Today's question: What is a Medicare Advantage HMO plan?
Medicare Advantage plans, also known as Medicare Part C, are managed care plans that combine
Original Medicare Parts A and B with additional benefits like prescription drug, dental and
vision coverage, all in one simple package.
One type of managed care plan is an HMO, where you designate a primary care physician, your
PCP, from a list of network providers.
Your PCP coordinates your care and refers you to specialists or hospitals when necessary.
HMOs help you manage your budget.
Plans typically include affordable copays and may offer more predictable costs than
other types of plans, so you'll have a good idea of how much you'll spend on healthcare
during the year.
And most HMOs pay providers directly, which means you don't have to file a claim for
reimbursement of medical services.
Generally, you're required to use doctors, specialists, hospitals and other medical service
providers in your plan's network.
You may see a non-network provider or receive non-network services if the visit is approved
by your primary care physician and your plan first.
However, you may pay a larger share of the costs.
If you need urgent or emergency care, you can go to the closest emergency room.
If your current PCP is not in the HMO network, it might be worth changing your doctor to
take advantage of the HMO plan's benefits.

We are going to make another seasoning blend
This time a burger and fry seasoning that's perfect for the summer months that are upon us
You're going to want to sprinkle this on just about anything you throw on your grill. So let's go see how this all comes together
All right, we're all ready to make another spice blend and this one is totally perfect for summer
This is a burger and fry seasoning blend that's going to be perfect for all your summer barbecues and Beyond
We're gonna be able to use this to season up burgers
Ribs Chicken
Fries any kind of veggie you just you name it this has all the flavors that you would find in a burger or really good
Steak what we're going to start off with is a quarter cup of salt
I'm using himalayan pink salt you can use whatever kind of salt you like a
Tablespoon of Sweet Paprika A
Tablespoon of smoked Paprika two tablespoons of onion Powder
two tablespoons of Garlic Powder a tablespoon of Parsley A
teaspoon of mustard Powder dry Mustard Powder visited a tablespoon of chili Powder
Tablespoon of cracked black pepper and
Here's the tricky one this is two teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce Powder and I get this online
And I will leave a link below where you can find it and a tablespoon of tomato powder
And I will also leave a link to where you can find this
Tomato Powder is pretty easy to find I don't know that you can get it in the grocery store
But I know that you can buy it online or you can make your own so just like any other spice mix
We're going to start off. We're going to put our salt in there, and then I'm going to
Gather up all of my other spices
Into my jar. I
Counted my tablespoons to make sure I had enough room that jelly jar fourth, and this is simple
I mean, it looks pretty right now. See all those striations, but now we're just going to give this a good shake
Suggesting that it sure what do you want?
Coffee you know what I actually have seen people who put espresso powder in their burger seasoning
You could totally do that like if you wanted to use this to make a coffee a cowboy coffee steak
You could go ahead and use this seasoning like a couple of tablespoons and mix it with a quarter of a cup of Espresso powder
And that would make a great coffee rub for it for a good steak. I love a coffee rub steak
So there you have it
There's your burger and fry seasoning all in there. Just like that it smells wonderful
really really wonderful

You know I didn't use hardly any worst your sauce powder. It's just enough. It gives you that richness
You were sure sure sauce has so many different ingredients and different levels of flavor. That's amazing

in one instance it would take you 110 days or something now it's going to take
you 115 days it's not a big deal you're good like that the point is is that
you're going to make 110 percent ROI um if I go to actually to my Commission's

with these things is it's a compound effect the more ad packs you buy the

that and I put it right back into my ad packs because this is a long-term
investment and what's actually cool about it is it's really slow it's not
quick well that might turn some people off well that's a good thing because

or something double your money in 60 days yeah well guess what in about three
months that company is about to shut down because no one's going to be able
to keep up with that kind of turnover it's just not going to work okay there's
no such thing as fast money or you know everything takes time and what I love
about this company if they've been showing me consistent returns for the
past month and a half I'm actually going to go show you my my Commission right
now so if I go and I thought let me tell you something I haven't even enrolled
anybody yet so this is legitimately just passive income for the lazy person who
just wants to put money in and watch money pile up if that's if that's you
because I know I hate trying to recruit people I hate calling people on the
