Hey everyone!
JAYSTEPHER with a tutorial
on a Basic Blue Car
that is easy to construct
and is scaled for minifigures.
What are we waiting for?
Let's get started!
First, let's start with a 4 by 12 vehicle chassis.
Flip it over.
Place two 1 by 4 plates
on the left and right-hand side.
Flip the assembly over.
Place two 1 by 1 plates on one side
and two more 1 by 1 plates on the other side
to fill in the two areas.
Next set down two more 1 by 1 plates
on the previous 1 by 1 plates.
The same for the other side.
Now take two 2 by 4 plates or wheel wells.
Place them right next to the 1 by 1 and 1 by 4 assembly.
Let's construct the front bumper and grill
starting with a 1 by 2 by 1 by 4 angle plate
and a 1 by 4 plate.
Place a 1 by 2 radiator gill
right in the middle
followed by two transparent clear
1 by 1 round flat tiles for headlights.
Place this assembly in the 1 by 2 void.
Let's make the rear bumper
starting with a 1 by 2 by 1 by 4 angle plate
and a 1 by 2 flat tile.
Place the flat tile in the middle
followed by two transparent red
1 by 1 round flat tiles for brake lights.
Place it in this opening.
Let's set down a 1 by 4 plate
right above the wheel wells.
Take four 1 by 4 bricks with bow.
Place them right above the wheel wells
and the front bumper and grill.
This will give us a nice contour for the hood.
Now let's take two 1 by 2 by 2 corner plates.
Place them right above the rear bumper.
Take a 1 by 4 plate.
Set it on top of the wheel well
and a 1 by 4 flat tile.
Take a 2 by 4 by 2/3 plate with bow.
Place it right above the bumper.
This is going to be our fake trunk.
Now take three 1 by 2 bricks.
Place one brick in the center in the back,
one on the left,
and one on the right.
Let's place a 1 by 4 brick
by the front hood.
Now let's install the steering wheel.
Take two 1 by 2 plates
and a 1 by 2 steering console.
Place the steering console on top of the plates,
and set the assembly down.
Now take a seat.
Place it right in front of the steering wheel.
Let's take a 1 by 3 left
and a 1 by 3 right door.
Place them right next to the steering console.
Let's lock everything together
with four 1 by 2 by 2 corner plates.
Wrap these two around the steering console
and to lock the hing of the doors,
and these two by the trunk.
Next, take two 2 by 4 by 2 slopes that are transparent.
Place one for the front windshield
and one for the back window.
Now take a 4 by 4 by 2/3 plate or hood.
Flip it over.
Let's place a 1 by 2 plate inside this area.
Let's set the top of the cab
on top of the simple blue car.
Lat's take a rim
and a tire that fits on a the rim.
Put the tire on the rim.
Let's make four of these in total.
Sometimes these tires get a bit stubborn.
Take a 2 by 2 modified plate with snap or bearing.
Place the tires on the plates.
Flip the blue car over.
Set the ties right underneath the wheel wells.
There we have our simple blue car.
It does work with minifigures.
So here we have Jay The Surfer.
Let's place him inside the car.
It's a bit of a tight squeeze.
It is a compact car.
He has just enough head room.
It does glide smooth on a flat surface.
This concludes the Basic Blue Car.

PAN SEARED SCALLOPS WTH SAFFRON CREAM SAUCE AND CHIVES - Duration: 2:54.
hey guys welcome to my channel cook with Nancy another episode if you haven't
subscribed to my channel already please do subscribe right now today we are
going to make very simple yet delicious recipe that is pan-seared scallops with
saffron cream this is so easy to make in a skillet I'm heating 1 tbsp butter just
heat it on medium heat once that is melted I'm adding 4 cloves
of garlic finely minced I'm using 2 tablespoon of finely chopped shallot
saute them until it's translucent and soft and aroma from garlic disappears
now I'm going to go ahead and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice 2 tbsp of chives I'm
gonna save some chives for garnish and just mix them for a minute now I'm gonna
add 3/4 cup of heavy cream mix them well and turn your heat low now simmer it
until the cream thickens up once the cream thickens up we will go ahead and
add salt as needed and a pinch of saffron now mix them well and turn off
your heat and set it aside the cream is nice and thick it will continue to
thicken little more now I have cleaned my scallops now I pat dry them make sure
you only season your scallop just before you pan sere them because scallop tends to-
ooze out the water if you add salt so make sure you just do before you sear
them as salt and pepper as needed generously both side now I'm going to
heat the pan on medium high heat with 2 tbsp of butter once the butter melts we
will go ahead and add the scallops scallops are very tender meat it cooks
really fast now I go ahead and add the scallops in the pan do not overcrowd
them just cook in two batches if you need it I'm using actually 6 to 7
scallops that's medium size so cook them in batches if it needs to be
I am searing them each each side 3 to 4 four minutes until it's nice and golden
brown we don't want to overcook them because this meat is very tender it
cooks very fast once you sear them and it's nice golden
brown plate them with the saffron cream that we made earlier if the saffron
cream gets thicker you can always reheat them now garnish with some chives and
