend over the desk and take it out

so I don't go banging around in the building and my wife doesn't find out

that's the whole thing see what the again the problem here is that well well

I'm sure there is somebody who would sign up for such a thing it nobody

should be expected to have to sign up for that sort of you know what I mean

hey listen she could go get Annie a job somewhere be perfectly fine nothing she

could carry the craziness that this has gone to is aren't you the libertarian of

us - yes and shouldn't I be able to contract anything I want to contract

listen I'm fine would be if people want to do sex work and want to make money

for that I am I'm fine with that being a ok the industry of our world and in

especially one that's not looked down upon so much as it is because I mean

honestly it's been going on since the beginning of the human race so we

world's second oldest profession we can probably bring that one out of the

shadows a little bit but I I still do the difference though again as the is

the the choice in the matter which I imagine went from being like a hey just

give me this BJ just once - every Tuesday is BJ Day and I expect you in my

office at 8:00 and that at that point it's not a no we don't you know what I'm

saying like it's it's you know and I'm with you with choice like I don't like I

mean if you are scheduling X work if you were scheduling your blowjob like if you

were calling up a prostitute and saying like hey every Tuesday I have a big

Striga meeting so I need a blowjob beforehand yeah and I'm gonna set up a

right I'm gonna put you on retainer in every

Tuesday you're gonna meet me at 8:00 and if you have an agreement that happens

like that yeah where you're hiring somebody just for the purposes of some

sort of sexual act and go for it I guess okay but but he has two people if he

hires her as an EI BJ CBS pays for the blowjob girl

she doesn't do anything except for show up at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday doesn't CBS

doesn't want to be on the hook for that thing that's I mean probably not but and

that's on them because they don't know what's going on enough to know that that

chick only shows up one day a week she's in the office for a one I would say a

one-hour meeting but you know probably not five minute meeting and then she's

out of the office again $50,000 a month for a year for then the the other guy

says don't say broad that's demeaning to women anyway yes so last Moonves how did

we even get off on that how did why did you bring up les Moonves

I don't know let's talk about what we did this week instead yes as you might

have seen I'm sipping from what Michael Oakley would be called a castle but one

would really call it rook yeah rook Hey a glass of rook yeah well the most

secure type of plastic rook because I don't know if you can see you can't we

went to medieval times this week not we I went to medieval times this week Corey

did not yeah I was working I was on set this week

yeah how was the set late this week I was great

it was a great crew it was a nice little production to be involved in and I very

much enjoyed shooting on a green screen and like a soundstage because my life

was really easy yeah so basically like for people who don't know how like green

screens work first of all this is things I love that you mean the city now we

don't really sit up at the top of the hill on Echo Park yeah shoot downtown

this is not actually what's happening at the Wilshire Grand right now they're

doing some sort of red and green Christmas thing oh that's right yeah

dated for the Christmas season magic hairs just go up there and shoot 15 more

minutes of you know we'll keep it and actually this building that you can't

see his the green screen is actually working this building at the bottom of

Cory's that's gone now right that's the yeah that's the bank building wait wait

sorry I'm not pointing very well this building I think it's gone mm-hmm this

black spot here will actually have some lights in it you actually might be able

to see our apartment now from mmm that's not a good idea probably anyway but so

you were shooting on set and you also went to a couple of debuts of other

things that you shot yeah this is the time of the season where where people

start uh there seems to be like a lot of holiday parties slash debuting of things

so I went to a premiere Saturday and I went to one the Saturday before and the

Thursday before that so busy busy yeah mm-hmm so sent like though not really

set life like green screen life it stills that life still uh still doing

this usual set things only doing it in a place where I don't have to worry about

being in frame right like that's that's basically the joy so like the green

screen like you know it takes whatever is in front of the green screen and cuts

it out so that you could put another image behind there and the same sort of

thing works if there was like a microphone like hanging right here we

could cut that out hm and just because we're gonna like

when we're gonna edit we're just gonna cut around the person me and you just

being around yeah and then anything that's not in that space can be

eliminated so you don't have to worry about the group you know as long as it

doesn't cross over into somebody's face so you could just stand right behind

them yeah and mic them yeah yeah all day just standing with the microphone like

just the perfect distance away just enough so that you could SWAT it if you

wanted to on camera don't actually SWAT it please on camera that cost money yes

on camera though bigger corded mmm good but now we know that exists yeah just

Cory just chilling out on get on on screen yeah you do

just in the frame next oh yeah I saw you use a little flourish whenever you get

the mic ready I turn it like Arnold and T to wait go ahead sorry no but please

tell me about medieval times at MSD I missed that part of it so medieval times

if you guys don't know is a dinner theater Corey has done dinner theater

before mhm and it's the best to that best part of two things one dinner

theater fantastic also the smell of an inside of a barn now if there are two

things you really want to mix together it is a mass prepared meal and the smell

of an inside of a barn it was really good it was a special special time but

now I enjoyed it they're cows ting which is the state sport of Maryland mm-hmm

got to see some jousting as fake as it may be what is the state sport of

California does it surfing no don't I let me do that so while you're typing I

will talk about more about medieval time so and I found out in the week real

weirdly this week that the queen of the medieval times actually used to be a

king but because of the pressure of having so few female parts they created

it they made it a queen this of a king so it's like a hold of story and then

there's like games and then there's the jousting tournament and then a winner

and it's all very showy and the people we were with I was with enjoyed enjoyed

it very much i living zine as of August 20th of this year

surfing is now the state sport of California there you go all right but

the people I was with really enjoyed it but I have actually been to a real

jousting match have you been - what y'all singing my truth now okay so I've

seen legitimate people jousting who were like I've seen Jostein training okay

I've seen I've seen like the horses do like the runs okay I've seen Lea not

like with anybody with the joust on top I I want to knock this fellow off the

horse and I am doing everything I can to stay on my horse while knocking him off

um so to do see that and compare it and then I I think I knew it was gonna be

fake but it's like um wrestling it's I want to savor I want to say wrestling

but not because there is a lot of athleticism in it and I could see that

they were like working hard to put on a good show but you could see them pulling

but I mean like Jeff that's the same thing with wrestling yeah

like that there's a lot of that athleticism but you can see where

they're they're not connecting with the punches they're pulling him in a little

bit and they're like oh and the stage wrapped of like stomping on those and

that was all going on going on like winding up when you cut when the guy

needs like extra like I usually would just like drop the hammer on you but

then I realized as I go down that your hands aren't in position to block me so

I do this real big windup and I'm around to give you the extra couple seconds to

get it up and yeah lock it it was good it was interesting and uh Debbie always

serve was fine I liked eating with my hands

I've never been to medieval times but I have been to a Vegas Golden Knights game

and I assume there is but I want to say that I wouldn't go again it was like I

said I imagine the story's the same every time

yeah or maybe they have like a couple alternate and like they're just like

we're going with Story one tonight right yeah and they had like five possible

like I I was thinking that it might actually be the same story but that you

know okay so if you get called out first here's what you do like you've run all

six parts yeah yeah you could call it out first that makes you number one and

then when you call out whoever you decide to call whoever that is they

become part two and then in that that's one and two then you're automatically

three or four or five year six so whoever just gets called on a random

night that is the selection of who wins for the night what parts you play so you

know I I pitched this idea to Roberto by the way I'd like to I'd like to hear

your thoughts on this I'm hitting you with this cold okay

say you were a a star on the verge like an actor on the verge I think Ezra

Miller was the example I used with the Ruberto okay where he's like he eats his

profile certainly getting bigger but he couldn't be the star of a

right now no he's he's a couple a couple more things away from being able to be a

star in a movie unless it's like an indie breakout right right right

lady yes you know like he he's on the trajectory where he could be rami malek

in two years because he just hasn't had the cut yet at being the man but you

know he you know just a couple more good performances will put him in that shot

imagine if you went to medieval times and then before the show started they

said tonight playing the role of the red knight Ezra Miller okay I think that

would be a genius bit of viral marketing that a star on the cusp to do because

there would be just filled with people like taking out their phones and filming

Ezra Miller like with winning the jousting or something like that

if you or make sure that he wins yeah well I mean like obviously he would win

like you know you would you would just have him in there and then just when TMZ

calls him or something like then be like what you do medieval times just like I

just love getting out there front of a live performance I love I love having

the you know like you don't get it with the movies every once in a while and you

know I can't sign up for a whole play because then it's months and months and

months yeah medieval time said I could come down on Tuesday and I just did it

and then it's just like a pop in and it's completely random and everyone

who's there feels like they got like this incredible experience of like much

like when you're at like a comedy store or some like that mm-hm and you see the

set lineup and then all of a sudden Dave Chapelle shows up I say Canada sighs I

got free DV pel tonight yeah it wasn't on the list and he just showed up oh by

the way if you're in LA now it's also probably the time that if you do go to

the Comedy Store guys are probably working on there

20 19 probably a time you could catch a Dave Chappelle drop in yes they're

getting ready for their spring tour so let's work that stuff out right now

maybe we should go to the company store uh alternate yes that would probably be

good however alternate better is a scripted

screenplay about a actor who's fallen so far that he ends up at medieval times

type show you could do that and that's more work and

I mean I haven't written a month but the I would say that the Queen would

probably be the easier role to like go in and do blind kind of thing yeah so

maybe defer to a actress on the rise as opposed to an actor on the rise but I'm

still saying you know I still think that like you know if you have you showed up

and you heard some star is playing a role in this thing tonight everyone

would go crazy and just tag it like crazy on Instagram and stuff like that

and then oh they get training then TMZ would call and be like yeah and then you

get yourself a little bump for nothing you know but if you have to have a video

and pictures of you in tights yeah but then you you just you know like again if

you're looking as you're Miller typing go get it try living on a polyamorous go

farm in Connecticut all right okay if you have a picture of you in tights

very cute yeah I mean you know if you're Dwayne Johnson that's probably not good

for you well I mean like even you know everyone wants to be a fucking superhero

afraid to put on some tights yeah very

true oh yeah but uh what did Ryan Reynolds

say as Deadpool in the first Deadpool please God don't put me in bright yellow

spandex a bright green strand oh yeah all right well uh so every ready we

should probably start the show yeah getting into it so that's good should we

start recording yeah god twice I said hey are we recording again yeah looks

like it's not on yet yeah okay five times I said are we muted and you're

just like yeah we weren't

all right quarterback watch week four yeah and

it's on ESPN or was just now or was just on ESPN a quarterback controversy in

Baltimore Lamar Miller three large accent amor Jackson three dead yeah

Lamar Jackson three and one the one loss to the AFC West leading clinched

champions ready Chiefs well know they clinched a playoff spot

yes yet right because technically sandy San Diego well San Diego is like one and

a half games back so there's a way that they could catch but that was a great

that's not like anyone who actually lives in the city in which they play

care yes yeah the one thing I'm gonna miss is like I was a looking at some

some memorable O's of the anthem in the past including Miami made the list yeah

where the Ravens fans totally took over the Miami Stadium already went down

there yeah and I I was I was saying like I'm a little bit upset I'm gonna miss

the Ravens Chargers matchup here in California because I imagine there would

be just a run of Ravens fans all the West Wing yeah right so yeah

it would have been a legendary oh yes the people that we are at the bar with

usually we'd probably outnumber the most mostly charges well there's only 30

seats in that damn Stadium too but yes so Lamar Jackson three and one the one

loss being to the charger or to the Chiefs and it coming in overtime and

Arrowhead in Arrowhead I mean really he did everything he thought that you would

think that he could do to win that game yeah I mean they were leading early

sanski I was happy I was happy with the game I'll say this I I was worried that

turning on your light now I was worried that

Lamarr would not be able to properly March the team down the field if they

needed it right and that is a concern that became very evident later in the

game because there was a in the fourth quarter at some point like there was a

sack and there was a penalty and then it was six and twenty two yeah and like I

had the ceiling you could look at the players and like they all had the same

look on their faces like twenty two yards it might as well be a million like

there's no way we're getting 22 yards like how are we going to run for 22

yards in the next two plays like it doesn't make any sense and then they

just gave up and you know like with with Joe at the very least you you have some

sort of sense that he he would be able to make some sort of deep strike down

the field if needed to like get the play see that past interference coming and

throw downfield towards it and I'll also say this I think that the last couple

weeks that everyone has had the I'm tired of my girlfriend syndrome yeah

with Joe Flacco yeah like when when you've been with somebody for a long

time and you're growing growing tired of their shenanigans and you start saying

like I'm gonna find somebody else I can do so much better than this yeah I'm

tired of all these every single week with the pass interferences and every

single week with the not throwing it enough to get a first down and blah blah

blah and all the horrible things that Joe does and then the second that you

break up with Joe and throw them out on the on the pile and then you're just

like ah Lamar my new person and then Lamar

starts doing shit that that annoys you yeah and then it's a never-ending cycle

of you you don't realize it like right now everyone collectively all Ravens

fans collectively are looking at Joe Flacco and only thinking about all the

terrible things that Joe Flacco does yeah and not the good things that Joe

Flacco does much like we're only looking at the good things Lamar does and not

all the bad things the little ARS do like Lamar just cannot like if it comes

to like marching down the field by throwing the ball it's just not

happening right yet it has not it hasn't happened yet we don't know that it can

happen yet and I I don't think that I think he has the ability and I trust

that by this time next year it's going to be a completely different thing yeah

but if we're talking about making the playoffs right now with what we have

I still think that that Lamar should definitely be acclimated or should be in

the game a lot more than he was earlier in the season when he was like random

trick plays every four or five drives or something like that but I would I would

I would defer to if you know you're in obvious passing situations having Joe so

is that a thing do you do do you go the opposite way where when it's a throwing

down and you know it's gonna be a throw anyway just bring Joe in to make the

throw yeah and then let Lamar run first I really I may be second down I would

think that the the may be the best case version of the Ravens offense would be

Joe and we're behind and Lamar when we're ahead okay because when when Lamar

is relating the offense it's a much more rush first offense

yeah and then we could milk the clock and we should let our defense do the job

and you know march down the field methodically and that's gonna require

Joe to get us up at the beginning or do you put Lamar do you put uh yeah start

the start the game with Joe lead so then he's gonna play 90% of the game because

they're not gonna be up until the last Drive no I'm not saying I'm not saying

it's always when you're losing it's Joe and when you're winning it's Lamar I'm

just saying that like as a generalized rule when you're here behind is Jeff or

when you're behind is Joe and when you're winning it's a little more okay

fair enough it's like bringing in the closer and if you're if you're gonna

play on both we are in like essentially redshirt rg3 yeah then it doesn't really

matter like just have them come out whenever we're toy with the fact that

like you know like Oh Lamar is coming out so they're gonna start running it

now and then he could start maybe getting some open looks in the secondary

the problem is that I feel like Lamar just can't see past the linebackers like

once he gets past the second line of defense he's not properly reading what's

happening beyond it and it's not it's not

fault of his it's just that this is a really fucking difficult job to like

pick up and learn like being an NFL quarterback like I think the I heard

Manning Peyton Manning talking about it where he was just like the the fucked up

thing about he didn't say fucked up but like the fucked up thing about being a

quarterback in the NFL is that by the time you learn all the tricks and you

know how to do it and you know how to be the best at it you're essentially done

because your body just can't handle it anymore he's this like if my body could

have handled it a little bit better at the end I could have had three of the

best years of my career right there at the end right because I knew what

everyone was doing and I knew how to how to work around it I just didn't have the

the zip on the ball to make it happen the way it used to

well you showed that in in Denver yeah yeah Denver and having a second act in

Denver is hey my body gave out Indy but you should have just kept me around for

I mean you could say the same thing you know like with an Aaron Rodgers or

someone like that or Philip Rivers like those those guys right now are at the

age where they know the defense is so well and they know how to how to work

around what's going on on the field on the fly without any kind of problems and

you know their bodies are holding them up enough that they're able to do

incredible things but I mean like it just takes a while to learn how to do

that yeah it's it's it's a very steep learning curve that a lot a lot of guys

don't have the ability you can have all the talent in the world but if you can't

read the defense's you can't get better I think you learn better on the field

though than you do playing back up to Joe Flacco who hasn't proven himself to

be able to win games well Sherman has what was our record when Joe went down

know it what was the record when Joe went down we were like four and five at

that point and what are we now we are seven and six eight and six eight and

six right eight six week fourteen no this is week 14 so we would have been it

would have been we probably wouldn't work 500 when Joe went out okay yeah we

were cuz it was the Panthers game was the last one okay yeah and that put us

at what like six and six or something but so now we are nine and seven eight I

don't remember it's too hard to reverse engineer this game know is three and

three and one since Lamar took over yes we read we

are week fourteen now so he went out a week ten five seven and six right now so

we were four and five four and five four five so we were below 500 joe flacco and

now Lamar Jackson has won every game that you've given him except for the

Chiefs at Arrowhead you've also you also haven't had Gus Johnson the entire Gus

Edwards the entire time that that Jo was out like that that was a renaissance

that happened the same week that Lamar had his first start okay having at

having a solid running back who you can just give the ball to and get three or

four yards every single time is is it's again like it's not flashy it's not sexy

but it's it's a wonderful thing to have that's something that joke no it's not

it I'm just trying to like everyone everyone is thinking only the worst

about Jo right now and I get it he wasn't looking great before he went out

yeah but I'm saying there's there's at the end of the game I was I was I could

just watch it and say Lamar can't handle this like if Jo when rg3 came in for

Lamar like after he got hurt yeah and overtime I was like well at least we

have the chance of rg3 marching us down the field cuz he can do this we know you

can do we know he can do yes but you know like before Lamar got hurt I was I

was worried about it also by the way just as an aside I wasn't expecting us

to win against the Chiefs but uh the referees in that game acted like they

had money on the Chiefs and I don't appreciate it when I can see that from

from the TV where the pass interference that they're the non pass interference

at the end of the game was absurd Willie Snead was going up for the ball

you didn't see it so Willie Snead was going up for the ball to make the catch

and the defensive back like just had his whole or right arm like down like this

as he's trying to make the catch and it bounces off as one hand that's up in the

air and no call and that would have been a first down to like marches down the

field more mm-hmm but no well here's what I'll say yes we have a girlfriend

yes we're about to trying to break up with her most of us trying to break up

over there because we got I will realize the

is near because we got a hot girl waiting in the wings for us and here's

what if it doesn't work out with that hot girl there is a pretty decent

looking girl who it seems like nobody wants to dance with and we should really

think about maybe yeah they can a girl are this way rg3 no colin kaepernick

is available and as cory ably pointed out in our pre-show meeting the lawsuit

for the NFL not looking so good because this week both Derick Anderson and

Derrick Anderson is gone wait wait who's playing in Buffalo

are they back to the rookie yeah they're back to rosin and not risen what's his

name I can't remember well let's say Kirk Cousins

is on the field right now despite what we just saw on Monday night fuck yeah

Mark Sanchez is on the field this week mm-hmm

duh darden know it for the Jets Donald he carnold Donald yeah who didn't not

bad but I don't I don't care if you're starting a rookie I mean if you're the

Jets or the bills or the Cardinals like you got to get these guys out you just

got to get him reps that these seasons are lost for those teams anyway it's not

like you know if you brought in Kaepernick you were going to make it to

the Super Bowl or something like that so I get why teams who have bad rookie

quarterbacks they're still going out there with those people but like the

Redskins you lose you lose your top two quarterbacks late Oh bad luck maybe they

made it cap was like no thank you I don't want to break my leg so you have

you have Alex Smith go down you have Colt McCoy go down you are now trusting

your franchise and maybe possibly hopefully making the playoffs to Mark

Sanchez who I didn't know was still around yes to play football

inactive most certainly and then who was it they came in after I'm like Josh

Johnson now there's a Josh Johnson's gonna start on Sunday yeah so you're

telling me Washington that you would prefer Mark Sanchez being backed up and

replaced by who the hell is fucking Josh Johnson well the reason why they went

with with Josh Johnson used to he was a quarterback for the Vikings and

father no no he had a starting how okay at one point he was a starter sure

much like Kaepernick at one point but it's one of those things like they the

the reason why they decided to go with Sanchez over Johnson this week according

to Jay Gruden was that Mark Sanchez was 100% down with the PlayBook like he had

been he had been with the team in some way or another all year and was familiar

with the PlayBook Johnson just came in but Sanchez looked like he'd never

played football before honey yeah yeah played this week and Josh Johnson at the

very least looked like he was competent towards the end of the game it was all

garbage time but I mean like it looked like he was calling it from the line too

and like really just for his life yeah just like you go right you go left you

go alright we're gonna do hey give a little bump and then you do a post

pattern all right I'll find the open person I'll just do a little shake and

shake I'm gonna throw bad for you because all of that was legitimate that

was in the huddle give me a little shoulder shimmy

i'ma throw it over your outside shoulder just look up to it did you ever tell the

trying to get the mismatch and then tell the guy to fall down in our neighborhood

there was one kid who was so much better than everybody else yeah he always lined

up on the right side of the street okay so when he was playing dB he was always

on the right side of the street so I used to put our worst receiver over on

that side and I used as they fall down like taking a couple steps fall and then

he's out of the play flag pattern across to the open side we're just like here

just go take a five and then run out of this tree it's like we're already on the

edge of the street I'm like yes run out of the street anyway so that is kind of

what Josh Johnson look like from the highlight reel yeah yeah yeah that game

but put together decent Drive went downfield a little ways I think I don't

think he scored but again garbage time it's all it's all

different like you know the defense probably gave up at that point saying as

they were up by like 35 but but now they're saying that that dudes gonna

start you're gonna start that guy in over Mark Sanchez over a Super Bowl

quarterback who's literally says I will play for anyone make me an offer

see here's the here's where I think the NFL done fucked up I think that they

figured that they were going to be able to get off with the excuse that you know

Kaepernick has been in decline and it's not a good enough player to be on the

field anymore and at under normal circumstances cap definitely would have

been brought in to some team by now like whether it's you know like backing up

Andy Dalton Cincinnati after he went down there's something like there would

have been some situation where he would have come if this was if Colin

Kaepernick was Derek Anderson he would be on some team like there would he

would have been brought in at some point again and there's how many Super Bowls

if their games in MIT in nuns my knowledge yes the Browns and the

Panthers that's the difference Kaepernick is played in the Super Bowl

but I don't I don't think a Super Bowl quarterback saw like Elvis Grbac was

this Super Bowl quarterback Kerry Collins was I mean like it's not like

it's not like you ever said to yourself like get me Kerry Collins he knows how

to lead this team like hey but if it was Kerry Collins over Derick Anderson I are

you those guys knew the playbook sure I bring nobody I get it I'm just saying I

think that at the NFL the NFL wanted Colin Kaepernick to go away quietly they

would assign him to some deal like immediately after he lost with the 49ers

he would have had one season where maybe he would have been as bad as he was the

last year he was with the 49ers yeah and then they could definitively say to

anybody who called and asked listen he just wasn't good enough yeah like we

gave him a try he wasn't good so they cut him and it's not our fault that he

was so bad that no other team wanted to pick him up yeah and then that would

have been a $600,000 investment to do just have cap go out there play meagerly

and then get cut and then yeah or whatever but I'm saying like by

by going on with the charade at this point

your your this is a hundred fifty million dollar payout for the NFL it's

gonna come come their way at some point yeah where he's gonna make the argument

that like we're gonna play ten more years for fifteen million dollars a year

plus punitive blah blah blah and by the way you're uh you're giving him

knowledge of damages Mark Sanchez is on the field right now he's getting paid so

I think having it could be like listen I mean mark if you spread that over entire

season is you know somewhere around six million dollars uh and no I could do way

better than that and maybe double that twelve Triplett eighteen eighty million

dollars for ten years yeah nobody's playing Mark Sanchez six million though

600,000 something like that probably exam but yes so uh she's chasing

something huh so in the end though NFL just not a good season for you that you

done moved when all this quarterbacks go down a great year for this lawsuit to be

continuing it's just like again I made the proponent I made the argument

outside that Jerry Jones leaned on Roger Goodell Roger Goodell came in and

without saying it I'm sure he wasn't dumb enough to be like hey nobody higher

cap but he was like here's a list of all the quarterbacks that are currently

alive who you can hire who have worked in the NFL before he went down the list

and somebody's like hey I think that you're missing is a no shut up this is

the list that's all like you put Mark Sanchez on this list

yeah yeah like I thought he was dead now it's still alive available there you go

so acceptable player list yeah so um I would say this though uh two new

football leagues are coming up in the next year that's the true the XFL won't

take him back because the XFL said if you're if your name has any kind of

controversy you're not gonna be in this league more importantly what's his name

in sick man physic man said that if you had ever taken a knee he would not allow

you to play in the XFL right so Kaepernick probably not the guy but he

could join uh Ricky Williams pot League Oh where you can actually play football

and smoke pot yeah so it's just like the NFL but you can smoke pot just like the

NFL but only makes a little bit more sense yeah and a lot less money sorry

just saying lot less money a lot more sense lot less money it's gonna be gonna

be so funny when we watched the the scores of the pot League and is this

like nobody hurt again this week I really also also nobody running that

vests if anyone's watching the history at all the whole point I would say that

Ricky Williams is doing this is to show that like the same reason the XFL

existed before like they broke ground they showed that you could do all of

these gangs and then the NFL was forced to adopt them write them out of business

and so Ricky Williams is like if you are a college player who did really well but

found that CBD helped you recover from your injury and you would really like to

continue playing and you think that maybe without it you can't why would you

go play for the NFL or you could get what I imagine both these leaks are

gonna try and capitalize on is saying that people out of high school can come

play oh well that's your - so then they're

gonna have an opportunity of like hey do you want to go to Ohio State where they

make money off of you or do you want to come play for the XFL Ohio team where

you're gonna make not a ton of money but money well there's there's a big market

New York I have to LA off - they name the franchise's already today

well not the team names but like where they're gonna be shitty yeah la la

Orlando New York Seattle oh no second last time so go ahead and

you just pull that up eight plan teams yes Wikipedia donation request ain't

doing that Seattle Los Angeles Dallas Houston st. Louis Tampa Bay Washington

and New York okay guys first of all Florida don't need no more football why

order can't handle the football that has stopped it Texas gets two teams to I

think how st. Louis gets one known just so like it's just like wow I mean they

don't have an idol team honestly if you are building a franchise that would be

the first team I would go to see I think it's weird that they don't have a

Chicago though like you would think of all the I mean like

New York Los Angeles Chicago and Houston are the four biggest cities in the

country we go play in Chicago what do you mean where do you play would you

play the game no no wherever the MLS team in Chicago

plays okay maybe cuz I mean that's what I thought it was indoor no that's what

the DC team is gonna do they're just gonna play it

howdy field which is the but is MLS in Chicago yeah okay

Chicago fireman who cares it's soccer anyway so that's been sports well

Chicago Fire playing Toyota Park by the way in our stadium yeah a place to play

honestly that's the kind of league though that you make the deals for the

stadiums and then announce the teams and it's like hit up every city and wherever

you who gives you the best race whoever gives us the best place to play that's

where we're gonna put team Vince McMahon out there going like we're about to

pronounce the stadium's New York Los Angeles Topeka Kansas North Dakota real

good strong fan base era Bismarck they've been waiting for football

meanwhile free meanwhile Ricky's League is just all the home teams in Colorado

well is he Washington Seattle Denver Los Angeles California San Francisco

Washington DC only the district though not out in the other gonna figure out a

way to play inside of the district um is there any place on the East Coast now Oh

Massachusetts yeah I'm Boston you can have a team so I mean that's it's pretty

pretty widely deep enough league yeah I think I smoke while they're playing

football though like are you gonna be able to smoke on the sidelines the

altitude here in Denver is really affecting Ricky Williams alright now

that we have about nine minutes left in the show let's jump into everything else

there wasn't that where do you want to go what's the big well I guess let's

start with can we do just a real quick more Cornish air so I can do use the

transition Baltimore corner where you get the straight doop so yeah um only

one real notable piece of Baltimore news 294 murders in the city right now mm-hmm

that we have 21 days left in the year so if we keep it to one murder every three

days we all still hit 300 murders for the year and I don't know the last time

we've had one murder in three days but it's been a while been been a while

yeah now they have had a cold snap so maybe maybe maybe it gets cold enough

and enough winner keeps the murders they've been the murders down now God

knows the police can't do it so maybe the weather mother nature will take it

yeah but so will more than likely hit 300 murders again this year a far cry

from the 340 of the past few years though hmm although let's not count our

chickens because three people were shot today and three people were shot on

Saturday so oh there's a chance we hit 340 stone also when you have less people

the lower numbers are not more impressive yeah like you you've

eliminated 340 340 potential murder suspects or murder victims yeah from the

year before just out the gate yeah immediately you started with 300 were

you potential less victims yeah and all the way people are fleeing especially

now that that the the preachers way which that which leaves only the black

people which is why there's this as some Baltimore County humor for the people

who don't but it's I have heard some semi racist stuff from people over the

past few months ago violence but when the preacher's wife

no missionary's wife hood is she who Jamal you got science

oh yeah the 54 year old yeah yeah what her husband do I don't remember I feel

like he's a he a deacon or a preacher or something she's like a big charitable

donation person and she got stabbed after giving money to a homeless person

I just like heard the most undercover racist stuff possible you

by the way don't know who stabbed her don't know the race of the person who

stabbed her as far as I know right no yeah no but I'm saying that it was a her

for my entire life in Baltimore County it there was a 50-50 chance that if

murder in Baltimore got brought up it was either the response was either oh

that's a shame City Hall is corrupt they need to do

something to fix that they need to fix City Hall and the police department and

blah blah blah and go down a list of all the problems that we already know yeah

or the silent cheapish well there are a lot of black people down there and you

look at them just like really that's the that's the thing you're gonna you're

gonna draw to is just like well I mean like they're the ones committing the

crime right I'm just like so yep so let's needless to say I hate

Baltimore County can we take an over/under of the murders

in Baltimore 21 days left oh by the end of the year yep so one a

day with 21 days left puts you at 217 no 214 I'm gonna go two or three or nine

three or nine yeah three or nine so that's a little less than one per day

for the remaining period mmm I imagine there's just gonna be snow at

some point yeah that's sort of what I'm banking this on I'm gonna go a little

higher at 317 it seems seems fair I had to give you the over/under by the way we

just going back to when we had predicted a the house yeah I was pretty much right

on the money on the money battle 239 and after the re-election speaking of which

and I don't think there's anything else I predicted certainly not the Orioles

record for this year don't go back and look over that all right so I'm pretty

sure I didn't predict the Ravens record maybe you did say hey I'm not gonna do

that I'm gonna put that jutsu out there so you know which one of the things in

the news this week the North Carolina we working you were confused about this

the eleventh no the ninth is what you were talking about yeah I can't keep

them straight because there's so much corruption in North Carolina who knows

but the 11th it looks like did you see a story that

they're talking about not seating the guy

oh yeah that's like a movement open discussion okay yeah but I didn't see

that Pelosi had weighed in on it or anything

I don't think Pelosi has said anything specifically but I think it's sort of

been a I'm not talking about this right now which means I'm going to do it so

the first thing that will happen is that the majority leader will be sworn in and

obviously that's probably gonna be Nancy Pelosi at this point and then she is the

option to basically deny or accept the credentials of everyone who comes in

yeah and they will bring a sheet that says here is that the local Election

Board has certified the results and mostly this is formality yeah but in the

11th in North Carolina that is ninth in North Carolina there is this intense

possibility of voter fraud and she and the Democratic majority essentially

could say hey we're not gonna see you now yes they could it's a we're not

gonna seat any of the any of the Republicans at all but you know then we

have a constitutional crisis really it's like all right you won your election

great yeah this though is a special circumstance where they may say we are

not comfortable seating you because we can't say that you won a free and fair

democratic election now what I had heard is also that this has spilled over into

the 11th in North Carolina because the guy who looks like masterminded this

whole thing in the ninth also was running the campaign in the 11th or the

get out the vote campaign and some of the stories of get out of the vote we're

about giving the names and addresses of people who had absentee ballots going to

their house telling them hey yeah two races that really matter vote on those

I'm here to pick up your ballot great I'll worry about the rest sign it at the

bottom perfect and then walking out yeah so that several of the races on there

were legitimately voted for but the remainder may have been filled out by

the person collecting the absentee ballot who then sent it in sealed it and

sent it in yeah the signature was or toasted or maybe tossed it if the person

had previously filled out the wrong person for Congress you know it's

we've talked about voter fraud here a time or two before mostly in terms of

how ridiculous as a as a conversation it is usually because voter fraud doesn't

happen but what does happen and also that we

make entire jokes about Chicago and the Kennedy family and North Carolina for

these specific reasons is election fraud yes which is the the act of trying to

sway the election by doing something not having to do with the will of the people

yeah I mean somebody going in trying to vote five times on this never happens

somebody trying to throw out somebody's five votes happens all the fucking time

somebody trying to throw out five people's votes yeah happens all this

yeah especially depending on where those five votes are cast and who might have

cast them and especially there or do we have a net an extra bin full of ballots

that are 80% weighed towards our candidate or yeah these types of things

they that's been happening forever I I would love that they deal with that

issue as opposed to over front yeah like when Kovac was in there trying to like

figure out what we're gonna do about voter fraud it's was like why don't we

worry about what we're gonna do about election fraud yeah not gonna do

anything about that don't read all that cage yeah one thing we I didn't bring up

as a pre-show meeting but I just wrote down in my notes here to briefly touch

on Mitch McConnell accepted three and a half million dollars in donations from

Russians so there's that yeah speaking of election fraud I know it's funny

though we talked about that before I thought we did so we we talked about

that you know whatever it was like a year and a half go and that's the other

thing that like so briefly as we're as we're closing up here yeah we'll do a

little bit of the Trump news mostly going around the Kohen and mana for a

plea deal or not plea deals but like the sentencing yeah that's going on where

individual one seems to be in a heap of trouble hmm yes the unnamed individual

one who they they haven't given you a lot of clues as to who it may be but

have said that was elected president in 2016 election so

there's only a certain number of that that rounds it down to just a couple

thousand people but I'm sure we'll be able to figure it out I'm sure

well Mueller is a smart guy has some paperwork on who won that election yes

yeah no but that the the the thing that that is so interesting about this whole

turn of events here recently is that we did an episode on Cohen

you know like paying off stormy Daniels and stuff like that way before the

election him before the election not very far before the election but I mean

like that was sort of getting out before the election there was the talks of

McConnell getting tons of money from the same sort of Russian sources that Trump

was getting his money from you know the the idea that there was a meeting at

Trump Tower between Russians and manna fort and Don jr. and Jared Kushner like

we knew all this but the thing is that now we have the Southern District of New

York or the Muller team essentially saying for sure that these things have

happened this is part of our casework for the criminal prosecution that we're

going forward on manna fort and Cohen and if he's ID'd and if it's known why

isn't he been charged so for those who don't know I know the answers is so I'm

gonna answer it for you you know this too but there's there's always been some

debate as to whether or not you are able to charge a sitting president with a

crime so that is probably the long and short of why they don't want no one has

been charged yet yeah why he hasn't charged yeah

but Adam Schiff has that he would expect the Trump to be charged the day after he

leaves office so it's much too late for most of the

country unfortunately well I mean I think the what would what would be

lovely is if maybe maybe Muller goes to the White House at some point you know

with witnesses so like people who could say that what was said was said okay

maybe Muller sits down he's like listen I know you don't want to go to jail I

know you're you're a big dum-dum and just got way the fuck out of hand you

were not prepared for a national crime syndicate your idea you half-assed

backwards into a lot of the stuff and I know you don't want to die in jail yeah

so what I have proposed is this right here

this stack of paper works is going to effectively force your resignation one

of them is a resignation letter the rest is a is an understanding between me and

you that you resign go the fuck away never gonna hear anything about it again

and it'll just be like that page 18 Pence's nation also need that

pen pen suss out to Nancy Pelosi's gonna gonna write the ship here for a year and

a half until we have an election I know I know this isn't what any of us wanted

Donald but you put us in this situation and then call me by Spencer and then

Trump just signs it really quickly because he's like no jail time signs it

and then realizes that he should have read what he signed it says right there

that he's gonna charge him the second that he resigns and then as soon as the

resignation is then mother puts the cuffs on him and leaves him out this

Trump Trump Trump would not read what he signs I can't I guarantee you have

Muller's plus side maybe John Kelly on his way out just put it in with the

Arby's receipts here's an Arby's here's a Pizza Hut

Oh John Kelly all right real quick John Kelly is going to leave the White House

before the end of the year ending one of the most embarrassing chief of staff's

that we've ever had yeah not to me not his fault no not his vault but I mean

like he certainly didn't do anything to fix it with the most recent rumors

around the White House being that John Kelly and Donald Trump almost never talk

anymore yeah which imagine if you will that

Trump was a pilot and John Kelly was his co-pilot and then you found out that for

the last nine flights these haven't talked to each other once yeah

you'd be like I'm not getting on the 10th flight yeah I don't want to be

involved with this anymore the fact that a president achieve the

staff are having almost no communication is like unbelievable like it it's it's

these are the two people who should be talking like it's the first person you

talked through the last person you talk to and then you talk to them 35 times in

the middle of the day between those two conversations but it makes perfect sense

when you see who is on the short list to replace them

now first Trump had a replacement and he was about ready to name said replacement

before that replacement decided to also leave the White House yeah before the

end of the year yeah and that was vice president Trump's chief of staff Pence's

Pence's yeah vice president vice president Trump and his veteran Pence's

chief of staff whose name is Nick Ayers ales ales Nick ales but who by the way

just aside from nothing has made an awful lot a lot of money being a

campaign mm-hmm person in a in a job where you usually don't make that much

money and didn't ever want to work in the White House in fact said Mall

multiple occasions he wouldn't work in the White House has made it the low-end

twelve million dollars as a as a campaign chairman yeah for a job that

usually pays about as well as a manager at McDonald's makes well when you know

where the blowjobs were given sometimes you get paid unfortunately

so the shortlist right now is characters like he's gonna go work for uh Les

Moonves I mean good but the shortlist for replacements Steve minuchin yeah who

apparently doesn't want the job no of course yeah who else was on that list

the brand new agey who may or may not be AG but his acting AG or may or may not

be acting agent Matthew Whitaker yes either also doesn't want the job a slew

of people of OMB the head of OMB mmm doesn't want the job want the job there

he's saying that he's reaching out to members of Congress who have been the

head of the freedom caucus as an option mm-hmm

I want the job right basically list of all the people who Trump considers

friends who all don't want the job um I Arkin back to trump on the campaign

trail where he said I'm gonna get all the best people all I I'm gonna have a

staff like you've never seen before yeah and he right now he's having

trouble filling the most important job I mean cuz you would say that Mike Pence

would be the most important job but Mike Pence's job is literally don't die yeah

that's the only the only thing break ties in the Senate and don't die those

responsibilities dick vice vice yes I very much want to see Vice yes that's

not out so Christmas though right I think it's Christmas Day is it Tuesday

yeah that's a long weekend yeah mmm long weekend mmm and a lot of people go to

movies on Christmas Day so John Kelly's up and the who knows about the

replacement I feel like this is the kind of thing where Kelly will put in his

resignation but it'll say that he will stay so long as the president until the

present has a replacement and then you know the he said he at some point before

the end of the year yeah but I imagine that's just a I'm gonna hang out until

there's somebody else to take over this job right now not looking good so if

you're gonna have nobody's nobody's gotten this job at December 20 if I'm

just given the keys to Stephen Miller good luck although probably the one man

in Washington who actually wants the job the one guy who take that job and thus

Trump doesn't want it to have it so ah yeah Chris Christie's going around the

corner like I'll be chief of staff it's like go go back to fucking Jersey why

are you here we're Giuliani's like hey I'll be vice

president and like Rudy that's not even the position we're talking about oh my

god what's wrong with you by the way find any video of Trump from 2015 and

look at it and it's still gonna be full of nonsense but compare it to him

speaking now yeah and the downhill fall of Trump over the

three years in his ability to put together a sentence or a sentient

thought is amazing yeah it'll blow you away so well the other the important

thing to remember too with this whole thing is that Trump is in the middle of

a massive criminal conspiracy and he's way the fuck over his head and he

doesn't know what the fuck he's doing and it's all coming spinning out

underneath of him so Rob say I had a cookie and you ate that cookie right

mm-hmm and you're gonna deny it now yeah hey

Rob I had a cookie here literally er do you know what happened to it

listen there's cookies there's cookies and there's other cookies and some

people's cookies belong to people and yeah so cookies go missing sometimes

well okay yeah but that doesn't answer what happened to the cookie do you know

what happened to the cookie listen do you know what happened to the cookie

maybe you should keep better track of your cookies and then this wouldn't be a

problem well I know for a fact that the only person who was here but other than

me was you and my cookie is missing and the videotape that I had put up here

just in case showing you eating that cookie yeah so and then as it goes along

as we continue this line of questioning it eventually ends with Rob just going

like listen I may be ate the cookie but it's

not a crime no no it's Rudy Giuliani pokes his head

out from under the desk listen eating cookies is not a crime I

don't know why we're all going on this downward track of it's all crime to eat

a cookie treason is not a crime unless it damages the country I don't

understand treason is not a crime when the

President does it yes nothing's a crime when the president does it wasn't that

the Nixon line like not treason but it's not against the law if the President

does it or something like that yeah finally just on a one note a throwaway

note don't fly through Atlanta's hartsfield-jackson airport anymore

starting after the Christmas Bush because they are rolling out curb to

gate facial recognition software so I mean you can if you'd like you guys who

use snapchat filters you're already an assistant they already know you I will

not be using hartfield Jackson Airport no and I would I would hope that

everyone here in the sound of our our voices right now who's a is a what the

fuck this will do something fill out a forum

gonna be tweet about it yeah saying that they don't want this either because

number one it won't work yeah number two you know how I know for sure

it won't work because right now pretty much every single square inch of every

airport in America is under video surveillance yeah and that hasn't

stopped anybody from committing any kind of well to be problems TSA has not

caught a single terrorist but that's not have been a terrorist attack so you know

yeah which one is it which way is it yeah well I mean clearly TSA catches 100

percent of the things that aren't supposed to go onto airplanes yes and we

know this for 100% certainty yes that nothing has ever slipped through TSA is

especially not in this house no there was ones where I was flying with my dad

and we flew out like we had like three flights on the way to wherever we were

going like yeah the one connecting flight and then we had another flight to

another spot and then we had another flight to another spot and then we were

gonna fly back from that final space right yeah and on the way back

TSA gave him trouble about a wine bottle opener that he had because it had the

little foil knight on it and he was just like I literally went through three

airports and this wasn't a problem and now it's a problem they're just like are

you admitting that you flew blue with this knife and he's like it's not an ape

popping off a wine bottle it's a foil cutter I'm a wino not a terrorist

I could do more damage with the night a nail clipper well I mean that's not a

good argument either cousin they toss your bag but you know I I find though

that the smaller airports I have more trouble at smaller airports than I do

anywhere else it's got more time and more energy to fucking burn they're

looking for something because El Paso International Airport wants to be the

one that catches the first errors for TSA

right now yeah swab my computer for you whatever right c-4 residue anyway don't

go to Hartfield Jackson Airport because it's gonna be a mess and you know maybe

if we stop using that Airport they'll stop using the well I do I do feel like

in this day and age where we can't trust elected officials to do what we want

that one of the only things one of the last bastions we have of changing

people's opinions it's just not agreeing to support them economically anymore

yeah so like Wisconsin with their most recent thing of like trying to take all

the power away from the governor and the incoming AG because they both happen to

be Democrats and now there's talk about like the NBA saying they're not gonna

have the NBA all-star game they're in Milwaukee

yeah they build their new stadium and like when North Carolina did the

bathroom bill thing and they lost out on all these like big huge events yes they

also can't do it can't go to North Carolina and then all that bathroom bill

shit went away as soon as they strangely Charlotte oh it's like you mean we can't

host a Super Bowl all right well I guess anyone going with the bathroom now all

those safety concerns right out the window

hmm oh wow I don't care about your kids anymore I just want to see the Super

Bowl in Charlotte yeah so yeah I mean that's that's realistically the only

thing we have to do we can't trust anyone else to do it anymore

it's got to just be voting with your wallets yeah so if just nobody flies out

of Atlanta anymore though they'll get it pretty quick yeah the question is how

much effort are you willing to go to to not fly to Atlanta also CMAs it's a hub

airport and this is going to be added to other airports so I mean like you know

when it comes to LAX we have to make a serious financial decision as to whether

or not we're gonna want to spend the extra $200 to fly out of Burbank here's

a good thing though so Elena Hartfield is set up a lot differently than LAX and

it would be way more expensive to put it in place at LAX mmm because the thing is

about where do you enter and most people enter at the same place at hartfield

Jackson and then spread out to the different right-right-right

fans out yeah yeah it's a door that fans out and lax is seven different doors

were all going directly into the terminal where you're going so

way more expensive is you now if they do it at Tom Bradley I mean like where are

you gonna be tough though yeah yeah we're else he gonna go yeah go to San

Diego well it would have to be for domestic

flights only at this point oh yeah yeah yeah so let's go to Burbank I'll pay an

extra hundred fifty dollars to not get scanned for six hours while I'm waiting

for my flight at LAX and security yeah oh well I'd love the day when when we

elect some president who's just like hey anybody else agree that TSA is bullshit

yeah and then one person from the TSA not me hey hey here anybody else anybody

else shit yeah we're done with TSA yeah how about let's just go back to the way

things were before we're gonna save the 1 billion dollars that we have spent on

TSA and we're going to build a really nice garden or something how about this

no I don't really mind you say that much I just mind the schmoozing shit

meanwhile city of La is like hey how'd you make a garden for only 1 billion

dollars six five make a bike lane okay what kind of economic magic are you

running anyway if you want to learn more about the city that we live in in the

city that we used to live in you know where you can go where's that oh the

anthem calm corrido the intercom oh they get them on Facebook Twitter Instagram

I got a edit a book and I can't both edit a book and play Red Dead Redemption

so it's funny I was earlier today I was I was getting ready to write an article

for stage 32 mm-hmm yeah ask me to come back yeah and I was I was laying in bed

for a minute and I was like staring at the ceiling trying to like calculate

what I was gonna write and it's just like why am I doing this when I could be

playing Madden yeah then I was playing Madden for a while saying like all right

I'll do all my thinking while I'm playing some Madden yeah and then two

and a half hours later I'm just like all right I didn't do anything

yep can't do that would be a great idea I'm looking for somebody sent me was it

you it might have been you know it was that Roberto I think who sent me this
