But Trump's having trouble

finding anyone who wants to do the job.

Today, he was like, "Okay, that's it.

Get me an illegal immigrant."

Actually I read that Trump is now considering

former New Jersey governor Chris Christie for the job.

Not a bad idea.

The White House would get a chief of staff

and a Santa for the office holiday party.

The White House made a job application

for the chief of staff position.

And I think you can tell Trump

wrote some of the questions himself.

For example, first it asked,

"Where do you see yourself in five indictments?"

and nothing but the truth

in the book you write after you're fired?"

And finally, "Do you have a good lawyer?

Asking for a friend."

I hope they find one soon.

to find someone because they just turned the job hunt

into a new game show.

She would have gone inside to use the bathroom,

Well good morning. It's Dr. James. I hope you off to a beautiful start to the

morning. Oh wow yes it is seven degrees in the epic living laboratory

aka the tree house this morning. It is wicked cold and I'm debating whether or

not I should put a heater in here but I like the raw nature of what we do.

There's no script here so why should I be that comfortable with the heat when

what we do is really it generates all the warmth that I need I mean that

sincerely this morning I want to love on you and I want you to receive this

message in a way that it reflects what I know that you're doing every single day

but sometimes when you get a study that I'm gonna share with you this morning

you're gonna go oh my gosh this is like the coolest thing in the world this is

like my biography this is this is the movie of my life I know it is to just

take the cinema this is all about altruism in a study that was done 2,700

people in relationship to how it is that they live altruistic alee doesn't mean

that you are perfect every single day you're not eleven having to be like

Mother Teresa every single day but these are little moments in your day where you

have a selfless concern for the well-being of other human beings and how

does that show up it can be simply being present it can be looking for ways to

help others in a simple beautiful profound way a little dried bile of

bombs that you're dropping on people and in relationship to what I'm gonna share

with you you're gonna go oh my gosh this is how my life is or I'm gonna strive to

make my life even more this way twenty-seven hundred people were watched

for ten years that's a really cool study twenty seven hundred people over the

course of ten years and here's what you're looking for they're looking for

their level of volunteerism their level of altruism and how it affected the way

that their life was working number one they found an absolute direct

relationship to decreasing morbidity or just if you extend in one's life and on

top of that they saw a lowering of stress hormones they saw an increase in

something called T helper to cells which are part of the immune system it

actually helps to support fighting bacteria fighting viruses fighting

against cans so that's amazing there's an increase in

joy peace and well-being they saw an overall decrease in inflammation and

they saw an increase in the happiness hormones so let's just think about what

we can do today let's just think about who in our life that we're gonna go and

pollinate on with this level of drive by altruism and its relationships which is

setting the intention like hey you know what I love the side effect of possibly

living longer I love this side effect of having more joy in my life

I love the wonderful side effect of seeing my immune system get boosted and

my overall physiology being stronger just because I want to live altruistic

alee I want to be a beneficial presence on the planet I'm doing it with no ego

this is me being a selfless service person someone who's demonstrating a

level of love and light that is uncommon ly good and you go public with it in a

way that is just beautiful let your life be that beautiful you deserve to

experience that level of beauty that level of life and with all these

wonderful side effects why not today choose to be the one that you've been

waiting for the one that sometimes we look out in the world and say where is

that person who's gonna show up and be that that light that loving that gentle

that kind that compassionate well you know what it's you and we've got a

beautiful job to do so let's go out there and shine our love light much love
