Here are 21 tweaks you need to change in Google Chrome to add new functionality,

speed up your browsing, and improve your overall experience. First we'll start in

the normal Chrome settings page. By default, Chrome will enable itself to run

in the background, but when you close Chrome, you should expect that it will

close, instead of having some processes run in the background. Disable this to

prevent Chrome from running in the background. Next, let's take a look at the

privacy and security settings. All of these are a matter of personal

preference. If you want to send more data to Google, you can help them identify

malicious websites more easily. However, on the other hand, you are sending data

to Google, which is inherently a privacy risk. For the next few items, we'll be in

the Chrome flags page, which can be found by going to the address shown on your

screen now. Here you can access even more settings that have the potential of

improving your experience. I say "potential" because all of these are

experimental and can have bugs, which is why they are not enabled by default.

However if any of them mess up your browser, all you have to do is turn them

off. Let's begin with Omnibox UI Show Suggestion Favicons. When you enable

this, rather than just having a generic page icon in your omnibox, when you are

searching for something, it will display the websites favicon, making it much

easier to identify the website. Next is include title for the current URL in the

omnibox and omnibox UI vertical layout. When enabling these flags, it will show

the website title not just the URL when you are searching for something in the

omnibox. Next is no state prefetch. This can help improve your browsing speed as

Chrome can intelligently figure out what websites you may go to next. However, be

warned that this can cause more data usage than normal.

Next is scroll prediction. This predicts your scrolling behavior and loads those

elements on the web page first. This can help speed up your overall web browsing

experience. Next is HDR mode. This is only

applicable if have a HDR display, but if you do, you should probably turn this on.

Next we have some UI changes. If you like material design, this set is perfect for

you. By typing in material design, you will uncover a whole wealth of settings

that make your Chrome look more compliant with material design,

which can theme things like the Chrome extensions page.

I love material design so I keep it on. Next is picture-in-picture. Do you know the

picture-in-picture on Android or iOS? Well, this is similar to those. By double

right-clicking on a YouTube video, you can enable picture-in-picture mode.

However, I found this a little buggy and inconsistent, but it is a cool feature

nevertheless. Next is fast tab close. This can speed up the time whenever you are

closing many Chrome tabs. Normally, when you want to close a tab, Chrome closes

down all the processes, before the tab actually disappears in the user

interface. What this does is that it gets rid of the tab immediately, and then

closes it in the background, giving the impression of making it faster. Next is

experimental QUIC protocol. This is faster and more secure than existing

protocols, like TCP and UDP. This is a new protocol that hasn't been implemented on

many websites yet, but is much faster. Next is smooth scrolling. This is very

subjective. I personally like smooth scrolling, but many people don't like it

and find that it gives the impression of being slow. Keep this on turn this off

if you don't like it. Next is tab discarding. With this enabled, Chrome will

intelligently remove tabs from RAM when there isn't much RAM left, so when you go

back to the tab, it will reload it. This can be good or bad depending on how you

think about it. It can be good to save your computer's RAM, but can be bad, as

if you are filling out a form or something, Chrome will cause it to

refresh, which could cause you to lose your progress. Next is tab audio muting

UI control. By default, Chrome will tell you which tabs have audio, however, with

this enabled you can click on the sound icon to instantly mute the tab, saving

you time. Next is scroll anchoring. Does it ever happen where you are on a

website, and it suddenly moves down because new elements are loading?

What this does is it intelligently keeps your place on the website, regardless of

the content that keeps loading above. This is incredibly helpful on desktop as

well as mobile devices. Next is show save copy button. What this does is, whenever a

website is down or can't load, it will offer you to view the cached version

that Google has stored, which can be incredibly helpful if you are trying to

find some kind of specific information on that page.

Next, we have parallel downloading. This helps speed up your downloading by

downloading files bit by bit in a parallel fashion, which can speed up your

downloads. Speaking of speeding chrome up, enabling experimental canvas features

can speed up your web page loading experience by letting Chrome use opaque

canvases, where it makes assumptions about transparent content and images and

does not load content that will not be shown. Another way of speeding chrome up

is by increasing the number of raster threads.

I recommend increasing it to 4. Raster threads are away computers read images

from websites which use pixels to form images. This can speed up slow loading

pictures on websites. Finally enable Simple Cache for HTML, which optimizes

the way Chrome allocates disk space and can help pages load quickly. After this, I

recommend clearing your website data to get the full effect. And those are the 20

Chrome settings that can make your experience better. Thank you so much for

Jorginho drops hint over Liverpool style of play as speculation over future continues ● News ● #LFC - Duration: 2:15.

Napoli midfielder Jorginho has hinted he would like to play in a side who play football like

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool.

The Italian international has been linked with a move to Liverpool, with suggestions

the club have identified him as a possible summer target to bolster the midfield.

Although he did not name Liverpool by name, the Serie A star coyly admits the kind of

football implemented at Anfield would be something he would enjoy.

"I think that I could fit in the Premier League," he told reporters.

"It depends on who else is around me - I need players with the same characteristics that

I have.

"There are English teams with this style of play, ball on the ground, quick transitions,

high pressure.

"If one of those teams wanted me, I could fit and the other way round.

My football way is not an usual one."

The German coach has instilled those qualities into his Liverpool side since taking charge

in October 2015,

and his side is renowned for their rapid counter attacks and devotion to pressing, much like

Jorginho's current team.

So too, however, are City - and Guardiola has previously praised the 26-year-old, hailing

him as 'marvellous' after a Champions League game between the two earlier this year.

Jorginho was flattered by the comments, but insists his focus for now remains on overhauling

Juventus and delivering Napoli their first title since 1990.

"It's always nice to receive compliments, but it's spectacular when they come from a

manager with that importance and winning past," Jorginho added.

"He's a global icon.

All I can do is to be grateful.

This is a consequence not just of my work but of all my team-mates

in Napoli.

American Sister's Amazing Journey: "After I Finished Reading The Quran, I Wanted to Become Muslim" - Duration: 4:19.

It's Christmas Eve um... a couple months before I became Muslim.

And it was Christmas Eve.

I was in my studio downtown all by myself.

Because I was not talking to my family.

So I was alone for the holidays um...

So I was just sitting there and it was late at night and it was snowing.

And I was just kind of thinking myself like all right, I have two ways I can do this:

I can figure out something you know I got to do something or I'm probably not going

to be here very much longer and so I called my friend my Muslim friend.

And I told him I was like you know I'm just I'm really having I'm having a lot it like

problems right now with lots of problems.

And I asked him to get me a copy of the Quran.

But that night I drove out um to it was a borders I think yeah.

It was a borders bookstore and he might be there at the parking lot and he handed me Quran.

He had bought for me and so I took it home and I started reading it that night and wallahi

I read it for four days straight.

I did not I mean I took breaks to sleep but and I'm not the kind of person that likes

to read before this.

Like I hated reading like you could not give me to open a book for anything um and I read

for 4 days.

I called sick to work.

I didn't even go to work like I started reading and I could not stop reading it.

It was like feeding feeding me you know um...

That's what I guess I was I wanted to become Muslim.

Because I finally felt like there was hope and just what i like most about Islam is it

even if there's accountability like you are completely responsible for everything that

you do it.

So once i finished reading the Quran I got as many books as I could about Islam.

I just could not I wanted to know everything and I read and read and and I knew after i

finished the Quran that i wanted to become Muslim.

But I knew it wasn't going to be easy you know I mean the lifestyle that I had then

was like haram everything like it was it was terrible.

It's really difficult to describe but like once I read the Quran and I started you know

trying to make strides to you know prepare myself to actually become Muslim and change

my life.

Like I had this feeling like like nothing could touch me I had I just felt like incredible.

Like I had so much power within myself like I knew I could get through this.

I knew that I was going to you know be get myself out of this like this whole that I

had dug myself so far.

And you know I had to get my self healthy again you know physically I had to um you know.

I quit drinking, quit doing drugs, stopped you know going out like I just kind of became

a hermit you know.

I had to nurture myself I had to get myself back to where I needed to be I had to mend

my relationships you know with my family first you know um...

I had so much so many things I had to fix but I knew that I was going to do it and I

and I did it didn't think God kind of helps me to not go there like I never I don't think

about it unless somebody asks me about it.

But I've had some people sweet messages and they want me to you know ask me: How I became

Muslim.

So I feel like if this helps anybody like one girl in the same position that I was in

you know, if it helps anybody to come to Islam or you know to answer a question about it

the help anyone anyway, then then I would absolutely do it.

Because Islam saved my life without a doubt.

I honestly don't think that I would be here, if I hadn't read the Quran and become Muslim.

California Sheriff Sick Of Illegal Invasion, Does Something BIG About It – Pays VICIOUS Price. - Duration: 5:29.

California Sheriff Sick Of Illegal Invasion, Does Something BIG About It – Pays VICIOUS

Price.

As many of you can recall last night we at Daily Vine reported about how the Orange County

Sheriff's Department made public the release dates and names of jail inmates, including

those in the U.S. illegally.

This marked the latest local revolt against California's illegal sanctuary laws.

Undersheriff Don Barnes confirmed this is in response to the harm done to the community

of Orange County, because of Senate Bill 54 which became law of the land in California

on January first of this year.

California Senate Bill 54 is the bill which restricts local law enforcement's cooperation

with ICE agents and Border Patrol.

A law which both Barnes and Sheriff Sandra Hutchens of Orange County vocally fought against.

This name release, which is online for all the public to see, comes after multiple municipalities

in Orange County have voiced opposition to SB 54 which legitimized the state's sanctuary

movement.

Although most elected officials in California do support this bill, the city of Los Alamitos

last week voted to exempt its city from this asinine bill.

Although most of those released were arrested for domestic violence, theft, criminal threats

and multiple DUIs, during that same period of time 168 other inmates with more serious

convictions did meet the requirements and were turned over to immigration agents as

SB 54 allows.

But today things took a turn for the ridiculous, even for the state of California.

That's right folks, in response to the Sheriff of Orange County California protecting law-abiding

American Citizens and legal Residents the California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra

has now threatened to have the Sheriff arrested for complying with Federal Law and helping

ICE agents arrest illegals in Orange County.

When Becerra was asked if he would arrest Undersheriff Barnes he said it was his job

to enforce the laws of California.

And that he wants to make sure that every jurisdiction, including Orange County, understand

what state law requires of the people of the state of California.

Via The Gateway Pundit:

Attorney General Xavier Becerra: State law is state law.

And it is my job to enforce state law.

I will do so.

And we want to make sure that every jurisdiction including Orange County, understand what state

law requires of the people and the sub divisions of the state of California.

Reporter: Does that mean a lawsuit of the sheriff's department or the arrest of the

sheriff?

Xavier Becerra: I think I just answered that.'

More on this story from The Orange County Register:

'The Orange County Sheriff's Department, whose leadership opposes the new California

sanctuary law that limits cooperation with federal immigration officials, announced Monday

that it is now providing public information on when inmates are released from custody.

As of Monday, March 26, an existing "Who's in Jail" online database includes the date

and time of inmates' release – a move agency officials say will enhance communication

with its law enforcement partners.

The release date information applies to all inmates, not just those who are suspected

of being in the country illegally.

But the goal is to assist agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,

or ICE.

"This is in response to SB-54 limiting our ability to communicate with federal authorities

and our concern that criminals are being released to the street when there's another avenue

to safeguard the community by handing them over (to ICE for potential deportation),"

Orange County Undersheriff Don Barnes said.

Orange County officials did not confer with ICE before making the change, he said.

ICE spokeswoman Lori Haley wrote in an email late Monday that she would not comment "beyond

what the Sheriff has said."

The new state law, dubbed the California Values Act, has recently seen a backlash from some

Orange County communities.

The City Council in Los Alamitos voted last week on an ordinance to exempt the city in

northern Orange County from the state law.

A few other Orange County cities are considering resolutions and other moves to voice their

opposition to the law.

The Yorba Linda City Council, for example, agreed to file an amicus brief to a lawsuit

filed by the Trump administration against California and immigration-related laws the

federal government alleges are unconstitutional.

And on Tuesday, March 27, the Orange County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to consider

a range of possible actions: from a resolution to pursuing litigation against the state.

Annie Lai, co-director of the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine, said the sheriff's

new policy is part of a movement in Orange County "to either undermine or get around

the spirit of SB-54."

The California Values Act already allows communication between local and federal agencies about release

dates of those convicted of enumerated crimes who may be eligible for deportation, Lai noted.

"This change in policy is basically affecting everybody else who doesn't have a serious

criminal history under SB-54," she said.

Sheriff's deputies, however, will still not be able to assist in an actual transfer

to ICE agents under state law.
