I moved home to Singapore about 2 years ago from the US.

One of the biggest reasons why I decided to move home was to spend more time with my mom.

That was about the same time that I met my co-founder Lily as well.

Both of us were at the stage of our lives

where we were spending more time with

our aged parents and in-laws.

We want to build a solution that provides quality home care

to enable independent living at home.

We felt that we could combine Lily's background in health care

and my background in business and technology

and create this improved experience within the home care space.

When our seniors are not well

they would not want to check themselves into the hospital

and lose the control of their lives.

All of them want to be cared for at home.

Homage app creates the accessibility

to people who needs care for themselves and for their loved ones.

My work start at 9 o'clock and end at 6.30

so my mom will be alone during my office hours.

She told me that she cannot take care of herself

like bathing, clothing and simple cooking.

Calie was selected from Homage to be a care pro for my mom.

She's very friendly and she told me

'No worry, you can just go to work and I will take care of her'.

Calie also took some pictures

so I know what she has done for my mom

It's very convenient.

At anytime, anywhere - I can know what's going on.

So the Start on Android program really made a huge difference in our mobile app development.

They were invested in our growth, in the experience we were providing our users.

Every single discussion was anchored around

how can we improve this experience

Whether it's in material design, in UI/UX.

They have been helping us look at it from a user's perspective.

One of the key outcomes of being part of the Start On Android program

is that we got featured on the Play Store recently.

It's been so great to have this support of not just having a great team but also

members within the tech community like Google Play.

I would absolutely recommend the Start on Android program to other startups.

A lot of the value is in just getting external feedback.

Often times you can develop in a vacuum

and just having skilled experts tell you "these are the areas that you need to improve on"

you can really fast track the way you deliver these improvements to your users.

Our aspiration is to build a huge community of caregivers

who are trained and happy to help anyone.

With our Homage app, help will just be a click away.

All these seniors can age in confidence knowing that

there's always help around for them.

alright Kristen I've made it down to the show decked out in the latest BOTS and

swag let's get to it and make sure you stay till the end I'm gonna reveal to

you my two favourite cars of the show they are total showstoppers

I guarantee first thing that I want to talk to you about is the paint which of

course makes most of these cars absolutely stunning and the paint on

some of these cars is extraordinary

most of these cars that are competing for awards have show quality finishes

meaning they were probably rubbed out by hand this car for example has a faux

painted steel finish so it looks like it's brushed on to give that streaking

look and this car weirdest color of the show factory Corvette baby blue gray I

don't know and then this guy who's smarter than everybody else just lays

down this chrome mylar on the floor and gets this awesome reflection right back

into his vehicle pretty brilliant

many of these show cars take what's under the hood to the next level you'll

find that they often clean up the engine bays and modernize them nicer than even

production cars today they'll often add some color accent under the hood in this

case this red car they're adding some of the interior color and I think that's a

clever move but motors are often than not they're

just adding some of the exterior vehicle color under the hood and it does look

nice you can't go to a hotrod show without checking out the rat rods and

the customs some of these cars are my favorites

check out these beauties

this one's my favorite rat rod of the show if you can pull off a red engine

with green wheels and make it look mean that's kick-ass there are a lot of

pretty outlandish vehicles at this show I'm gonna show you a few of them for

example this stretch VW Bug and yes that's a v8 in the back notice the

radiators in the floor here's a vehicle that's supercharged turbo charged and

has Tommy guns in the corners of the display let me explain you how this

thing works air comes in through the air scoop here sucked in by the turbos super

speed it up and force back into the intake chamber here the carburetors mix

it with fuel before it's stuck into the supercharger where the air is compressed

even more before it's fed into the engine oh yeah

it has nitrous oxide too

of course there's motorcycles at the show too let's check them out

one of the noteworthy stands from one of the local exhibitors is Detroit deluxe

their shop out of Redford Michigan and I particularly like this car here it's

Matt with check out the blacked-out windows just a really nice touch

of course there's cars like this black-on-black roadster sort of a

designer's dream you don't see it a ton but this car was extraordinary in the

sense that it was very black on black except for a few little chrome bits

there's also a vehicle here they just stuck in a Harley Davidson v-twin and it

has a nice effect because you can see through the engine bay my second

favorite car of the show is this 29 Ford Model A Tudor made by rad rides of Troy

out of Illinois it was stunning the exterior is fantastic you'll see some of

the details when we swing around here and the interior was just done superbly

the vehicle has extraordinary stance and gesture which I really appreciate and

some of the detail is just phenomenal absolute showstopper

all right you saw the thumbnail this is the 54 Chevy absolutely my favorite

vehicle of the show it has so much character that front end is so unique

it's a custom build by legacy innovations out of Pennsylvania

absolutely fantastic the some of the details here are stunning the little

things like the stairs to get into the vehicle the detail of the rear stoplight

that you'll see here in a minute the interiors fantastic there's so many

custom bits and retro things put together in a great way

truly amazing vehicle I loved it if you loved this video give it a thumbs up

Couple's new Dream Home turns nightmarish after their harassed by a mysterious stranger

For most people buying a home is high on the list of lifetime goals and since the process of saving for and choosing a house

Can be difficult it ultimately makes it all the more special when you finally decide where you'll settle down with your family

For one couple finding their perfect home was a bit tedious, but with the help of their realtor

They were eventually able to outlast the bidding war and move into the right one

It wasn't long after however that their dream turned into a nightmare

Buying the first home is a major achievement for anyone this was something that Jerry Rice and Janice Reuter of San Diego

California certainly understood the parents of one child with another on the way, they had to find the perfect house pronto

Eventually they found a small home in Carmel Valley

Thanks to the help of their agent Rene, Milton

The house was quaint in in a peaceful neighborhood as their move-in date approached. They could barely wait to unpack their boxes and get settled

Once they moved in Jerry and Janice's lives seemed perfect

And they truly loved their new neighborhood a month later though a note offering to buy their home for

$100,000 suddenly appeared on their doorstep. They soon realized that their new Dream Home was nothing if not a total nightmare

The following day the couple was stunned when they notice their home had been listed on the popular online real estate website Zillow

When they learned their realtor had nothing to do with the listing they were even more confounded

Jerry and Janice chose to ignore the anonymous letter

But that only made things worse

Soon the person began harassing the family

They were signed up for a number of random magazine subscriptions, and they even received bills for $1,000 worth of bladder control

When someone created an online invitation for a New Year's Eve party at their home Gerry realized they were being targeted

But who could possibly have any reason to harass such a nice couple like that

The pranking if you could call it that only worsened from there

One evening Gerry and Janice's neighbor Paul Abel suddenly appeared at their door upset

He said his wife Tanya had received a Valentine's Day card signed by Gerry

Gerry had never met Tanya before let alone sent her a romantic card

Tiny wasn't the only person who received a Valentine's Day card from Gerry one was sent to every wife in Carmel Valley

Gerry was forced to apologize to everyone and reassure them that he didn't do it

Play spoke to authorities. They suggested that someone was harassing the couple that's when Gerry and Jen has decided

They'd had enough they installed security cameras around their home, and they even put spikes on their fence

Janice also signed up for self-defense classes and planned an escape route in case of emergency

Gerry's fear that someone was watching them turned to torment

he lost sleep became distant and obsessed over his family safety all he could do was wonder what their harasser would do next and

It wasn't long before that happened

suddenly an ad appeared online featuring Janice's face address phone number and the headline Carmel Valley adult

Entertainment a portion of the ad read come see me during the day while my husband is at work

And we can get our freak on

Enraged Gerry contacted police men were already reaching out to Janice

One man received a response that read just stopped by any Monday through Friday 9 a.m.. To 3 p.m.. I like the element of surprise

Janice's imposter added I'm pretty much home all day every day bored and incredibly horny

I love to be surprised and have a man just show up at the door and forces way in

One of the would-be customers actually showed up at their home

But when he realized Janice wasn't there because Jerry answered the door the man ran away

the man

Then emailed Janice's imposter and said a guy was there had to make up an excuse why I was there after

Exhausting all options Jerry and Janice desperately dug for clues with the hopes that they don't cover the anonymous person's actual identity

That's when they remembered that note. They'd received from the person who wanted to purchase their home

They quickly located the woman on Facebook and Janice immediately recognized the woman. She'd actually visited the home of trick-or-treating on Halloween

The couple immediately alerted the county prosecutor. Who'd never seen this type of harassment before

police soon learned that Kathy Rowe a 53 year old county worker with an ill husband and disabled daughter

Had been one of the people who had been interested in the Carmel Valley home before being outbid by Jerry and Janice

Extremely upset Cathy apparently decided to get revenge

Kathy couldn't stand that someone else had won the home

She wanted to move into with her family when I walked in. I felt like it was my house

She revealed during an interview with dr. Phil

I was jealous destroyed and devastated with pain and depression a

Task force was eventually able to trace all evidence back to Kathy when she was arrested

she

Openly admitted to putting Jerry and Janice through mental anguish

With her series of pranks for which she faced up to nine years in federal prison

Yet after making an apology and a plea of felony stalking kathy was only sentenced to serve one year on house arrest

She'd have to wear an ankle monitor around the clock and she'd be on probation for five years

Kathy claims she never intended to harm the family and she blamed her actions on a lack of sleep after caring for her daughter

While her sentencing was incredibly lenient Jerry and Janice still live in fear the Kathy. They attack their family

What an awful introduction to the new neighborhood?

It's so depressing that the this couple was just beginning their lives who made it go through such mental distress

For the best comfort, it is recommended to watch the video in fullscreen.

The final mission of the Tiberium Crisis (as for the moment of making this video) uses the same map layout as the GDI Campaign final mission.

And this is a far easier mission to be honest, the Scrin are in my opinion not so lethal as in the mentioned mission before.

But this doesn't mean that they are completely harmless and defenseless, they are rather very annoying and can be frustrating.

Scrin have deployed several annoying and dangerous units together with their superweapons so be aware of this, Commander.

First, they have these big Alien Spikes together with flying vessels reminding Void Rays from Starcraft II, both of these units can take lot of punishment.

Especially these wannabe Void Rays, they can summon a lot of small turrets on the ground, you have to destroy them twice(!!) and their range is huge.

Their superweapon however is something you should avoid at all costs, you can see later in the video that it removes everything on whole screen (seriously).

The secret is to not activate it prematurely, simply don't touch this Superweapon building till you can destroy that Scrin subfaction without problems.

The mission will also lag for you a lot, there is a lot of the stuff happening on the map - GDI, Nod and two Scrin subfactions fighting, the Nod is your ally btw.

And it is a so bad ally that it rarely helps, it mostly sends Vertigos without any cover and some Shadow Team guys that die instantly to Buzzers, lol.

Also, there is a crash at the end when you destroy the final Scrin Mothership, rofl.
