Youtube daily Mar 21 2018

- [Voiceover] Ga-dish.

- Hey guys, what's up?

I'm Zimmer Ziezlow, best known as

Donald Trump's personal security consultant.

Over the years, Mr. Trump has relied on me

to solve thousands of personal security problems.

Now, for the first time, I'm sharing the unbelievable,

street-tested system I developed exclusively for Mr. Trump

with students and fans around the world.

Stop being afraid.

Start being a big, strong man like the most

powerful guy on Earth, Mr. Trump.

(explosion)

Hey guys, Zimmer Ziezlow here from TrumpCombatTV.com.

Today, we've got a very cool episode.

The number one question I get,

can we see President Trump

using some of these techniques in the real world.

The answer is yes.

We have a tape from Ohio in 2016,

and it is the subject of today's video breakdown.

(explosion) (upbeat rock music)

So today, we're gonna analyze real footage of Mr. Trump

demonstrating a technique to quickly end a fight

by showing your attacker you're a defenseless coward

and not worth his time.

This is Dayton, Ohio. It's actually freezing cold.

Mr. Trump isn't sweating.

He's actually secreting a protective mucus

just as a precaution.

Okay, here we go.

Wow, an attacker has jumped over the barricade.

Check out what Mr. Trump does.

This is a technique called cowering.

So good.

Mr. Trump has worked on this for years.

The point of this move is to signal to your opponent

that you are a gutless wimp

who is never gonna fight back, no matter what.

Let's start with his hand work.

You'll notice Mr. Trump grabs pathetically

at the coat sleeve of his bodyguard.

This is textbook cowering, really perfect form.

The little fingers are wiggling.

This is Mr. Trump letting the attacker know

he's a spineless panty-waist who'll go crying to his mother

at the first hint of danger.

Now let's go back to the beginning of the move, right here.

When most men are attacked, they have a fight instinct,

and that's what you have to overcome.

The second you think, oh maybe I could take this guy,

you are dead.

Instantly, you have to reveal yourself

to be a blubbering cream puff.

See how Trump does that here?

He makes it look so easy.

At this point, it's natural to want to look cool, or tough,

but see how Trump does the opposite.

They say that in a crisis, a man shows his true colors,

and it's really cool to see Trump use these techniques

to show what a complete, fucking pussy he really is.

Wow, guys, this is our leader.

Okay guys, I hope you liked that video.

If you haven't subscribed, please click here.

We love those comments.

Next week, we're gonna talk about what to do

if a couple of tough guys try to

grab the female you're choking and rush her to safety.

Now you don't want to miss that.

As always, Trump Combat TV.

Stay safe and afraid.

Do I Speak Czech? #AskDanaFragen - Duration: 8:24.

Hey everyone!

Dana here with a hashtag...um...what did I say I was going to call it today?

Ask Dana Fragen.

With a hashtag Ask Dana Fragen video.

Formerly known as #FragDana, formerly known before that as #AskDana.

Let's see how long I can keep this game up for.

I'm so excited about this series.

So let's jump right into it then.

Himbiii asks: Hey Dana. Hey Himbiii. Do you speak Czech?

Ah, so your question is: Mluvíte česky?

Ah that's one of the only things I know how to say in Czech.

And my answer is...and my answer is: mluvím česky není dobře.

I hope that's right.

It's been a while since I lived in Prague.

When I did live in Prague I did study Czech and I did learn enough to be able to sort

of get around the city.

But now it's been like 8 years since I lived there and my Czech is so bad.

But when Stefan and I went to Prague a few months ago I did really feel the Czech, like, coming

back to me quite quickly.

So nemluvím česky, but I do know a little bit.

Is there actually some reason why you draw this or that on your danke drawings or is

it just random?

So the danke drawings are the little drawings that I have at the end of a lot of the more

recent videos.

And those are to thank our patrons on Patreon.

What I draw for those...yeah, sometimes it's random.

But sometimes I do try to tailor it to the video.

In the video talking about the supermarket I think I had a fish carrying a shopping bag.

But sometimes it's just, I sit down and I just draw something weird.

Whatever comes into my head.

Dana Osgood...I'm guessing that it's "Dana" and not "Dana."

I'm guessing that it's "Dana." Dana Osgood asks: Can you please talk about

catcalling and what walking down the street in German cities, versus American cities is like?

I know catcalling and harassment is a huge problem in the states, in the point of view

of a New Yorker.

Thank you so much.

Growing up in South Florida, I definitely experienced catcalling.

I would say from the time that I was like 14 or 15 when I would go with my friends for

a walk down the street we experienced catcalling and it was definitely something that we noticed

and that we talked about.

But then I moved to Europe, first to Prague and now here in Germany, and after you asked

this question I really thought about it and, yeah, I don't think that I have ever been

catcalled while living in Prague or living here in Munich.

I don't think I've ever been catcalled in Germany.

And I would love to hear from other people, though: how have you experienced it; catcalling

in Germany, the USA or anywhere else around the world?

Yeah, please let me know in the comments.

But in Germany so far I haven't experienced catcalling.

Connie Mack asks: my question is about doing laundry in Germany.

It seems when I've seen images or videos of apartments there, there is a washing machine

only, in the kitchen or even bathroom, and sometimes not even that.

Or do they have building laundromats as in the U.S.?

Do you have to hang your clothes to dry them? Okay, so, yes, we only have a washing machine.

We don't have a dryer.

And in this apartment our washing machine is in the bathroom, but in another apartment

that we had in Germany, our washing machine was not in the apartment.

It was downstairs in the basement.

There was an area there where people could put their washing machine.

It was still our washing machine.

But we could put it down there in this one particular area of the basement of the apartment

building. And, yeah, sometimes it is also in the kitchen.

I've seen that at someone of my friend's houses, at some of my friend's apartments.

And do you hang your clothes to dry them? Yes, we do.

Zoë T asks: why did you change it to Frag?

Very good question Zoë.

Yes, why did I change it to...from Frag Dana...from Ask Dana to Frag Dana.

Um, yeah, I thought maybe it would be cool to have it in German.

And then after I changed it once I was like, hey this would be fun.

Let's see how long I can keep it up, changing it every time.

So yeah, let's see how long I can keep it up. I don't know.

Maybe eventually I'll just pick one.

Vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream? That seems like it would be an easy question.

But it's not.

I like vanilla ice cream, unless the chocolate ice cream is really, really good.

Then I like chocolate ice cream.

Keith Duncan asks... Hi Keith! Hi! You've been watching the videos for so long!

I think since the very being, right? I've been seeing your comments. Thank you so much! Hi Keith!

Ah, his question is: Have you been to...

Oh my gosh, I have so much trouble saying the name of this place.

Have you been to...this place -- Berchtesgaden -- yet?

I have not.

I have not, but Stefan... - That is such a lie! - I have been! I have been. I'm sorry. Yeah.

Well, but, Keith goes on to say that we should go into the salt mines, which we have not done.

So I have been to this place that I cannot pronounce, but we did not going into the...

did you just sneeze? Gesundheit.

So: yes, Stefan and I have been to this place that I cannot say.

We did not go into the salt mine, though.

So thank you very much for the tip.

And we haven't been to Bamberg yet.

And I don't know when we're going to go, but thank you so much for the tip.

I will put that on my list of places that we need to go in Germany.

Luca, The Channel asks: What place in Germany is your favorite, and what is a place in Germany

that you haven't gone to that you want to go to?

I don't think I have a favorite place.

Like, I like a lot of the places that I've gone to. I don't think I can pick a favorite. Oh!

What's that town that we went to?

That we stopped at and we made the video for Patreon? - No idea.

I liked that one a lot.

Although I can't remember the name so I guess it's...must not be a favorite. But I really liked it.

Didn't it begin with an L?

But as far as a place in Germany that I haven't been to that I really want to go to, that

would be Trier.

I really, really, really, really want to go to Trier.

Alright! That's it for today. Thank you so much for watching.

I hope that you enjoyed this #AskDanaFragen video.

If you have other questions for me, please leave them down in the comments below with

the hashtag #AskDanaFragen this time.

And yeah...oh!

So my question for you is...oh, I didn't prepare a question.

What are your answers to some of these questions?

I guess that's going to be my question for every one of these videos.

I'm not sure. Please let me know in the comments below. Thanks so much for watching.

Until next time, auf Wiedersehen!

I like that dogs seem to be welcome in a lot of different places.

Like I see dogs sometimes in stores, and it just seems to be quite a dog friendly place,

at least here in Munich.

Yeah, I would say not so much...I don't know.

My Dream Team: Eusebio Di Francesco - Duration: 4:30.

Hi, I'm Eusebio Di Francesco and this is my Dream Team.

I've gone with a 4-3-3 formation

and I've picked players from my era – when I was a player.

Let's start with the keeper: Gigi Buffon.

He provides security

and he's a big personality.

He's been around for years and is still playing

but even back in my day he was a real safe pair of hands.

At right-back, it's Cafu, who I played with.

He was incredibly strong, a real character

and was amazing at both attacking and defending.

The right-sided centre-back is Alessandro Nesta.

He was an imperious player, physically imposing, he always stepped up

and tactically he was very good too.

I've gone with the class and elegance of Aldair at left centre-back.

He was a team-mate of mine

and had the ability to bring the ball out of defence,

even pulling off a nutmeg or two.

He was a wonderful player across the board.

At left-back it's Paolo Maldini.

There are no words for him.

His physical presence and tactical ability

meant he could play at both full-back and centre-back.

On the right of my midfield three is Damiano Tommasi.

He worked really hard for the team

and you need a water carrier as well as the skilful players.

He performed that role very well

and was always a big presence in the dressing room.

The man pulling the strings is going to be Pirlo,

the perfect player both physically and technically.

It seemed as if he didn't work that hard,

but he racked up the miles

as well as having two wands for feet.

Zinedine Zidane is my left-sided midfielder.

He had elegance, class -

it was never easy playing against him.

Stealing the ball from him was last on your mind;

just getting tight and keeping him from your goal was an achievement.

At right wing I've chosen Ryan Giggs.

I played against him at club and international level.

He preferred the left but I like to have a left-footed player on the right.

He would have slotted into my system very well.

He was a quality player

and could both assist team-mates and score himself -

he had a wonderful strike.

My striker is Gabriel Batistuta - he helped us win the Scudetto

and was as lethal with his feet as he was with his head.

He was a top player.

There were more refined strikers, but he always made the difference.

My left winger is Francesco Totti, even though he's a No.10.

He could see the play before anyone else.

It was like he had four eyes – two in the back of his head.

He scored goals but also supplied great assists.

Giallorossi fans, I hope you liked my Dream Team

and if you didn't, no worries – we're sticking withd 4-3-3! Thanks

Jacksonville and Humana Bold Goal Partnerships | Humana - Duration: 3:01.

Quality of life is all about your health.

That's the most important thing that we have.

The health in Jacksonville isn't what it should be, which also means it isn't what

it can be.

The health barriers in Jacksonville are in most cases related to the social determinants

of health.

Not having access, secure food, physical activity, those are, those are important issues.

One great thing about Jacksonville is there are so many non-profits here.

There are a lot of clinicians and hospitals.

What we really are just working on doing is bringing them all together so that we can

work on the same cause.

Where we are currently standing at the food bank, we could literally go any direction

and we will hit a food deck.

We believe that our food distribution has to be in tandem with critical partners that

are like-minded, so that we can begin to make an impact in Jacksonville.

The diabetes sub-committee, we have a very close relationship with Feeding Northeast

Florida.

We formed a best practice programming wrapping services around food and secure diabetics.

We want to really make that food healthier and then wrap around that education that's

so important.

We can begin with a pilot and then expand the program throughout different populations.

This is the Jim Fortuna Senior Center.

This is one of the 20 senior centers that are offered in the city of Jacksonville and

this morning we have seniors that have come out to go for walks on some of our beautiful

nature trails around the park.

Mental health is a big component of what we do.

Our mission is to increase the social educational wellness programs.

By being able to collaborate with other systems, with other agencies, with other community

partners, it increases our ability to get the entire community more active, to walk

more, to eat better, to live healthier.

We're on a journey to be number one ranked on health outcomes of all the 67 counties

of the state of Florida.

The critical thing about Bold Goal is collaboration.

There's no one organization, site, person that can help one person become healthy. Now,

you see an organization like MCCI working together with the local universities, working

together with the health department, working together with organizations like Feeding Northeast

Florida.

We can impact mental health, we can impact diabetes.

We're all going to have to be working together, collaborating together.

Making the community 20% healthier by 2020 with the help of Humana and all of our community

partners, I'm certain we're going to make that happen.

We look forward to meeting that and exceeding that quite frankly.
