韓国のウナギ養殖場で禁止薬物検出!全量廃棄も既に販売済み・・・ - Duration: 5:22.Prohibited drug detection in Korea's eel farm! We have already sold all quantities of waste ... (Translated by google.com)
An animal drug "nitrofuran" which is prohibited for use in an eel farm in Korea was detected.
Nitrofuran is a carcinogen, animal antibiotic or antibacterial agent but its use is prohibited due to its high risk.
It is said that if a person ingests it may cause nervous system abnormality.
The marine fishery department immediately stopped shipping the eel of this farm and inspected it.
Nitrofurans, which should not be detected in the inspection, have been detected and all measures have been taken for disposal.
The maritime fisheries department announced last month that about 14.2 t, 47 thousand eels were shipped from the farm and all were consumed.
The Marine Fisheries Department added that it was not detected when the safety inspection was carried out in June.
The Marine Fisheries Department has ordered to conduct an additional inspection of nitrofuran, centering on a large eel farm.
If the nitrofuran was detected in the additional survey, we will stop shipping immediately and switch to the full number survey.

Korean reaction
Did you use it as a carcinogen?
If you know and use it, you must force him to eat the whole amount and deal with it strictly.
Cancel the fish farm and detain the parties concerned.
Those who mischief with food have to be subjected to severe punishment.
I wonder if everyone will grow like this.
The pig is too much medicine to make it bigger. It is really pathetic with an injection.
Nitrofuran is not a growth promoter but an antibiotic.
Jeolla-do also. Lump of cancer in Republic of Korea.
Also tell me where you sold in the region!
It does not talk about antibiotics and chemicals used for cultured fish.
The owner of a fish farm never eats cultured fish.
Can we believe in the stability test in June? Is not it really crazy! !
Are you not punished? Should not you lock in for years.
I bought and ate a thing that I did so good for my body.
An eel that sells at a Grilled Barbecue Restaurant in the Eel.
As far as I know, more than 90% know that it is a drug-feeding eel such as antibiotics.
Is this just one thing? This country is really terrifying. A country with a lot of people without conscience.
It has been released to the media. There is a possibility of destroying the evidence?
One eel canteen, the eel which I sold here as a domestic product was mostly made in China when I tried it.
I will gather at the eel cafeteria tomorrow and will have a year-end party but I will not go.
People who often eat eels say that they are good for the body can not live long!

The idea of Japanese editors
As far as we are reporting, it is not clear whether these farmers intentionally put that medicine.
Were you in the bait you used always? It is also difficult to think. How exactly will it be?
And it is said that they sold 47,000 animals, but if there is no health damage report, it is a good story.
Even in Japan, eels are sold in large quantities at supermarkets, etc. in the summer, but most are imported items from China and Taiwan.
It seems there were things such as cooking cooking up to the state of grilled chicken locally in the coverage etc in the coverage etc. and reaching Japan.
I wonder if I feel a little disgusting.
However it is not clear how safe domestically raised eel is safe.
Certainly Chinese ears have heard reports that banned drugs have been used several times and images are not good.
I have heard that he heard reports that he had slipped through the exams this year or last year.
Why does the Korean government inspect only large fish farms for the time being.
Even though there is a possibility that the food that this supplier is buying is circulating everywhere.
Is it supposed to add only illegal drugs? It seems that investigation is also necessary.
Although it may be a measure concerning the cost,
I wonder why the concern of safety will be left to the people by sticking taxes in such a place.
Will it be unfavorable that anxiety will remain for the eel culturing industry after all?
Thank you for your viewing.
If you do not mind, please evaluate the movie.
Either good evaluation, bad evaluation, it does not matter.
Also, if you do not mind registering to the channel thank you.

Bob Lazar 30 years of secrecy. - Duration: 8:03.Bob lazar has a new movie coming out very soon as someone invested in the field of ufology
I am excited to hear what he has to say.
I have believed his story since first hearing about I the secret base and its operations
in the early 90s.
Bob lazar has been through some difficult times because of what he did, and it's easy
for us to forget what the man has been through.
I would say he is a survivor We have looked at how governments and their
agencies often find it easy to disappear these leaks.
In a couple of other videos.
Bob is very lucky he never met with unfortunate accident or decided to take his own life.
(suicided) as they say.
So let's dig into what the man went through to tell his story of element 115 and the back
engineering of UFOS.
Welcome to if Videos on history and mystery hit that subscribe
button and ring that bell so you never miss a video again.
Most have heard the name Bob Lazar, the man is best known as the whistleblower that outed
Area 51 and its program of reversed extraterrestrial technologies.
Lazar claimed to have been a worker at the base being part of the group entrusted with
back designing UFO craft.
These days he is making documentary films and is currently employed as a science and
innovation advisor to companies like Raytheon, a company which ironically has contracts with
the military.
The people who tried to bury Lazar and his story.
so for those that unfamiliar with Lazar let's have a quick catch up so if you watch the
new film "Extraordinary Beliefs" you will have some idea what the man has been through
for the past 30 years.
In 1989, K.L.A.S journalist George Knapp aired his interview that would change UFO study
for the next three decades.
This is the point at which the world was introduced to Robert 'Bob" Scott Lazar live for all to
see on the Las Vegas TV channel.
Lazar gave a riveting interview telling how he had worked at a mysterious underground
lab called S4, 8 miles south of the now infamous Groom lake military base Area 51.
On live television, he told America that there was a collection of disc-shaped craft kept
at the base which all looked damaged in some way.
He said that he was told they were extraterrestrial in origin, and he noticed that they were of
a design that would be suitable for pilots that were small and humanoid in shape.
After seeing such things Bob could not keep silent even after he had signed documentation
swearing to never divulge what he saw at the facility.
He began telling friends about his work at the base, and even disclosed to them where
and when they could see experimental test flights of projects he had been working on.
He and his companions were then caught at one of these UFO viewing sessions and his
employment was terminated.
He is lucky that it was only the job he lost, there are many conspiracies out there when
whistleblowers end up dead!
So the story goes on.
The Air Force denied that Bob had worked with or for them and began to discredit the man.
This is where things get strange and fall in favor of Bob's story.
Upon investigation, Knapp found that another top-secret facility, Los Alamos National Laboratories
(LANL) in New Mexico, had Lazar listed in their phone book.
Lazar said he had worked there, but LANL denied that claim
This was the tip of the iceberg Mr. Lazar told the reporter that he had degrees from
the California Institute of Technology and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
neither could be confirmed as records for that time and Bob Lazar had vanished.
Was there a clandestine effort being made to remove this man's creditability and make
him look like a liar, publicly assassinate his character so people would dismiss his
story as the rantings of a UFO crackpot?
It would seem so.
Despite this for a large part of the 1990s Lazar's case was global news, many latched
onto the story and how it built a case for Extraterrestrial visitation and the procuring
of their technology by the United States government.
This has led to Area 51 gaining a cult-like status in popular culture in regards to ufos
and aliens, this could and would have cost the government or the shady groups behind
the government billions of dollars as now the base would be under too much attention
to carry out secretive testing.
Later we would learn of projects like OX cart originating from the base, proving that this
was home to advance aeronautical research programs.
Lazar said he was employed as a contractor at the Los Alamos facility throughout the
80s, and still did consulting work on occasion.
Using the knowledge he gained from MIT in 1973 with a degree in semi-conductor physics
he was helping with the back engineering of the propulsion system of these flying discs.
This is when Lazar introduced the world to element 115 at the time something that didn't
exist on the periodic table but now does.
Proving these claims became difficult for Bob but he was able to show IDs showing he
worked at other facilities doing high tech work, such as China Lake, Kirtland Air Force
Base, Los Alamos, Sandia, and the Manzano weapons storage facility.
Others came forward and backed up Bobs claims saying they had worked at the base and that
they had seen him going about his work.
The air force continued to deny that Lazar had worked for or with them in any capacity.
Engineering Physicist, Dr. Robert Krangle stepped forward saying he had attended security
meetings with Lazar.
He explained that in these meetings "they were given the usual briefing asking not to
talk about that were doing or seeing."
When quizzed about Lazar role on the base and what specifically Lazar was working on,
he said he didn't know what he was up to any more than bob knew what he was working
on."
Compartmentalization working to help keep the projects secret.
DR.
Krangle also spoke on how he understood why Lazar's employers were so upset with him.
"I understand how Los Alamos would blackball him.
He committed professional suicide."
"He broke from the fold and talked about it.
Within that security community.
It is that mentality: 'Don't talk about what you do.'"
I wonder if the silence is kept out of fear or out of respect.
It would seem that Bob Lazar made the smart move by being so public, if something were
to have happened to him it would have more people looking at his work and the bases and
government secrets.
For years detractors of Lazar's claims said that it was all fiction but over the past
thirty years information has slowly leaked and each a new nugget surfaces it supports
Bob Lazars story and that of DR.
Krangle.
The question remains, if Lazar really did work at Los Alamos, which is now looking like
a certainty.
Why are they hiding that information?
The bizarre mystery of Area 51, S-4, and extraterrestrial technology continues.
Could this new movie finally give us the information we need?
Will this prove once and for all Bob Lazars story and that the government knows about
and has actively been researching an alien presence on our planet?
I guess we will have to watch and see.
Are you looking forward to this new film?
Do you believe Bobs story?

How Stephen started Freelancing - From Web Development to Graphic design - SEO - PPC marketing - Duration: 11:22.Hey everyone Nathan here with Freeeup.com talking with Stephen a freelancer
on the platform Stephen how you doing today I'm good you nice doing great so
what today is all about you why don't you start off by telling us your
background where you come from how you got into freelancing and we'll start off
with where in the world are you are you right now I'm in South Africa I'm based
in South Africa yeah and I started my journey with with everything internet
probably in 2002 we had a I was working for a for a kitchen company that
basically makes cabinets and I came up with the idea why don't we sell
appliances online I knew nothing about websites started created my first little
website on Microsoft Word spoke to people on how to get it on the Internet
what not and that's when the back kind of bit me from there branched into yeah
my little website company a little hosting company in and grew it from
there sold that company started a new one and and yeah it grew and grew and I
did this about three or four times over and throughout the years you know once
you once you are familiar with web design you sort of realize these other
skills involved you need a geographic design so you do the the illustrator
course you'd nail that down later branched into having my own t-shirt
company printing t-shirts that's why I love designing for merch nowadays
because that's what I did for long and then web design was there graphic design
was there then we had these great websites but they were going nowhere and
then I have to get into a CEO and and started doing SEO courses diving into
AdWords into PPC going through all the fluctuations in the algorithms over the
years Maeda made a turn in the black a black hat side of it and got nailed for
that by Google and then decided let's go back to I hat
so yeah and then got into some video editing because it all flowed out of
clients needs and I'm not want to say that I can't do that so I said you know
let me research that I'll get back to you and I'll get back to them a weekly I
said I can do that you know even if I had to pull someone else in to do it for
me and learn from them or collaborate with them so my skill set is pretty
diverse from started with web design graphic design video editing SEO
especially pay-per-click I've recently dumped into 2d animations whiteboard
animations and now because I think that's you know that those things just
intrigued me those little videos on Facebook with these cartoons moving and
explaining how our business works than whatever so yeah it's grown over the
years and have these five or six main skill sets that many times when someone
hires me for for a merge Amazon merge design project I would say wait I see on
your portfolio you do you also do marketing you also design websites and
that leads to other work so so yeah it's it's good to have a diverse skill set
but as I say everything flowed from having a need to sell something online
and then making a plan to get the skills at the end of the day awesome so what
was your first as you were transitioning out of well I'll say real jobs what
would your first three months like as a freelancer do you have a lot of success
right away we're struggling where you trying to figure it out oh it's terrible
it was terrible yeah I don't know much about freelancing because you know in in
the culture in South Africa it's not really something that is there has been
huge I was I was over the moon to discover a
company like five-o where you can pay people to do something for you I
actually went through the route of employing people full-time and running
into all those human resource issues and and you know just employee issues and
stuff at the end of the day transitioned from
full-time employees to bottom employees but you still have the same issues and
and then I discovered this guy in India and we had a we had a good working
relationship for about three years he used to do all the little small things
that I just couldn't get to and without realizing it I was actually employing a
VA and learning more about the freelancer life because I was now the
client and that's also something that I that I experienced on the free up
network as well is I've often pull people in when I see a the works getting
too much pull people in from other free up freelancers and and getting to see
what it's like to be the client if the freelancer is not responsive or things
are not going right and and seeing from that perspective what what free offers
the clients and the freelancers so it's been it's been a good experience but
eye-opening experience to have both sides enjoyed having you on the platform
because you know you can do you know you can't do and you understand that it's
not always a straight line sometimes you meet with a client there's certain
problems you know you can solve these maybe we need to pull someone here to do
this and hey okay we get to the next stage let's grab someone here and
whether it's people working under you or whether it's people that the client can
hire directly just figure out hey how do we get that end result how do we tweak
and and it's not always cut and dry there there's some kind of experimenting
and and risk management in there but it's part of the fun of it and at the
end of the day the clients really appreciate it
way more than if some person who doesn't know what they're doing is just like
yeah like let me run with this and see where it ends up with no plan and no
rhyme or reason yeah I think you know that's the end results obviously the big
thing I find that when I pull people in I introduce them to the client saying
you know in a group chat or whatever saying hey listen this is James he's
working with me he's gonna handle this part of the project for us and and I
think it's I've learned over the years never never say I can do this and you
know you can't rather say research that for you oh let me see if I
can pull someone in that can help us with it
and and clients don't don't not appreciate that they they actually said
okay well thanks for being honest let me meet this guy that you're gonna you're
gonna put in so I think that's that's that's part of the freelance network
freelance life that I that I learned with with in the past few months that
I've been with free up is that you're not alone I mean there's this this how
many how many freelancers now one thousand how many yeah over a thousand
over a thousand so we have this rich pool of skills that that we as
freelancers can also access so so yeah that's been that's been good for me
there's been a few projects where the project might be about a and then the
client decides you also wants to do B but that's not of my skill set so but
the client still wants me to manage the project so I pull someone in and and
manage the project stall and it's just a great that's a great environment I mean
it's at the end of the day that's not something it's gonna happen on
freelancer or five or oh I don't know if I can mention in here but yes you've
been through them all with with freelancing and I think you know once
once you once you experience that pool of skills that you can pull from you're
not afraid to take on any job I know that we take the button to say I I'm a
hundred percent sure I can deliver this job but if I know what team I've got and
I know the skills they have I can take it with one foot so yeah definitely so
if a client's listening to this right now and they're impressed with what
they're hearing what wardie would you say your top three skill sets are I got
asked the same question yesterday by a client my my top skill set would be
e-commerce website design Shopify WooCommerce second to that would be PPC
marketing Facebook campaign for Instagram can find amazon and third I
would say graphic design that's that's something I really I'm passionate about
designing but yeah I would say the strongest skill set would be e-commerce
second to that is marketing that shop and then third and 30 that is graphic
design all sorts I mean from from designing small little chorus for
clients that want to give it to children to designing banners and and all sorts
of things I've done huge products I did a billboard the other billboard design'
that's that's over three meters long and it's huge and it's once you see it up
there okay you won't be able to South Africa it's erected here somewhere but
yeah I would say that of the three top ones so you should build the e-commerce
websites is one of the top things you do what's the biggest mistake you see
clients make when they're building their own website I think without mentioning
platforms I think the the biggest mistake people make when when when
they've got this great product to sell but they're lacking in the sense of
seeing how much money they should be spending on their website because that's
they 24-hour shop that's gonna that's gonna be the first thing people see and
and I just told the client yesterday and I like being honest with clients he said
to me listen I'm getting a lot of traffic but my conversions are just not
happening look I took one look at his side and said well I wouldn't buy from
you he appreciated the honesty I said your your your page looks like an
affiliate marketing page let's let's make it friendly let's make it
professional and then you can start looking at your marketing meet you
throwing away bucks at the moment so the number one thing people don't realize is
your website's got to be user friendly it's going to be easy to use and many
times you know there's this awesome networks out there I do a lot of Shopify
work I do a lot of WordPress WooCommerce work but I think people have to realize
that's an investment and it's an investment that's going to have a good
return on investment at the end of the day but you you've gotta have that that
product set up first your website before you can even think of marketing I mean
many times people have that the other way around or they just in such a hurry
to get the website done it's not done properly before they start their
marketing and their waste money now it makes sense well I really appreciate
you coming on if anyone's listening out there and they want to hire Stephen put
in a request shoot me an email whatever it takes if you haven't checked out free

Boost YouTube Views - YouTube Studio Beta Analytics explained - Video Content Marketing - Duration: 7:19.welcome to video content marketing I am Michael Feyrer junior to the analytics and
the new YouTube beta studio seemed like a foreign language to you I can feel
your pain I'm going to show you how to interpret the new analytics and more
importantly use these to breathe life into older videos or potentially create
new content that's going to give you the best opportunity to get into YouTube
suggested lists the key is knowing what you're looking at so let's dive right in
now you're gonna want to stick around till the end of the video to discover a
huge hack that can really help you along the way but consider subscribing to the
channel to elevate your strategy so let's get right to it an impression at
the top here is when a video is listed for a second or more anywhere on YouTube
if the user can see it for more than a second that's an impression the most
important number for you is this percentage of how much YouTube suggests
your content getting this number higher is the key to focus on I know you want
to know how to increase this number and here's how you do it first you want to
make clickable titles spend some time on this ask your friends in fact at the end
of this video this hack I'm talking about it's gonna
help you make more clickable title second you want to make safe thumbnails
how are you gonna be sure your thumbnails are safe we are gonna use
Google vision it's the same program that they use to determine whether your
thumbnails are safe here's a look at the home page the link is going to be in the
description so you can use this as well now here is an image example it looks
pretty safe there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this when you go
over here and you click on safe search this is what you get for some reason
this image comes up as possible spoof why is this I don't really know but we
make some small tweaks to this image to make sure that it is totally safe now
you want your safe to be at least unlikely in every category so here's
what we did this is the second image that is safe as you can see it's only
unlikely that it is a spoof now you want unlikely or very unlikely for every
category all we did here is wash out the background a little bit maybe it's
probably not quite as enticing an image as the original one but if you want
YouTube recommending your content you really want to verify your thumbnails
based on this safe search process now you understand how to make your
thumbnails safe for YouTube step 3 you want to make your thumbnails more
clickable you want to Theisen this is the advertisement for
your video your thumbnail has to say hey click me click me the hack at the end of
this video is going to help make your thumbnails more clickable as well these
three things when maximized will help increase your click-through rate this is
how you maximize those impressions and drive up that percentage of suggested
views forth it's really important to understand that
your click-through rate is your click-through rate and your buddy's
click-through rate may be completely different and this varies wildly from
the type of content you produce so just focus on your own click-through rate and
increasing that the best you can don't worry about your friend the fifth thing
is focus on your own click-through rate as I just mentioned you want to make
sure that you are maximizing your click-through rates so look at your
particular video find other videos in your catalog that are similar average
out the click-through rate and try to increase this I recommend setting a 5%
click-through rate increase goal and go through your old videos and just make
those thumbnails more clickable and see if you can increase your click rate by
5% on those video now this brings me around to a very important point your
click-through rate will go up when you are low on views but as your view count
Rises and as YouTube continues to share your content out to more and more
audiences eventually it's like a big onion and as your video grows and grows
and grows eventually it starts to reach audiences that just aren't interested
and then your click rate will start to decline so just be aware of this little
phenomenon it's perfectly normal ok this sounds a little crazy but do not
worry about the views section of the funnel why because if you take care of
all the stuff above that the views will take care of themselves they have to
instead I want you to focus on this average view duration now this
percentage tells you if the video is good or not no really it does most
importantly average view duration varies wildly depending upon the type of
content you are producing so don't worry about your
average view duration worry about your average view duration and also focus on
the percentage not the numbers keep in mind consistently getting in the 60%
range is good you will grow if you're in that range when you're analyzing a video
you want to pay special attention to average view duration for non
subscribers and this is really important because if your average view duration is
significantly less for non subscribers than it is for subscribers it could mean
that your content might be a little too inside jokey and new folks that come to
your channel just don't get it it also means your channel will eventually die
due to attrition because you're not actually bringing in those new
subscribers do not worry about anything below this on the funnel if you take
care of the top of the funnel all this stuff will take care of itself you fix
your click-through rate in your average view duration and believe me you are
golden okay so I've been mentioning this hack since the beginning of the video
and here's where I want to invite you to get involved now a be testing can be
expensive you have to use outside of YouTube apps in order to do it but I'm
going to put together a focus group of like-minded youtubers who really want to
help each other create more clickable titles and more clickable thumbnails if
you are interested in participating in this group all you have to do is message
me on Twitter this is the handle right here is really that easy
if growing your channel finding like-minded creators to collaborate with
or earn a buck or two on YouTube is something you're into hey elevate your
strategy and subscribe to my channel and click that bell for notifications of
when you have a new opportunity to learn and grow until next time be good to each
other and lend a hand to your fellow creator it all comes back around in the
end market like a boss BCM out of here
