BREAKING NOW: McCabe Was Hiding It For More Than A YEAR – Trump Is LIVID!

Last Friday, just a mere 26 hours away from retirement, former FBI Director Andrew McCabe

was fired prompting the left into a full meltdown.

The liberal talking heads in the mainstream media immediately began to pontificate that

the reason McCabe was fired was purely vindictive on President Trump's part, but that hardly

seems to be the case after what was just discovered that the corrupt former FBI director was hiding

for more than a year which has Trump seeing red.

The country was in shock awe as the news of Andrew McCabe being fired filtered through

the newsfeeds on social media this past Friday.

Of course, the report took most everyone by surprise considering how close McCabe was

set to retire in just a little over a day, but that was just the beginning of more astonishing

facts yet to be discovered.

The left was almost giddy when the news of McCabe's firing took place as they began

to claim the reason he was fired was mired in vindictive motives by President Trump to

stop the Russian collusion investigation.

However, that could not be further from the truth as it was found that McCabe was under

investigation even before Trump stepped foot into the White House.

In fact, as it turns out The Office of Professional Ethics which is the FBI's internal investigators

had their eye on McCabe for a long time, since he was responsible for a number of some scandals

stemming back to the Obama administration.

Of course, the left does not want to believe that, but the facts do not lie as there is

a paper trail proving that this corrupt former FBI director was in some dangerous hot water,

and his time was finally up.

To show that Senior Editor Mollie Hemingway The Federalist appeared on Fox News to make

sure that the real story concerning McCabe and his firing was told, and you can be sure

that the left would rather she kept her mouth shut.

Here is more from The Gateway Pundit:

"On Sunday, The Federalist's senior editor Mollie Hemingway reminded mainstream media

reporters, claiming that FBI Deputy Andrew McCabe's firing was vindictive, that he

was under investigation before Donald Trump became President.

HEMINGWAY: It is really important I think for mainstream journalists to tell this story

accurately.

Andrew McCabe was under investigation before Trump was even taking office.

The Office of Professional Ethics found that he was in need of being fired.

Yes, there are a lot of other issues.

He was involved in quite a few leaks during the Trump administration, and I think Trump

takes that quite personally, but this is separate from that.

This is about the FBI's career personnel and the Office of the Inspector General and

Office of Professional Responsibility saying this guy should be fired.

As Guy Benson of Townhall notes:

McCabe's firing came as the result of information gleaned by the Justice Department's nonpartisan

Inspector General.

Michael Horowitz was appointed to that position by President Barack Obama, and was confirmed

by a Democratic Senate.

Not only that, his discovery of McCabe's apparent wrongdoing (unauthorized media leaking,

about which McCabe later "lacked candor" with investigators) came in the context of

a sprawling IG examination of the FBI's handling of various Clinton-related scandals,

and investigations in the run-up to the 2016 election.

That investigation was demanded by Democrats, who cheered its announcement (McCabe's current

lawyer even referred to the probe as "welcome news" in a Washington Post ). Also, when

did that soon-to-be-concluded investigation commence?

Early January 2017, before Donald Trump, took office.

To recap: McCabe's fireable misconduct was unearthed by a Democrat-demanded inquiry that

was launched during the Obama presidency, led by an Obama-appointed and Democrat-confirmed

watchdog.

Last Friday evening, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe on the recommendation

of FBI disciplinary officials.

"Both the OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr. McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure

to the news media, and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions," Sessions

said in a statement.

According to The New York Times and Washington Post, Inspector General Michael Horowitz is

set to accuse McCabe of not only leaking to the media but then misleading the Justice

Department about it.

The New York Times reported:

A Justice Department review is expected to criticize the former F.B.I. deputy director,

Andrew G. McCabe, for authorizing the disclosure of information about a continuing investigation

to journalists, according to four people familiar with the inquiry."

In all honesty, the left does not care about the facts of McCabe's firing and would rather

mislead the public to create more division in the country.

However, thank goodness some people still have integrity in the journalistic world who

are intent on bringing the truth of this matter to the American people despite who it offends.

Peter Pan | Get Moving With Disney Family by Disney Family - Duration: 9:12.

Hi and welcome to Get Moving with Disney Family.

I am Miz Shawna

and today we are going on a fun adventure to Neverland

to visit Peter Pan and his friends.

But first, let me introduce you to my two friends,

Aidan and we've got Lily.

Say, hi, you guys.

Hi!

Everybody at home, be sure to clear some space,

stay hydrated, and if anything seems to get a little bit tricky,

I just want you to think a happy thought and then just keep moving.

All right, now let's all get started.

And can we all imagine that we're at the Darling's house?

So let's step with your feet hip width apart.

Deep breath in. Lengthen your arms.

Reach and stretch up high to the sky

and then we're going to open our arms,

bend your knees, and slowly start to float everything down,

warming up your muscles, stretching them out.

Take a nod with your head.

Nod it, yes, and then shake it, no.

Bend your knees.

And take your time here as you roll yourself up

as slow as you can.

Now this time, can you take an even deeper breath?

Inhale, reach and stretch up even higher.

Exhale, open up even wider.

And then slowly roll yourselves down.

We're going to do the same thing one more time.

Open up the backs of your legs.

Nod your head, yes.

Shake your head, no.

Bend your knees and then roll yourself up.

And hands are going to come on top of your hips.

Open up your feet a little bit wider

and whenever Miz Shawna says, Peter Pan pose,

this is what we're going to do.

Got it?

Perfect.

Looking good.

So now, heels together, toes apart.

Belly buttons in.

Zip and glue your legs together as if your two legs become one.

And we're going to rise up onto the balls of your feet

and slowly take them down.

Do that four more times with me.

Up and down. Looking good.

Up and down.

One more.

This last one, can we all hold it up top?

And guess what?

We're going to start to move just like Tinkerbell.

Can you flap your wings?

And can we turn around?

What does Tinkerbell have that is so special?

Do you guys remember?

Pixie dust.

Pixie dust.

Let's get some pixie dust.

So I'm going to give some pixie dust to everyone at home.

[twinkling]

Can you two give me some pixie dust?

[twinkling]

I'm going to give you two some pixie dust.

[twinkling] [gasp]

Peter Pan pose.

[music]

Perfect.

Now let's all come down to the floor.

In order to fly like Peter Pan, we all have to think a happy thought.

Do you have a happy thought?

Yes, my happy thought is my grandpa and my grandma.

I love that.

And Lily, do you have a happy thought?

Yes, my happy thought

is my mommy and daddy.

Your mommy and daddy. I love it.

Can you guys guess what my happy thought is?

The color pink.

Everyone at home, including us,

let's all close our eyes and think a happy thought.

You got it in your smart brains?

Step your feet forward.

Arms are going to come out nice and wide.

Elbows out, belly buttons in,

and we're going to roll back and that's going to help us fly.

Here we go.

Think your happy thought and let's roll back.

Go back and then roll it up.

And...

I'm not flying. Are you?

No.

It didn't seem to work.

I know.

What is it?

We need more pixie dust.

Pixie dust.

All right, let's all stand up.

We got to move like Tinkerbell one more time.

[sigh]

Rising up and can you fly like Tinkerbell?

That is perfect.

All right, can everybody give me some pixie dust?

[twinkle]

I'm going to give you two pixie dust.

And then let's give everyone at home some pixie dust.

[twinkling]

All right, think your happy thought and let's come sit down.

Feet together. Arms out nice and wide.

Belly buttons in.

Here we go. Three, two, one.

And think your happy thought.

We got our pixie dust.

We're believing, crossing your ankles.

You guys, it's working.

Hands underneath your shoulders, step one foot back.

Other foot back.

Holding it right here.

[gasp] Come down gently to your knees

and slowly lower yourself down.

Here we go.

We're flying out the window in three, two, one, and go.

Whoo, it worked.

We're flying.

You guys, this is so cool.

Does anyone see anything?

I see houses.

You see houses?

We need to make it to Neverland.

Hold it up right here.

We're almost there.

[gasp] Oh, here's a cloud.

Let's rest on it.

Hands underneath your shoulders.

Press yourself up onto your hands and your knees.

Take one foot off to the side.

Other foot out on the cloud.

And then rise up.

Peter Pan pose.

Hmm.

I'm looking for Neverland.

I wonder where it-- [gasp]

It's two stars from the right and straight on 'til morning.

We're almost there.

One foot down to the floor.

Other leg back.

Extend your arms and let's go.

[sigh]

Hold it. Hold it. Hold it. Hold it.

And keep moving, keep moving.

We've made it to Neverland.

Yes.

Yes.

Let's clear some space and put our mats away.

And we're here at Neverland.

Looks pretty fun.

Everybody's friendly, yeah?

Everybody except Captain Hook and his crew.

Do you guys know what Captain Hook and his crew are?

Pirates!

Pirates.

Can everybody at home, including us,

can you show me your best pirate sound

and move altogether?

Ready? Go.

Arrrrgh.

Give me one more, nice and loud.

Arrrrgh.

Okay, I'm going to teach us all

how we can fend off pirates.

So grab ahold of a wooden sword

and we're going to take a step right over here.

Give me two little lunges.

One, two, and go, [swish sound].

And switch the sword into the other hand.

Someone's over here.

And go, one, two. [swish sound].

And give me your best pirate sound again.

Go, arrrgh.

One more.

Arrrgh.

Grab your wooden sword and one, ah, [swish sound].

And... [swish sound]

Perfect.

One more pirate sound.

Let's go. Scare them off.

Arrrgh.

Oh, it worked.

Say, bye pirates.

Follow me.

We're going to march, and march, and march,

and freeze.

Hop and turn around.

Lily, you get to be the leader.

Bunny.

Oh, let's do it. We'll follow you.

Hop, hop, hop.

Hop, hop, hop.

Hop, freeze.

Aidan, you get to be the leader.

I'm going to scoot back this way.

There you go.

Go. What are we going to do?

Pirate.

Let's do it.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh.

Arrrgh. Back to your spot.

Last one.

Just because it's fun, let's hear it.

Arrrgh.

All right, friends, we have made it on the Jolly Roger

and we all have to walk the plank.

[screams]

Okay, take a few steps back with me.

Everybody at home, we're going to count to four altogether.

Slowly rolling down your head, let's start it out.

Count with me. Go.

One, two, three, four.

Walk your hands on the floor to a plank.

One, two, three, four.

Feet walk to your hands for four.

One, two, three, four.

Roll up for four.

One, two, three, four,

and we're going to jump off the Jolly Roger

and [sigh].

Whoo, Peter Pan just saved us.

Show me your Peter Pan pose one last time.

Peter Pan pose.

What a fun adventure.

I think it's about time to head back to the Darling's house.

So step one foot forward,

reach one toe back and let's go flying,

soaring into the city.

And step that foot down.

That was fun. Let's do the other side.

We're almost there.

Arms out.

Extend your back toe. Reach.

And fly.

And we made it.

Whoo, what a fun adventure.

Can we all sit down? Nice and slowly.

Everybody bring the soles for your feet together.

So bottoms of your feet together.

Knees off to the side.

Hands on your ankles.

You're going to feel the stretch in your hips and in your legs.

Deep breath in,

and can you bring your upper body closer to your feet?

Holding it here, count to four with me.

One, two, three, four.

And then stretch up. Take a deep, deep breath.

Inhale and let's do that one more time altogether.

Count with me 'til four.

One, two, three, four.

Reach and stretch up.

Let's cross our ankles.

One hand to the floor.

Reach this arm up.

And take it over, reaching to the other side of the room.

And then take this arm down.

Breathe in.

Stretch up, sitting up nice and tall

and reaching over to the other side.

And take it on down.

Roll your shoulders out.

Shake it out.

I had so much fun.

We went on a fun adventure to Neverland.

It can't get any better than that, right?

Yup.

All right, let's all stand up and shake it out.

Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake.

Remember, all you have to do is think a happy thought,

add some pixie dust, and believe.

And thanks for joining us and we'll see you next time.

Bye.

B&W Tek - BWIQ - Software Overview Tutorial - Duration: 5:35.

Today we will provide an overview of BWIQ, our chemometric software

which allows for extensive data analysis and modeling of spectroscopic data

In this video, we will go over the layout and major functions of the BWIQ software

Detailed, stepwise explanations for developing quantitative

PLS regression models as well as classification models

are presented in our previous BWIQ support videos

BWIQ software supports numerous file formats

so you can readily import your instrument data for analysis

It uses a logical workflow, so users can work from left to right through the steps of analysis

We start by creating a training file, and then when all the data are inported and the analysis steps defined

we will execute the method to create a model file

which can then be used for on and off-line predictions

First we will import our data

Go to File-Import, and choose the format

The imported data are displayed in a table and plotted

There are also quadrants on the left of the files for the algorithms and algorithm properties that will be used

In order to develop a model for this sample data, we will need to enter more information about them

This includes adding the response variable Y

and also defining how samples can be used in the model

as either calibration spectra, validation spectra, or ignored spectra that will be excluded from the model

Select the blue Plus sign in the top left corner of the Spectral list to add columns for Y

and then fill in the added column by typing in, or copying and pasting values from a table or spreadsheet

These numerical values can correspond to a specific class for a classification model

or can also be related to concentrations that are used to develop a quantitative regression model

BWIQ software is designed with a logical workflow

We move from left to right across the menu for the sequential steps in our analysis

Moving across the top menu, we can begin by checking the data for spectral outliers

which can then be ignored from any further analysis steps

After this step we can continue on to partition the data for their use as calibration or validation spectra

There are 3 automatic options for this, or a user can assign samples manually

We can now save this file as a training file with the extension .train

and then continue on to spectral preprocessing

Preprocessing steps are applied to data to accentuate the signal in spectra related to chemical changes

and to minimize and remove nonchemical effects such as background and baseline shifts

Let's take a look at the preprocessing options, and how they can be applied

When any preprocessing step is selected, it is added to the Algorithms list

and the properties can be adjusted from the default settings in the Algorithm properties quadrant

Once set, click the blue plus symbol to add it to the Algorithms list in the upper left

It is possible to apply more than one preprocessing step, but be careful not to over process your data

Now that we have our preprocessing steps, in order to remove spectral regions we are not interested in

we can then define the spectral region for analysis using a manual variable selection

Our next step is to define the type of modeling we will use for this data

either regression or classification

If there are no Y-values associated with the data, the only option available is PCA analysis

In BWIQ, there are several regression options available

PLS is the most common

When there is only one Y variable, PLS1 is available

When there is more than one Y value in the data, PLS2 is an option

You can set the properties for the PLS algorithm before adding it to the algorithms list

If we have class data we can choose one of the four classification algorithms available in BWIQ

These classification algorithms require at least three samples for each class

and can model up to six different classes

There is also a calibration transfer function in the software

that can be used to transfer a calibration made on one portable instrument to be used with another

We can now save this as a training file with the extension .train

which can be executed by clicking the blue play arrow to create the model file with the extension .cmml

As long as the model is saved as a training file, it can be edited or modified

Let's open a model file

We see that the menu for the model file is different than the menu for the training file

instead having tools that can be used to evaluate the model, and to predict new samples

This regression model can be evaluated using the menu bar icons

including the predicted vs measured plot, scores, loadings and residuals

To predict new samples using the model, we go to Predict, and select the data

The samples are predicted and results displayed

These can be summarized in a PDF report, which shows all the results, and all model details

For more information on using the BWIQ software

please refer to the user manual which includes tutorials, and to our other support videos

You can also reach us at www.bwtek.com/support

New Jurassic World Metriacanthosaurus Roarivores Unboxing T-Rex Vs Fallen Kingdom Mattel Vs Hasbro - Duration: 19:53.

New Jurassic World Metriacanthosaurus Roarivores Unboxing T-Rex Vs Fallen Kingdom Mattel Vs Hasbro

Tyrannosaurus Rex in the back there I have six other Jurassic world fallen

Kingdom toys to open up we have the Allosaurus the Triceratops Baryonyx

metric and the soros the Stegosaurus in the Carnotaurus State Farm awesome in

today's video we're gonna go ahead and take a look at the packaging of all of

them well we will actually open up the metric an thesaurus in this episode and

keep watching tomorrow's episode and and the ones after to see the rest of them

unboxed and compared to Jurassic Park and Jurassic world toys from Hasbro and

Canada awesome let's start

and that of course is the super colossal t-rex in the back there I have reviewed

that go ahead and check out my playlist for drastic world falling Kingdom at the

end of this video so this is the one we're actually going on boxed today but

I did want to take a quick look at the other ones so you can see what's coming

in the next few days so this is one of the roaring boars this is the metric and

to Saurus really nice drastic world packaging it

has its action here now nice loud roar chomping sound I mean I like the fact

that if you look at the way the jaws move like really slow and cool you can

move it either slow or faster you control the action which is really cool

and this is also one of the ones we could scan with the app so we get to try

out the app today too so here you see them on the back it says push button for

sound and chomping action cool and here's some other ones that are down

there you have all those marks so you have the Allosaurus the Baryonyx in the

Triceratops which is all the roar boars which I got all four of them so just

keep on watching and like I said this is one of the ones we're gonna scan with

the app and then of course the coolest out of all these is this Carnotaurus so

he has action here on the tail and also if you push him you could see he has

realistic movement that you totally control here you could go nice slow you

could have them chomp fast you could have them do

look like a dancing move so they so this guy is totally awesome

I love the chomping movie on this and once again like I said the packaging I

love the packaging that you could just go and test every one of these out it's

totally open you could see exactly what you're getting you can see you're not

you don't have any screw holes they're trying to hide anything like that I mean

it is totally open and then you've got the app there and the back here looks

like looks like it makes sound I'm gonna have to check the batteries because I

did not hear any sound unless the sound is through the tail so we will go ahead

and check that out when we open it up and once again there is the three which

I will be opening in reviewing and then a really cool attack action Stegosaurus

once again totally open packaging so if you push down it spike you could see how

realistically his tail moves there right in the packaging you don't even have to

unpackage that to see the action and he has a strike action on walking that

would be his tail okay I thought maybe his mouth

it's like yeah his head does move but you have to do it by hand so you could

put them into different positions like I said really open to packaging on the

back it says tail striking action you got the app over there Stegosaurus

and here is some of the other ones which I've shown you guys actually and then I

got another one of the roar horse which is Baryonyx so if you push him here once

again you control how fast or slow you want the mouth it's not just like action

you push it BAM done here you can control exactly where you want the mouth

you could go faster you could have a trump nice and slow partially up and

down so it's really cool I love the fact that they let you totally control the

action open packaging so you could fly everything out and air says in the

Baryonyx it says push button for sound and

chomping action and then once again here is three other ones goodbye okay then

here we have another one of the roars Triceratops I mean the detail on this

guy is a Stalin you can see his head moves all the way up and down - and here

you get like roaring action

and you could control the action nice slow or faster in the metal up and down

so it's I I love that feature I mean it makes it so much more realistic guys I

love these toys I mean you could tell I mean I I'm passionate about these toys

because they're so cool hotel did such a great job it says push button for sound

and head ramming action and then our final one out of the six is the

Allosaurus again - chomping action you control how you want to jump fast slow

down really good for action videos stop I love the fact - that their arms not

only move up and down it not forward and back they move up and down also so you

can put it into a lot of different position open packaging so you can see

exactly what you're getting try it out I think that's gonna help

Mattel a lot but too bad they lost Toys R Us - because there's me one less place

to try these out it says push button for sound in choppy action

and then there is the other three okay like I promised you guys let's go ahead

and open up the met freaking thesaurus and scan him okay so I want to cut his

strap just he just pulls out of the packaging nice and easy here you can see

he doesn't have his tail which will help them with his balance so we have to go

ahead and take the tail and this looks like a one time attaching type feels

maybe not so that means you can't get them back in the package which is kind

of disappointing if you want to resell it or something then here it also does

come with instructions so here is the contents of the package here it tells

you how to put its tail on how to do the action and how to replace the batteries

which are cell batteries of course and then the packaging in the background you

got it you got the exploding volcano from the island everywhere

it says metric antha soros roars here's another good look at the back at the

bottom clearly marked littell so let's go ahead check them out tell me

how cool that is the huge Jurassic Park games and then

you put the classical t-rex behind it and it makes it look like a little toy

well anyways our focus here is the metric and thesaurus so let's go ahead

check him out I mean I don't know where to start with this guy because he's so

cool I'm gonna go ahead and start with his head you can see there they did a

great job you got individual teeth everywhere here

you got a tiny bit of overrun with the coloring there but you know it's not bad

at all the jaw is open I love the fact that their jaw is open in a natural

position not closed because it makes her much better pictures also so here you've

got the chopping action once again you can control fast or slow you want him to

chomp okay so that is really cool so Chomp Chomp Chomp with the head

really cool detail coloring he's like an olive like a darker green color so real

realistic coloring there nice nice deep whoops I'm sorry nice detail in the

mouth there here you've got a look at the other side of him and the chomping

action there and then let's go ahead and move on down to the arm so when you move

on down to the arms the one thing I love about these arms not only do they go up

and backward and forward they go up and down check that out I mean you could

have really cool striking act should make awesome videos with these guys

which I will be doing some cool battles just right now I want to show you guys

the details on this guy because it's awesome it's action button is hidden on

top if you look at it from the front I mean it's a little hard to even tell

it's there which I love the fact that they hid it you don't have bullet holes

on this guy anywhere astounding detail going down his leg I will have him on a

like a turntable in a minute so you'll see a lot closer detail great detail in

the muscling they went ahead and colored nails on the feet he has an extra claw

here which it's not colored here is where you get the sound it's open so

it's a much louder cooler sound and here's where you put the speaker's but

when he's standing you don't see any of that which is awesome I'm super glad

they did that and you can see the detail going up his back same detail over here

oh I didn't show you movement movement if you could see his legs are almost on

like a ball thing here look how it moves from smaller to larger so that makes it

roll smooth I mean it's almost like it's rolling on a ball bearing I love that I

mean they just put the detail into every single little bit of this guy I mean

they didn't leave anything out and here you could see the bottom of it and here

is where I'm gonna go ahead and scan this guy into the app so let's check out

and what happens when it okay so here I've gone into the app so

what I'm gonna do is hit the Scan button down there and then I'm gonna go ahead

and skin the code on the bottom of this guy's foot okay so scan a dinosaur

awesome there we have the metric an thesaurus okay so let's try poking him a

little bit sorry it's a little dark there I would show you guys this on my

app but it's not available for my app yet so when it is available

I will definitely show you guys so looks like we move okay let's try this I

turned my lights off so you guys could see better so I'm gonna go ahead and

click him how cool is that

and then we could get some new info on this guy so it looks like two facts this

is the metric an thesaurus is 25 feet tall and weighs one ton or here it says

she's a carnivore and preys upon smaller dinosaurs and a third fact here

the name metric an thesaurus means moderately spined lizard so really cool

like I said ah what once I get the bigger one guys I will show you guys the

different apps so looks like oh they're showing the Allosaurus I didn't even

scan that why are they showing the Allosaurus weird I did not scan him oh

you know Allosaurus is the dinosaur of the week that's right they have a new

dinosaur of the week but guys I will also show you guys the skin thing on his

legs so you could go ahead and scan it yourself okay it looks like we have some

oh that's just bringing us back so here is my collection I've got two of them

like I said the Allosaurus here so really cool realistic looking and then

Allosaurus you could get some facts but they only give one the Allosaurus 28

feet long and six and a half feet tall okay so let me show you guys the the

scan point on this dino so you could pause it and scan it yourself

and that opened up the Baryonyx yet but you could see you could even fight them

here in the packaging so I mean you could have some awesome realistic

looking battles I mean just look at that just coming in and chopping partially

all the way so really cool so once again quick look at the guy all the way around

I want you guys to have a really good detailed look of this guy and I will be

having battles I will take suggestions for battles also so go ahead and leave

that in the comment section through the gate one last thing I didn't show you

guys you don't have the problems with this guy standing like you did with the

Hasbro ones all different positions this guy will stand his feet are nice and

secure he locks into different positions you could probably heave uh okay that's

a little bit too forward there so I mean standing position like that

you got a medium position like that you've got low position like that so no

problem with this guy standing anywhere okay guys that was totally awesome and

guys Mattel did not send me these dinosaurs I actually paid double the

retail price for these on eBay because I wanted to show them to you as soon as

possible I guess I think they sent them to some other channels but I guess I'm

not big enough or important enough for them to send me these dinos early so you

guys are totally awesome I love the views and comments you guys have been

Knoxville and Humana Bold Goal Partnerships | Humana - Duration: 3:28.

Knoxville is a fantastic community.

In Knoxville, we live at the foothills of the mountains, so it's a beautiful area.

Knoxville is a very historic town.

It was one of the first cities in the state of Tennessee.

The big issues that we have in health in Knox County and in the region is diabetes and high

blood pressure, COPD.

There's a common mentality in this region that diabetes is normal.

I've had patients literally tell me, "Oh, but I'm healthy.

I just have diabetes and high blood pressure."

And, you know, I'm standing looking at them thinking, "That's not healthy."

So, how do we improve health in the community?

It's through this initiative and finding good community partners who are willing to

take their time to drive that success to our goal for 2020.

Interfaith Health Clinic, we've been here 25 years.

And our patients face the exact same health issues that everybody else in east Tennessee

does.

But the difference between our patients not having insurance and being low-income is that

they have more barriers to eat healthy than what someone else does.

"Good morning guys."

Humana's enabled us to take what was a storage room and turn it into a beautiful kitchen

classroom.

I see us having the opportunity to impact our patient's lives in a way that I never

thought we would be able to.

We have patients who are so excited after they attend a class.

One of our patients said, "Now, I'm learning how to cook and I'm teaching my granddaughter

how to cook the same way."

So, the impact will be generational.

We're sitting here in the fitness room.

It kind of symbolizes our commitment to one of our key pillars, one of our key outcome

areas: healthy lifestyles.

"There we go.

Good."

There's a lot of correlation between what we're striving to do as the Boys and Girls

Club in terms of healthy lifestyles and how that really dovetails with Humana's Bold

Goal by 2020.

The young people that we see here, they're gonna be the ones that are at risk for obesity.

They're gonna be the ones that are more at risk for not eating maybe as healthy.

I am thankful that Humana is coming to the table and trying to galvanize a community

around an issue that if we leave unsolved that, you know, this generation will be the

first generation that doesn't live as long as their parents.

We have started doing some healthy cooking demonstrations for the Boys and Girls Club.

Humana gave out the surveys and at the end of the series, we want to measure the change

if they're, you know, now choosing less sodium in their diets, eating more fruits

and vegetables, choosing lean meats, whole grains, those types of things.

They've all loved it so far and were really surprised at how easy it was to make those

healthy changes.

Health to us is not just about going to the doctor.

It's about lifestyles and different things that are going on in your life.

You know, working with Humana and working with other non-profits and other groups, we

can do more together than we can apart.

Learn Premiere Pro in 20 Minutes | Basic Tutorial for Beginners | Installation Instructions - Duration: 19:35.

( "Beautiful Dream" from Soundstripe plays, link below)

Hi everyone and welcome to

Premiere Gal! If you've never use

Premier Pro before and you want

to start using it

this video is for you.

So let's get into it.

To get Premiere Pro,

first you need to sign up for an

Adobe Creative Cloud account.

If you're an individual, it costs

$19.99 per month

for a Premiere Pro CC.

But if you're a student or a

teacher you can get all creative

cloud apps for $19.99.

So after you register, download

the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop

app and after it's downloaded

open it up and log in with your

Adobe ID that you created online.

And this is where you can install

Premiere Pro on your desktop

computer or any other apps that

you have in your Adobe Creative

Cloud plan. After Premiere Pro is

downloaded.

Open up the Premiere Pro app and

here is where you will be

prompted to create your first

project.

So first choose a name for your

project and save the project file

into a folder on your computer.

Premiere pro will default to your

computers documents folder as the

save location.

But if you have a hard drive

smaller than 500 gigabytes I'd

recommend getting a portable

solid state drive (SSD).

Because videos can take up a lot

of space and solid state drives

are much faster than external

hard drives and because it's

portable

it means you can take your files

with you if you travel and work.

Also it may seem obvious to say

but file organization is the most

important part of editing.

I actually use a folder system

template for each project I do.

I've included a link to download

this template which you can use

in your projects and to follow

along with this tutorial.

There are three main folders in

this template I have "01 Project Files"

which is where I save the

Premier Pro project in any other

project files I work on for the

project like Photoshop or After

Effects files.

Then there is "02 Media" which

is where I store photos videos

graphics and music.

And lastly I have a folder here

called "03 output" which is where I

store all the exported versions

of my video which we will get to

later on.

So let's save the project into

"01 Project files, into the Premiere

Pro project folder and so this is

what Premiere Pro looks like.

Down here is the project panel

and here is where you put all of

your media files your video

photos music and audio. To the

right is the timeline where you can see and visualize all your

files in time.

And above that is where you can

watch what is in your timeline

And to the left,

there are a couple of tabs.

The first tab here is the source tab is

where you can preview clips from

the project panel and in the

effects tab is where you can add where you can preview clips from

effects and animation to your

files.

So now that we're inside of

Premiere Pro the first step is to

import the media so you can start

editing. In the media folder you

downloaded from the project

templates.

I've included some stock video

files that you can use in this

tutorial. To import all you have

to do is drag this video folder

into the project panel.

That's it.

But if you're importing let's say

from an AVCHD camcorder you

first need a copy over the

contents from the camcorder's card

to your project folder.

Then you can go to the media

browser which is near the project

panel and find the folder that

you imported the card contents to.

And then once you're in that

folder you can hit "cmd+a" on a

Mac or "Ctrl+a" on a PC to

highlight all the clips and then

you can right click and select

import and the project panel here

is like your home base and

Premier Pro.

It's where you can see all your

media, the photos, the videos

everything that you've imported

and you can search for media

using the search field. You can see here that we have the video

clips from the video folder here

and if you double click on one of

the video clips it will appear in

the source panel or you can preview it and play it back.

You can also expand this

project panel out to see all

sorts of information such as

resolution, duration, frame rate

and much more.

And you can also move the

description column over so you

can see it better next to the

clips and add reference notes so

you can have more detail on the

clip.

You can also change it to the

icon view so you can use a visual

reference to identify your media

and increase the size of the icon with the slider.

Also at the bottom of this panel

you can create new bins to organize your media and you

click on the new item icon where

you can create a

whole lot more such as

adjustment layers, color mattes,

captions and we won't get to all

of these in this video but we

will get to sequences which leads

us to the next section on

timelines.

When you go to select the new

item icon from the project panel

and select sequence it will open

up a new sequence panel and the

sequence basically creates a

timeline from which you can start

building your video.

There are tons of sequence presets

to choose from so be sure to

select a preset that best matches

the frame size and the frame rate

of your footage.

Since I use a DSLR, I'm

going to select DSLR 1080p 30

frames per second.

I have a whole playlist on how to

customize and make specific

sequences for social media

platforms including square

sequences which I'll link to

below.

So here I'm going to call it

rough cut but you can call it anything you like.

Like "my first video" and after

it's created it will appear in

your project panel here and it

will also open up as a timeline

to the right.

It's called a timeline because of

the time ruler at the top which

will help you see how long your

video duration is and make edits.

There's also a timecode here on left upper corner of the

timeline that shows you where the

play-head position is and this

here's the play-head and as you

move it you will see that the

time code changes here and then

to the left of the timeline is a a toolbar

with tools that can

help you edit.

So now let's place some video in

the timeline.

There are a couple of ways to add

clips to your timeline.

Not one way is the correct way so

the first way that I used is to

select a clip from the project

panel and then just drag it into

the timeline.

You'll see that the top layer

here is for video.

There's a video layer 1, 2, and 3

and below the middle line is for

audio so you can see there's also

an audio layer 1, audio layer 2, audio layer 3

you can add your video and audio files to to any

layer that you want and if you

add more than 3 tracks in your

timeline it will automatically

create a new layer, such as v4, v5 and so on for you.

If for some reason only the audio

layer is seen in the timeline or

the video payer is not seen and

you can see the audio only.

Make sure that your audio and

video source patching is turned

on.

And I actually have a full

tutorial thats free already on

what Source Patching is.

So if you're having this issue

and you want to learn about

source patching be sure to watch

the video link in the description

box below.

So if your video has audio it

will automatically come with it.

If you hit the space bar it will

play it and you can see what is

in your timeline from the program

panel directly above.

You can also de-link the audio

from the video at any time you

can hit control+L on a PC

Or command+L

on a mac to de-link them and you can

delete the audio track or the

video track from each other if

you like.

Then you can use the Razor tool

to cut a clip at any moment.

Make sure to turn the snap tool

on so that way when you move the

play head to the location to make

a cut the Razor tool will snap to

the play-head and cut perfectly there.

Once you make a cut,

then you can select the portion

of the clip that you do not want

any more and simply press the

delete key to get rid of it and

of course you can click and drag

the clips to anywhere in the

timeline as you like.

The second way to add clips to

the timeline is by first double

clicking on the clip from the

project panel and then from the source panel you can scrub to the

moment you want the clip to start

and press "I" to mark in and then

scrub to the moment you want it

to end and hit "O" to mark out then

click anywhere on the video and

drag into the timeline.

So once you use these methods to

add multiple video clips into

your timeline you can also reduce

the duration of clips in the

timeline by setting the play head

as a cut point and then you can click the end of the clip and

roll it back in to meet the play head.

So it shortens the clip like so

tool to draw a rectangular

marquee around multiple clips at

once in the timeline and you can you can also use the selection

move them together.

And if you ever need to increase

the timeline size just move the

scroll bar at the bottom like so.

So now onto the next step which

is adding effects and transitions

to your clips in your timeline. If

you right click at the beginning

or ends of clips or at any cut

point you will get a drop down

menu that will enable you to

apply a default transition and

Premiere Pro's default transition is called a cross dissolve which

if you add it to the clip it will

actually make the clip fade in or

fade out.

Let me play it back from the

program panel here and you can

see that it dissolves from black

to the full image.

Now let's apply another cross

dissolve to the last clip at the

end and click the end of the

transition to drag it out to be

longer or shorter in duration.

You can also select the

transition and from the effects

controls panel up in the upper

left you can control the duration

of the transition as well.

Once you're ready to start

editing your first Premiere Pro

project on your own.

I'd recommend using assets from

Envato Market.

There's tons of music, sound

effects, editing templates, and

stock video that will help you

complete your projects.

If you go to the links in the

description box below it'll

include some of my favorite

templates and stock video that I

use.

There are of course lots of other

transitions and effects you can

apply.

So when you go to the effects

panel you will see that there are

many folders of effects.

You can also search for effects

so let's say you wanted to add a

white transition.

Just search for wipe and then

once you find it you can drag and

drop the wipe transition between

clips and if you play it back you

can see that the video

transitions to the next video

with a left to right wipe in the

program panel.

If you select the transition you

can also reverse it to be right

to left using the effects

controls and of course make it

faster by reducing the size of

the transition. For effects,

let's say you want to make a clip

out of focus to and to in focus over

time you can search for a Gaussian Blur

and drop it on the clip

you will see that nothing happens.

That's because you actually need

to go to effects controls.

And here you can find the effect

and add blurriness.

Let's say 75 and then if you want

it to change over time to be

In focus you have to use what is

called a key framing and keyframing

is a way to create animation.

You need to set a "point A" as a

starting point of the animation

and "Point B" as the end.

So let's create our "point a" by

clicking the stopwatch icon next

to blurriness and now just to the

right you can see that this

created our first keyframe.

Point A.

Now move the play head forward

let's say about 1 second and it

could be however much you want it

doesn't have to be one second and then to set our point B.

Do not click the stopwatch again.

Instead you need to change the

value of the blurriness that you

want to change it to.

So let's change it back to 0.

And when we do that it will

automatically create a keyframe

at the play head and that is our

Point B.

Now when we play it back you can

see it goes from blurry to

focused over time from point A to

Point B and basically you're just

animated the blurriness to change

value over time. You can apply the

same keyframing method to any

effect you apply to a clip as

well and you can apply key

framing to the motion controls

up here at the top.

And this leads us to motion.

If you ever want to change the

position, scale, rotation or

opacity of a clip in your

timeline you can do that here and

there are two ways to do it.

One you can hit this little

rectangle icon here and then you

are free to move the clip in the

program panel and you can use the

transform bounding box here to

scale it up or down. If you do not

like this method,

you can actually change the

numerical values more precisely

in the effects controls panel

here.

There is no correct way because

it's all based on your personal

preference and of course you can

adjust the opacity here to make

the clip transparent or not to

undo any changes you make here

and the effects controls panel

just click on the reset button

right here on the right.

There are so many different

there's also effects that you can purchase and if you look at my

effect's panel you will see that

I have a ton of effects that you effects that you can apply and

may not have and a lot of these

effects I use and most of my

videos one of which is the film

impact transitions.

I have a full tutorial on how to

use film impact transitions and

I've linked to it in the

description box below.

Next, what if you want to add text

your video.

Click on the type tool from the

toolbar and then click and type

in the program panel and you

create a text you will see that a

graphics layer was also added to

the timeline. To edit the text

further you need to use what is

called The Essential graphics

Panel which is a new addition to

Premiere Pro as of April 2017.

So first you need to go and

select the selection tool.

And then go up to a window and

select a Essential graphics to open

up the panel.

Alternatively you can select a

workspace here at the top.

And in this case you would select

graphics to open up the Essential

Graphics Panel.

So from that panel you can change the text font and you can also

use these alignment tools here to

recenter the text horizontally

and vertically.

So it's right in the center.

I'd recommend clicking and moving the toolbar panel to be closer

to the Essential graphics panel so

so it's easier to access and then

when you click on the pen tool here

in the toolbar and hold you can

see that there are other shapes

to choose from.

Let's select a rectangle and draw

1 in the program panel just by

clicking and dragging, the default

color is red but you can remove

this file if you want by checking

the box or changing the color by

clicking the color box and you

can also add a stroke and adjust

the width of that stroke as well.

You can use the selection tool

from the toolbar to move the

shape around the program panel

but if you want it to be

completely centered I would

recommend using these alignment

tools.

You can also select this new item

icon from within the essential

graphics panel to import clip

players such as photos.

You can also import movie files

or logos like ..png files or .psd

files.

Let's add in the Premiere Gal

logo then from the panel here you

can resize it manually by typing

in a new value and you can use

the selection tool to move it

into the place that you like.

There is really so much you can

do with the new essential graphics panel

and I have a full course on how to use the essential

to animate

the layers, to make shapes respond to

text size, and how to save them as

motion graphics templates (.mogrt). So I'd

encourage you to watch it and a

link to the full course below.

If you want to alter the exposure

contrast or the color of your

video image you can open up the

Lumetri color panel by going

up to window.

Lumetri Color and here you

can perform basic correction to

make adjustments to the images

such as the exposure, the

contrast, the highlights, the

blacks, and whites, and much more.

I have a full free tutorial on

how to use the Lumetri color

panel with the Lumetri scopes

which is another window you have

to open it.

That helps you read color and

light through graphs.

Definitely watch this you can

understand how color correction

works in Premiere Pro.

So after you add all the clips to

your timeline as well as the

transitions and effects you can

export your video to share. To do so,

Go to file > export > media and here

in the export window double click

here and select a destination

where it will be saved.

In our case I'd recommend saving

it into the output folder from

the template folder I gave you.

As for file format, Premier Pro

makes it pretty easy with presets,

for example, if you're sharing to

a specific platform it has

presets for a variety of

resolutions.

Since I primarily use youtube I

can choose YouTube 1080 because

that is the size of our sequence

we setup in the beginning of the

tutorial.

There's also a publish tab so

if you want to login to the

social platform you are

publishing to.

You can add a description and a

title and then premiere pro will

auto publish the video to the

platform for you.

Then at the bottom of the export

window you can export here to

export using Premier Pro and so

that's all there is to it

to get started editing in

Premiere Pro. And if you want to

learn more on how to create more

effects in Premier Pro you can

watch more of my youtube

tutorials here on this channel

for free.

And if you want to master

Premiere Pro Essential Sound and

Essential Graphics you can take

Thanks again for watching you
