Four years ago Malaysia flight MH370 disappeared with all passengers and crew onboard.

There have been many theories about what happened to the plane with it still being talked about

to this day.

Some people believed the pilot deliberately crashed the plane while others say it was

terrorists.

Others believe the government was involved.

Has Missing Flight MH370 Been Found Under Water on Google Maps?

Recently one conspiracy theorist claimed that the missing flight MH370 lies under the ocean

just off the coast of Padang in Indonesia.

If so this would mean the plane went down into the ocean after around one hour of flying

from where it took off.

The media has been quick to pounce on the story to make the claims suspenseful.

Claims that the missing plane is under the ocean came from a theorist who said they had

found it on Google Maps.

The photo seems to show a plane under a large open expanse of water.

However, not everyone is convinced with some people saying the image shows nothing more

than an airplane traveling over the open water above the water and is descending ready to

land.

Did the Plane Get Into Difficulty and Attempt a Soft Water Landing?

Many have said the photo is a stunning twist to the mystery of the disappearance of flight

MH370.

Those who believe it might be the lost plane have speculated that perhaps the plane was

trying to make a soft landing on the water after getting into difficult knowing that

a rescue would ensue.

Other people scoffed at the idea with them saying someone had chosen a spot on Google

maps over the ocean and a plane had been flying past to land so that person had posted it

just to make out it was the missing flight under water.

Others have said that perhaps the image had been altered to make it look like the missing

flight was under the water.

The photo prompted many comments with someone pointing out that the plane looked as though

it was upside down.

Another person said that the location of the plane was so close to the main coastline that

perhaps someone had survived.

If so, why would that person not have come forward or been found?

Another person said that the plane does look to be the size of the plane that went missing.

Others pointed out that the image showed a plane that looked immaculate with everything

intact with no damage, so how could it be a crashed plane.

Some people might cling onto the hope that this is the missing Malaysia flight MH370

if not for anything else but to give the relatives of the people who were on the flight some

comfort in knowing just what happened on that fateful day.

World novelty !!! Acrylic casting with Alex Cell- Creator! Regulate cells - Duration: 19:46.

Hello everybody

I would like to introduce you to something completely new today

it's a world premiere, so to speak is brand new in the market

Alex Cell Creator

This can be super cell Above all, they make really big cells

and then there is one more bubble booster as well as from alex bubbel booster

and you can do that here

regulate the cells

So you can also make the cells a little smaller make if you want

It has never really been that you can regulate the cells

really cool and I want that now let's test together with you

ok

first with this

Alex Cell- Creator

ich teile mir das auf. ich habe mir Farbe angemischt

namely yellow, turquoise, blue and white

I'll do that now

bisect

because I

make two pictures for you today

first one with the Alex Cell Creator and then another one

with the boost

I have to take care. With the bubble booster

then you will see the difference

I hope so

I leave white. I do not give in silicone

Okey

I just put the three colors away

The stretcher is 30 to 24 centimeters, so I have a measure of it

what I will do now, of this

Cell-Creator make 6 drops each

5-6! But I only do it in yellow and

5 and 6

6, sooo

as I said 6 drops

from this cell creator

stir something

so

Take me a cup

I think it's good to do a FlipCup

white

Blue

turquoise

Yellow

and another shot in white

which is actually okay then we do a flip cup

do a bit of white on the outside

and take another cup

make the rest a Dirty Pouring

make the rest a Dirty Pouring

so

now let's solve the mystery! WoW do you see the cells?

soo

now

I go for a short time with the hot air gun over it and get the bubbles out

Now!!!

So who likes or loves big cells!

is that the right product

Okey

is that the right product

mixed normally with my vinyl adhesive white

Do you know what the cool is?

at the edges of these silicone holes

at the edges of these silicone holes

soooo

I hope I do not break the yellow cells again?

should now be synonymous only for the test that you see that

Madness!!!

I'll help you a bit

so that we have color everywhere

I'll let it in again

so

Madness! So who likes big cells

should that be

necessarily grow!

I will put down the link below in the description where you can buy it

so

Cool! I'll leave it a little bit longer

so you can see how it still changes

so now I am doing the second picture. I have set it down right

the first picture with the Cell Creator

I'll let that run alongside you so you see the change

and how it spreads. Now I put the colors away.

except the white

so

basically the same colors yellow cobold blue and turquoise

and of course white

I can put the cup away too

so now I will do one

I grab a small cup

take this cell creator

I have to be careful with counting. I have 3 cups a 6 drops

I will clean 18 drops

18 drops

only that we have a comparison. You can vary how much you want to do

in principle, two thirds of this Cell Creator

and then a third of

this bubble booster

there is synonymous on it! Oops I drip

it just wanted to show you

multiplies and reduces cells

so two thirds? That means I make 6 drops in.

six drops

There you can vary, experiment and play as you like

I'll just try it that way.

stir well LOL

Of course, not so much in it

okey

do it here too

so much pure. I also hope six drops

yes

yes measured exactly, will not get out

okey

das ganze auch noch mal kurz stir

I am now looking forward to the change

what happens then

as I said

whether it was the right mix or not

there you can play around or experiment

but I think the fantastic thing is that you just

the cells themselves may vary slightly

as you would like

I'm doing a FlipCup again

exactly the same picture actually

that you might also see the difference

in order to do it right, also some white pure

and again

turquoise

Blue

Yellow

so

So also the same stretcher. Also 30 to 24 centimeters

little white outside

and do a Dirty Pouring too

with the rest of the colors

also knows a tick

So I pour in more or less the rest of the colors

so

t ???

are already big cells. Go over it with the hot air gun

I'm curious if there are more cells coming?

Oh yes, there are many small cells. Ok cool!

it seems to work. That means you can

you can hire. The more you give of these boosters

even more

then there are smaller cells

but they are also beautiful

maybe I have a tick too little of this booster purely

But I will still make a video with the swipe technique

So with the wiping technique

that we also see what it looks like

okay

but also come back quite large cells

but it is not finished yet. Now we look with the hot air gun

then I'm curious

I leave it that way

do not think it's bad

where the white is still something in the middle

but ingenious are simply these big cells. That's amazing!

so

okay

yes, yes

as it looks like also many small cells high

also grow a bit

but I guess if I'm there a little bit more in, make it half past half

50% Cell Creator 50% Bubble Boost

then these little cells will come much more

So that's awesome!

People, I think it's really cool! Do I really have to say that?

I will leave it on for 10 minutes

then I'll show you from close

then we already have it

as I said: look below in the description

take a look at it

if it is something for you. But I think it's really cool

especially who loves big cells, insanity and that you can regulate them

Top and shining

to be adjustable. You see now I have many small cells that come up.

there you can really regulate and nothing is easier

as with this product

you have to say

because everything else is a matter of luck. Here you can really influence it

see you soon!

So now I show you the picture of this Alex Cell Creator

So that's madness right?

So as I said, who likes big cells

he needs

the cell creator

because it is not as easy as with this one!

Madness, look at the cells

okey

I'll show you again if it is dried

Good

that's me

so I'm back, now I show it to you from close

that you see the difference. You see that there have been small cells

then you can really experiment, mix and play around

what you like best

you do not need so much, in theory, three drops are enough

that fits too

Good! I can only recommend it to you

I wrote the link below in the description

take a look at it

Cell Creator. There are 50 milliliters vial

they last forever

it is not expensive

So really good product

try it out. So I think it's awesome. You saw it.

I'll show you both pictures when they're dry

I'll do that in the next video. That's what I'm doing in swipe tech- nology. how it behaves.

I then show the dried pictures at the beginning of the video

so that you see it. Maybe I also changed something

we'll see

good

subscribe to my channel, so you will not miss when I stop my next video

if you press the bell

then you also get a notification. Then you really do not miss it.

then it was mine

then I wish you something until next time until then bye

bye

FEELING BAD about MAKING MONEY?! - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 5:41.

Hey Dan here and I read a comment yesterday that I wanted to make a whole

video responding to and - no, it's not the one about how I look like Ryan Gosling,

although thank you, you must be blind but thank you! Comment said: I feel bad about

making money without contributing. Is there something wrong with this and the

answer is: absolutely not. So there are a few things that can be

wrong with how we feel about money: one, if you just feel bad getting money like

you don't deserve it you chronically under charge you give

away your services that's bad if you think money is bad from some capitalist

diamond sent down from or up from hell to ruin the world that is bad but money

ultimately most of the time there are of course exceptions and scams and this and

that but most of the time money is a reflection of the value that we

contribute to the world so if tied with that to you is you feel bad getting

money without contributing something awesome that's great I'm the same way

here's what you do find a way to contribute tons of value in a positive

way right find a way to give value make the world a better place feel good about

it and then make a buttload of money as

well and guess what you might actually enjoy making that money and at first you

might feel a little bit guilty like but I I don't know I'm making so much money

awesome because the more money you make it means you're contributing more and

you're doing better for the world it is a very win-win situation now there's

lots of different ways we can give value to earn money I've done other videos on

this I might link up to my one of my main videos on how to start working for

yourself I talked a lot about this value so I'll include a link to that

essentially though whether or not we give value is a little bit up to us but

it's really up to the world to decide there are many ways people get value for

instance you could argue that if you have a like two hundred dollar watch and

you convince everyone it's worth ten thousand dollars and then sell it at ten

thousand dollars for the kind of people who might want to buy that watch where

it's just a status symbol they don't really

care about the mechanics or you know being on time to the millisecond they

really just want to show people how fancy their watches that you're giving

them the value by charging more that actually if you charge less they

wouldn't get as much value because they don't have this status symbol and blah

blah blah so there are many ways you can give value that sometimes we don't

necessarily perceive and again check out the other video and that gets in a

little more detail the thing is for you and for me I'm the same way is you want

to give value but also in a way where you can honestly say it's making the

world a better place right I can charge this guy ten thousand dollars for a

watch to fulfill this ego and maybe if I take that money and build some orphanage

I'm making the world a better place but really you're just feeding a what I

think is often a negative part of society that's very ego status driven

way of being so someone who's a straight capitalist could argue with you for days

about how it doesn't matter how you give value if people perceive the value and

get value then who cares for me that's always been hard because I don't know

maybe I'm a little more caring than that maybe I'm a little more intelligent

maybe I'm a little stupid or whatever it is I can't get that out of my head about

actually thinking of the greater good and my own values and morality around

the world and then how my work sort of plays into that so if that is you then

just think that through find a way that gives value maybe one of the things you

can do is make a list somewhere of your values what's important to you what you

think makes the world better or contribute and then make another list of

ways you can give value so things like your skill sets your talent your

experience and then you can put these together and look for ways where you can

give value and contribute at the same time and that can be a starting place to

find something the cool thing is once you get that alignment like I said a

beginning if you're doing something that really sucks you up because you're

contributing and making the world better or whatever that is for you right that's

a very blanket statement making the world better we could argue that

destroying the world would make it better because there'd be no more people

destroying the world another conversation but once you have that

thing that you feel is contributing and you're making money from it your

motivation is just going to snowball because you're being positively

reinforced for everything you do right it's like you take action you contribute

you get more money you feel like you're contributing you're gonna just go and go

and go and have this awesome Drive so absolutely nothing wrong with feeling

bad about making money without contributing I wish more people felt

that way and would look for ways to contribute positively and in doing so I

think that's really where money is made first off where people do often build a

lot of wealth and also where the world does become a better place because

ultimately if you find a way to contribute tons of value to the world

you're going to get paid for it that's just how things work out thank you for

watching this if you are interested in working for yourself or diving deeper

into this concept of value I will include some more videos at the end here

to check out and do subscribe to the channel I publish new videos at least

once every week on topics just like this thanks for watching catch you in the

next video soon

you

Gimp 2.10.4: The Sharpen Filter (Unsharp Mask) - Duration: 4:06.

In this tutorial, we will take a look at the sharpen filter.

The download link for the image, used in the tutorial is in the video description.

Open your image folder and make a copy of the image you want to sharpen.

We do this, so we can apply the sharpen effect on the copy.

In this way we still have the original image, in case something goes wrong,

or when the effect is not what we want after all.

Now right click on the thumbnail of the copy, go to open with and click on Gimp.

Usually it is better to sharpen an image at its final resolution, and, generally speaking,

sharpening should be the final step in image editing.

When our image is open, we can, if needed, go to view, zoom and click fit image in window.

Click on the duplicate button at the bottom of the layers panel to make a duplicate.

We do this so we can compare the original and the sharpened image

after we have applied the effect.

Double click on the name of the bottom layer and rename it original.

Hit enter.

Then double click on the name of the top layer and rename this one sharpened.

Hit enter again.

Go to filters, enhance and sharpen.

Gimp has renamed this filter from unsharp mask to sharpen.

At presets, we can use a previous used setting.

We can also add the current setting to the preset list, or manage the presets.

Click reset to go back to the default settings.

With the radius slider we can set how many pixels on either side of an edge will be affected.

High resolution images allow a higher radius.

For this image we make the value 4.

With the amount slider we can set the strength of the sharpening.

We should be careful not to overdo this.

With most of the images, a subtle sharpening will suffice,

unless ofcourse we want to create a particular effect.

Here we make the amount 0,6.

The threshold slider allows us to set the minimum difference in pixel values

that indicates an edge where sharpening must be applied.

So you can protect areas of smooth tonal transition from sharpening,

and avoid creating blemishes in face, sky or water surface.

For now we leave this as it is.

We can zoom in and or out by holding the Ctrl key and rolling the mouse wheel.

This can be done while the dialog box is open.

Click the preview of and on, to see the difference.

Or enable the split view, which divides the image in before and after.

We can click and drag the split line.

When we hold the shift key and click on the line,

we can swap the filtered and not filtered area.

And when we hold the Ctrl key and click on the line,

we can change from vertical to horizontal and back.

When the effect is to our liking, we click okay.

Now click the eye of the top layer of and on the see before and after.

And there we have our sharpened image.

I hope this helps a bit.

If that is the case, please give it thumbs up.

Thank you very much for watching.

An Italian Movie Song has been Inspired by Witch Doctor by Cartoons? - Duration: 1:32.

Hi guys, welcome back to THE SONGMATCHER.

This time I'm going to compare The Witch Doctor song By Cartoons (Uh Ih Uh Ah Ah),

with a song extracted from a famous Italian comedy.

The song has been originally made for the movie so it has no name.

The movie is the last one of a series which is very famous in Italy.

This series is called "Fantozzi".

In order to compare the two songs, I merged them.

Let's listen to the result.

It's just interesting to note The Witch Doctor song has been made in 1990 and the last movie

of Fantozzi has been made in 1999.

Well, in the 90s the Eurodance music was very popular and, in particular, the Bubblegum

Dance.

The Cartoons are an example of bands who produced Bubblegum Dance Music and Bubblegum Dance

was so popular it most probably inspired also music composers for movies of that time, so

maybe the music composer of the last movie of Fantozzi took inspiration from Bubblegum

Dance.

That's all guys, if you like the video subscribe to the channel, put like and share it with

your friends.

See you guys at the next episode of THE SONGMATCHER!

You and another partner have a match policy of Monetize on separate non-music assets. If a user video is claimed by both of your assets, and no other assets, who receives the revenue? The revenue flows to the partner with the longer reference match. The partner who reviews the claim first would receive the revenue. YouTube holds the revenue until one partner releases its claim. You each receive 50% revenue. What might alert you that someone may be attempting to monetize your assets? If the Asset Conflict report shows that an asset is in conflict in one or more territories. If the number of channel page owned views on the Video Claims report is less than the total owned views, you may be losing revenue. If the Claims report shows that a video claimed by one of your tracked assets was uploaded by a channel that isn't your partner. If the Asset report shows that revenue has decreased sharply for a specific asset. Which statement is true for multi-party ownership of an asset? YouTube applies no policy, unless the policy is Block. All asset owners must set the same policy worldwide. YouTube only applies your policy in your ownership territories. Asset owners decide which policy should be prioritized. You've received a warning for over-claiming. What can you do to address this? Look at a random sampling of last month's claims and release invalid claims Download the Claims report and investigate only the inactive claims No action is necessary, since it's only a warning Sort assets by number of claims and review assets with the most claims What is a primary business benefit of monitoring asset reports? In YouTube Analytics, it contains information on how different ad types are performing over time relative to one another. A downloadable report that contains information on how assets are performing over time relative to one another. In YouTube Analytics, it contains information on the three major revenue streams for all content types. If an asset is owned by parties in different territories, how does revenue get paid out? A third party manager will pay out each owner based on asset performance. YouTube will apportion the correct percentage of revenue to each owner. The owner with the largest percentage of the asset is responsible for manually splitting the revenue. This won't happen; assets can't be owned by multiple parties. It's July 1 and the finance department needs revenue totals from June for accounting purposes. Where can they find the number they should use? The earliest that figure will be available is July 10. This can happen when an asset has multiple owners in different territories: revenue can vary from country to country. This might occur when assets and the videos they claim have different monetization policies enabled. This happens when a video contains multiple assets. Revenue from all assets should add up to video's revenue. This only happens with music, if ownership is split between performance and composition assets. Which is a downloadable report? Ad rates. Demographics. Revenue. Video. Which downloadable report can help separate ad revenue by asset for payouts? Ads Partner Revenue Asset Revenue. Asset. Ad Rates. After deactivating the bad references and releasing invalid claims, what else might you do? Remove the channel from your content owner Delete all of the channel's videos Require all claims be routed for manual review Remove the channel's ability to create references In a multi-claim scenario, one asset has no ownership specified for some territories. Which default match policy would YouTube apply to claims in those territories? Monetize Block Track Takedown In a multi-claim scenario, if one asset owner has a Block policy, and another asset owner has a Monetize policy, how does YouTube prioritize the policies? YouTube merges the policies (Block + Monetize = Track). YouTube randomly assigns one of the owner's policies. YouTube applies the most restrictive policy (Block). What would be a good reason to reexamine a custom policy? A slight decline in claims after 6 months Claims from multiple territories An invalid reference in your ToDo queue A large number of disputed claims If you and other partners own a single asset in different territories, how would Content ID handle claiming against a user-uploaded video? Content ID generates a unique claim for each asset owner. This produces a claim conflict, which owners must resolve. There can only be one claim per asset for each user video. An asset can have up to 5 claims against a single video. What type of data is only added to reports after a month has ended? Finalized revenue. Watch time. Traffic sources. Estimated revenue. You have a large library of sound recordings, including some old speeches in the public domain. What is the best way to treat them with regard to Content ID? Use a Custom ID to flag these sound recordings as public domain so you can keep an eye on them. Identify the public domain speeches and don't enable them for Content ID matching. Enable your entire catalog for Content ID matching and check your Claims report quarterly. Set policies to route all claims for manual review so you can spot claims against public domain content. Monetize Block No policy Track Which of these examples frequently contribute to invalid claims for sports partners? How to Lower Your High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy - Duration: 4:02.

High blood pressure and pregnancy isn't necessarily a dangerous combination

But having hypertension during pregnancy requires special care

irrespective of whether you are diagnosed with this problem before or after conception.

High blood pressure, medically known as hypertension

means the force of the blood that pushes against the walls of your arteries is too high.

Blood pressure readings of 140/90 mm Hg is considered too high.

While hypertension can affect anyone, pregnant women are at an increased risk

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,

an increasing number of pregnant women in the United States suffer from hypertension

In fact, according to the American Pregnancy Association,

high blood pressure affects about 6 to 8 percent of pregnant women.

During pregnancy, women can suffer from different types of high blood pressure, such as:

Gestational hypertension that develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy

Chronic hypertension that was present before pregnancy or that occurs before 20 weeks of pregnancy

Chronic hypertension with superimposed preeclampsia that occurs in women with chronic high blood pressure before pregnancy

Preeclampsia, a type of pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to another organ system.

There are several possible causes of high blood pressure during pregnancy

according to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.

They include being overweight or obese, an inactive lifestyle

smoking, drinking alcohol, a first-time pregnancy, carrying more than one child

being age 40 or older, and having a family history of kidney disease, preeclampsia or chronic hypertension

Using assistive technologies, such as in vitro fertilization

during the conception process also increases the risk of high blood pressure in a pregnant woman

according to the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

High blood pressure during pregnancy puts extra stress on your heart and kidneys

which in turn increase the risk of heart disease, kidney disease and strokes

Along with these, other complications may include fetal growth restriction, preterm delivery, placental abruption and cesarean delivery.

When suffering from hypertension during pregnancy

it is important to monitor your blood pressure level closely throughout the pregnancy

Managing your blood pressure can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby

At the same time, ultrasound exams should be done frequently to track the growth of the baby in the womb.

Here are the top ways to lower your high blood pressure during pregnancy.

1. Monitor Your Salt Intake

Generally, when people with high blood pressure cut back on salt, their blood pressure falls

It even prevents blood pressure from rising.

2. Try Controlled Breathing

Deep breathing is a popular relaxation technique that helps lower your stress levels and stabilize your blood pressure.

3. Enjoy Walking

Inactive women are at a higher risk of hypertension during pregnancy than those who exercise.

Walking is one of the best cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women.

4. Increase Your Potassium Intake

Potassium is an important mineral during pregnancy. It helps maintain your fluid and electrolyte balance.

It also aids in the transmission of nerve impulses,

contraction of your muscles and the release of energy from carbohydrates, fat and protein.

5. Eat Magnesium-Rich Foods

A diet low in magnesium may lead to high blood pressure.

A 1999 study published in Hypertension reports that magnesium deficiency is linked to an elevation of blood pressure.
