In Landmark 3-0 Decision, Appeals Court Hands Trump Sanctuary City Ruling.

Sanctuary cities have been a thorn in the side for both Americans and President Trump.

Thanks to former President Obama's lackadaisical approach to the illegal immigration problem,

hundreds of thousands of sanctuary cities popped up along on our border states, thereby

thwarting the rule of law and thus endangering our legal citizens.

Certain sanctuary cities have even gone so far as to extend their realm of fake authority

by instituting sanctuary counties and states.

To that end, these sanctuary localities are refusing to detain any illegals that the federal

government authorities have specifically requested they hold until they are able to come and

pick these criminals up.

On top of that, sanctuary cities recently decided to take legal matters into their own

hands by submitting a lawsuit to the appeals court and demanding that they rule in favor

of allowing local municipalities to ignore the detainment requests of the federal government.

So the appeals court has just rendered their historic decision.

This decision will set the precedent for sanctuary cities going forth.

And it's nothing short of surprising, especially for President Trump.

From Washington Times:

States have the power to punish sanctuary cities within their borders and to force local

police and sheriff's departments to cooperate in turning over illegal immigrants to the

federal government for deportation, an appeals court ruled Tuesday in upholding a Texas law.

The 3-0 decision by a panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals marks a major victory

for President Trump, who has demanded punishment for sanctuary cities that thwart the federal

government to protect illegal immigrants.

The judges didn't go that far, but they did say the federal government's detainer

requests, which ask local governments to hold illegal immigrants for pickup, are legal.

Localities can refuse based on their own resources, the court ruled — but the detainer requests

are legal, the judges said.

Most of us expected the appeals court to ignore the rule of law and to side with sanctuary

cities.

But what a delightful surprise we've been given.

Finally, sanctuary cities got their hands slapped, and now they have to truly abide

by both federal and state law, otherwise, receive serious punishment.

This is a huge win not only for Texas but for every law-abiding citizen in America.

The fact that the court ruled in favor of protecting American citizens from the lawlessness

of criminal illegals and their aiding and abetting sanctuary law enforcement is a strong

sign that the peak of sanctuary cities is finally done for.

From here, we can start seeing the number of sanctuary cities shrink under the Trump

administration.

And once we get the border wall in place, the illegal immigration problem will soon

be a thing of the past.

hi welcome to monster transmissions you're with Curt and Curt's corner we

get a lot of technical questions on different items on transmissions today

we're going to go over tail links specifically on the aode and 4R70W

transmission now they offer two different tail lengths for the two-wheel

drive application and I'll show you exactly where they measure from because

it's very critical to get the correct measurement when you order your product

they offer these different tail lengths depending on your application some Grand

Marquis have a longer tail some f-150s have a longer tail so they didn't really

have a standard so we need to have you measure the tail length on your

transmission on those applications so what you can either obviously using

these the tape measure to measure it will usually get the measurements done

in inches there's two different tail length two-wheel-drive and they are

either ten and a quarter or eleven and a quarter inch so there's one inch

difference if you get it incorrect and the order course one that's too long

then you won't be able to put the driveshaft in if you get one that's too

short now the driveshaft will fit but you'll

have a lot of sonic vibration because you joint will be too far back from the

unit and cause a lot of vibration going down the road so again it's critical get

this measurement correct so the first place you want to measure is you're

actually go from the casting and this is where the actual tail housing meets the

case so you want to measure from this casting of the case to the casting of

the tail not that the red seal or whatever color the seal is or all the

way up to the boot or the actual output shaft you want to measure the casting of

the tail so you're going to go from this point here the aluminum casting to the

casting of the tail of the transmission so this one here happens to be the

shorter one so we're going to go from the casting to the tail it's about ten

and a quarter inches here at the end of the tape now the longer unit is exactly

one inch longer and that unit is 11 and a quarter inches and you measure the

exact same format so there's 11 the quarter and there's 10 and a quarter and

obviously four wheel drive they'll have a an adapter block

before it gets to the transfer case but that's a standard size we do not need

that measurement but we do need an accurate measurement of this housing to

ensure you get the right tail on the product the first time if you have any

questions about transmissions in general or tail lengths or bolt patterns please

Urge Incontinence happens when the need to urinate comes on so quickly that there isn't

Overflow Incontinence occurs when the bladder cannot empty itself completely, resulting

in a sudden loss of urine, usually without warning.

These types of incontinence may be caused by common medications or other medical problems,

so talk to your doctor about them.

Stress Incontinence refers to small amounts of urine leaking out when you sneeze, cough,

laugh or other movements that squeeze the bladder.

This form of incontinence can often helped by various floor exercises.

Kegel exercises can help improve bladder control and sexual function in both men and women.

To do them, lie on the floor and exhale while gently squeezing your pelvic floor muscles,

as if you're trying to stop urine or gas.

Hold for three seconds.

Then, relax for three seconds.

A Sidelying Clamshell can also help.

Begin by lying on your side with your knees bent and head supported by your arm or a pillow.

Keeping your feet together, lift only the top knee without letting your hip tilt backwards.

As you lift that top knee, exhale while contracting your pelvic floor muscles.

Then, fully relax as the knee comes down.

Perform slowly to feel the gluteal muscles working.

The Isometric Hip Adduction is another great exercise.

Begin by being seated or laying down with knees bent.

Gently squeeze the ball between your knees as you contract your pelvic floor muscles.

Hold for five seconds.

Breathe normally and make sure you're not holding your breath throughout the exercise.

Then, fully relax between repetitions.

You should feel the inner thigh muscles working and some might even feel the deeper core muscles

working, but this may take some practice.

For each of these exercises, aim for at least three sets of ten repetitions every day.

You can also use absorbent pads or briefs that are available in pharmacies and supermarkets.

No one will even know you're wearing them.

Avoid coffee, tea and other drinks with caffeine as they may irritate your bladder causing

frequent urges.

But don't cut down on all fluids.

You need fluids to keep your body healthy.

Wear loose clothing that can easily be removed.

Dance.

Laugh.

Enjoy life.

You're in control.

Albe's ADV New bike unveiled - Duration: 6:21.

1 month has gone by since the day I asked you guys

to vote for which bike I was going to get

well, one of the bikes almost got

a 1 out of 2 votes, so,

for every vote the other bikes got

this particular bike got one vote, so,

it was a pretty good victory for

the bike I ended up going and buying.

now, I bought the bike at

Orange county KTM

and the bike in question is......

the Aprilia Tuono 1100RR V4

There are a few reasons why I'm pretty happy with the results

one is that the bike has

a V4 engine, a V4 engine on a motorcycle

is somewhat rare,

and those bikes that actually have a V4 engine

are way sought after,

so, another reason is because when I tell people that I am happy

that my bike has a V4 engine

they look at me like I come from space, they look at me like,

what is this guy all excited about? it's an engine,

It's not just an engine

it's a V4 engine, but,

moving on, another reason why I'm pretty happy

This bike came on top

I's because every time I ask somebody

if they know Aprilia

Their reply is,

" no what is that? is it a kind of pasta?"

The general public has no idea what an Aprilia Tuono is

so let me quote Jaime Robinson

from MotoGeo, which by the way it's a great channel go check it out

he said that the only thing that Aprilia does wrong

is advertising

as a matter of fact in the United States

I haven't seen much advertising for this other than the fact

that it's being winning

constantly all the comparisons for supernaked

so, pretty happy about that

I rode the bike around for a wile and the bike is a blast

I will come out with a full review obviously, I just need to

break in the engine so I can actually open it

properly and give a good and thorough

review of the bike itself

other than that the bike is gonna get the classic

Albe's ADV treatment

so a bunch of parts are gonna get replaced

and we are gonna try to make it look

a little better, work a little better

but at same time I'm gonna try to maintain, just as always

a certain OEM look

I want the bike....once I'm done with all the bikes I do

I want them to look as if they could have come

out of the factory, that way

needless to say we're gonna get rid of

those gigantic turn signal, we are gonna replace

the wind shield, we're gonna put an european wind shield which is

darkened, and , bits and pieces

the classic things at first, license plate holder,

the classic little bitty things that every owner

mostly does to his bike

we're gonna relocate all those ugly stickers that are

all over the bike, we're gonna get rid of

a few things here and there, but, stay tuned

and see how it goes. I need to thank Horace

from Orange county KTM 'cause he was able to give me

an incredible deal

on the bike, as a matter of fact, if you guys need a bike

KTM Aprilia, Huskuarna or Alta

go check him out

he is gonna work with you, he is gonna try to give you the best

deal he can, at least it's what he did for me

and I didn't even mention

the YouTube channel until the very end

when I asked permission to name him on

the video, but let's take a look around the bike,

let's see what this bike has that many other bikes don't.

I hope you guys are just as pumped as I am that

the Aprilia is the bike in the garage right now

even more, because this is the bike that you guys helped out pick

and indeed was a great pick

is not that the other 3 bikes were

sloutch or anything

the other 3 bikes looked great and

they performed great, but the Aprilia has

just that little bit more and I'm so happy

not only because has I mentioned multiple

times, a V4 engine

the riding position is aggressive enough to

ride hard and at the same time

comfortable enough to take around town for a spin
