On Tuesday morning of this week, Paul Ryan did what all good Republicans must do, and
he appeared on Fox and Friends to tout his Republican health care plan that's going to
strip tens of millions of people of their health care insurance.
But that's not exactly what was so profound about Paul Ryan's appearance here.
What struck me as odd was the fact that Paul Ryan told Fox and Friends that if the Republicans
are able to enact their agenda, this is going to be the most productive Congress and the
most productive presidency, in our lifetimes.
Here's why that is so laughable.
Paul Ryan, as Speaker of the House, has accomplished precisely nothing.
Nothing.
You have one piece of health care legislation that passed your House.
I get that.
It's not a law yet, and you had to rewrite it three different times, and you could still
barely get enough members of your own party to sign in able to get it to pass.
Aside from that, you've literally done nothing.
You have not come up with any ideas.
You have not passed any kind of legislation to make things better in the United States.
All you have done is take away things that Obama did.
That's it.
Folks, since January of this year, the Republicans in Washington D.C., the only things that have
actually passed and been signed into law are things to repeal what Barack Obama did as
president.
These aren't new ideas.
There's not necessarily new legislation on the books that affects us.
There's just laws that protect us that are now gone.
Republicans have come up with nothing, nothing.
Paul Ryan has the audacity to go on Fox News and say that, "Man, we're like this close
to being the most productive Congress ever."
Well, I guess maybe in terms of repealing what your predecessor did, sure.
You're on track to be the most productive.
You know what you're also on track to be?
The most hated.
You have an approval rating in the teens right now, Paul-Ryan-led Congress.
People don't like you.
They don't like what you're doing.
They don't want you to enact your agenda because they understand now after seeing this health
care bill, after seeing your tax reform plans that are just a giveaway to the 1%, they don't
want you to succeed.
In fact, most of us outside of your little district want you to go home and never work
in politics again.
But I'm sure the folks of Fox and Friends applauded Paul Ryan's statement.
They love it when Republicans do what Republicans say they're going to do, which is screw over
poor people and the middle class, and that's the only thing Paul Ryan is good at.
As of right now, Paul, I've got to be honest with you.
You have accomplished nothing, you have come up with zero new ideas, and you are going
to go down as one of the worst U.S. House Speakers in history.

Ah depression, it's the 21st century's biggest problem at the moment.
But a lot of people confuse depression with anger.
A lot of people confuse depression with feeling down or being sad.
A lot of people confuse depression with just being hacked off with life.
Before I go into the video, I'd like to point out 3 things:
Whether you have depression or not, just know that there is an answer for it and that you're
not the only one thinking this way.
Whether you have depression or not, just know that there's no shame in admitting that
you have it.
One in two of us have some form of mental illness.
One in two.
That's half of us .. and it's more common than you think.
Whether you have depression or not, just know that it's going to be okay.
If you want to be free of this, you can be.
It might not happen overnight, but you will heal eventually.
So how do I know if I have depression?
Well, you'll usually exhibit more than one of these telltale signs.
Some of these are more surprising than you think.
1) Fatigue.
Do you wake up in the morning, every morning and just feel tired?
Whether you've had 3 hours sleep or 30 hours sleep, you're just too tired or fatigued
to do anything?
Tiredness alone isn't depression, but that might be an indicator of depression.
2) Change in appetite: do you eat like a horse for no reason?
Do you feel that you're trying to fill a void with food and then feel even emptier
inside afterwards?
Maybe you have the opposite problem and you feel so down so much that you just don't
eat at all.
Or when you do eat, you throw it back up again.
Changes to your appetite can be indicative of depression.
3) Self-loathing: Do you absolutely hate yourself?
Do you have negative thoughts swirling around your head?
Feel worthless that you're not good for anything, maybe you want to end it all?
This one's a pretty big warning sign of depression, so I wouldn't ignore this one if you have
it.
4) Numbness: Do you lack emotion?
Have you lost interest in things that you used to enjoy?
Have you lost your sexual mojo?
5) Introversion: do you try and avoid people now?
Do you go out of your way to be anti-social?
Maybe you've started locking yourself away in your room and not talking to anybody?
Again, introversion isn't depression in itself, but it's an indicator of it.
6) Erratic sleep patterns?
Do you end up sleeping at random times?
Going to bed and waking up at complete different times everyday?
Maybe when you do sleep you just … don't?
If you only have one of these symptoms, chances are that you probably don't have depression,
but linked to something else like poor diet, lack of exercise, stress etc.
But the more of those symptoms you have the more likely you do actually have depression.
If you figured out from this video that you do actually have depression, I'll reiterate
what I said at the beginning of this video: there is an answer for it, there's no shame
in admitting that you have it and it's going to be okay.

Jeep Wrangler Old Man Emu Steering Stabilizer (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 4:07.
I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Old Man
Emu steering stabilizer, fitting your 2007 and up JK.
The installation of this steering stabilizer is a very simple one-out-of-three-wrench installation.
It's important to note what a steering stabilizer, or more accurately, a steering dampener, really
does for your Jeep.
When you're driving down the road and you hit a big bump, especially when you have big
tires, a steering dampener will suck up some of that shock that would otherwise be transferred
up through your steering linkage into your steering wheel, and that you would actually
feel while driving the Jeep.
A steering stabilizer is not there to eliminate any wobble, any bump steer, and certainly
any death wobble that you might have.
If you have any of those steering issues, you have a steering geometry or steering linkage
problem, and there are ways to both diagnose and fix those problems, and a steering stabilizer
is not one of them.
In fact, a steering stabilizer, or steering dampener, is not even necessary in your steering
system.
It is a luxury and not a necessity if your steering system is set up properly.
So, this is not a band-aid.
This is not there to cover up any issues that you might have.
However, if you do like having a steering stabilizer installed on your Jeep, and either
your current one is either bent or broken from off-roading, or just leaking and blown
out, a replacement is certainly something that you can do.
Now, this one from Old Man Emu does require that additional bracket which, of course,
is going to be some additional cost, and the stabilizer itself, while it is bigger and
beefier than some of the other ones on the market, is also more expensive than some of
the other ones on the market, and again, that's not necessarily a necessity for a lot of you.
So, it comes down to what you like on your Jeep.
If you have OME parts, if you have their lift kit, if you want to stick with one brand,
and you have the budget for it, you can go ahead and pick this up.
If you're just looking for a replacement steering stabilizer, you can go with a factory or factory-style
stabilizer that's a little bit less expensive because, at the end of the day, all these
are is a 50/50 valve shock.
As I said, this steering stabilizer is a little bit beefier than some of the other ones on
the market.
This is a 35-millimeter bore.
It has a slightly longer stroke than some of the others.
This has a nine-stage valving.
Although, at the end of the day, like I said, it's just a 50/50 valve shock like any other
steering stabilizer.
The fact that you do need an additional bracket in order to install this on your Jeep, in
my opinion, is a bit of a drawback because it's some additional cost and one extra step
in the installation.
However, if you really like the Old Man Emu brand, this is still going to be an option
for you.
So, this install is still going to be a one-out-of-three-wrench installation, and you can still get this done
in, probably, around an hour, but you do have to install that additional bracket.
The first step in the installation is, of course, removing your factory steering stabilizer,
and then bolting up that additional mounting bracket.
After that, you can bolt your new steering stabilizer into place, and you're finished.
Again, very simple, just some hand tools are necessary for the job, but that additional
bracket does create a little bit more work.
This steering stabilizer is going to come in at a little over $90, and that's before
you purchase that additional mounting bracket.
Now, in my opinion, that is a little bit much to pay for a steering stabilizer that's going
to do the same thing as any other steering stabilizer on the market, and a lot of those
other ones are less expensive and don't require that additional bracket.
So, if you have a bent, broken, or leaking steering stabilizer and you're looking to
replace it, there are a lot of OEM or OE-style replacement steering stabilizers that are
going to be significantly less expensive than this one.
However, if you really like the Old Man Emu brand, and you're willing to pay a premium
for that brand, and you're okay having to purchase an additional mounting bracket, this
option is there for you.
So, that's my review of the Old Man Emu steering stabilizer, fitting your 2007 and up JK, that

BREAKING NEWS: Active Shooter At U.S. Army Base- Facility On LOCKDOWN | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:58.
A possible active shooter was reported at a
U.S. Army installation in Alabama on Tuesday, forcing the facility to go on lockdown.
The Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville issued the alert on Twitter of a "possible active
shooter on the Arsenal."
The tweet continued, "Installation is locked down.
Run, hide, fight."
An email was sent out to employees at the Redstone Arsenal at 10:31 a.m. informing them
that this was "a real world event, which is not part of the exercise," according
to AL.com.
The facility reportedly was conducting active shooter drills this week.
"The facility is under lockdown and all gates are closed," the email continued.
Redstone Arsenal's public affairs told Fox News that all gates into and out of the post
are closed.
Ambulances have been spotted outside the base and emergency responders have rushed to the
scene.
A spokesperson told AL.com that there are no confirmed casualties at this time, but
they are still investigating the situation.
The Army Contracting Command tweeted the possible active shooter was not on its headquarters.
Alabama Reps. Robert Aderholt and Mo Brooks said they were "monitoring [the] situation."
The U.S. army post is located in the northern Alabama, close to the Tennessee border.
Redstone Arsenal opened in 1941 as a chemical weapons manufacturing facility during World
War II.
After the war, it became home to US rocket research until 1956, when German designers
working on ballistic missiles were spun off to become a part of the newly founded NASA.
More than 35,000 employees are hosted at the huge base.
