You've heard about Instagram verification in check-marked you know

about Facebook verification and check marks but did you know that Google has

now added their verification option for businesses called Google guaranteed

we're gonna cover how to go over that and what it's all about

in today's digital marketing news today

guarantee today and Google guarantee is a great great tool and resource for

business owners so you're gonna want to make sure that you stay tuned to the

whole video so that what you find out how businesses are gonna be able to use

this and all of the benefits that businesses your clients will be able to

use and take advantage of with regards to Google guarantee and PS make sure to

stay tuned to the end of the video where I'll give you five easy steps to build

your brand or business now as I mentioned in the beginning you get a

green checkmark next to your business listing on Google search when you get

verified by Google business and so the cool thing is about Google verification

and Google guaranteed is that it tells your audience and potential customers

that you are a legitimate business why because you have to go through a bunch

of different screening processes from Google to make sure that you're a

legitimate business and that they can recommend you to their searchers and

provide the best information possible to their audiences so really quickly let's

go through some of the most important parts that you need to know about

setting up your Google verification and how it's going to benefit your business

so there are six main parts to getting Google verified or the our Google

guaranteed service setup let's go through those really quickly the first

thing is your business profile on Google you actually need to go in and set that

up also known as Google business manager

and set that up for your business because it allows you to put all of your

information about your business like hours, location, what your business does,

your website, information, phone numbers, all the things that a potential customer

might want to see about your business number two is make sure that you start

acquiring Google reviews and the reason why is because Google wants to see

customers engaging with your business profile letting other people know and

potential other customers know what it's like to work with your business number

three is to set up a Google Ads account and that's so you can start running ads

on Google's platform this again shows Google that you are a legitimate

business trying to actually get new customers by spending money on ads on

their platform the fourth part starts with Google and this is where they

actually will go in and do more of a verification of your business

manually and so they do things like background checks which is really number

four the thing that you want to know first they're going to do background

checks on each of your employees unfortunately Google doesn't like to

work with criminals and so if you have somebody who might not pass a background

check at your location it might be difficult for you to get your

verification to pass number five and the second part to Google's process is they

actually do a company verification so you need to send in your business

license letting them know that obviously you are a real business and finally

number six part three of Google's process is to do an insurance check to

make sure that your business is covered as far as insurance is concerned now I

should have probably said this in the beginning but a lot of this is for local

businesses so if you're running a national campaign without local

brick-and-mortar locations this might be hard for you to acquire at the very

least I would suggest getting a PO box so that way you can have some sort of

address to tie to your business so question have you guys ever seen the

green verification show up next to a business just right "Yes I've seen it

before" or "No I have not seen it before" in the

comments below this video all right guys I'm gonna cut out the

newscaster voice just because I don't want to piss too many of y'all off if

stop I definitely don't want to annoy you guys so that way it keeps you from

learning that wouldn't be smart or makes sense so let me know in the comments

because this whole verification process and ranking on Google that's whole

that's all part of it right that's actually adding to your SEO value so I

want you guys to get that you know through your head very very quickly for

a local business having that verification if you're trying to get you

know a local business client to show up more in search engine results

having that set up for them is going to do wonders as far as them ranking higher

than other businesses why because they went through the process and the

headache really of getting verified with Google so that way they prove to Google

we want to rank we are a legitimate business show other people that so it's

going to bring in more clients for them to do

about is what Google does actually on there and what kind of makes Google

guarantee really cool is the fact that they will actually refund up to two

thousand dollars worth of a purchase to a customer who comes in to Google and

says yo this is a Google guaranteed you know type of business you guys said that

they were guaranteed to be good that is what the guarantee does it says if you

don't have a good experience we'll do up to two thousand dollars of a refund so

for customers this is super super appealing because it makes them want to

trust the business more which is something you can leverage to those

clients that you have or to your own business if you want to see more about

Why advertisers are tracking your emojis 😱 - Duration: 4:16.

This is an ad for the 2018 Camry that Toyota published on Twitter.

They also published this one.

And this one.

For this one campaign, Toyota released 83 different versions of the same ad, and every

version targeted different users -- not based on their gender or their age, their political

affiliation or their location.

The ads targeted users' emotional states through their emojis.

A targeted ad is where a company shows their ads to only certain kinds of people, certain

people who are more likely to buy their products or like their message.

That's why as someone who creates videos just like this one, I see ads for Adobe's

video-making products in my Facebook feed.

But in 2016, Twitter began giving advertisers access to emoji data like who is posting what

and when and which emojis are the most popular.

That is totally unique compared to advertising before this.

Emojis have an emotional context paired with them and that lets advertisers better gauge

the feelings expressed in people's tweets.

With emoji targeting, every highly tailored ad would be triggered by the emojis a user

would post, in real time.

Tweet a pizza emoji and Domino's would reply with a coupon.

Tweet any emoji at Google and get a handy link for the top search results on their platform.

Tweeted a heart eye emoji today?

Well, Toyota might determine that you're feeling positive and serve you this ad while you're

in that feel good mood.

Some emojis are pretty obvious right.

Smiley face, I'm happy.

Frowny face, I'm sad.

But you know there's a bunch of emoji which are much more -- the line's much more fine

between what that person is actually feeling or thinking at the time.

For those emojis that express more ambiguous emotions, advertisers can use artificial intelligence

to predict if an emotion is used in a positive negative or neutral context.

Let's look at Toyota again.

In January of 2017, Donald Trump tweeted a major criticism of the company for planning

to build a plant in Mexico.

After that tweet was posted, the number of social media posts about the automaker spiked.

But if you look at this chart, you can see how people felt about Toyota not just how

much they talked about it.

Right after Trump's comments, the percent of negative posts spiked when compared to

positive posts about the company.

For an advertiser, knowing how people are feeling is immensely valuable, and they can

target consumers with positive feelings and avoid those with more negative ones.

Emojis are just one more tool for advertisers to assess people's emotions.

The idea is that if the advertisers are using it effectively going to see more relevant ads.

But regardless of how relevant those ads are, the process is never going to be

fully transparent.

As a consumer it's difficult if not almost impossible to tell what information a marketer

is using to target you.

Most advertisers argue that tracking the emojis you use is no different than tracking the

keywords you use on Google, because you volunteered that information publicly.

You shared that data freely with a free website that is ad supported, you should be able to

understand that the same type of thing is going to happen on a social media platform.

But consumer advocacy groups disagree.

They argue that advertising to people based on a psychological profile of their

emotions is intrusive.

About half of Americans share a similar skepticism, many of whom aren't

confident that social media sites actually protect their data.

And emojis are part of that data.

For all the privacy concerns, emoji advertising is still in its infancy and though it only

exists right now on Twitter, it wouldn't be a far leap to see multiple platforms offer

a similar service in the future.

And in the best case, we may get ads that give you immediate and valuable information.

Maybe you'll post an eggplant emoji and Durex will send you a condom emoji with 10 percent

off your next purchase.

Or if you don't like your emoji data being used, maybe you just don't use emojis.

Yeah, right.

old-school marketing where you deal with radio and television and newspapers

there's a lot of different avenues online to you know have a marketing

let's get into this the website I have for you today is

make money app calm now some of you may or may not have heard of

this before but I thought it was legitimate you know thing I wanted to

check it out and I did and guess what guys it really works and let me give you

the crux some of the whole thing here you put this app on your phone right and

then after that you make money yeah it's that simple guys now are you gonna

get rich doing this no are you going to be able to make a full-time living on

this know what I consider this generating part-time income no I will

consider this generating a little extra cash to have an extra cup of coffee or a

doughnut or getting a paper or magazine or whatever the case may be a little

something something a little extra for you

you're not gonna get rich doing this but the beautiful thing about this is the

fact that it is basically passive income I this is I wish you could make a

full-time income on this because you know what I would do it too this thing

is pretty phenomenal I'm gonna put this on my phone and I'll tell you why it's

free money I mean basically it's free money you get

apps they do all the work when you get the the text from these guys from make

money I have to do is delete the text and you've already made your money but

let's get into the nitty-gritty of this and I'll show you how it works okay earn

money for receiving text messages basically I'm not sure what I just told

you I get pay real money for helping us improve worldwide communications all you

have to do is receive text messages on your mobile phone once in a while now

when they say once in a while they basically mean you're gonna probably get

about one to two texts a day well that's not a lot of course you'd like to have

more but you could imagine how many people are actually out using this app

right now right so they're they're flooded they have a ton of people doing

this but to get one or two texts today you're talking about a couple paintings

right it's not going to be a lot of money like I said you'll be able to get

a you know an extra donor a cup of coffee or a mag

newspaper or something like that it's not gonna be too much money but it's

nice cuz it's free money it's kind of like when you're a kid and you're doing

chores for your grandmother and you're really not doing that much and she gives

you like five bucks to do something that's basically what this is it's nice

easy money by letting us send text messages to your phone you allow the

test us to test and approve mobile operations simply said you help us help

mobile operators to work and to work together and not unimportant each

message you receive adds more money to your Mik Money Bank real money that is

true it is really true install and earn more just to install the app will send

you random testing SMS messages once in a while you'll earn money for each

received text message from us it works out Android only it does not work on an

Apple iPhone just only Android so all of you that apples sorry just for Androids

and of course they say make money is extremely safe and secure for your use

your personal data is handled accordingly to strict privacy rules the

specifics don't want to receive messages for a while just disabling so maybe you

have a lot of things going on you have a lot of you know you're planning a party

with friends or you're getting a lot of text and you don't want to be inundated

with more texting you need you can actually go into that app just disable

it and they'll stop immediately from you getting a text but honestly I would just

leave this thing on if you're only getting one or two texts today that's

not bad right and it like I said before you can delete

the text as soon as you receive it no need to store it the messages do not

contain any meaningful text but our only random characters that you can ignore

which is really simple and I'll show you that in a second ah

and basically they already told you why they want to send you messages they work

with telecom companies and networks to help improve their messaging system and

how things work I'm guessing because y'all we've all been there who any of us

who have cell phones you know you have text a friend or a family member and

sometimes they always tell you well we haven't gotten that text we said I say

get that text an hour ago and you don't actually get it you should have gotten

it on basically immediately and instead you wait an hour or two hours to get a

text it doesn't happen often but it does happen and when those things kind of

happen they want to figure out why what happens and they're actually probably

testing on their networks to see how their networks are responding in certain

areas at certain times for whatever reason so that's probably one of the

reasons why they're doing this how do I need wait what do I need and what do I

see okay you just need your cell phone water why are there signs numbers in or

special characters in the test but special characters are in the text

messages so we can test if your mobile operator is transferring the message

content properly yeah that's good and here tells you if you have any problems

or issues I installed the app but I didn't receive the verification code how

can I get my code and they tell you just call that number from your cell phone

you should be able to get it why do I need to verify my phone number

commonsense you're getting money right can I delete the received messages yes

said I told you that already all you need to do in order to receive money is

to install the make an app and verify your phone once you started okay alright

basically this is really simple stuff and that's the whole page that's a whole

main page folks I mean it doesn't get any simpler than this now before we go

any further I want to show you exactly what kind of text you're going to be

receiving here's a sample of someone who actually works for make money and this

is a screenshot of their texts of what they get now look at this BC seventy

four one three eight five five one nine abcdefg okay just basically that's the

kind of stuff they send you because they're just basically testing the

transmission and making sure things are getting sent properly that's basically

it it's that simple and that's all you'll be getting and as soon as you get

that boom you can delete the whole conversation if you want for the day of

the week the month however long you leave it on your phone it's no big deal

I want to show you here it is here I want to show you this is a someone who's

currently using it I'm currently at a dollar 67 on the app it seems about the

same rate one to two messages a day you get six and a half cents per message on

this app though compared to cents per on the other so I'm assuming they're

talking about other apps that do the same exact thing but on this one you get

six and a half cents which isn't bad I mean basically are you doing nothing

right so we're making a six and a half cents for nothing just for the sake of

argument let's do a little math if it's six and a half cents you get two

messages of the day so that's 13 cents a day 13 cents a day times 13 times let's

just say for argument three so you make three dollars and nine cents a month

doing this that's the high end folks so you like I said you're not gonna get

rich but it will get you a cup of coffee if that right so that's not too too bad

I mean like I said you're not doing anything

so why squawk about it's just a free app free upload make a couple pennies and

who knows some point in time this might change and actually get better if it

gets popular enough let's take a look here at the Google Play now this I like

to check this out just for the reviews and our review is three point nine out

of five that's not bad okay I always like to see things are on four I don't

like to go much lower than that but three point nine what do you got to lose

now I actually read some of these reviews already and after looking

through some of these reviews it seems the one constant complaint I've

seen is not getting paid fast enough just so you know everything is paid

through PayPal PayPal PayPal alright the minimum amount to get paid you have to

generate a dollar so you make a dollars worth of PayPal money or money

in general and actually could cash it out so that's not bad the threshold for

that is very low a dollar is very reasonable so that's actually a really

good deal now like I said are you gonna get pay like if you cash out tonight

let's just say I have a dollar and you're in your account or you have the

dollar 67 like the gentleman we just read his blog on first forum if you

don't actually get the money in your PayPal account for a week or two I don't

know that seems to be the complaint they get their money but it's not

instantaneous but not honesty if you're squawking about making you know three

dollars and ninety cents a month and you're not getting it fast enough in

your account you got bigger problems

but that's all I have for today guys I think this is a really neat thing throw

it on your phone make a couple bucks who knows after a couple months you got a

nice you know ten fifteen twenty bucks right it doesn't hurt

beautiful sunrise happening right now so I'm backlit there a little bit better

lighting there I am back out chasing that giant walleyes that's the goal

today a little bit different officials side as much as possible I'll talk about

why I'm fishing outside as well as what you have to do to really take special

care of this fish when you're fishing outside you're not gonna see me weighing

the fish outside today you might see a quick measurement but it's gonna be

strictly a quick shot to the camera back down their eyes freeze when you're

outside even though it's minus 10 right now a little bit of wind your eyes

skills everything freeze instantly that takes very special care those fish will

get more into that I'm wasting daylight right now I gotta start drilling and

fishing you see me running gun a lot today unless I'm on fish I'll count out

a little bit so let's get fishin okay we're fishing so what you didn't

see is I drilled three holes here kind of spend five minutes at each hole maybe

10 minutes like this thing and keep moving and I'm just gonna keep working

this brake line here that I've mapped out in previous trips I'll fish anywhere

with today probably between 20 and 30 feet of water

I'll keep adjusting as much as possible like I said I'm going to keep moving

quite a bit

okay dropping hole to hole three four five six seven eight hole nine hole 10

hole number ten what's ten gonna bring I have fish some long days right here at

this spot done quite well I fished this hole brake line before but there's a few

areas that I'd like to count boat on and this is definitely one of them I'm gonna

turn that camera okay I'm on the bottom let's go fish instantly fish come on

gonna smash it yeah he smashed it hole ten first fish of the day so good it's

taken an hour and hour and a half of my first fish of the day

nice walleye yeah thick barely hooked right there pop him out nice nice first

fish of the day right there healthy chunky walleye like I said gonna get

fish back in really quick today whoa look at that mark off the bottom just

put my glove on now mark just skyrocket right off the bottom the thing was

flying coming back coming back coming back come on

here he comes here it comes yeah got him that that mark was unbelievable like it

just comes straight up and obviously probably missed the bait and it found

itself it's on the bait frozen up had a little bit of slack that's how you lose

a little little walleye right there well not little he'd be it good good eater

that was crazy though well spot spot 10 has paid off a little tiny bit blue guy

oh okay the biggest thing to fishing outside is just like it's staying warm

staying warm I finally got like a nice suit a boat I

think three winters ago I got this striker I suit and it totally changed

everything in terms of how long as it will stay outside and fish I used to be

pretty tough I guess they used to fish outside with a hoodie but I've since

wised up a little bit they say as you grow older you get wiser

I guess it might be true dad you're right that was awesome Oh attitudes

completely changed literally oh here we go again

no yeah there's another mark there mark come on see all the took right now is

just move around and find them if this continues I can set the shack up and

fish here for sure but a little bit nicer mark nice mark come on come on I'm

sitting in 32 feet that's like kind of the max of where I want to be you gotta

be really really careful at these steps yeah there we go

he hit it when I was falling down that was three fish instantly alls it took

was just getting on him finding a pot of fish that's great another walleye under

walleye small I small I let's see here let's get this glove off just there we

go

yeah little small I just getting up trouble right in the lip okay

another walleye going back down now that I've located fish I'll probably drill

more holes in this direct area like I was kind of making some bigger moves as

drill another hole now I'll possum holes like every five

yards here like in a big circle gridded out anywhere between 32 to say 24 25

feet some are like that and just kind of hole hop around here now I'm just gonna

try a nice little micro move here not very far just a little bit over and this

will be hole this will be hole 11 get down there like I said now micro

moves right small found a pot of fish or an area that's holding some fish

I'll make some smaller moves here hole 10th 11th hole 12

you are gonna fish outside especially when it's it's colder stuff freezes up

so quick your gear is so important titanium guides right here you can break

the ice off so easy and then as well I'm fishing a Power Pro braided line here

it's got like a wax coating on it and once the I'll show you later wants to

water the ice kind of builds up you can just take it you can slide it all down

in your hole and then once it gets down on the hole that ISIL all melt in the

water but like I said the titanium guides this is a tuned up custom rod

this is a commander series 38 inch with the 8 inch full cork handle I like the

full cork there's a bunch of different handle options you know you can order

different lengths of the rod and then of course you can custom design it for

different wraps and stuff too but I my biggest thing about this Royal Lake is

the titanium guides the ice ice all comes off so easy out of the guides it's

really important when you're fishing outside for sure

right if you are going to take home fish you don't always have to keep keep the

first couple fish you catch wait till one takes a deep and you know and he's

not hooked very well the ones they're hooked on the outside of the lip let

those ones go they're probably gonna survive but this one's hooked down on

the gills there's a good chance it could die anyway

so there's our first fish of the day that we're gonna keep amazing spot 14

fished but like I said I don't finally I mentioned already I've got six holes in

this general area where I first started catching some fish and I'll go through

them all real quick again before I drill a bunch of holes so it's technically

hole ten but it is spot 16 here we go here we go come on come on spot 17 come

on I've had a little bit of a lull here it's no 12 o'clock but I am at that slow

part of the day right it's gonna happen you're gonna have the slow part of the

day at times especially as the season progresses early season you'll tend to

catch them all day sometimes you know you'll get some windows here and there

but for the most part as the season progresses it's all about your morning

bite and your evening bite now let's say you're not gonna get smoked by a monster

midday that's why I see I'm still fishing but if you only have a couple

hours to go out you know either pick in the morning get out here and drill

before sunrise or say come out at like 2:00 o'clock drill all your holes for

the evening then you can hole hop for the rest of the evening and fish into

the dark or at dark type of thing but 17 was Gulch II I'm an on spot 18 the last

two are our new hole so I kind of added two more no I got a spot 19 is gonna be

new hole 2 I added three more holes to my little spread here so I have a total

of nine holes in the soil area got a mark down here spot 19 got to get get

get spot 20 lost a fish at spot 19 walleye tune up bite I had him almost of

the hole and I just never got a good solid hook set on I wasn't ever happy

with the hook side to start with here we go

here we go come on I will not lose this fish if you eat me I'm going to put you

want to get my mitt off but here we go when they when they come straight up at

you you have to you have to kind of reel with their speed and as soon as whoa

crap let's go to a head of a 20 inch ER and a body of a 25 in shirt well just

look at that barely barely hooked look at the chunk on that thing

unbelievable just 30 girth tall tall tall tall tall fish okay I think I've

stressed Lots before we can not mess around these fish got to get them back

20 was it was good I thought that big fat chunker and then I did something

really ridiculous I had a mark come in on me I was kind of

highest so I just kind of thought it was a 2v and he ended up coming down and

eating her it away but hates the light so I still pause the two movie the first

part of the fight was like there's nothing there felt more like a to be so

I think I say several times in the fight oh it's the to be it's to be and then it

comes wrap the whole like a 25 inch walleye and the hook pops out and I

could have grabbed it like easily could have squeezed it and brought it out but

I was just trying to wait till get like a perfect little opportunity and grab it

and mess with it for like must've been a good five six seconds maybe longer and

then eventually I just kind of pushed it down the hole and it turned and swam

away a bigger fish I would have been more or less to kind of grab it with two

hands and grab it but I wasn't like I wasn't in a hurry I should have

brought it up though just to show the camera it was like a nice 25 inch fish

always mean everything right if it sometimes if it gets really fired up

right underneath your bait it'll look a lot bigger than it is the mark it

doesn't feel as heavy as those other fish I caught earlier but it's still a

if I was keeping more but you know what I've got one fish that I hooked poorly

today that's the one I'm keeping these ones are going back because they all

been hooked in the lip nicely so good I say that a lot don't I so good it is

it wasn't crazy cold but it was so windy and it put a chill for sure I stayed

warm all day though like my biggest concern is wind noise with audio so I

hi I'm Marissa Isknadar and today I'm going to try a new place to eat here in

Indonesia and this place was recommended by my taxi driver and then also at the

hotel I was staying at the receptionist recommended this spot to try and then

also a couple of my friends recommended this spot to try and it's really popular

for their organic chicken which is called ayam kampung

you see

its nice and golden-brown

okay so I'm not quite sure how to eat it so I'm just

gonna eat it kind of how I Padang and just mix everything usually it

tastes better that way

okay I will try first thank you... yea

okay so this place they have a special sauce and the lady was telling me

that if you change handle the heat with the regular spicy sauce that this sauce

right here is a little bit more salty so for me it might be a little safer for me

to try

so I'm definitely going to try this

I was expecting the chicken to be very bland in taste I thought more of the

vegetables is going to give it a taste but the chicken itself is very flavorful

and it looks like it has maybe a marinade

maybe they marinate it before they fry it is so good I'm not sure what I'm

tasting actually it's so flavorful

this sauce is not spicy at all

it is extremely salty

for me it's too salty
