This is totally not a new idea that I just came up with.

So, I'm going to be narrating this over some gameplay that's going to be provided by myself.

Wait a minute.

Then, from the same video, Aldranster50 comments:

Well, I mean, you could always check the description, but, you know...

No one even checks the description anyways, so I can understand.

Now, this next comment comes from my channel trailor, and it's from...

Hypocrite Trump Signs "Hire American" Order, Forgets His Companies Exploit Foreign Labor - Duration: 4:25.

Today Donald Trump is set to sign the Buy American, Hire American executive order that's

going to require federal agencies, that when possible, to buy American goods and use American

labor for any projects that they may have.

In addition to requiring them to buy and hire American, this executive order is also going

to kind of revamp United States immigration policy with respect to the H-1B visa program,

which Donald Trump is trying to get administrators to rework that, change the lottery system

for those H-1B visas, and not too much is really known about what that part of the order

will do.

The important thing to know is that the part of the visa program that Donald Trump uses

to hire foreign workers at places like Mar-a-lago, that's not going to be touched whatsoever

with this executive order, so Donald Trump can continue to hire foreign workers for less

money rather than hiring American workers like his executive order calls for.

On the surface, this Buy American, Hire American is a great idea.

Obviously.

I think there's few people out there that would argue that we shouldn't be buying American

goods and hiring American workers.

The problem is the hypocrisy of Donald Trump.

This is a man whose businesses use foreign labor and foreign goods whenever possible.

I mean, the majority of the Trump branded goods are made overseas where they can pay

pennies on the dollar to workers.

Same thing goes with Ivanka Trump's goods.

We've known this for quite some time.

For Donald Trump to come out and have the audacity to say that federal agencies have

to follow rules that he himself doesn't follow, yeah, that is the definition of hypocrisy.

Furthermore, Trump himself has exempted the Keystone XL pipeline from these kind of recommendations.

Instead of using US steel to build this disaster of a pipeline, we're using Russian steel instead.

You see where I'm going with this?

It's one thing to go out there and say that we need to be doing these things, but it's

another to actually follow through with them.

If Donald Trump was a true leader, a true role model for anyone in the United States,

he would've been doing these same things a long time ago.

The reasoning that he's given us to why he doesn't do this is because, "Yeah, it's cheaper.

I'm a business man.

I make money."

That's exactly what he's doing with the federal government right now.

He's not running it as a government, he's running it as a business.

What's good for other people is certainly not good enough for Donald Trump.

If he wants to take the lead, if he wants people to respect him, then he needs to start

making all Trump branded goods in the United States with American workers.

He needs to stop outsourcing all of his production to overseas markets, and bring it back here

to the United States.

If he was serious about creating jobs in the United States, he should just bring all his

businesses back and only hire Americans.

We would bring back thousands of jobs just in the Trump brand alone.

He won't do that.

Because at the heart of it, he doesn't care about creating American jobs.

He doesn't care about American workers.

He cares about the bottom line.

Furthermore, he is signing this executive order in Kenosha, Wisconsin, at the Snap-On

Tools factory.

Wisconsin, obviously a state that he won because Hilary Clinton neglected to even go to the

state during the campaign.

He is, once again, pandering to American workers who are going to be hoodwinked once again

into thinking that Donald Trump actually cares about them or the suffering of the American

middle and underclass.

But, they bought it in November, they're going to buy it again today.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump, at every given opportunity, is going to screw over American workers and

somehow convince you that it was the Democrats' fault.

Track your Guild Stats! Set Up a Rankings and Info Sheet for your Guild - Duration: 3:04.

Hi!

I'm Hazel, and this is a look at a free tool you can use to track all sorts of info about

your guild.

For the competitive types, this is where you see exactly how you stack up against your

guildmates.

This is the force that pushed me over the edge into the deep end of AP grinding.

It's one thing to look forward to your next point, and another thing entirely to see your

grind ranked against your friends on a weekly and overall basis.

Full credit to the creator u/emielioow on reddit and to my guildie Karumay for introducing

this to me.

Here's what it does.

Once you're setup, you get this awesome Google Doc spreadsheet that shows you all sorts of

useful info about your guild.

You can see your roster split into roles, and who's missing enchants.

You can see the item level of your raiders, and the single view shows you which slot they

need upgrades in most.

You can see how much artifact power everyone has overall, and gained in the current week.

Everyone has a rank for World Quests completed, Mythic dungeons done, achievement points,

mounts owned, reps at exalted, and battle pet collection.

If your guild has public logs on Warcraftlogs, you can even see everyone's average parse

percentage.

The sheet auto updates itself every hour or so with the latest info.

So here's how you set it up!

I'll put the relevant links in the description underneath this video.

To get started, go to the first URL and enter your Region, Realm and Guild Name to generate

a key.

Look through the list and make sure it has all the guild members you want to track.

If any are missing, type their names into the empty slots and update.

Next, you need to add a copy of the spreadsheet to your google docs.

Go to the second link underneath and press Make a Copy.

It'll be empty at first.

You can rename it to whatever you like at the top left here.

Now, we need to add the guild key.

Go to the Settings tab at the bottom, and copy-paste the key we got earlier into this

field.

It'll pull all the info from the API.

You can set the Time Zone on this page also as well as look through the FAQ.

Click this button at the bottom and accept the prompt to let the sheet auto-refresh itself.

At this point, you're almost done!

Your sheet should be updated with your guild.

It may take up to a week to fully populate with accurate info, or it might look good

right away.

I keep it bookmarked on my browser so I can check back to it often.

If you want to share it with your guild, go to your privacy settings at the top right

and make it either public or viewable with the link.

I used the link option then put the link in my guild's Discord so everyone can see it.

If you do share it, make sure you're comfortable sharing whatever's visible on your google

account.

People with the link can see your profile picture and account name!

And that's it!

From this point, it runs itself.

Anemia affects about 3.5 million Americans, especially women.

Anemia occurs when a person's red blood cell (RBC) count is too low and the hemoglobin level in the blood falls below normal.

Hemoglobin consists of haeme (iron) and globin (protein). Both of these elements are required for supplying oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body.

A healthy diet plan is very important if you are anemic. You must include foods that contain vitamin B12, iron and folic acid.

Here are the top 10 superfoods to combat anemia.

1. Soybeans

All the different varieties of beans are a great source of iron, but you need to prepare them properly to get the benefit.

Beans contain phytic acid that blocks the absorption of iron. The best way to reduce the phytic acid content is to soak the beans overnight in warm water before cooking them.

When it comes to iron content in beans, soybeans top the list. Just one cup of boiled soybeans meets half the recommended daily requirement of this mineral.

Also, soybeans are a low-fat, high-protein food that help diminish anemia.

2. Whole Grain Bread

Whole grain bread is a good source of non-heme iron, which the body needs to fight an iron deficiency.

While whole grain in high in iron content, it also has iron inhibitors in the form of phytic acid.

But because whole grain bread is made after fermenting the grains, the phytic acid automatically gets reduced.

Just one slice of whole grain bread provides your body with about 6 percent of the daily iron requirement.

Also, whole grain breads are enriched with additional nutrients that can help the body fight off many diseases and restore healthy biological functions.

3. Oatmeal

Although oats are high in iron, they too contain phytic acid that inhibits iron absorption. However, you can buy oatmeal fortified with iron.

Regular oatmeal is generally not fortified with iron; whereas many instant oatmeals are.

According to the USDA Nutrient Database, a cup of fortified instant oatmeal prepared with water meets 60 percent of the required daily amount of iron.

Fortified oatmeal also contains B-12 and other B vitamins.

4. Red Meat

Red meat, such as beef and pork, contains a high amount of heme iron, which is easier for the body to absorb than plant-based non-heme iron.

Liver is the best option to boost your blood with iron and B vitamins.

According to the USDA, beef liver has more than 600 percent of your daily requirements of iron and vitamin B-12.

5. Eggs

Foods with lots of antioxidants as well as protein foods such as eggs help replenish vitamins lost during an anemic condition.

Eggs provide a generous supply of dietary nutrients with very few calories.

One large egg contains about 1mg of iron which provides about 7% RNI (Reference Nutrient Intake) for females and 11% RNI for males.

The assimilation of iron increases when supplemented with ascorbic acid (vitamin C), so have a glass of orange juice with your eggs.

Regular consumption of eggs also helps build strong joints and bones.

6. Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is a good source of iron. Just two tablespoons of peanut butter contains 0.6mg of iron. Adult men require 8mg whereas women require 18mg iron daily.

Simply have a peanut butter sandwich, along with a glass of orange juice. The vitamin C in the orange juice will increase the absorption of iron contained in the peanut butter.

If you do not like the taste of peanut butter, munching on roasted peanuts will do the trick.

7. Spinach

Leafy green vegetables like spinach are a good source of iron as well as vitamin C. Spinach also contains fiber, vitamins A, B9, C and E,

calcium and beta-carotene that are essential for a healthy body. Half a cup of boiled spinach contains 3.2mg of iron, or a little less then 20 percent of the daily requirement for women.

You can also eat spinach in a salad, soup or any kind of side dish. Other leafy green vegetables that that are beneficial for an anemic person are lettuce,

celery, broccoli, fenugreek, watercress and kale.

8. Tomatoes

Food rich in vitamin C, such as tomatoes, can also help combat anemia. The vitamin C helps the body absorb iron. Try to drink a glass of raw tomato juice, at least once a day.

Avoid caffeinated drinks such as tea and coffee as they can interfere with iron absorption.

Tomatoes also contain beta-carotene and vitamin E, which can improve the condition of your skin and hair.

9. Pomegranates

Pomegranates contain vitamin C, iron, vitamins A and E, as well as fiber and potassium. You can maintain healthy blood flow in the body by eating pomegranates in any form,

including juice. Pomegranates supply iron to your blood and thus help reduce anemic symptoms including exhaustion, dizziness, weakness and hearing loss

10. Beetroot

Beetroot, as a cooked vegetable or in salad form, is one of the best ways to combat anemia. You can also drink fresh beetroot juice.

Beetroot includes cleansing attributes along with a good amount of iron content.

All these nutrients help to restore and reactivate the red blood cells, which in turn lead to an adequate supply of fresh oxygen throughout your body.

To treat anemia, it is best to use red beetroot. Adding these foods to your diet will help combat anemia and restore overall health.

Also, it is important to drink plenty of water, get some sunshine, and exercise daily.

now what Alex did was put her name on that list

you remember the list

best ass in the freshman class

ok, well

across from that, was the worst

ok

well, he put Jessica's name on the worst

now here is why

him and Jessica were dating

and they broke up

i guess that was kinda sorta his way of getting back at her

but here's the thing

Hannah actually says

"and while we never became close friends, we did rely on each other, those first few weeks of school"

so they never actually became close friends

she also says

"i never thought of Jessica or Alex as friends

not even at the beginning

when i would've loved 2 automatic friendships

and i know they felt the same way because we talked about it"

ok, so they never thought of each other as friends

when it all comes down to it and Jessica is mad

and she tells her why

Hannah actually says to her

"if it helps you get over it, i accept any blame you wanna put on me

for the 2 of you breaking up

now we know why she's on the tapes. Because she was mad at her

over Alex and because she

basically stopped being her firend

ok, first of all

she should not have been upset over this at all

ok, Jessica being on this list

on these tapes

was actually dumber than Alex being on the tapes

ok, because

she says, right off

they weren't friends

so if you're not friends with somebody

and they don't talk to you anymore

there is no big deal

and second

she fully accepted blame

even though she knew it wasn't hers

she even told Jessica

it's not my fault. Those are just rumore

but

even though you know the truth

and you know it's not my fault

i fully accept the blame

ok, if you're gonna accept blame for something

then you can't use that same thing

as one of your reasons why you did what you did

k, that's just stupid

so, should she have been upset over this any

whatsoever

NOOO

no she should not

she had

no right to be upset al all

ok, because 1 they weren't friends to start with

and 2

she accepted full blame

in order to help Jessica get over the crap

so no this should not have been on the list

at all

so, there's 2 of the names on the list already. that should not have even been on the list in the first place

How to Use WeTransfer | Video Coach Brighton West - Duration: 2:21.

Do you need to send a big file to someone over the Internet?

If you're creating videos like my clients, then you need a tool - because the files are

way too big to attach to an email.

I'm Video Coach Brighton West and in this video, I'm going to show you how to use

the free service WeTransfer to send files up to 2GB in size.

WeTransfer is such a simple service.

All you need to do is go to wetransfer.com and it'll pull up this window here.

You'll click on Add Your Files - click the blue plus (+) there.

And find the files you want to add - I'm just gonna add this one.

Then choose who you want to email it to.

You have the option to send a message.

When you're done, just click the transfer button.

You'll see it upload to their servers and it could take a little bit to upload if you've

got a really large file.

You'll see here that the email's been sent and the transfer will be available for

seven days.

After seven days, the file will disappear from the internet.

The recipient will get an email in their inbox; they'll be able to click on that and download

the file.

You'll actually get two emails.

The first one is confirming that the upload is complete and the second one is confirming

that the person has downloaded the file.

That's something to always watch for.

Sometimes Google will hide the email on a different tab and someone might not see it.

If you don't see that coming through that it's been downloaded, you might want to

ping that person and make sure that they get the file.

I also use dropbox if I've got a lot of files or I'm working with a group and sharing

files back and forth or if I need the storage to last a long time.

But to send one file, and have it auto-delete after it's picked up - WeTransfer is my

tool of choice.

Just make sure you pick up your files before they disappear!

It's Possible To Hack NASA Satellites… But Then What? - Duration: 3:23.

We think of spacecraft as these solid, expertly engineered emissaries of humanity exploring

the universe.

But really, they're just machines with computers, and like your laptop they can be hacked, and

so can NASA, which is a little insane to think about.

When it comes right down to it, NASA is just like any modern business, relying on a network

of computers, both on the ground and in space.

And because it's all computer-based, NASA has to protect its network from cyber attacks

like any other big company does or else risk the loss or theft of very important and sensitive

data.

But NASA is a little more vulnerable than most.

The agency not only uses a massive amount of computers, it relies on people working

at sites all over the world, and because all these databases and servers are retroactively

woven together, that's what opens weak spots in the security system.

As a point of reference, in 2010 and 2011 there were 5,408 computer security incidents

at NASA.

In one instance, hackers even gained full functional control to NASA networks.

And it's not just access to computers, hackers can access NASA satellites.

Hackers gained access to the Landsat-7 satellite twice in 2007 and 2008, but only gained access;

they couldn't control it.

Two more serious attacks were waged on NASA's Terra EOS satellite in 2008, where the hackers

actually gained control for 2 minutes in June and 9 minutes in October.

They were able to issue commands to the satellite but didn't actually do it.

It might seem innocuous when we're talking about an Earth observation spacecraft, but

the ability for one country to control another country's satellites does have some serious

implications.

It could give an enemy a critical advantage in war, the modern incarnation of which is

digital, heavily reliant on GPS, and uses orbital cameras for reconnaissance and troop

preparation.

But hacking satellites isn't always nefarious.

Sometimes hacking has good intentions behind it!

Say NASA's funding for a mission runs out but the satellite is still active.

It's possible for private citizen scientists or lesser-funded space organizations to talk

to it with radio waves the same way NASA does!

And this happened!

Almost...

NASA's International Sun Earth Explorer 3, or ISEE-3, launched on its space weather

mission in 1978 and was retired in 1997.

But it was never shut down properly, so a team of citizen scientists devised a way to

talk to the satellite.

They actually made contact!

But couldn't regain control over its propulsion system to change its trajectory.

The ISEE-3 experiment does show that citizen science and hacking can be positive!

Private groups could theoretically take control of satellites once NASA retires them and use

them for a little bit of extra science.

Of course, this depends on satellites having available consumables, things like power to

work the radio and fuel for the engines.

Without those key elements, there's not much to do with a disused satellite.
