Aranggi Soemirdjan - Pendidikan Melalui Permainan | BukaTalks - Duration: 12:21.

I want to ask you to dream a while, first I want to ask you to dream about the pastů

Do you still remember when we were toddlers and start to learn how to stand up and to walků

Then the first we were taken by parents to a park with bare foot and the first time we touch the grassů

It felt ticklish, then when you learn how to walk and fallů

Then you were trying to hold on something which grass is what you only haveů

Then you plugged the grass and put it into your mouthů

And by the time you chew it, you realized that you didnĺt like vegetables.

(Giggles) and from that moment, we found (something) we learned.

I remember when I was a kid, I love to play with sand, when my parents built a new house, they are both here Mr. Hendro and Mrs. Tutiů

They are architects, so they build their own houseů

And there was pile of sand, as my parents are architects, so it was a never ending house building, there were always some renovationsů

The pile of sand became my playground.

Every day I came there, I explored and think of what am I going to play today.

And it became my world of imagination, and I was inspired by a movie called ôChipsö, anyone know ôChipsö?

Or Smokey and the Bear?

(giggles) the story was about car racing and it splashed the camera and ôwow it was so coolö

Back then, it was a fascinating visual effect, and then I was thinking on how to duplicate it.

So I used the pile of sand as the scene, then I took my car toys, then I was trying to shoot (giggles)

Then I made the car racing which splashed and was trying to duplicate the visual effect but I havenĺt got any camera so then I put the sand down to my right eyeů

And from that moment I found that an eye and sand are not destined together.

That day I found, that day I learned.

So now I want to take you to dream the future.

Imagine that the future is a blank page for children, and as we called children nowadays as digital nativesů

I think I am a digital dinosaur (giggles)ů

What digital natives see in the next 10 20 years?

From old era to this era, there are jobs that have been extinctů

When I was in high school, there was an extracurricular called typing group, I wonder if it still exists nowadays (giggles)ů

There is no more typing job, and there are also people work at the highway gate that have been replaced by machineů

And (I wonder) what next?

There was a research in December from McKenzie Global Institute; they found that in 2030 that there are 800 million of jobs will be replaced by automatics (system) and artificial intelligence.

It is around 60% of work field.

It means that the existing workers need to find new jobs.

Doesnĺt mean that we will be fired by a robot, but we need to change.

And the problem is things that we learned from university majors, is it for jobs in 2030 or todays job?

Itĺs todayĺs job.

And then there is Professor (mention name), a futurology, who stated that in 2030, collective artificial intelligence is the same as human intelligence.

So, we have to be prepared to work with robots or prepare ourselves to be stronger than robots.

In 2050 there will be a technology where there is singularityů

Where there is point of no return, where we maybe have imbedded technology into our brainů

Where we no longer use robots at work, but we interact and collaborate with them insteadů

Which I cannot imagine until now, even when it was in a documentary sci-->fi movieů

In order to prepare our children, live in that era, here is the questionů

Have we done it well?

How do we prepare digital natives to live in the world of such digital technology?

What should we do? Is our education (system) now, preparing them for that?

That is the big question.

With all the changes that will happen, no one knows what is going to happenů

So, itĺs all a gamble, if I may say.

If I say that it will happen like this, means that I am an arrogant, am I from the future?

While my face looks like from the past (joke)ů

Is it a possibility that what we should provide to them is freedom to explore their world?

I searched online; I learned a lot from TED, who does watch TED on youtube which is very insightful.

Just like Sir Ken Robinson who taught about education revolutionů

Which consists of 4C that is needed for education in 21st century, and there areů

First is critical thinking, how we able to take information, digest it and make decisions from it. the thing is now itĺs not about searching for information, it is about how massive the information is and we donĺt know which one is truth and hoax.

There are news about A, B, C, D, E and how we summarize it, isnĺt that right?

That is the knowledge that we have to be smarter at

Next is collaboration, so it is not about how I am more knowledgeable than others, but it is about local wisdom collaboration.

So donĺt come up with colonialism point of view.

Then about Communication, it is not only about public speaking, but also communication with for example, WhatsApp termsů

This often occurs miscommunication which is written language and we are still learning how communicate well in written.

And the purpose of it is if it communicated well, then it will lead to a new creativity and innovation, and also lead to a new civilizationů

Or maybe, are you also familiar with Mr. Sugatra Mitra, who initiated the concept of Self Organized Learning Environment.

Some people here are nodding, which means you are familiar (with him)

And that is very interesting where the children can learn extraordinarily when they are in chaotic controlled situationů

Control chaos where the children can learn how to find (things) spontaneously.

So, it is not based on a curriculum, they are stimulated with a big question instead which the teacher itself cannot answer.

How do they find their learning process? They find it themselves. What an amazing story.

Or maybe you have heard of Professor (Name) from MITů

A genetic specialist who taught about 4 freedoms of play saying thatů

Playing is learning. Not playing while learning, and it also done by entrepreneurs, innovators, regular workers, how we become a workaholiců

That is because we play at worků

And then from technology world, we also know about design thinking, anyone familiar with it?

For example, Inomator start up, and when you see the first step which starts with empathyů

It doesnĺt start with innovation and technology instead, but with the design thinking we learn about humans.

How all of these are combined and what is going to happen? In Clevio we find what is called Clevio learning method where we teach children how to do coding games in themes of mini start-->up.

It is to establish 21st centuryĺs strengths

They begin to learn with the end in their own mind, then we ask them promise that what they are doing is for a good cause.

Then we asked them to collaborate in a start-->up (simulation) as designers, programmers and managers to create a solution from the big questionů

Example of the big question could be like ôhow to make your friends addicted to Math?ö so it is not a horror (matter) anymoreů

Or how can we save your fatherĺs life from cigarettes?

From those questions, they do their own research, they are googling with all the answers provided there, but the thing is how they select the (information) and how to make decisionsů

And from there, we stimulate them to create a product that they can sell, exhibit, do presentation at shopping centre, get bargained by shoppers, bought by shoppersů

And we give stickers to every shoppers that they can stick it to their favourite laptopů

Laptop with the most stickers on it is the winner.

They are pushed to collaborate, to sell, to be ignoredů

In this chaotic situation, we hope that they learn how to live, how to be a (real) human beingů

And we stimulate our class to diversification where there are some special needs students, and this is one of our students with ADD (attention division disorder)ů

And he motivates and inspires his friends.

And eventually they created game called Brain Zen to help children with ADD to learn how to focusů

Or this is also one of the children with autism who inspires his fellow team to create a game to teach math for children with autism.

So, when other people see it as weakness, (our students) can see it as strengths because they have more empathy with their target market.

Future is a blank page, so we can give our children an opportunity to write their civilization in a later eraů

Give them freedom to learn, to select what to write in their later civilizationů

And we hope that by us giving them freedom to learn, they can learn freely, free to learn. Thank you.

Pendientes monstera (arcilla polimérica) - Duration: 5:04.

Hi, I'm Laura from Supercrafty, and in

today's video we are going to make these earrings that are very simple but

they look great for summer and they have the shape of this leaf of a plant that

is called monstera. To make the earrings we need a sheet of polymer clay

in any color, you can use scrap clay and I

made it in the 3rd thickness of my Atlas pasta machine. It has to be a medium thickness

We put a template of the monstera leaf.

I downloaded it from the internet, I searched the image in Google,

I printed it, cut it out and lined it with transparent adhesive paper on both

sides, so that the template remains resistant

We place the template on top of the clay and with a sharp knife

we follow the outline around without forgetting the openings that it has inside

take off the excess clay

and remove the template

Be careful not to deform the leaf

and now we finish removing all the excess

and smoothing the surface

We do this with the help of the cutter

we can also use a modelling tool or a rubber brush like I'm

doing to remove all the imperfections

now with a micro cutter we make a hole to be able to place a ring

and we're going to apply pearl-ex mica powders in old golden color

apply them with your finger

turn it around and apply also on the back

without forgetting the sides and also the openings

for the most complicated areas we can help us with a brush to apply the

mica powders

make two symmetrical earrings and bake them according to the manufacturer's

instructions of the clay brand that we are using. Once the

baked and cold we are going to mount them. We will use this embellished ball

that we introduce through a jewelery pin that has a

ring on the tip, cut the other end approximately one centimeter, bend it

to the side and make a small ring

introduce a large ring by the hole that we made in our

leaf and put the embellished ball through that

ring, another small ring

and the finding of the earring. Repeat on the other side

and that's how our earrings are finished

I hope you liked this tutorial and that you make your own

earrings for this summer. Here you have the link to other

two videos from my channel that can be interesting for you. Visit the blog www.supercrafty.es

It might seem funny but my job permits this

Let me just say I'm in the funny business

Dooby doo yeah

Yeah, I'm sending out the Sillies

Dooby dee yeah

and I'm fixin' the frowns

Dooby doo yeah

I won't let anyone down

It's not easy... but someones gotta be the clown

The sky is sunny

Sniff my flower

Got my jokes, my supplies

But with a top hat and bow tie

It's hilarious, yet formal

Give a guy a rubber nose teach an elephant to juggle

Ok, I admit that last bit's gonna be a bit of a struggle

Dooby doo yeah

But I'm sending out the Sillies

Should Airbnb Guests Clean Up After Themselves? - Duration: 5:35.

Should Airbnb clients clean up after themselves?

That is a great question and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is, Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question, and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

If you own an Airbnb, you need to know about HouseCleaning360.com because, near you,

you can find house cleaners that will come in and, on a regular basis, they will help you

clean and turn your Airbnb for the next guest.

So, HouseCleaning360.com

Now, onto today's show, which is from a super host who has Airbnb's, a couple of them I understand.

And wants to know, is the customer or the guest, supposed to clean up after themselves

or should that all be left to the house cleaner?

Alright, that is a great question and the answer is this.

There are people who come and they stay at your house and they are guests.

They are paying for a service.

And so typically, you pay for house cleaning service.

And so, you are paying for a cleaner to come.

They are not paying you to come stay and paying you to clean, right?

They don't pay to come clean your place.

Now, it's great if they clean up after themselves, but they are a guest.

And just like you would go to a hotel, because that's their other option.

They could go to a hotel.

When you go to a hotel, you don't go in and bring your own cleaning supplies and start

wiping down the counters and all that stuff.

Now, if you're a house cleaner, you do that because nothing meets your standard of excellence.

In my Facebook group we have ... This is a sidebar.

We have groups of people that will go to a hotel or an Airbnb and they're like.

"Ah, you're not going to believe what I saw when I went to stay at this place."

And they will clean up before they stay.

Okay, that is the exception to the rule.

Unless you're a house cleaner, you're not going to go stay at a place and clean it up,

okay?

That's crazy.

People come as a guest.

They want to come because they're on vacation, they want to enjoy their stay.

They don't want to be washing dishes and cleaning up the bathroom and all that stuff, after themselves.

Now, a lot of people are tidy by nature and so, if they come into a really clean space.

When they're done, they are going to rinse out their dishes, or they're going to put

them in the dishwasher.

Or they may make their bed in the morning or when they leave, they may take all the

linens off and leave them in one spot so that they will be easy to wash.

So, there are people that do that.

And when you find those people, you know, yea.

It's a blessing.

But for the most part, people are not going to come in and they're not going to vacuum

the floors and clean up after themselves.

Now, there may be something in your by-laws when you have a renter come in or you have

a guest come in, that says that they won't trash the place.

Because if they're coming in and they're going to have a party and it's going to be like,

a family reunion and when they leave, there's going to be potato chips all over and there's

going to be all kinds of crap and junk and soda bottles and pizza boxes.

They may need to clean up that stuff and take the garbage away with them.

And so, there are ways that you can encourage that.

You can say.

"Hey, garbage pickup comes on Tuesday.

And there are bins right outside the door to the left if you would like to leave your trash there."

Now, you did not demand it and you did not ask it but you said.

"If you would like to leave their trash."

Because there are people that will say.

"Oh, now that I know where the bin is, I'll just take the trash on my way out."

And they're more than happy to do that because they know what the rules are.

Now, if you have a house cleaning service that you pay for.

What you may want to do is strike a deal with them and say.

"Hey, we need you at a certain time every day so that the house cleaner can come in

and turn the property so that it's ready for the next guest."

Because one of the joys and the beauties of staying at an Airbnb is that you come into

a nice, clean space that you want to turn around and you want to go to Trip Advisor

and you want to go to Yelp and you want to leave positive ratings and reviews.

So that more people will come stay at this lovely place that you've just enjoyed.

So, if your place is clean and it's tidy.

And there's this air of just, joy and harmony and niceness.

People are going to leave a great rating and review.

And they don't want to trash a place like that.

Who wants to go into a beautiful place and just trash it and then, leave it ugly?

That's not what they're paying for.

They're paying for the joy and the experience.

So, if you bring them into that experience, it's oftentimes they will leave that experience

just like they found it.

And as our motto is on the show.

"Leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it."

I learned this from my dad.

He was a philosopher by nature and partly, minister.

But he gave lots of sermons and one of the things he always encouraged is, leave every

place better than when you found it.

Leave it better.

And so, there are people that use that in their daily lives.

When they come to your Airbnb, they will leave it as clean or better than when they found it.

So, I wouldn't encourage ... I wouldn't suggest and I wouldn't demand that your guests clean

up after themselves.

But if you have the rules and regulations, and you let them know where the garbage's are.

You let them know where the laundry is, you let them know where the dish soap is.

It's possible that they will tidy up after themselves.

Anyway, that's my two cents for today.

And until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Zypern auswandern und weniger Steuern - Duration: 6:01.

How can you emigrate to Cyprus and pay less taxes?

Today's video is very interesting for entrepreneurs and self-employed people and those who want to become.

I'm Thorsten Wittmann, welcome to today's episode of fascination freedom.

Our topic today is cyprus. That is very, very interesting for people who are or want to become entrepreneurs or self-employed,

because when it comes to taxes very interesting things can be done.

Not very well-known, but meanwhile it's ranked as the no. 1 tax heaven in Europe.

Today we find out why. But first there's an announcement to make: On september first

we will have our first Community-Networking-Day.

We are going to charter a yacht, meet great people from our community

and have lots of fun. And of course we will enjoy the sun.

Cyprus has 300 days of sunshine per year. It's a very interesting location. I'm looking forward to it

and I'd be happy to see you there as well. Let's get back to the topic.

Why is Cyprus so interesting when it comes to taxes? Speaking of Cyprus, wasn't there something?

There was. Cyprus had banking problems. Assets above 100.000 Euro were expropriated.

Why is it interesting regardless? The government established an interesting framework condition

which is plannable for entrepreneurs. And that's what the government was aiming for.

Attract entrepreneurs, especially the wealthy ones. But it's interesting for everyone,

like for permanent traveler, perpetual travelers, and those who want to stay in the EU

but don't want to fly back to the German speaking area for too long.

They established this very interesting framework condition, in which the circumstances from the past

don't play a role, as you don't need to have a bank account in Cyprus.

You can have one, but you don't have to. You can make use of international solutions

what makes sense in general as there are very interesting international locations.

So what does it look like? When you settle down in Cyprus,

you will register and you have to spend at least two months within the country.

It's not a punishment at all, since there is really nice weather with

Mediterranean flair every day. Spending two months in Cyprus is more like holiday

And you don't need to necessarily spend those two months there.

If you leave from the northern part of the country, which belongs to Turkey,

nobody can reconstruct the time spent in Cyprus. You only need an apartment

which you can write off against the tax. And a Cyprian company.

Like I said, you don't need to choose a Cyprian bank, an international one works as well.

If you're concerned about the issue regarding banks, I can reassure you there is none.

You can easily make use of the conditions, that are completely legal within the EU.

So, now you own a company in Cyprus. How does it work regarding taxes?

The corporation tax rate is 12.5%, which is relatively low.

It's not zero or little above zero percent.

There is the Foreign Transaction Tax Act and what you can do is found a company

to which you transfer your profits legally.

Big companies do exactly the same. They know how to exploit such loopholes.

They make use of such locations. And you can do it, too, if you want to and if

you're familiar with the framework condition.

Now the tax load is reduced down to 4%.

You are subject to income tax with a tax allowance of around 19.000 Euro.

Above that you need to pay taxes. But then again there is a but.

Interest and dividends are tax-free,

so no taxes need to be paid. And you don't need to pay yourself a salary

or you just pay yourself right under the tax allowance.

But like I mentioned, you don't have to and you can live a nearly tax-free life.

Of course you need to clarify things with your tax consultant.

But an interesting possibility is given for entrepreneurs who can't

change their place of residence because of the exit taxation, to get out

of Germany or Austria. That's an interesting possibility, since it's still within the EU.

So, Cyprus is very interesting if you want to own a company inside the EU.

You can see that live at our first community-networking-day.

We currently have a special promotion for those with limited budget.

Normally a yacht is very expensive. It's a very great chance to meet people

from our company. It's going to be a great bunch of people.

I'll be with you the entire days. I'm looking forward to our conversations.

Get a feeling for Cyprus. It's a beautiful country,

a very beautiful island. We will spend our time close to the ocean. We will snorkel,

enjoy cool drinks and have fun. I'm happy to see you there as well!

Check out our special promotion for a tighter budget so everyone can participate.

I am looking forward to seeing and meeting you there.
