Mix 2 components of Epoxy resin 0C100 (24 ml of component A+14 ml of component B) in jar.
Stir up it 3-4 minutes.
Pour out the Epoxy resin onto the bottom of the shapes.
Apply Epoxy resin onto the borders of the shapes.
Glue rhinestone PER6096 onto the joint of the strip.
Apply a stencil adhesive CAD9721 onto the stencil K151 and fix it onto the surface.
Apply 3D Glue-paste for foiling 20733.
Remove the stencil.
The Relief Glue and paste will become transparent in 30-60 minutes.
Put the Decor foils 20736 or 20748 onto the surface and press it delicate.
Glue two shapes together.
Apply acrylic varnish KADL1 or 3219 onto the decor relief.

3. IT'S HER DUTY.. As much as Kate Middleton wants us to believe that she's a hand on mom, royal fans are more realistic than that
They know that she has a team of nannies, household help, butlers, chefs and personal assistants that help her get through her day
While a lot of people tend to ask the same question – as in, "What is Kate Middleton's job?" – we have the answer for you.
It's her duty to have royal children. And now that Meghan Markle is a member of the British royal family, it's also her duty to produce royal children with Prince Harry as well.
This might not align with modern times and thinking, but it's also part of the job, believe it or not

2. SHE'LL MAKE HER OWN RULES.. Meghan Markle has only been a member of the British royal family for a few short weeks now, but she's already proven that she's a royal rule breaker
Of course, this might complicate her role later on in life, but for now she's doing things her way, regardless of what anyone has to say about it.
Plus, Meghan knows that she's not like the other and that her future children will certainly not be like the rest of the British monarchy
Not only was she raised in a different county, but she comes from a different world, too
Keeping this in mind, Meghan knows that all of the royal rules won't always apply to her and her children.
Not only will they look different from everyone else, but they will act different, too.
Also, Meghan is American. She doesn't conform and she certainly doesn't settle and this will definitely reflect in the way she will parent her future royal children with Prince Harry.
Speaking about her background, Meghan once told Elle Magazine, "While my mixed heritage may have created a grey area surrounding my self-identification, keeping me with a foot on both sides of the fence, I have come to embrace that".

Technically, she was a single child. All of her half-siblings were much older than her and they came from different families

As 2019 approaches, the PCRecruiter team remains hard at work on new features and improvements,
including the update we're excited to release this week.
As always, the new update includes a number of minor fixes and improvements, including
several follow-up tweaks to the revised Activity entry screen that we released in October 2018.
The primary changes in this release are in the area of user Security and Preferences.
Our development team has reviewed these panels of the User setup screen under the System
area, removing outdated items, and moving some items from one section to another.
Non-administrative users will now find a "User Preferences" option in the menu at the top
right corner of PCRecruiter.
This new area gives the individual user control over a few of the personal preferences that
previously required a system admin's involvement to change.
For example, the 'Hold Sub-Navigation' option, which causes PCR to remember which
panel of the Position, Name, or Company record you're viewing, and to continue to show
that same panel as you navigate to other Positions, Names, or Companies.
This can be helpful for tasks like clicking through multiple names and viewing the resumes
without needing to click on the 'Resume' navigation item each time.
A brand-new set of preferences have been added to this screen.
This column allows the user to choose to open the Add Record, Add Activity, Add Note, Send
Email, and Submit Profile links in a new browser tab rather than a popup window.
Using a new tab can offer more screen space to work in and affords the option to move
that panel into a second monitor.
We've also released a new Extension for Chrome: the PCRecruiter Google Voice Plugin.
Available for free in the Chrome Store, this plugin adds "Dial Using Google Voice"
and "Text Using Google Voice" buttons into the Phone Dialing popup on your PCRecruiter
records.
Clicking either button allows you to launch a call or compose a text message, and then
have it handed off to your Chrome Google Voice extension.
Unlike using Google Voice alone, using the PCRecruiter Google Voice Plugin creates Activity
records indicating when you called or what text message was sent.

need to make it a giant obvious link in your navigation there's nothing special
you need to do to create this page just create it like any other HTML page the
second type of site map you should be familiar with is commonly called a
Google sitemap even though it's used by Google Yahoo and MSN it looks kind of
like this it's not really human friendly unless you like reading XML but it
contains a lot more information for the search engines than the traditional
sitemap such as change frequency this tells the search engines how frequently
the page is likely to change for instance your privacy policy probably
won't change very regularly so you might set it to yearly your blog on the other
hand might change every day so you could set it to daily as with most information
on the sitemap what you say here is simply taken as a hint by the search
engines even though you say that your page changes Ali you might not find the
spiders crawling your site every hour similarly you might find them wandering
through your yearly page more regularly than you suggested priority which is the
more important page on your site your homepage or your contact us form
site maps allow you to give a weight or priority to your pages relative to each
other the value ranges from 0.04 you're at least important page up to 1 for your
most important page with the default value being 0.5 because you're talking
about pages that are relative to each other you can't go in and say that all
your pages are the most important pages this makes them all look the same to the
search engines and completely defeats the purpose the idea is that you should
give a higher priority to pages like your index page your reviews pages and
other pages that you really want to see in the search engines you should give
lower priority to pages that don't really need to be in the search engines
this information might help the search engines choose between different pages
on the same site it won't affect your search engine rankings but at least you
won't find your contact us page starring in the search engine listings while your
articles are left on the curb the last modified this tells the search engines
when your page was last changed the idea being that if they see from this that
your page hasn't changed they might not bother to spider it again
thus saving a bit of time and energy in reality the search engines have other
ways of determining whether a page has been updated so it's not really
necessary to include this one particularly if you're updating your
sitemap by hand this could get very tedious and creating a Google XML
sitemap it is possible to write your sitemap by hand the language is quite
simple but it's a long and arduous process if you have a lot of pages a
better idea is to use an XML sitemap generation tool if you're using
WordPress Drupal PHP BB or many other content management systems there are
plugins and modules that you can incorporate into your CMS to
automatically generate and maintain your sitemap there is also a plugin for
Dreamweaver which you can run to generate your sitemap
the next thing you need to do is upload the sitemap to your web server just like
you upload any other file and tell the search engines where they can find it
how to inform the search engines manually ok Google if you sign up for
Google's webmaster tools at Google com ford slash webmasters ford slash tools

crawlers and other robots which pages you don't want them to access or index
if they're polite crawlers and most of the search engine ones are they'll
respect the wishes of the robots.txt file it's also a good place to tell them
about where to find your sitemap the main search engines are guaranteed to
see it if you put it in there to add your sitemap just add this one line of
code to your robots.txt file you can paste it anywhere inside the
file it actually doesn't matter of course replace the example address with
the address of your actual site map make sure it's a full URL including the HTTP
and your domain name just like in the example above you can add more than one
sitemap if you need to for instance you might have a sitemap automatically
generated by your blog platform and another one for your regular website
just duplicate that line of code and change the URL to your other sitemap add
as many as you like an important thing to remember don't try to use your
sitemap to hide information on your website you might be tempted to exclude
certain pages from your site map so that the search engines don't find them it
really doesn't work that way they might find them anyway if you don't want
certain pages on your website to be indexed by the search engines you need
to use your robots.txt file to tell them that in time for today's lesson summary

to create them we also looked at the contents of an XML sitemap and the
different ways you can submit your sitemap to the search engines I hope

Prostate cancer - Duration: 2:56.
Before the discovery that HPV causes cervical cancer,
epidemiologists were busy measuring the rate of this cancer in nuns.
Nuns had a much lower risk than other women,
suggesting a sexually transmitted infection, or STI, causes cervical cancer.
It took until the '80s to sort this out because
causative HPV strains are generally asymptomatic.
Similar studies measured the risk of prostate cancer in priests vs. all men,
but reported inconsistent results.
Subsequent prostate cancer studies used more reliable markers of sexual activity.
Many of these studies linked prostate cancer risk in the general population to sexual behavior.
In 2001, Strickler and Goedert compared risk factors of cervical and prostate cancer.
They thought HPV might be causing both.
However, they concluded that only cervical cancer could be explained by HPV.
So what about prostate cancer?
They suspected another unknown STI,
and asked for a "formal, concerted search" to identify it.
In 1999, Garst proposed that a chronic fungal infection could explain why prostate inflammation
and prostate pain are so prevalent in men.
Garst began investigating this because he could repeatedly
reduce prostate pain using antifungal drugs.
However, the prevailing consensus is that fungal infections of the prostate are extremely rare.
Garst suspected the causative fungus could not be detected using routine culture,
which is why urologists failed to find it.
By 2012, no one had followed-up on Garst's work,
and those who had followed-up on Strickler and Goedert's overlooked fungi,
so why not give it a shot?
Swedish researchers had just discovered that semen contains
an extremely fungicidal protein called PSP94.
The amount of PSP94 produced by the prostate varies between men.
Those who produce little PSP94 have a much higher risk of prostate cancer.
So Strickler, Goedert and Garst were onto something:
there is an elusive infection that causes prostate disease!
It took two years to get this finding published, and four more to figure out which fungus is
commonly present in the prostate.
It's Malassezia, a ubiquitous fungus that doesn't grow in culture--as Garst predicted.
Though Malassezia are best known for causing dandruff, many lines of evidence indicate
they are sexually acquired to the prostate--as predicted by Strickler and Goedert.
We now need to figure out how to clear Malassezia from our prostates.
Preliminary studies suggest off-label use of antifungal drugs can trigger prostate cancer
remission in some men, and reduce prostate pain in others.
We need to better understand how these drugs work.
In doing so, we might greatly improve their efficacy, and even cure prostate diseases
outright.
