Hi, I'm going to widen a pair of pants dress putting wedges here on the sides

the wedge is going to be 4 centimeters

that is, that in total it will enlarge 8 centimeters

the first thing I have to do is unstitch

I'm going to unstitch at the waist, the side

and I have to unzip it here, to the pocket

I already have my sides ripped and now I'm going to take out the wedges

I'm going to make it from a piece of cloth that I cut when I fixed the bass

Now I'm going to measure what I need

they are 14 centimeters long

and 4 centimeters wide

It's 4 centimeters plus 2 centimeters of stitching

let's cut it

and from this piece we pull out the waist, I'm going to measure the width that I need

they are 11 centimeters

Wide

it gives fair

and 6 centimeters

I have to overcast

wedges

by the filito the sobrehilo

and also

here in the pants part

this part and it's here

I'm going to mount the wedge on this side

this side is bent which is the loaded one that carries

this is going to stay like this

and this other

I fold it inside and I put the wedge down

I put some pins here

and now I pass a stitching over

I have sewn the ribbon that is adorned and now I will put the waist

the waist was 6 and I have left 1 centimeter of seam

what one here

I passed a stitching

and the other extreme

on the other side of the waist

I'm going to start sewing

already finished the arrangement

I have put the wedge

I put a piece in the waist

Alton Brown Vs. Jamie Oliver: Whose Eggnog Is Better? - Duration: 4:50.

(dramatic music)

- There's like a good creamy rich kind of texture

that's like slightly sweet.

That's the kind of egg nogger that I am.

(relaxing music)

I have like a love hate relationship with egg nog.

A lot of times if it's

I guess it has to be a very particular flavor.

I'm a particular egg nogger.

Does that make sense?

Is that not a word?

(laughing)

- So this first one one the left

looks kind of frothy.

- This one looks like soy milk.

And I love soy milk but I'm egg nogging today

so soy milk would not do.

- It's like very frothy on the top this is cool.

(dramatic music)

- It tastes like very like heavy alcohol.

Honestly yes to me.

You're face makes me think the next one

is going to be like,

I'm going to be like tanked on the next one.

(laughing)

- Oh so good.

Oh my gosh so much better than the ones

that you get right out of the carton.

- Is there rum in here?

- [Man] That's booze in there.

- Oh my goodness I'm going back to work after.

- It tastes like egg nog.

It's just like I feel like I could get it out of a jug.

- I think it's too alcohol heavy for me.

But maybe that's just 'cause I'm a lightweight.

- Okay so this second one looks a lot more appetizing to me.

- I like the look of this one.

(dramatic music)

- Oh my God.

They're so alcohol-y.

(laughing)

- [Man] Do you not drink egg nog with booze in it ever?

- No I do but I wasn't expecting it.

Maybe this is making me feel like

my family has been short changing me all these years.

You know?

- Oh that was like a straight up shot just now.

- Definitely taste the alcohol more.

It's like a little bit spicier.

- This one's definitely a lot like spicier

and more cinnamon-y.

Like this is someone that parties.

You know?

This one not so much.

- I think I like one definitely better.

- I think this is a nice day time egg nog.

But I prefer this one.

I prefer the boozy one, number two.

- [Man] Number two?

- In terms of the actual egg nog drink,

I think I like number one the best.

It's a bit of lighter.

I get a little bit more of the egg nog flavor.

It's a little bit thinner so it feels a little bit nicer.

And I think the alcohol ratio is just up my alley

in terms of that.

Tucker Carlson Begs Advertisers To Stay, Declaring "I LIKE IMMIGRANTS!" - Duration: 7:04.

This past Thursday evening, Tucker Carlson decided to go on yet a another racist tirade

against immigrants saying that they make our country poor, dirtier and more divided.

Now, immediately after he made those comments, people started flooding social media asking

advertisers why they would support somebody as openly racist as Tucker Carlson.

After he made those comments, the first advertiser to say we've had enough was pacific life.

Then on Friday, Tucker Carlson tried to walk back some of his comments fearing a bigger

advertiser backlash.

So on Friday, Tucker once again talking about the caravan, because that's all that man could

seem to talk about.

Uh, he said the following, he said, the reason we keep going back to this topic, and let

me just stipulate as I have before with you, that I, I like immigration.

I like immigrants.

I give every person in the caravan the benefit of the doubt.

I think most really do want to come here for a better life.

So poor Tucker Carlson has just been taken out of context this whole time.

Folks.

He loves immigrants.

They're all coming here with the best of intentions not to, as he says, make us poorer, dirtier,

and more divided.

I mean, you literally said that 24 hours ago.

Now suddenly after you lose your first advertiser, you're saying, I love immigrants.

I wish more would come.

Oh Gosh.

They're just so wonderful.

Yeah.

Nobody bought it.

Especially your advertisers and you know what else?

They didn't buy more ad time on your program, so in spite of Tucker Carlson's begging, because

that's exactly what that was.

He made that statement to essentially begged more advertisers to not flee his program,

but after that, in the last few days, a total of five advertisers have now dropped Tucker

Carlson with more expected.

In the coming days.

As I mentioned, you've got Pacific life.

They were the first to drop.

Then you had indeed smile, direct club minted and Bowflex.

All five have now dropped Tucker Carlson's program from their advertising rotation.

Now, Tucker Carlson is probably not in any real danger here, but I do expect more advertisers

to flee his show, but given the fact that he's the second highest rated host on that

network, I do not think anything is actually going to happen to him in terms of losing

his job or whatever the network certainly could and should lose money from this, but

Carlson's going to keep plugging along saying these horribly racist things like he has for

the last few months.

I mean, if you've paid attention to Carlson Tucker Carlson for the last few months, his

rhetoric and his tone about immigrants is getting more and more harsh.

You know, he said that they're coming over here to take over our culture, to change our

culture.

You know, turn it into a non white culture.

I mean, Tucker Carlson is 100 percent using white supremacists talking points in his program.

Anyone who advertises on that program is basically saying, we're cool with that.

We're okay with it.

We like it.

We embrace it and we're going to attach our brand to it.

But here's the problem.

It's not just tucker.

This happens all day on Fox News.

It happens on Fox and friends.

That happens on Sean Hannity and Ingraham and judge Jeanine, um, they all talk like

this.

They all act like this.

So it's not just tucker, anyone who advertises on Fox News for any program at all is basically

saying we're okay linking our brand, whatever it may be, to the talking points on Fox News.

So my advice for every single advertiser out there that is currently running ads on any

Fox News program, be careful because eventually you're going to face public backlash.

You're going to get those messages on social media, why you support X, Y, or Z statements

made by any given Fox host on any given day.

And if you're not prepared to answer those questions and let the people know that you're

totally cool with those statements, then I would suggest looking elsewhere to place your

ads.

I LOST MY PASSPORT, BUT I STARTED A NEW JOB - VLOGMAS DAY 13 - Duration: 10:17.

hey guys it's brookie here I welcome back to my channel and vlogmas and I'm really

tired and the weekend hasn't even started so I was about to go and

exchange money but I've lost my passport like I'm living out of a room right now

with everything kind of everywhere which is um hard because I need to go through

like 50 bags to find it then I'm trying to think maybe I was like misplaced it

and left it somewhere like anyway that's what's going on right now don't know

where my passport is and I'm actually freaking out a little because that's

literally everything okay I'm gonna look for the passport and then um get back to

didn't find my passport guys but I want to show you outside cause there's

a bit of snow going on from last night so today I have my first day at Levi's

which I'm really nervous about I've never worked in retail so let's see how

this goes hey um I've never worked in retail so this is a first for me and

don't know how good I'm gonna be at it but wish me luck and yeah I'm in this

like weird mood at the moment where I'm just like I feel like stress but I'm not

like having a panic attack but I'm like stressing about the next week and just

having to have really big responsibilities on my own I have like a

sharp pain in my chest and it's really freaking sore but I will see you guys

after I finish work and then we'll be going to lunch with Keston to catch up

and then a gig go outside and what I get really

scared about and worried about is walking on the snow like right now like

just in these shoes like I'm scared I'm gonna sleep you could do some real

damage to your brains this is still all very new to me catching the bus doing

all that because back at home I'm used to driving everywhere but not here not

anymore commutes just like so much longer like

my new place is gonna be nine minutes away from Vanessa like a nine minute

drive except if I wanted to catch the bus like 50 minutes

it's like 41 minutes it's like 40 minutes on top of the

normal Drive which is ridiculous right but that's because the bus does so many

friggin stops but it's starting to get cold here it's not the worst yet but it

will get a lot worse I know that but yay for winter

I was literally waiting for the bus for like 20 minutes and it's like really

delayed so I'm not gonna make it to work on time that's what I hate about public

transit especially buses so I got a lyft because I had a code so it's four

dollars to get to work which is pretty much a dollar more than what I would be

paying to get on the public transport so and i'll get that earlier so I can actually

find where the store is that I'm working at and eat some food before my shift

but I do freak out about walking on the freakin snow it's like I got some

snow boots and they didn't fit they're like way too small because I

bought them online because I wanted to get something that wasn't animal fur

but I'm gonna try and find something after work today or maybe before work

because I can't keep risking my life with all that white stuff behind me one

shift later I finished my what is a gig finish my

shift at Levis and it went good I think then I had some Thai food and

now I'm on the way to the station to get on the subway to go downtown for my gig

not meeting up with my friend now because he rolled his ankle at basketball not good, not good

and yeah that's me and this is the carpark and then my face is green

Christmassy look how Christmassy this is guys soo cute

love it one hour later Dave you will be so proud I made it to BOLO

so my friend from Ireland, Dave works here, such a cute little spot

I wish he was here. so funny story about Dave met him

pretty much late February early March haven't seen each other since then and

we just missed each other on Spadina & King

we were on the same tram and I got off and he stayed on but we didn't even know

that one same tram until I called him, so stuffed up! we haven't seen each other and then I

come to his work and he's not here but

I got a drink on him you're so kind can't wait to see him though so we can do

some music together but this is a really cool place I'll show you

so bolo is a cafe, hair salon and gym it's super cute

how cute is it guys and you have the little coffee over

there then you got people outside there and the gyms that way

and it's Levi's

you guys all need to go and check out bolo if you're ever in Toronto it's

really really cute and really like new and renovated it's beautiful it's a

really nice to shake like a peanut butter chocolate

they have vegan protein too which is awesome and the hair salon I didn't get to

show you but it's super cute I'm sure you guys will see it in another vlog I

at another time and you guys will get to meet Dave when I eventually get to

see him myself I'm on my way to my gig now and I'm still gonna be early so I

don't know what I meant to do tonight's gigs like a flash mob so it's

like really simple Choreo and it's a really quick one but we're mean't to be

pretending that were like servers like waiters so I don't know if I'm mean't to walk in

pretending that on the waiter so confused

three hours later

one shift later

I'm so lucky that I got to charge my phone at Sheppard Yonge station

otherwise I would have been stuffed I wouldn't have been able to get home

because I was about to get on the eastbound bus but I had to get on the

westbound bus anyway I'm on my way

anyway I'm on my way home now

walking I hope you guys enjoyed this vlog give it a big thumbs up if you did and

I'll see you guys I'm censoring it and I'll see you guys tomorrow

What Happens if You Own a Stock and the Company Gets Bought? - Duration: 3:22.

Chris Hill: Question from Mike in Ohio. He writes, "I have two questions.

I've never had a stock I own be part of a buyout.

But what is the general rule of thumb if you own a company that gets bought and the stock

subsequently shoots up 20% or more? Do you sell and take the profit?

Or hold the stock to own shares of the new company? What are the pros and cons of each?" Great question!

I don't know that there is a general rule of thumb. This has happened to me a couple of times.

It just depends. I know that's not a particularly satisfying answer.

To his point, what are the pros and cons of each?

Emily Flippen: You're completely right that it depends. It also depends on the type of buyout.

A lot of times, you might get a cash buyout where a company is acquiring another one and

it's not rolling into shares of the new company, you're just getting cash in your brokerage

account in exchange for that share.

In that case, it's important to remember that's a taxable event, first of all.

Whatever your cost basis is for that stock, you're going to have to pay taxes on whatever cash you receive.

And, now, you have to make a decision about what to do with that extra cash.

Most of the time, I think the average premium is about 25%.

So, a lot of times, you as an investor are either really happy because you got a premium,

or really sad because this might be a company that you loved that maybe no longer exists,

at least not in the way that you've known it.

In this case, he's asking about when it's a stock buyout.

The stock shoots up, and the shares that you own are going to translate into shares of a new company.

That's when the decision making comes into play.

You have to completely redo all your due diligence about that investment.

Do you even want to own shares of that new company?

In that case, you have to critically think about it, and think, "I can sell this now

and roll it into a different investment, I could retain the shares of the new company."

It's a personal investing decision.

The question is, when you have a stock and it shoots up 20% and you're trying to figure out

what to do in that in-between period, you'll notice that a lot of times, the stock

price doesn't directly go up to the entirety of the offer price.

That's because there's always the risk of something falling through.

So, if you want to cash in that opportunity, mitigate the risk of that buyout not happening and sell,

you can do that.

You can continue to hold because you love the company and you want to roll it into new shares.

It really is an independent investing decision.

I will just say that it's important to consider the taxable effects of whatever you're choosing to do.

Hill: It is the proverbial good problem to have.

Flippen: Yes, exactly. Well, I mean, we also see great companies that we love get bought out.

I know, for example, Red Hat recently got purchased by IBM.

It's a sad thing for a lot of Red Hat investors because they believed in that company,

they believed in the culture, and then you have a company that has a completely different

culture coming in and acquiring it.

The question is, are they going to continue to do what they're known for doing, what I love that they do?

And we don't know.

So, it can be a great thing as an investor, you can make a lot of money, but it can also

be sad as an investor because you lose companies that really hold a special place in your heart.

Value of Diversity Staffing featuring ProjectLine - Break Room Balladeer EP10 - Duration: 10:24.

I am at ProjectLine today right here in downtown

Seattle

I am with Jacob Uwah

You are a manager here at ProjectLine.

Yes I am

And we actually worked together at Akvelon

Yes we did

Way back in the day

So we're buddies and it's really good to see you again.

And thank you for setting this up

because I'm super interested in what ProjectLine does

and how they are so active in the community.

Can you give like a little bit of an overview

into what ProjectLine does?

Yeah so I've been here for about seven months now

and in the process of being here.

There's been so much that I could say that we do

but generally in our core principles

we are a consulting type agency focused on staffing

augmentations, strategic team growth and project

based work of the many things that we do

if you do some staffing too as well right?

And on the website it says you are focused

a lot in diversity and staffing with diversity in mind.

What are some of the tactics that you use to go

about ensuring that there are diverse

staffing in some of these places around Seattle or nationwide?

Yeah so nationwide. Personally for me

So I have a foothold in a Microsoft team.

We have foots in YMCA and Amazon and Google.

But for my team at Microsoft I literally have people

almost in every state now and the way we sort of go about

making sure our practices are diverse and inclusive.

We practice things like assessments.

We use a system called Burke and what Burke does

is it tells us what the character fit of this person

is like going into this job. And we can use Burke

and the data that Burke has to help us figure out

if this person will be successful in this job

or if their natural characteristics fits the job

and the timeline of the job.

So we use Burke a lot I use Burke for everything.

We also use a system called Text IO

Have you heard of Text IO?

I have not

I love Text IO

So Text IO helps improve our job descriptions

so we can put a job description into Text IO

and it will help us make sure

that our job descriptions are non gender related.

So it keeps everything neutral for us

and it keeps us using the right words

to attract the right people.

And we also do a lot of blind resumes

When we work with our clients.

We don't want to tie somebody's experience to their name

Or give in insight into anything that has to do with that person.

Because I mean we are human beings

we have natural human bias.

And so using the blind resume practice

helps us strip some of that away.

Do the organizations also have to do

their portion of the Burke test so that the matching is the same

for the same I guess system and process?

Yes and no. Depends on the organization.

I mean for my team at Microsoft one of the ways that I make sure

that people are fit for the team and the culture

is we've had our key team members

take the Burke assessment.

So what I can now do as the manager is go in

send this Burke assessment out

and measure it out to the key performers on our team

to see if there is a fit

culturally and character wise for these people.

Sometimes we have clients who will take the assessment

and the assessment will help us figure out people

going into the role

and if they match or merge with who they're going to work with

So diversity for us

it's more than the word itself.

For us it's not just diversity it's making sure that we have.

A diverse piece there

and the inclusion piece there we want to make sure

that not only inviting everybody to the table

but we are inviting them to the dance floor

and we're letting them know that yes we want you here

and we want them to be included.

When I talk to my clients about diversity

I really have to know who I'm talking to

because organizations in general typically care about one thing

and that's bottom line, how can we make revenue

how can we drive revenue, how can we keep our employees

here the longest, how can we make them happy.

How can we make them engage in what we're doing.

And that's where diversity comes into place.

I mean for us it's informing our clients that diversity

isn't just you know

the different types of hires you have.

It's getting collective geniuses together

So you can get a range of people's ideas and experiences

to help achieve the bottom line result

and that end goal for any company is revenue

and it's finances and that's how we drive more money

and that's what diversity naturally solves

That's great. That was a great way to say that

I have learnt so much in my seven months of being here.

It's crazy and I keep learning more

and I can't tell you how excited I am

to just be part of an organization

that diversity and inclusion is really at our core value.

It's not just a thing we go out

and say hey you know we practice this and that

that's not who we are.

That's really what we practice

and I hope that the people who work for us

or people who come to work for us will feel that you know

we also drive things like the future of work

which to us means not limiting to a geographic location.

So some of the things that we work with our clients and

informing them is you know if you have this consultant

doing this type of work they don't have

to be geographically tied to one location

which means a number of things for those clients

So I get the chance to educate and consult clients

on what the future of work really looks like for us.

There is a range of positions that we're hiring for

Generally we look for people in the marketing field

we look for people who have experience with events

we look for program managers we look for copywriters.

I will say copywriting is a high for us.

We're always looking for copywriters

Wow.

I am happy to be on board to talk to anyone.

I'm excited about what I do.

I for the past seven months have been here.

Every day I wake up to go to work

I don't feel like working because I love what I do

and I want people to feel that way.

And I feel like at ProjectLine

that's the environment that we foster.

And so if people are out there looking for a place to work

looking for a place to feel at home

and looking for a place to just be themselves.

This is the place to do that.

Well thank you for your time Jacob I really appreciate it

Of course it was good to see you

Great to see you too buddy

In the movies that talk about hackers you always see the main character tweak on the keyboard, making flows of code appear on the monitor.

There are numerous sites that allow you to pretend to be a hacker, very similar to each other, with a classic black background like a terminal; and some have the ability to make the user choose the color and size of the characters, the type of computer in use, the background and much more.

In the description I leave you an example just for the curiosity.

Definitely useful for nerders next to your friend.

Obviously there are more sophisticated simulators, and of course they will require more practicality in their use.

However, if you want to do the adventurers on google, just look for "hacker typer" and here is a list of these sites.

МОНОЛИТНАЯ ПЛИТА своими руками (ТЕОРИЯ). КАК СДЕЛАТЬ ПЛИТНЫЙ ФУНДАМЕНТ своими руками. ♦DIY CAM♦ - Duration: 35:09.

monolithic slab would you say any common stages on

technology and pro classic monolithic the slab. What is this kind of good? foundation

The classic monolithic slab is in Basically the foundation of all the basics.

That is what we will talk about, to communicate further. This is a branch of

This is from this main technology. Therefore, the foundation of all the basics. This is what

everything grew up in this class to actually speaking here even separately and telling

there is nothing. This is the base and the stove itself. directly on artificial

reason well, let's probably start canoe on let's say with

backfill because there are many here opinions as in terms of what and only

sandy need to do so and only rubble do someone combines someone

puts sand in the sand how do you think is right because

that there are of course snipes which are something regulate but there is life experience

Regarding specifically our region northwest but directly straight

there is no such solution universal because it is again proceeding like me

repeatedly to previous printer rollers persuaded

this is an individual approach to everyone there is no site directly

after research, as it were it is recognized that there is a primer and

looks directly cut and already develops a decision fundamental

this factor is exactly water saturation from these soils

if there is not much water in the area then sand can be used for most

degree on top a small layer of rubble all it is naturally laid

geotextile and so on there waterproofing who makes warming here

if for example in the ground and here the saturated one is coming to the top

marks even in the driest time years most likely use sand

I do not advise because when he is gaining in itself it becomes moisture like a quagmire

that is, I say simple things and more precisely simple language to be understood

clearer to a wider range of ours viewers

so in this case if you have you like the ground

it's still better to make a choice in favor of rubble and you can have two more questions

regards to specifically cushion bases for slabs and

even probably 3 the first question with regards to the fact that someone on the rubble makes a pillow

out of the sand and does not make clean in Russian the list is correct yo but if we talk

about the last option that is purely from sand is most likely yes it is correct

that's not bad in certain variations

on them monolithic slab this is probably main primary backfill without rubble what

touches the sand on the rubble then i repeatedly seen in the project

its experience in a large project where Well, organizations that design

the foundations have repeatedly given such solutions that is, well, of course they

laid by geotextile not even in a layer in a few to

sand did not leave rubble but such decisions have a place to be but we do not use them

because i'm on my own I believe that this is not quite

right thanks next question to again can you make your pillows

the foundations on us them if the date in which cases and what you need here to provide

so that it does not leave us means that with regards to embankment

what are the mounds being made for? on your site

big difference in heights even that difference which is completely roughly eats

foundation want to get higher level that's why many are doing straight

but they clean up the soil and make mound artificially fully raising

level foundation so i need

after a year when it rains there the season will be very frequent

houses just goes away

such cases did not occur need just a little bit so expand

range of actions that are needed here in In such cases, do this first cut.

The second in this cut by the way should be wider by 3 by 4 meters than the foundation itself

here is the second is the pit in this cut artificial pit already

Well, the last one is possible to tell

backfilling according to the level taken out soil that is the very pit already

on this cut and backfill the mound let's say there we completely look for no that's rubble not

have a tendency to creep away like an obvious example this

railways that's how many everyone knows that they are made entirely of rubble

all these mounds done with the load there are constant dynamic that's very

big serious and nothing with it we fill does not happen therefore with the house

nothing will be exactly Russian but then here still a question specifying all the same

is there any minimum value pillows then need to do so much

someone so clear that it will be depend on the fertile layer of thunder cannon

you have to shoot it anyway at least which you recommend doing height

pillows well it looks yasko of what it is done that is, if we assume we take

sand is used as a basis for it accepted as it is the size of the minimum

the height of the backfill is 200 millimeters why is it that professionally straight

so it is nowhere described why so taken here that is basically it with us

share professionally or market here it's customary to do 200

millimeters and that's why I think hardly who can say exactly why 200

millimeters for sure you can and 110 and 150 someone will say the best half a meter

fall asleep the more the better but i think that this is due mainly again to

soils with the processes that flow into the period in winter

formations so here is the obvious no answer I understand thank you well in

we have a pillow principle finished here the only thing remains

the question is not entirely about pillows the next layer that will go is

footing learned from what cases under concrete base is the base under

the slab is done directly to to level the bottom layer again

if you take the experience of organizing the design of the series that will check

projects that I implemented my practice was under a concrete base

directly directly to the subsoil that is, just under the concrete base on

root soil went even two layers further waterproofing there is one two layers and already

the foundation itself i.e. without filling under carrier base here is the second half

divided into what to do the base for concrete, that is, the base

list footing weatherization already only after that the foundation is on my

a look under the concrete bases she allows for example if you say running

forward to do it is very enough to turn the bowl over

just enough to make a release in this under the concrete base and after which

definitely easy to do internal permanent formwork fill sand there

here is the next basement common is an inverted bowl

I'll add it here tell what it is worth here

actually the next question With regards to waterproofing what's what

because there is no i do not sleep there very much powerful need someone to do the opposite

says actually it can be done a little and not full of holes the main thing that she

blocked the main system that will express the hips isolate only need

in those cases if again ground the waters are high enough to

the foundation of the foundation is definitely because water has a property

soak all the same if she stands there then she surely will

in the body of concrete eat well he has porous structure further it gets

before reinforcement and the process takes place internal corrosion here if it be

constantly then after 15 years of this armature there will not be at all this already from practice

what I personally observed therefore she definitely needed but only where

high water table just like that there is no video

sense if you have everything dry water everywhere they stand on one and a half meters

maximum and the tass mark is simple so and it makes no sense here I have

due to lower part and side parts that are buried in the ground

concerns aboveground parts but that makes sense Absolutely, I do not see any

because usually these foundations they get off with some kind of decorative

paneled or stone here until the body of the monolith water is not even

I get it and the next one intermediate stage again someone it

does someone not do this warming the entire area of the foundation itself

on the plate itself when it makes sense do for what it is done on

warming is necessary in order to cut off this cold that goes outside

so the answer is already in my words if you do warming it is advisable and

it is logical to do it down and aside under the blind area to cut off

cold if you are about warm floors how everyone knows those technology is warm

floor implies laying it on your penoplex

either extruded in general expanded polystyrene at least 30 millimeters

height therefore the foundation itself to warm below is not necessarily what is below

temperature is constant it is somewhere plus 5 plus 4 and no freezing from the bottom

happens that is basically protect foundation from freezing yes yes it is by

the curve goes that is if you can schematically even show here if we

Foundations let's say we have a stove

then freezing goes on like this lines here it is natural if not

to warm it will go slightly under the foundation but here its never

that is, it is such sine wave

penetrates and accordingly if insulated foundation

from this side, this way and that way blind area

Naturally this line will move away already here and in this part even here

there was no seizure of this foundation it will not happen absolutely absolutely

Exactly as for the insulation Framed under the very foundation then I

for example, I see no point here of course will not add any negative factors

there is no money to throw away sense, I understand, thank you and let's move on

then smoothly to the next question to the core I would say this reinforcement

formwork what could you say u diameter of armature regarding quantity

rows about cell like we have it done mainly 12 using 12

reinforcement, that is, corrugated reinforcement class a three cell 200 by 200 in two

level with a protective layer of concrete not less 300

30 millimeters on each side i.e. up and down

as for the smaller diameter design loads it no longer passes

so I recommend doing 12 and up but it will probably still depend

directly on the magnitude of the loads who perceive well of course of course

if this plate say on which will be stand

some skyscraper is certainly better there to use 16 so 12 is quite enough

and what about the quality of the mantle itself because questions arise

directly for the price why on rebar is different price but there are different

manufacturers that quality have become with me what is for example indian fittings

it's cheaper by about five at the moment moment exactly 5 to 6

per ton there are Kaluga manufacturers there is Chelyabinsk

the most expensive at the moment is Severstal

but in my opinion the quality is the most so what is necessary to use therefore

wear it will affect service life naturally

and what formwork tricks happen if there are some subtleties replaced the formwork

need to strengthen unequivocally that is, I would recommended you use if in

as a removable formwork this board possible in natural moisture

with a thickness of about 40 millimeters all that is used less for example

often Popular is the size of the inch 25

millimeters she unfortunately not endure to honor

linear dimensions therefore basically here is another forty

csp used as non-removable formwork can use the same

penoplex extruded polystyrene in order

to immediately create a warm outline here there is a mass of fixed formwork on

the market but the most budget efficient option is the usual board natural

humidity which can then be in continue to use like a fox like

black floors that's why I think this is the most

the most effective option for this the moment I understood, thank you and again

go to concrete what is essentially the foundation of everything the foundation can be who

I have not seen our video about the tape smoke foundations have created this theme

I would like here to explain how customer to choose a contractor who

will use quality concrete because it is natural that not all

contractors a little more precise are you from contractors has the ability to produce its

concrete they buy it somewhere a thread i would even said not that a small part

contractors I think that none of existing contractors say level

but just like ours is not concrete manufacturer contractors who

do you mean developers type lsr naturally they have their plants so

sorry, this is probably already up construction organization here's to

this need to strive here is the answer again lies in the very

subject to choose quality concrete you just compare

here and ask the question why some have it worth so much friend why others worth

it's so much and the difference in price can reach a thousand rubles a

how to control the quality of concrete who came to the construction site but you can

define strictly speaking most only after that

how will it be flooded here over there the first 15 days after 28 days and

so on when he is spinning let's say in a barrel

look at the fat concrete that is there is such a thing this

visible to the naked eye of him oiliness

But if this is not so simple lack of cement sleep and did not report

plasticizers are therefore difficult say something

they add even the ground that is ground in order to economize

hence the low prices there for 2,900 s shipping but it is on september 2015

adds so she new gray

But in order to increase the volume I have to add to

save on the volume itself so here in basically define it

at the initial stage is very difficult but then it will be seen

only low-cost saves concrete plants

Now I think that the famous mingue as a monolith lsr conglomerate and so on

there they have no metrostroy there is a real laboratory there

qualitatively the quality of each batch checked

Now these new ones are already launching it shift job

I see, thanks, well, now let's go to types of slab foundations

could you tell us how you can divided into different types

and why are they different from each other well as we said at the beginning

be classic monolithic plate because it is the foundation of all the basics and

following next basement

slab this i think is inverted the bowl we talked about is

plate and ribs down below is the advantage for which houses

it is suitable it is suitable for light houses are very rarely used for

aerated concrete houses here, although it is also considered

fairly light it basically wooden construction

her advantage is that she can very good to raise the level of the floor if

with a classic slab stove for example in 300 millimeters tall

i agree this is not enough then filled ribs down level can

raise at least one meter of what is nuances difference from the classic plate

the fact that the edges are so-called which is downstairs they raise

level in the first in the second load which is a classic cast plate

distributes evenly across its area all loads fall on these ribs

so heavy at home is better not to put on it

internal cavity than and the internal cavities are filled with sand

naturally inside some edges too done here but this is so that

no longer for carrier so to speak more for structural strength, that's why

the internal cavity is filled with sand here permanent formwork is put say from

chipboard or from the same board that's all there is an inner part of the formwork below

outdoor above and so the shape is obtained

which is poured in one go what very important about the internal shelves

that is, in fact, it turns out non-removable when the inner tent she stays

forever there I see, thanks, well, and then the next

the next one is then and and overturned is a cooker bowl

the foundation is very strong and reliable and then have we get the slab at the bottom

classic and top ribs which give extra rigidity

would absolutely recommend it to everyone the most versatile the most reliable and

effective and best foundation which exist from all foundations

which are present on the market here thanks to the fact that he distributes

load on its area and due to ribs extra strength

what are the cons of this and no cons absolutely no I mean for example

I personally see only the advantages

the only thing about it is grillage top which fills

possible to pour only around the perimeter that's just the perimeter

accordingly, the need arises internal flooring further

casting underfloor heating for example on the ground bath so called here and accordingly

it comes out quite high cost this is probably the only one

the disadvantage here and the next look we have will be next we have a plate with a bowl of puss

we are very often used in construction of summer kitchens

which the summer kitchen is built on far into the distance is further used
