I had some noise issue from my engine..

that noise was due to 2 reasons..

If you follow my videos

Then u must be knowing from my last video

that I have claimed warranty for Engine Noise issue in my Royal Enfield

So in this video I will discuss..

What is the process of warranty claim..

How much time it is going to take to get my bike back..

so stay tuned with me in this video to know more..

I had some noise issue from my engine..

and that was due to 2 reasons

first reason which is very common is Tappet noise..

and 2nd reason is..

crank shaft bearing play was increased..

Tappet is situated at top side of engine..

and crank shaft is at bottom part of engine

whenever warranty process starts..

service centre has to give video proof of issue to Royal Enfield

For tappet noise they have made a simple video without opening engine

they have used noise meter to check sound..

so now you have seen, how they have created this video

to show that noise is more than the acceptable limit

then this video they have sent to ROYAL ENFIELD for approval

after this RE guy came & checked the noise test again..

and then given approval

so now service centre guys will open top of the engine after getting approval

and then they have to gather proof for crank shaft play or noise issue

since they have already opened the top of engine

they take some gauge to check play

acceptable play is around 65 but for my case it was 75-80

now this proof also will be submitted again to Royal Enfield

for my case this second video has gone for approval

once it is approved my engine will be ripped apart...

they will do some lathe work for crank shaft

so that play will be reduced & thus noise will reduce as well

after that they will fix tappet issue

so in my case top of the engine as well as bottom of the engine will undergo work..

in this way this 2 step process works..

since it requires 2 approvals..

it will take some time.. My bike is in service centre for 7 days now

and I feel still it will take 2-3 days to get my bike back..

one of my viewer Nandan Kumar has already done this work

and he said he started facing same issue again after 7k kms

I am not sure if Royal Enfield offers extended warranty..

if they do offer it..

My today's video is regarding this only. So without wasting any time let's start this video.

First I am taking coconut oil in a bowl. I will empty the 175 ml bottle of Nihar Coconut Oil in the bowl.

The amount of oil that I have taken in the bowl is near about 1 and 1/2 cup oil.

Now we have to warm this coconut oil in medium flame. Do not boil it.

When the oil is a bit warm, turn of the flame.

After turning off the flame we have to add black cumin

I have added 4 teaspoon of black cumin in it.

You can see that the colour of the oil has changed.

Now you have to leave the oil alone to cool it off.

This black cumin hair oil is very good for our hair. There is a strong connect between scalp condition, hair loss and hair growth.

If your scalp is itchy,oily,flaky, irritated or has dandruff, then all these scalp condition contributes to increase in hair loss.

But black cumin oil keeps your scalp condition very healthy, which prevents hair loss and boosts hair growth.

Black cumin oil helps in preventing hair loss, hair cleaning and balding and is very effective.

Black cumin has nigellone and thymoqninone which helps the hair roots to grow.

It also has more than 100 nutrients which provides nourishment to the hair and makes them strong.

This oil is completely cool now and I will transfer it in a bottle.

I am transferring the oil in a bottle along with the black cumin. 00:03:16,00:03,22 I have kept the black cumin in the oil, so that the benefits of black cumin can be transferred to the oil over a period of time.

You can easily store this oil in room temperature for 6-8 months.

Now take this black cumin oil in a bowl according to your need.

After this i will add amla juice. I have taken out fresh amla juice. If you cannot get amla juice then you can add vitamin E oil.

I have added near about 2 teaspoon of amla juice in it. Now mix them properly.

After mixing this, you have to apply it in your hair and scalp.

Try to use this oil for 3-4 times a week. I am sure within 30-40 days you will see a huge difference in hair growth and hair loss.
