You know, we've been doing this Jingle Ball --

-When we first started doing it years ago,

we couldn't arrest people to get in there.

The first year was Billy Idol. -Yeah.

-Billy Idol was our headliner,

and it was standing room only.

And he had been drinking champagne all day --

And he doesn't remember this. We asked him.

He -- he got sick and threw up

all over the front row of people.

[ Audience groans ] -You're joking.

-He did. And the funny thing was,

half the people were kind of disgusted.

The other half were like, "Whoa! Billy idol threw up on me.

This is awesome."

-"It's the best thing to ever happen to me."

-It was the strangest night. But ever since then,

you know, Jingle Ball has become this huge, huge monster.

It's massive. -Is there any other memories

you think of with Jingle Ball?

Anything that sticks in your head like --

This is all about music. You know, you have The Roots,

you have the best musicians that come to the show.

Hike from scenic VALL de NURIA Valley To Ribes de Freser village in Pyrenees, Spain - Day 2 - Duration: 23:46.

In today's video we show you our way down from Coma de Eyne to the Vall de Nuria Valley

and then on the second day the hike from Vall de Nuria to Ribes de Freser village in Spain.

It is a beautiful scenic trail that is suitable for anybody.

If you love being around scenic landscapes, meeting wildlife and enjoying the serene atmosphere

- this is the hike for you!

And this is the hiking snake route, so many turns.

Just watched our map and saw that there is a camping spot allowed like camping zone at Nuria,

let's see if that's true, that would be perfect for us.

The long downhills are absolutely killing for your knees and they start to hurt.

And we don't use any trekking poles but don't follow our example definetely use them.

They will help to keep the pressure out of your knees.

So that is definetely a must need for any hiker.

It will be our first time in summer at Nuria.

Because the last time we've been here in winter.

And it is amazing how the same places can change drastically with seasons.

It turns out that there is a legal camping spot here, very big with lots of people.

We didn't expect it.

But yeah, now we are going to find our place.

We have found our place to set up a tent, now we are going to prepare dinner.

And hoping for the better that we will have a good sleep anyways.

But no good sleep is guaranteed when there's plenty of people around you but we'll see.

Good morning on our next day!

Today we want to do 15 kms to train station Ribes de Freser.

And yesterday as you saw we were really surprised to see a really big camping spot here with

plenty of people.

And we were really shocked to see the disco going on later in the evening which was real

loud with loud music and then people were coming from it like at 11pm in the evening.

So we couldn't sleep very well.

So we think it was really inappropriate for these places.

So we wouldn't recommend this place in the summer at least if you want the quiet secluded

place to camp.

That is not the place.

We hope that today will be beautiful and let's keep going.

Let's hit the road!

And our delicious breakfast is all ready to eat.

Today is rice with mushrooms and tomatoes.

Let's eat!

Our way from here is a constant downhill.

The knees will get a real burnout today.

Now we would rather go up than down.

Because we feel like yesterday it took us forever to get down in comparison to getting up.

And it would be so much better for our knees.

The route is like a rockfall, all about balance.

Today is definetely hotter than yesterday.

Not a single cloud in the sky.

Yeah, definetely makes it more challenging the trail.

There is a crossroad, which direction should we take?

The time is the same.

I think we'll go with the dirt road here, it's more appealing to us.

We were just talking about like how we trained ourselves not to rely or trust very much on

the route signs where it says the time.

Because in most of the cases it's not accurate.

In reality it takes more or less time.

Because we think it's calculated on the average person we think that without backpack

so it depends a lot.

It's not accurate.

We are absolutely dying of heat today,

must be +30 degrees Celsius not less.

Finally we got to Queralbs, our middle point.

Already so tired and we still have 7 kms left, don't know how we are going to do it,

but we are going to do it.

Now we have a choice to take the path that goes uphill or take for some time

the car road and it will be less time.

But we think we are choosing the car road, even though we don't prefer it.

But this time because we have to be in time for our train

we'll go for some time on a car road.

If you choose to go on a car road like us you have to turn left where it says Ruta dels

Centrals and it will take you to the right direction.

Obviously you can continue on on a car road as well.

Maybe it will be less time but we prefer forest route always.

Roads less travelled this is our thing, the easy ways are not for us definetely.

But we would enjoy it even better if it wasn't so hot and stuffy right now.

The sweat is real.

We did it!

Finally we are here at our final destination Ribes de Freser.

It was a long and interesting day but the route wasn't easy.

Definetely, the heat was killing us all day long with no wind.

Definetely the most, probably the hottest day in the summer that we had.

And this route is reminescent very much to the hike that we did last year Gorges de la Caranca

that you can check out on our channel with the very steep cliffs and very narrow routes.

So it was very beautiful, we enjoyed this part.

In this period there's lots of people everywhere.

So if you want to have a quiet peaceful hike middle of July and August it's not

the best time to do so.

Vall de Eyne is an amazing place to visit with a lot of different flowers and animals.

We enjoyed it very much so we can recommend it to you with whole our hearts.

And today we proved that it is more than possible and doable to get from Vall de Nuria to Ribes de Freser

and vice versa without using Cremallera de Nuria train.

Just remember that it is a challenging hike for sure.

I've discussed the subject of sponsored post

and sponsored links.

However, this is going to be specifically

about making donations to organisations

and getting a link.

This especially, especially from non-profits, charities,

or some kind of activities club.

Now, where this comes in especially useful

is for localised traffic.

So if you have a business,

which benefit from having traffic coming in from

a local area,

this is a great way to do it.

Similarly for anything that works nationally as well.

But I know for local traffic, and what

people are struggling,

so this is a good strategy for local businesses.

One of the first places you could look

is some kind of local sports team.

So, for example, young football club or a rugby club,

or some other kind of small local team.

Now you want to avoid huge teams like Tottenham

or Manuwa or even (mumbles) if you could probably don't

think they're huge teams, but unless you want to be

spending tens of thousands or more on donation thing,

you want to avoid those.

However, if your budget allows for that,

I mean that would build enough authority

and brand awareness.

You could go for some small sports club which is maybe in

your local area that has a website you know

the sport generally the smaller team usually it's smaller

the donation will have to be.

You can also go to charities, know these are great sites to

get a link from especially if it's a whole page link.

There could be a lot of good content on there and by

extension plenty of traffic coming through because of the...

If you can find a charity which is somewhat related to your

brand then that's even better.

For example, if you had a bottle water company

and it was linking to a charity which set up water

wells in Africa or something like that.

I think I've seen some kind of beer company which made

IPA's and they linked with some African charity.

Now, obviously the national charities is going to be hugely

expensive donations but with local charities,

local shelters and youth initiatives and those kind of

things they're probably more within your reach.

Note, there's just a few things you want to watch out for

when doing this type of strategy.

So, you want to look at the site and make sure the donators

are actually are getting a link back and ideally we want to

be getting something that's a text, dofollow homepage link.

Even something within content is good as well but generally

you do find a lot of them will be on the homepage.

If it's something that's on the high end you

wanna access from the authority and the traffic potential.

Let's say efforts worth the donation.

I mean it could vary from anything from 20 pounds

to 2,000 pounds it depends on the charity.

Something on the lower end is probably is worth it

especially if it's a yearly rate or it's a permanent link,

you may as well just test and see how it goes.

Something on the high end though or if it's a

monthly rate, would have to be something

potentially good or relevant.

And if it's local and is relies on local traffic,

it could again be well worth it.

Now not every organisation is going to take

your donation and give you link in this way

they may have a policy with a sponsor has to be

related to their organisation in some logical way

so that's obviously something else you have to look into.

And another thing I would like clear up as don't mistake

it for these kind of non-profits who allowed spammy sites

to game Google with these kind of donator links.

There's an article here which explains what went on that is

something completely different and it was kinda,

it's kind of like a bastardise version of donation link

building, so that's not what we are doing here

and it's obviously stay within guidelines.

Make sure it's ethical and those kind of thing.

How to make Remote Controlled Spike Buster or Switch Board using Arduino Uno or Atmega328P-PU - Duration: 10:04.

Hello everyone, Welcome to my channel in this video I will show you how to make a

remote control switch or a spike buster.

First let's take a quick preview of the end product.

Before starting the project first let me thank JLCPCB.com for sponsoring this

video and also supplying the board which i used in this project.

So without wasting any more time let's start the project.

My first step was to draw the circuit diagram on a CAD software. So I'm using KiCAD.

Next step was to find out the IR codes. For this i'm using this circuit diagram.

Next I downloaded the IR library.The link to this page will be in the description.

Next I extracted the entire contents of the folder, then renamed it to IR remote and then copied

the entire folder.

Next I opened my Arduino IDE and open the window preferences.

Next i went to the path which is under the sketchbook location

and pasted the IR remote folder inside libraries.

this is the sketch i am using to determine the IR codes.

Next I selected the board, port and programmer

and then uploaded my sketch to the Arduino Uno.

Next I opened serial monitor which is under tools.

Next I found out the codes of the buttons I'll be using.

For this project I'll be using four buttons. Next I pressed the buttons to find out the codes.

and copied the four codes.

This is my final sketch to control my relays.

For you people the codes will be different so replace the codes where I'm replacing it.

After replacing the codes upload the sketch to the a standalone atmega328p

I have made a separate video. The link to that video will be in the description.

Next I verified the entire circuit by constructing it on the breadboard

After verifying I started designing my layout

Then I extracted the Gerber and Drill file.

Next I created a zip folder of the Gerber files and that drill file

Next I uploaded the Gerber files in JLCPCB.com website for fabrication.

You can download the Gerber files of this project from the link given in the Description.

After downloading the Gerber file, login into your JLCPCB.com website

and click on account and then select the option instant order and then

upload your Gerber files. After uploading the Gerber files select the necessary

options and provide the necessary shipping details and make the payment to

get your custom PCB board of this project.

After placing the order I started working on my external enclosure for the

enclosure I am using a switchboard which is available in your local electrical stores

Next I connected the neutrals of the female plug.

next I made necessary holes to fit DC Jack, LEDs and the PCB board.

After few days I received the board. The build quality of the board was very good.

I definitely recommend ordering from JLCPCB.com.

Then I mounted all the components and secured them with solder

Next I mounted the PCB board onto the switch board.

Next connected the DC jack with 5 volt and the ground which is on the board.

This will be my AC cable.

Next connect the neutral wire of the AC cable to the neutral pin of the female plug

Next connect the live wire of the AC cable to the pin 'IN' on the board.

Next connect the pin number 1,2,3,4 on the board to their respective female plugs.

Next I inserted the indicator LED's to their respective female plugs.

First I tested without connecting the AC power and this is to make sure that everything is safe.

Next I connected the 5 volt 1 Amp adapter to the DC jack, this is to power the board.
