HOW TO SETUP iREAP INTEGRATION ON SAP B1 CLOUD - Duration: 5:10.
Hi, welcome to SAP B1 - IReap POS Pro Integration Training.
In this screen I had login into SAP B1.
I want to show you how to activate the Add-On for the integration.
To activate the Add-On, you can go to Module -> Administration-> Add-On -> Add-On Manager.
After the screen show up, you can choose the Add-On to activate.
And then click "Start" Button".
Please wait until the Add-On to activate - a pop up messege will appear.
To ensure that the Add-On is activated
You can go to the menu Administration -> System Initialization -> Ireap -> New Menu.
Make sure the menu appear, if not than the Add-On failed to activate.
Next, I want to show you how to setup the credential for SAP and iREAP POS Pro.
For setup is on the menu Administration -> System Initilization -> Ireap -> Credential.
After the credential windows appear,
You can see there is 2 tab to setup the credential.
One tab for SAP credential and the other for iREAP credential setup.
On SAP tab, you can input the SAP credential (username and password).
On iREAP tab, you can input the iREAP credential (username and password).
You can test the connection by clicking "Test SAP Connection" and "Test Ireap Connection" button.
Next, I want to show you how to setup the master data.
This master data will transfer from SAP to iREAP POS Pro.
To setup the master data you can go to Administration -> System Initialization -> Ireap -> Master Data.
On this screen you can see 3 tabs which are Item Group, Customer and Vendor.
Tab Item Group contain -> List of item groups in SAP
Tab Customer contain -> List of Customer groups in SAP
Tab Vendor contain -> List of Vendor groups in SAP.
We can setup which item group,
Customer group and vendor group will be transfer from SAP B1 to Ireap POS Pro.
On Item Group Tab, you can select which item group can be transfer from SAP to Ireap by clicking the checkbox.
On the left below, you can pick which pricelist can be transfer from SAP to iREAP.
On the Customer Tab, there is a list of Customer Group.
You can choose which Customer Group can be transfer from SAP to iREAP.
On the Vendor Tab, there is a list of Vendor Group.
You can choose which Vendor Group can be transfer from SAP to iREAP.
After setup complete you can click the "Save" Button.
You are finished setup the Master Data.
Next, I want to show you how to setup the transaction.
This trasaction data will transfer from iREAP POS Pro to SAP B1.
You can setup the transaction in Administration -> System Initialization -> Ireap -> Transaction.
On this screen you can setup the Warehouse.
The Payment Account, Document Series, Inventory Adjustment Account.
First you must setup the warehouse for each store by filling the "SAP Whs" Column .
Next you can setup the Payment Account for
Cash and Card Payment by clicking yellow arrow in "Payment" Column.
Next you can setup the document series for each document listed.
Next you can setup if the invoice recored using one time customer or customer specify by the invoice.
You can setup the Inventory Adjustment account for
Inventory Good Received and Good Issue.
Finally you can save
The setup data by clicking "Save" Button".

Baked Beans, Country Style Baked Beans and Original Baked Beans because cans may have
defective side seams.
These side seam defects may affect can integrity and may cause the cans to leak or allow for
harmful bacteria to grow inside the product.
Bush Brothers found the issue as part of their quality control inspections.
The recalled products were distributed nationwide in retail stores.
This event only affects the flavors and lot codes below.
Lot codes are printed on the bottom of the can.
BUSH'S BEST BROWN SUGAR HICKORY BAKED BEANS 28 ounce with UPC of 0 39400 01977 0 and Lot
Codes 6097S GF and 6097P GF with Best By date of Jun 2019.

6057S LC and 6057P LC with the Best By date of Jun 2019.
You should not use these products even if the beans do not look or smell spoiled.
No illnesses or other adverse consequences have been reported to date in connection with
this product.
The recall was initiated after product leakage from the side seams of cans of the above product
was detected.
Subsequent investigation indicated the problem was caused by a temporary quality issue from
Bush's can supplier.
The problem was corrected and no other product is affected.
This is extremely important information and we urge you to share this with your friends
and family.

Rub the coconut oil onto the affected areas, and let it dry.

everybody finds success with it.
You will need� -Jojoba oil
Directions Rinse your hands with water and pat them dry.
Apply jojoba oil to the affected area, gently massaging it into your skin until it is at
least partially absorbed.
It is extremely rich and you don�t need a whole lot of it.
Apply 3 times daily as needed.
3.
Make a soothing butter
When it comes to soothing those dry, itchy, painful patches of skin, nothing can really
take the place of a good body butter when it�s needed.
You will need� -2 tablespoons shea butter
-2 tablespoons beeswax -6 tablespoons of coconut oil
-4 tablespoons of jojoba oil -Lavender essential oil (optional)
-Airtight tins or glass jars
Directions In a double boiler melt down the beeswax and
jojoba completely.
Once they are melted add in the coconut oil and stir until it is fully melted.
Finally lower the heat a tad and add the shea butter, stirring it as it melts.
Shea butter gets added last as it is a little more heat sensitive, and can get grainy further
along its shelf life if it�s been over-exposed.
Pour the mixture into airtight glass jars and, if using, add a drop or two of lavender
essential oil and give it a little stir.
Place the cover on and allow it to cool.
Apply liberally to affected areas as needed.
