MIKE: TODAY, ALL DAY LONG,

JURORS HERE INSIDE THE

RUTHERFORD COUNTY COURTHOUSE

HAVE BEEN HEARING THE CASE

AGAINST BROOKE COVINGTON.

SHE IS A MINISTER AT WORD OF

FAITH FELLOWSHIP IN SPINDALE,

NORTH CAROLINA.

SHE HAS BEEN SITTING THERE

WATCHING THE ALLEGED VICTIM IN

THIS CASE, MATTHEW FENNER, ON

THE STAND ALL DAY.

IT STARTED OFF WITH QUESTIONING

FROM THE PROSECUTION, AND THEN

MOVED TO QUESTIONING FROM THE

DEFENSE.

FENNER CLAIMS THAT COVINGTON,

ALONG WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THE

CHURCH, ATTACKED HIM INSIDE THE

CHURCH TO PUSH OUT, QUOTE,

"HOMOSEXUAL DEMONS."

AT ONE POINT, THE DEFENSE KEPT

BASICALLY GRILLING FENNER OVER

THE FACT THAT HE NEVER ASKED

THESE CHURCH MEMBERS, WHO HE

CLAIMS WERE ATTACKING HIM, TO

STOP.

HE SAID THAT'S BECAUSE IN THAT

CULTURE, YOU'RE UNABLE TO

COMPLAIN OR TELL THEM TO STOP,

BECAUSE HE SAYS IT WOULD MAKE

THINGS WORSE FOR HIM.

THE DEFENSE ATTORNEY POINTED OUT

THAT TWICE, FENNER PRAISED THE

CHURCH AND SAID HE LOVED DURING

GRADUATION SPEECHES.

THE TRIAL CONTINUES HERE INSIDE

THE RUTHERFORD COUNTY

COURTHOUSE.

The Song That Eliminates One Team | Season 1 Ep. 2 | BEAT SHAZAM - Duration: 1:23.

We've reached the last song in this category.

You know what that means.

It's time for what?

The--

Fast Track!

Fast Track equals fast money.

This next song is worth $6,000.

Hey!

[cheering]

Odell, uh, ay, ah, ah.

$6,000.

But I'll tell you this.

Odell, what they got to understand

is this next song is vital.

Someone's getting eliminated right after the song.

And the other one is going on to the Shazam Super Bowl.

[cheering]

Damn!

Christine and Tristen, $4,000.

Grant and DJ, $6,000.

You both need this song.

You've got to dig in.

It's Super Bowl.

October, hit it.

[MUSIC - LADY GAGA, "MILLION REASONS"]

(SINGING) I bow down to pray.

I try to make the worst seem better.

Shazam, show us the correct title.

Natalie Discusses Her Kiss With Peter | Season 1 Ep. 2 | LOVE CONNECTION - Duration: 1:55.

So after the comedy show was there a kiss?

There was during the comedy show, yeah.

[cheering]

So, Peter, how did you think those kisses went?

I thought they were fantastic.

I mean, we had such great energy leading up to that, I was

so anxious to finally kiss her.

Well Natalie shot a little video after the kiss.

Let's see what she had to say.

He, literally, just grabbed me and started making out with me.

I didn't like it that much.

I'm sorry.

Like I said, I was anxious.

OK, so I can explain that.

So, what didn't you like about it?

I was just so, so tired at that point.

It was like midnight, and I was just falling asleep.

And then that happens, I wasn't like totally into it.

The kiss didn't wake you up?

I can explain that.

Because I was so nervous, and I was just like, all right.

Yeah, exactly.

Was it a lungey kiss?

There was a semi lunge, yeah.

Was there tongue lunge?

There was tongue, for sure.

[cheering]

Was it nice tongue, or darty tongue?

[laughing]

Please don't say darty.

It was a mix of the two.

I feel like we were--

[laughing]

No, it was just a bad-- like, it was just,

we were both super tired at the end of the night.

So I feel like we have to try again in a different setting.

OK, that's great, that's hopeful.

Rep. Jackier Speier: Devin Nunes Is A 'Puppet Of The President' | For The Record | MSNBC - Duration: 3:17.

WHO SERVES ON THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE.

GOOD EVENING. >> HI, GRETA.

>> SO, WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT CHAIRMAN

NUNES RECUSED HIMSELF, AND IF IT'S THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION OR

EVEN -- I MEAN, ANY PART OF THIS, WHY IS HE ISSUING

SUBPOENAS? >> VERY GOOD QUESTION.

HIS RECUSAL WAS ONE THAT HE VOLUNTARILY OFFERED.

AND I GUESS HE FEELS HE CAN RESCIND IT AT ANY TIME HE IS SO

INCLINED. THE PROBLEM, OF COURSE, IS THAT

HE HAS HIS HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR AND THE COOKIE JAR IS

PRESIDENT TRUMP'S INTERESTS IN WANTING TO DEFLECT ANY INTEREST

IN THIS HEARING AND IN THIS INVESTIGATION INTO WHETHER OR

NOT THE TRUMP OPERATION WAS ENGAGED WITH THE RUSSIANS IN

INTERFERING WITH OUR ELECTIONS. >> GO AHEAD, SORRY.

>> AND I JUST FEEL THAT HE HAS REALLY -- DOING HIS LEVEL BEST

TO TRY AND SABOTAGE THE INVESTIGATION.

YOU DON'T SEE THIS HAPPENING ON THE SENATE SIDE WHERE DEMOCRATS

AND REPUBLICANS ARE WORKING TOGETHER.

YOU ONLY HAVE IT HAPPENING WITH THE CHAIRMAN OF THE HOUSE

INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE, THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO

SERVE IN MR. NUNES'S ABSENCE IS MR. CONOWE WAY, CONGRESSMAN FROM

TEXAS. HE AND MR. SCHIFF, THE RANKING

MEMBER, HAVE BEEN WORKING VERY CLOSELY TOGETHER.

>> DID ANY REPUBLICAN KNOW THESE SUBPOENAS WERE GOING OUT IN THE

HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE, IF YOU KNOW?

>> I DON'T BELIEVE SO. THEY WERE DONE UNILATERALLY BY

DEVIN NUNES. I MIGHT ALSO POINT OUT THERE WAS

NO NEED FOR THEM. WHY WOULD YOU SUBPOENA THE VERY

AGENCIES THAT COME AND SPEAK TO YOU EVERY SINGLE WEEK AND ARE

THERE TO OFFER INFORMATION ANY TIME WE SEEK IT?

SO, IT WAS REALLY A BLUNDER, IN MY MIND.

ONCE AGAIN, SHOWS THAT HE IS REALLY A PUPPET OF THE PRESIDENT

IN TRYING TO PROMOTE THIS ALTERNATIVE SET OF FACTS AND

THIS ALTERNATIVE NARRATIVE. >> ALL RIGHT.

TWO QUESTIONS. I KNOW THE DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT

THEM, BUT THAT'S POLITICS, IT'S WASHINGTON, IT'S AN OPPOSING

PARTY. HERE ARE MY TWO QUESTIONS.

DO YOU TRUST NUNES? THAT'S PART ONE.

AND THE SECOND PART IS, DO YOU KNOW IF THE REPUBLICANS ARE

DISTURBED THAT HE IS ACTING UNILATERALLY?

>> SO, TO ANSWER THE QUESTION DO I TRUST HIM, IT'S REALLY NOT,

YOU KNOW, AN INTEREST OF MINE TO TRUST OR UNTRUST HIM.

>> HE'S THE CHAIRMAN. HE IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE

COMMITTEE YOU'RE SITTING ON AND HE'S OBVIOUSLY GOT SOME POWER.

HE CAN ISSUE SUBPOENAS. >> WELL, HE DOES HAVE THE POWER.

HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO IT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RANKING

MEMBER. HE DID NOT DO SO IN ISSUING THE

SUBPOENAS TO THE VARIOUS INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES.

AGAIN, THERE IS NO NEED TO DO IT.

SO, IT WAS AGAIN, JUST THEATRICS ON HIS PART.

>> WHAT DO THE REPUBLICANS SAY? WHAT ARE THE REPUBLICANS SAYING

ABOUT HIM, DO YOU KNOW? >> I DON'T KNOW, BUT I WOULD

VENTURE TO SAY THEY WERE DISTURBED BY IT.

AND IN THE END, I THINK WHAT HE'S TRYING TO DO IS SABOTAGE

THIS INVESTIGATION ON THE HOUSE SIDE.

AND IN SO DOING, KIND OF SIDELINE IT.

AND THAT WOULD BE DEVASTATING, I

Now, listen, Andrea.

Listen, they told me 30 years have gone by--

Yes.

And you guys saw each other on Facebook.

What were you doing, not hanging around for 30 years?

You know, I always wondered, like, what happened to her?

And so I look her up on Facebook.

Wow.

That's how they do. - Yeah.

Exactly.

And I found her.

Sometimes they look you up.

I'll be, like, uh-uh.

I don't want to know.

- You're like, delete. - Delete?

I would be like, hell, I'll just shut my whole thing down.

There we go.

We got the big boys, Grant and DJ.

What's going on?

What's going on?

Now, listen-- boy, how tall are you?

6'7?

6'6.

Even your voice is 6'6.

I'm 6'6, Jamie, with your tiny ass.

So, guys, you played football together?

Played at the Green Bay Packers.

So he's a little under the radar, guys.

We ain't gonna sit here and front.

We're here for the other guys.

Like, not the big names--

In other words, it was tough?

I'll explain it to you.

He walked out of the stadium--

we were leaving the parking lot, all right?

So we get in the car, people line up, kids want autographs.

- Yeah. - We're driving.

We just said, we'll stop today.

Let the kid get autographs.

You know, we can take time out of our day.

Yeah.

We roll down the window, kid looks in the car, he says--

naw, we're good.

Aw, man.

I thought y'all were sisters.

Thursday Night: More rain and storms - Duration: 3:46.

NNING FOR MAYOR.

MARGARET: WE HAVE GOT A WHOLE

LOT OF RAIN GOING ON.

I WANT YOU TO LOOK OUT THE

WINDOW.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.

LOOKING OUT OVER THE SUPERDOME,

THE RAIN IS COMING DOWN.

THE VISIBILITY IS DROPPING.

IF YOU'RE DRIVE ON THE

INTERSTATE, IT'S GOING TO MAKE

FOR LOW VISIBILITY.

LOOK AT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE RIGHT

NOW.

IT'S A SLOW GO.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

IF YOU'RE GOING FAST, ALL OF

THAT SPRAY KICKS UP ON THE OTHER

WIND SHIELDS AND IT'S HARD TO

SEE.

QUICK LOOK.

I'VE GOT THIS PIC IN.

THIS IS FROM FRENCH QUARTER

MULE.

HE SAYS, IT'S COMING OVER THE

SIDEWALKS HERE.

DOESN'T LOOK TOO BAD.

YOU CAN SEE THAT THAT WATER IS

BEGINNING TO COLLECT.

HERE'S A LOOK AT OUR HURRICANE

SEASON FORECAST.

WE'VE ALREADY HAD ARLENE.

THAT'S WHY DR. PHIL UPPED HIS

FORECAST TO 14 STORMS.

SO THAT ACTUALLY INCLUDES

ARLENE.

BUT HE WAS ALSO SAYING, THE

TROPICAL ATLANTIC WATERS ARE

WARMING UP.

SO HIS FORECAST, 14 NAMED

STORMS, SIX HURRICANES, TWO

INTENSE.

NOAA WENT WITH A 45% CHANCE OF

AN ABOVE AVERAGE SEASON.

11 TO 17 STORMS.

FIVE TO NINE HURRICANES.

FOUR INTENSE.

SO WE CAN LOOK AT WHAT'S

HAPPENING.

WE'VE GOT THE COLDER NORTH

ATLANTIC WATERS AND THAT CAN

INDICATE THAT WE'RE GETTING INTO

A PERIOD THAT MAY BE LESS ACTIVE

FOR HURRICANE SEASONS.

FINGERS CROSSED THAT THAT'S

HAPPENING.

BUT RIGHT NOW THE TROPICAL

ATLANTIC IS WARM.

THE GULF OF MEXICO IS WARM.

AND THE CHANCE FOR EL NINO TO

DEVELOP, THAT'S THE WARM WATER

JUST OFF OF SOUTH AMERICA, CLOSE

TO THE EQUATOR, WELL,

UNFORTUNATELY IT LOOKS LIKE THAT

CHANCE IS GOING DOWN.

EL NINO DESTROYS TROPICAL

SYSTEMSES.

THE TAKE AWAY IS, WE HAVEN'T HAD

HITS.

WE'VE HAD MAJOR HITS IN INACTIVE

SEASONS.

THE BEST ADVICE, JUST BE

PREPARED.

MEANWHILE, WE HAVE BEATRICE,

WHICH IS MOVING INTO MEXICO,

IT'S A TROPICAL STORM.

IT'SING TO MOVE OVER THE

MOUNTAINS -- IT'S GOING TO MOVE

OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND DISSIPATE

BUT SOME OF THAT ENERGY FORECAST

TO MOVE INTO THE GULF OF MEXICO,

SOMETHING WE'LL WATCH.

REALLY WHAT WE HAVE IS A WHOLE

LOT OF MOISTURE MOVING OUR WAY.

HERE'S ONE BAND OF RAIN THAT'S

MOVING TO THE NORTH.

WE'VE GOT RAIN AND STORMS IN THE

METRO.

THANKFULLY NOT AS MUCH LIGHTNING

AS WE HAD A MOMENT AGO.

BUT IT IS RIGHT OVER THE CITY.

IT'S AT THE LAKE FRONT.

EVERY NOW AND THEN SEEING A

LITTLE BIT OF ROTATION.

RAINFALL RATES, 2 1/2 INCHES

EARLIER.

BUT LOOK AT THAT.

THAT IS HEAVY RAIN.

RIGHT NOW CITY PARK, INTO LAKE

VIEW.

HERE WE ARE RIGHT AT BUCKTOWN.

ALSO AT KENNER.

VERY HEAVY.

IT'S VERY HEAVY AS WELL, VERY

CLOSE TO LAPLACE.

IT'S ALL MOVING NORTH.

LOOK AT THIS IN 3-D.

THAT'S SOME HEAVY RAIN.

SO WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

WELL, YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT

THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTH

OVER THE METRO RIGHT NOW.

THE GROUND IS SATURATED.

SO ANY ADDITIONAL RAIN IS GOING

TO RUN OFF QUICKLY.

BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS WE'LL GET A

LITTLE BIT OF A BREAK OVERNIGHT.

BUT LOOK.

FRIDAY, 50% CHANCE OF RAIN.

SATURDAY, 70% CHANCE OF RAIN.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TOMORROW, MID

80'S.

LOOK AT THIS.

MID 80'S FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

YOUR LOW TEMPERATURES, LOW TO

THE MID 70'S.

THE GOOD NEWS IS THE HIGHEST

RAIN CHANCE, AS YOU GO INTO NEXT

WEEK, WILL BE TUESDAY.

THEN COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH

Donald Rumsfeld: Vladimir Putin Shouldn't Be Encouraged To 'Make Mischief' | For The Record | MSNBC - Duration: 5:10.

AMERICA'S PLACE IN THE RLD, WHERE WE STAND, AND MORE.

I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE WORLD FIRST.

>> MM-HMM. >> AND THE UNITED STATES.

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE OR CHARACTERIZE OUR CURRENT

STANDING IN THE WORLD? >> OH, I THINK THAT OUR STANDING

IS HIGH. I THINK THAT THE WORLD

RECOGNIZES THAT THE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN AN ENORMOUS

SUCCESS AND THAT FREE POLITICAL SYSTEMS AND FREE ECONOMIC

SYSTEMS ARE SOMETHING THAT WORK AND ADVANTAGE HUMAN BEINGS AND

CREATE OPPORTUNITIES AND NEW PRODUCTS AND INNOVATION.

YOU KNOW, PEOPLE FROM TIME TO TIME FUSS BECAUSE IT'S KIND OF

FUN TO FUSS AT THE BIG GUY, AND WE HAPPEN TO HAVE A PROMINENT

POSITION IN THE WORLD. BUT WHEN I TRAVEL AROUND THE

WORLD, I FIND THAT PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN THE UNI UNITED ST,

CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT IT'S DOING, WHERE IT'S GOING, HOW IT'S DOING

IT. >> SO THEN HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE

WHAT VLADIMIR PUTIN IS DOING OR NOT DOING NOW VIS-A-VIS THE

UNITED STATES? >> WELL, I THINK IT'S KIND OF

LIKE ECONOMICS. IF YOU WANT MORE OF SOMETHING,

YOU REWARD IT. AND IF YOU WANT LESS OF IT, YOU

PENALIZE IT. AND HE HAS SAID THAT THE

GREATEST TRAGEDY OF THE CENTURY WAS THE END OF THE SOVIET UNION.

HE CLEARLY IS INTERESTED IN SEEING WHAT HE CAN DO TO

RE-ESTABLISH INFLUENCE IN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD THAT

USED TO BE PART OF THE SOVIET UNION.

AND SO HE TESTS IT CONSTANTLY. >> ARE WE TOUGH ENOUGH ON PUTT

CNN. >> -- PUTIN?

>> I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT HE NOT BE ENCOURAGED TO THINK HE CAN

MAKE MISCHIEF IN COUNTRIES IN THE CAUCUSES OR IN CENTRAL ASIA

OR IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD, THAT HE SEES THAT THERE'S

DISPROFL -- DISAPPROVAL FOR THAT AND A PENALTY.

>> NORTH KOREA? >> YOU'RE A TOUGH ONE TODAY.

THAT'S A COMPLICATED ONE. >> WELL, WE'VE ACTUALLY TRIED A

LOT OF THINGS IN NORTH KOREA. >> I KNOW IT.

>> WE'VE BEEN NICE TO THEM. WE'VE BEEN MEAN TO THEM.

WE'VE HAD SANCTIONS. WE'VE GIVEN HUMANITARIAN AID.

WE'VE IGNORED THEM. >> YOU'VE BEEN THERE.

>> I'VE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES. >> MY HOPE IS THERE ARE ANOTHER

PEOPLE AROUND HIM WHO WERE WITH HIS FATHER AND MAYBE SOME EVEN

WITH HIS GRANDFATHER, WHO HAVE A PRETTY GOOD LIFE.

THEY'RE GETTING WELL PAID. THEY'RE HAPPY.

THEY PROBABLY HAVE A LITTLE CORRUPTION GOING ON, ON THE

SIDE. AND THEY, I WOULD THINK, WOULD

NOT HAVE ANY GREAT INTEREST IN ROCKING THE BOAT, IN DOING

SOMETHING REALLY BIZARRE. I THINK THEY DO WANT TO CONTINUE

TO DEVELOP THEIR BALLISTIC MISSILE CAPABILITY, THEIR

NUCLEAR CAPABILITY, NO QUESTION ABOUT THAT.

AND GAIN INFLUENCE. AND I THINK THE PROBLEM WE'VE

GOT IS I THINK THE GOVERNMENT CURRENTLY IN SOUTH KOREA, THE

REPUBLIC OF SOUTH KOREA, THE BOTTOM HALF OF THAT PENINSULA,

IS NOT TERRIBLY FRIENDLY, I DON'T THINK, TO THE KINDS OF

POLICY THAT WOULD MAKE LIFE MORE DIFFICULT FOR THE NORTH.

AND WE'LL HAVE TO SEE HOW THAT EVOLVES.

>> WE'RE ONLY 130 AND SOME CHANGE INTO THIS NEW PRESIDENCY.

YOUR THOUGHTS ON HOW'S PRESIDENT TRUMP DOING?

>> WELL, I'VE NEVER MET HIM. LOOKING AT THIS FROM A DISTANCE,

WHAT I SEE IS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, POLITICAL OR

BUSINESS. FIRST RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PICK

GOOD PEOPLE. AND I LOOK AT WHAT HE'S PICKED.

HE'S GOT A GOOD VICE PRESIDENT. HE MADE A GOOD CHOICE FOR THE

SUPREME COURT. HIS CABINET, I THINK THE

NATIONAL SECURITY TEAM IS EXCELLENT.

GENERAL MATTIS OR SECRETARY MATTIS --

>> YOU KNOW THEM FROM YOUR -- >> A VERY TALENTED, MEASURED,

THOUGHTFUL INDIVIDUAL AND WILL GIVE GOOD ADVICE AND HAS THE

COURAGE OF HIS CONVICTION. AND I LOOK DOWN THE LINE.

I MEAN, YOU KNOW, SECRETARY OF HUD, I SERVED ON THE BOARD OF

KELLOGG WITH, BEN CARSON. THESE ARE, I THINK HIS CABINET

WOULD RANK UP WITH MOST CABINETS THAT I'VE BEEN IN.

>> YOU GET THE SENSE THAT THE TOWN IS PRETTY RATTLED, AND

THERE ARE LOTS OF BIG CHANGES GOING ON.

AND YOU'VE GOT THE PRESIDENT TWEETING, WHICH HAS GOT PEOPLE

PRETTY TURNED UPSIDE DOWN. >> THERE WAS A BIG FUSS ABOUT

HIS VISIT TO NATO. AND AS A FORMER AMBASSADOR TO

NATO, I LOOK AT THAT, AND I SAY TO MYSELF, WHAT DID HE DO

DIFFERENT? HE WAS EXACTLY RIGHT AND SAID

EXACTLY WHAT I USED TO SAY 40 YEARS AGO, THAT OUR ALLIES NEED

TO INVEST MORE IN THEIR NATIONAL SECURITY.

THEY'RE BELOW THE AGREED NATO TARGET OF 2% OF THEIR GROSS

DOMESTIC PRODUCTS GOING TO DEFENSE.

AND I THINK THERE'S MAYBE FIVE OR SIX COUNTRIES THAT ARE ABOVE

IN THE PAST 11 YEARS.

THEY'RE CERTAINLY DUE TO SEE

SOMETHING THERE.

BUT A COUPLE SHOWERS IN

NORTHWEST MISSOURI.

THERE WERE A LITTLE MORE

NUMEROUS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA

NORTHWEST MISSOURI EARLIER, BUT

LATER TONIGHT AS WELL.

THERE IS THE COUNTRY, PRETTY

QUIET, NO BIG STORM SYSTEMS.

THERE IS A RIDGE OF HIGH

PRESSURE DEVELOPING HERE WHICH

KEEPS THINGS PRETTY QUIET.

NO STRONG JETSTREAM AND NOT

TERRIBLY HUMID.

EITHER.

IT IS INTERESTING THE AMERICAN

OF AN INCH OF RAIN WIT SHOWERS

AND THUNDERSHOWERS AROUND

EASTERN NEBRASKA AND SOUTHWEST

IOWA FOR TONIGHT.

THEN NOTHING THROUGH TUESDAY

NEXT WEEK.

IT WOULD BE'S BODY IF WE SEE

ANYTHING OVER THE WEEKEND AND

INTO NEXT WEEK.

HERE'S THE EUROPEAN COMPUTER

MODEL THAT HAS A FEW SPRINKLES

OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.

MAYBE A SCATTERED SHOWER ON

SATURDAY.

OTHERWISE, NOTHING THROUGH

TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK AND IT

APPEARS WE WILL NOT SEE ANY

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS OR

THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE

WEEKEND.

THIS EVENING, WARM, SOME CLOUDS.

LATER ON TONIGHT, NOT COOLING

OFF AS MUCH.

IN THE 60'S FOR LOADS.

CURRENTLY 84.

DEW POINT IS UP, 59.

SOUTHEAST BREEZE, THAT IS YOUR

MORE SUMMERLIKE WEATHER.

CLOUDS HAVE KEPT TEMPERATURES

DOWN.

OUR COMPUTER MODEL HINTS AT A

SHOWER OR THUNDERSHOWERS TO

DEVELOP SOMEWHERE AROUND EAST OF

OMAHA TOMORROW MORNING.

THEN IT WILL MOVE AWAY.

WE SHOULD HAVE PARTLY SUNNY'S --

SUNNY SKIES AND EVEN WARMER

TEMPERATURES.

JOBS, MANY OF THEM THAT WOULD

HAVE BEEN HELD BY INTERNATIONAL

STUDENTS WHO SUDDENLY AREN'T

COMING.

HAMPTON BEACH LOOKS AS CLEAN AS

IT DOES FOR A REASON.

EVERY DAY A MAINTENANCE CREW

REMOVES TRASH AND CLEANS THE

BATHHOUSES.

EVERY SUMMER FOR THE LAST 15

YEARS, THE STATE HAS GOTTEN VISA

STUDENTS FROM THE DOMINICAN

REPUBLIC TO FILL SOME OF THE MAY

THROUGH SEPTEMBER SLOTS.

>> WE HAD 14 OF THOSE STUDENTS

LINED UP TO START THIS SPRING.

REPORTER: UNTIL THE STATE WAS

NOTIFIED IN LATE MARCH --

>> THAT DUE TO SOME CHANGES AT

THE FEDERAL LEVEL AND THE STATE

DEPARTMENT, THIS PARTICULAR

AGENCY WASN'T COMFORTABLE

PLACING THOSE STUDENTS HERE IN

NEW HAMPSHIRE.

REPORTER: IT'S NOT CLEAR WHY,

BUT IT HAS LEFT THEM

SHORT-HANDED.

MANY BEACH BUSINESSES RELY ON

VISA STUDENTS.

>> THEY BASICALLY SAVE HAMPTON

BEACH.

WE HIRE A LOT OF AMERICANS THAT

COME, BUT WITH 3% UNEMPLOYMENT

IS NOT A BIG POOL TO PICK FROM.

REPORTER: CHUCK SAYS WHILE

OVERALL NUMBERS OF INTERNATIONAL

WORKERS HAVE GONE DOWN, THOSE

FROM EASTERN EUROPE ARE STILL

COMING

MANY VISA WORKERS DO JOBS

AMERICANS DON'T WANT, MEANTIME,

THE STATE PARK OFFICE HERE IS

ACTIVELY RECRUITING.

>> THE TYPE OF WORK IS TOUGH,

IT'S DIRTY AT TIMES, BUT IT'S

GREAT.

REPORTER: AND HE SAYS IT WILL

LEAVE YOU SLEEPING WELL AT

NIGHT.

>> YOU WERE HERE AT THE OCEAN

AND FOR THE NEW HAMPSHIRE PARK
