know what they have downrange and then work around certain obstacles?

They're shooting. They're moving. So there's a very dynamic course here.

Dark and dull skin can be caused by overexposure to the sun, environmental pollution, a medical

condition, dry skin, stress, poor lifestyle choices, and prolonged use of chemical based

cosmetic products.

Many people work hard to achieve fair and flawless skin.

The market is flooded with skin-lightening creams and lotions.

But such products have harmful chemicals that can ultimately damage your skin.

Oftentimes the products are expensive, too.

Here are the top 5 ways to lighten skin naturally.

No 1: Yogurt

Slather some plain yogurt on the skin and gently massage for few minutes.Gently rub

yogurt onto your skin.Leave it on for a 3 to 5 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm

water.for extra result Mix one tablespoon of fresh yogurt with one half tablespoon of

honey.

Apply the mixture on your neck and face.

Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with water.

Do this at least twice daily for two weeks.If you do not have an aloe vera plant, you can

buy aloe vera gel in the market.

NO 4:Baking Soda

Baking soda deeply cleanses the skin pores removing dirt, dust or oil clogging it.Its

skin lightening properties whiten the dark spots.

Mix enough amounts of baking soda and water to make liquid consistency paste.

Apply it on the skin and massage for a minute.Leave it on to dry complete.Rinse off with luke

water.Repeat the process once in a day.

NO 5: Salt

The grainy texture of the salt exfoliates dead skin cells.

You can use either Epsom salt, sea salt, kosher salt or plain salt for scrubbing purpose.

Add 4 tablespoon of salt,juice of 1 lemon.Mix the ingredients well and pour in as airtight

container.take some amount of the mixture and gently rub on the skin.

After scrubbing for few minutes ,rinse off with water.Repeat the process twice in a week.
