MUSTARD FISH CURRY | BENGALI MUSTARD FISH CURRY - Duration: 4:42.
hello friends welcome to cook with Nancy another episode
you can new to my channel or you haven't subscribed already please subscribe
right now today we are going to make famous Bengali style mustard fish curry
this is very spicy and very fragrant I'm using 6 chillies green chillies 1
tablespoon of coriander seeds 1 and 1/2 tablespoon black mustard seeds you can
also use yellow mustard seeds 1/2 a teaspoon fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon
cumin seeds 1/2 a teaspoon pepper corns 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 6 to 10
cloves of garlic peeled 11/2 inch ginger that is chopped and a little bit of water to
make a paste now make it a smooth paste I'm using pound of king fish also known
as vanjara meen if you don't find this in your market you can use any for white
fish salt as needed chilli powder as needed and 2 tablespoon of mustard paste
that we just made and reserve the rest for the masala that we're gonna need later
now combine them well together and put the fish well
if you want more paste we can add now pre heat the oil and add the fish
you can also shallow fry you can deep fry it's up to you I'm using a coconut
oil that's why you see frothiness top you can use mustard oil if
you like now cook the fish until well done
turn your feet to medium height once the oil is hot cos we do not want
to burn the fish we just want to fry them now transfer this into a paper
towel to drain any excess oil continue to do the same with the remaining fish
that you have in a skillet I'm adding 2 tbsp oil 1 - 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 TSP
mustard seeds - 2 3 chilies that is just cut into half 1 TSP turmeric powder
1/2 spoon chili powder or as needed just saute it for a minute on medium high
heat now add the remaining paste that we reserved start it until the masala turns
deep golden brown make sure your heat is on medium high so
that we don't burn in a sauna once a masala turns golden brown deep golden
brown as I said we can add salt as needed and tomatoes
five using three medium size tomatoes mix them well and also scrape down all
the browns from bottom of the pan and just combine the tomatoes well make sure
your Tomatoes are nicely cooked through they are soft and mushy as you can see
the tomatoes are cooked through now I'm going to go ahead and add water I'm
using two cups of water we can add as the desired consistency
you like but the authentic fish curry would call for thick gravy so it's up to
you again because you make the rules so you can do whatever you want
now turn your heat to medium-low and bring masala to a boil once you see the
bubble starts forming go ahead and add the fish that you fried earlier
now just coat the fish well with the masala be gentle not to break the fish
I'm just pouring some gravy on top of the fish you can do that or you can just
flip it it's it's okay either way just be gentle with handling the fish now I'm
garnishing with some cilantro you can turn off the heat and just cover it up
and let it sit for five to eight minutes before you serve because it tend to
thicken a little more the fish gravy is ready we can serve it the white rice and

We all know every girl loves the smell of a unwashed savage once and a while.
It bewilders them, it makes them go insane crazy and gets them pumped like athlete on
crack and steriods, not that I know.
But just saying.
But sometimes ladies, gentlemen, sometimes they like to sniff up the most pleasureable
scents in the world.
Yes even men love it!
In my opinion nothing is as impressive as a great parfume.
Nothing will beat that moment!
Not even a chocolate fondue because you can't smell chocolate to begin with.
Let alone feel turned on by the smell.
The taste of chocolate may do that but not the smell.
Unless you are like the lady version of the cookie monster, the chocolate monster and
you got some crazy insane lady powers and you can smell chocolate.
Anyway today I was standing in my bathroom ready to get my game on.
You know Wash, scrub, shave, lotion, brush teeth and
get my contacts in and suddenly I was thinking to go for it again.
Yes again, it was that time again, the time to sprinkle some of that awesome stuff on
me.
Valentino Uomo.
Got a ring to it doesn't it.
Let me tell you guys a little more about this wonderfull scent.
Personally I think this scent is such a wonderfull scent that no one
can resist buying once they smelled it.
But you don't have to smell it look at this bottle, the cover tells you how awesome the
story will be.
hey this bottle, this lovely bottle, wonderfull name by the way valentino,
who doesn't want to be a valentino right right and
again this lovely smell that goes along with it!
It's just fantastic.
I'm telling you guys, get this scent & you will forever be in my debt.
Because you'll say dammmmmn why didn't I know about this earlier.
But that's okay, I'm such a great guy i'll let you of the hook if you upvote this video.
Anyway this scent is such a fine, delecate, detail scent that it'll blow most ladies out
of their socks.
You know those cute little hello kitty socks right... guess what kind of underwear goes
with that ;)
So Valentino, I got that scent for a present last year.
Luckily I was in the store with the buyer this time because earlier she picked out scents
for me without me being there and we had to get over the issue we have quite a big taste
difference as we figured out later.
But you know what, it doesn't matter if you don't have the same taste, as long as you
do nice things for each other and have a great time.
That is what truelly matters.
Alright having a great scent around you is important that's the base line to this story
folks.
But you ask me Seth when do you wear this lovely scent you are talking about.
And i'll tell you that I wear it in early autumn & late spring.
Altrough I love to wear it on a summerday or in the winter thou but personally I Identify
it more as a autumn & spring scent.
I think it has festivity & fertility to it.
Which in my opinion belong in the autmn & spring seasons.
In autumn because we can take home the harvest & spring because we can replant the crops
if you catch my drift ;)
Anyway this fragrance has such a rich, flaverous scent and just rieks of romance & intamacy
that I couldn't resist buying it.
I had the luck to get a bargain back than because I also got
a free aftershave lotion to go with it.
I've tried fragrances in the past which were fine but this one is certainly one i'll buy
again when i'm out of it.
Just like 1 million by paco rabanne.
