Yep, they spend three seconds looking at the tree,

Speaking of the holidays, in a new interview, Donald Trump Jr.

says that his dad is a re-gifter.

[ Laughter ]

So when Robert Mueller gives the President a subpoena,

he's just gonna re-gift it to Don Jr.

So you'll understand when that happens.

There's so much going on in the news right now.

Trump's former lawyer is going to jail,

no one wants to be the White House chief of staff,

and there's a chance the government could shut down

in nine days.

That's why if you listen closely

you can hear Hillary Clinton singing...

and I hear that he's considering Newt Gingrich.

Can we take a look at him?

Yeah.

He's pretty confident that he's got the job.

Today he handed the Keebler Elves his resignation letter.

And get this -- former baseball player Jose Canseco

has offered to be Trump's chief of staff.

When Trump heard that, he said,

"You had me at 'baseball player,'

and you lost me at 'Jose.'"

That's right. Trump's still looking for a chief of staff.

And I read that several people that he's asked

have turned him down.

This is interesting.

They all used an excuse generator to come up with

reasons why they couldn't take the job.

I'll show you how it works.

For example, when Trump asked Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin

if he wanted to be chief of staff, he said...

its made out of a donut... a sweet donut

I made the thing that is very popular in Murrica' the donut burger.... but I made a giant version of it

don't it look so yummy alrighty lets see how its made

time to cook this

put it into an oven

its cooked

add cheese I didn't get the sliced ones so I cut the cheese with a knife

the cheese has melted

looks amazing

cut the donut in half

its cut

add the burger patty and veggies

and now for the burger patty

catsup

and honey mustard

the donut as a bun

tadaa its all done

it looks so yummy

the cheese looks especially yummy I love the color of the cheddar cheese

itadakimasu I know its not gonna turn out that well but I

just have to take a big bit out of this

yum

the salty burger goes so nicely with the sweet donut

its that sweet and salty flavor that I so adore

eating this as is..... is not going to work out so....

I want to experience the flavor of the whole burger at once

its a homemade burger making it seem even yummier

its falling all apart

I luv the sweetness of this donut

its so different from the mouthfeel of a regular bun

I want to have a gigantic mouth....

that way I can eat something like this in one gulp

love the ketchup and mustard in this

sauces are an important part of this

I adore the sweet bun and the salty burger I love the "griddles" from mcd's

the junk food like sauces like catsup and mustard go especially well with this

the donut burger is super delish

I love this sort of flavor so much how the sweet and salty get accented by the ketchup and mustard

I also have some soup

its made with cheese lettuce and tomato

if only I had bacon it would be a BLT soup

the burger is so tender that its so EZ to eat giant quantities

tadaa time for some honey

the added honey flavor to the existing sweet and salty flavor makes it feel like a flavor celebration

one more mouthful of veggies

I totes adore things that bring sweet and salty flavors together like this

and the burger patty was home made and was so tender and yummy and I loved how packed full of veg this was

the honey I added at the end was yummy as well

Hey good morning. It's Dr. James. I hope you're off to a beautiful start. Say, it's so

good to see you. Thank you for your time, and thank you for your energy. This

morning I want to be wide open in front of you. I want to be wide open, because so

many of you in the last few days have been wide open with me. Last week I did a

a video that was all about how it is this time of the year, it is such

an emotionally charged time of the year. For many of us it's all about the

beautiful blessing of the season, and so much happiness and so much gratitude. But

mixed with this ... so many people have written to me and said, you know James,

thank you for talking about the sadness and thank you for talking about the

loneliness. And this morning I wanted to encourage you to do something that, um,

you know may may just feel a little strange to encourage this. But I gotta

tell you it's one of the most healing things you will ever do and that is to

cry. Now I may lose half of you as I said that but stick with me if you're someone

who understands or would love to better understand the power of tears. And how

allowing ourselves to experience sadness and then really allowing the flow of

tears to happen, it's truly a super power. There's so much beautiful science behind

the power of a good cry. I'm gonna tell you straight up, I'll wake up some days,

I'll say, you know what? Today I need to allow myself to cry. There's just

something moving for me. And I'll even promote it. I'll Google sad

songs or sad stories or sad videos that'll make you cry. And I'll watch them and

move myself to tears. Because I've been reading a lot about what happens when we

cry. Yes it's really it's cold in the tree house this morning. When we cry we

release prolactin. Prolactin is a compound that does so many amazing

things in relationship to our healing. Number one - this is kind of the least of

which I think is cool, it actually promotes and stimulates healthy

metabolism - that's a nice side effect but here's the deeper experience. This

prolactin release actually helps to lower inflammation. And one of those

things that it actually helps us to do is to really help to heal the heart. The

heart can harden when we don't allow ourselves to feel the deep emotions of

sadness. And when you release prolactin it literally helps to lower the

inflammation in particular has a beautiful healing effect on our heart. So

today if you're feeling like, you know what I'm

missing someone or something happened recently where you look back in a memory

or in the holidays you go, oh my gosh that really really rocked my

world, then give yourself the opportunity. Let

the tears flow. And intentionally say, you know what? This is a healing opportunity.

This prolactin, generating healthy metabolism, but more important this

prolactin, allowing me to bring ease and grace and openness and a space for me to

heal and to feel what my heart needs to feel - compassion, self-love and a deep

sense of self-acceptance; so we can together create a life that we love

through this most auspicious time of the year. Much love and many blessings. And
