On this episode of China Uncensored,

a rose by any other name,

would smell as sweet.

Unless you call the rose by its Tibetan name.

Then it would smell like the inside of a prison cell.

Welcome back to China Uncensored.

I'm Chris Chappell.

When you think of the happiest place on Earth,

what do you think of?

Tibet!

Yes, Tibet.

Why, its capital keeps ranking first

on Chinese state-run media's list of happiest cities in China.

And surely a CCTV poll wouldn't lie.

After all,

that's the closest thing to voting

that anyone in Lhasa might ever get.

Let's take a look at the details.

Wow!

Big data analysis reveals that

70% of Lhasa citizens

felt extremely happy in 2016.

And why wouldn't they?

The Chinese Communist Party

has done great things in Tibet.

For instance, according to my favorite Chinese state-run media The Global Times,

reincarnation is finally being well managed by the government.

"Regulation gives government decisive rights

on reincarnation issue."

What a thrill!

And who could forget how the loving message

of the Communist Party's national congress

spreads across Tibet.

Through friendly soldiers and police—

there for everyone's safety.

Wait a minute,

I think I know how they conducted that happiness poll.

With such friendly soldiers and police

asking you questions,

of course you'd be extremely happy!

Yes, Tibet is the happiest place on Earth.

Minority rights for China's ethnic Tibetans

are even guaranteed in the Chinese constitution!

Particularly, their right to speak the Tibetan language.

It says,

"All nationalities have the freedom

to use and develop their own spoken and written languages

and to preserve or reform

their own folkways and customs."

So what happens when an ethnic Tibetan

tries to get Tibetan schools to teach the Tibetan language?

He gets put on trial for inciting separatism,

a charge that carries a 15-year prison term.

And Chinese courts have a 99.9% conviction rate.

So he was put on trial for doing something

that's explicitly allowed

according to China's constitution?

I know what you're thinking.

How could the officially atheist government

that regulates reincarnation do anything so hypocritical?

Well, it has to do with this documentary

the New York Times made about Tashi Wangchuk two years ago.

Tashi observes that the Tibetan language and culture are dying out,

largely because they're not being taught in schools.

So he develops a plan—

take Chinese law at face value.

According to the Chinese constitution,

a Chinese citizen has the right to sue any official.

And officials have been blocking Tibetan schools

from teaching the Tibetan language,

something that violates China's constitution.

So Tashi decides to go to Beijing

and use the Chinese legal system

to sue local officials for violating the Constitution.

But we all know how the Chinese legal system

really works—or, rather,

doesn't really work.

So big surprise—

he gets detained, tortured,

and then put on trial.

And the New York Times documentary

is used as evidence against him.

So just a little reminder to Tibetan dissidents:

Don't talk about China's problems

to Western media.

Or to Chinese officials.

Just don't talk about problems at all.

That's how you get to be the happiest place in China.

So Tashi Wangchuk has now been detained for two years.

He finally went on trial on January 4.

So in New York,

three activist groups organized a protest

outside the Chinese consulate.

"Actually, it's a state set-up.

There's no legal system.

And the fact that Tashi Wangchuk

actually said that he wanted to work

in the Chinese legal system

and ask for Tibetan rights,

and even then being turned into jail.

So legally it's a state set up that

no matter what you do,

you end up in jail."

"Why are Chinese authorities targeting Tashi?

if speaking Tibetan is so subversive,

why don't they just detain ....everybody?"

"So Tashi Wangchuk is a surprise for everyone, that's why.

Because he tried to fight a case

in the Chinese legal system.

And now he's in prison.

So that means there's no justice in China."

"So, here the think, I think this trial right now that's taking place

is really exposing the true face of China's colonial ambitions."

"Well that's funny because

it's China that's always accusing the West power of colonialism."

"Yeah, I mean it's been like one of the oldest arguments ever used,

is whenever someone tries to say

the Tibetan people should be free.

They'll be like,

'What about the indigenous population,

what about the natives?'

And right now actually,

you see a lot of countries actually

trying to make amends,

they're saying, 'We apologize for this,

we want to make a difference,

and a lot of works still needs to be done.'

But the Chinese government,

they're not even trying to get there.

They're basically trying to wipe out Tibetan language

and people who protect it, like Tashi Wangchuk."

"But what does China need to apologize for?

Tibetans are so happy in Tibet."

"Yeah, that's definitely not true.

If Tibetans were so happy,

why do they not let China Uncensored into Tibet?

Film the happiness, they won't."

"They're using the New York Times documentary

as so-called evidence.

Do you think that he could use the defense

that the New York Times is fake news?"

"I have no comment about that.

That's a whole 'nother issue."

"But international attention is growing.

And during Tashi's trail recently on January 4

there were diplomats from five different embassies

traveling to Tibet for the first time.

And that's something big,

and that's why right now there is no conviction...

In fact it is not Tashi on trail.

It is the Chinese justice system on trial."

"Could you teach me a Tibetan phrase,

something useful.

Why:

"Help, I'm being detained by Chinese authorities"?

"Ngala gyami mangmi gi simsong, ngala rokpa jhe-da."

"How about just 'help'?"

"Ngala rokpa godu.

We say 'I need help.'

We don't have one word.

We say 'I need help.'

Ngala rokpa godu."

"It's still too complicated."

Well, if learning Tibetan is that hard,

I can't imagine what it's like when

the government is actively trying to stop you.

And you know,

the crazy thing about Tashi Wangchuk

being tried for "inciting separatism"

is that he specifically told the New York Times

he was not advocating for a free Tibet.

He wanted to sort out the issues within China's legal system,

by using the legal system.

Oh wait,

I see why that's subversive.

So what do you think of Tashi Wangchuk's case?

Leave your comments below.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

Xi Jinping solidifies his grip on the military police.

The hottest viral sensation in China is Ice Boy.

And finally, you can buy your own half-built skyscraper...

it's a bit of a fixer-upper.

This is China Uncensored.

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Protests broke out recently in Iran

over the poor economy.

And that has China worried.

According to this article from Radio Free Asia,

...China's propaganda department told state-run media

not to report on the Iranian protests.

For some reason they don't want Chinese people

learning about a popular uprising

against an authoritarian regime

started by people upset over economic hardship.

Plus, online forums discussing

anything to do with Iran

are being monitored.

And let's just say,

they're open to the idea of detaining people.

That's the way to stop protests from getting started.

Preemptive detention.

Before on the show,

I've talked about how there's a political battle

raging between current Chinese leader Xi Jinping

and a faction tied to former Chinese leader

and Jabba the Hutt's personal mini-me,

Jiang Zemin.

To be the Master Blaster of Chinese politics

it's important to control two things—

the military and the police.

Well, Xi Jinping has spent years

purging the military of Jiang Zemin's cronies

and getting himself named Commander in Xi-ef.

Now he's after the police.

Specifically the paramilitary police.

One of the big things Xi did at the end of 2017

was to have the paramilitary police report directly to

the Central Military Commission.

Which Xi is in charge of.

Xi's speech to the paramilitary police

follows another speech he made last week

to the actual military.

He told soldiers not to fear death.

Inspirational words for soldiers

who fight on the front lines.

But for soldiers who are still in training,

fearing death is a good thing.

It could save your life

if you're bad at, say,

grenades.

Just throwing that out there.

Why the big speech?

Xi Jinping probably just felt the army needed a little kick in the rear.

Apparently they've wasting time building snowmen.

Can we zoom out a little on that tank one?

Well, someone's getting sent to preemptively detention.

But as impressive as the PLA is at building snow propaganda,

they can't compete with the the annual Harbin Ice Festival.

10,000 people worked for months

crafting this winter wonderland that will be seen

by an estimated 1.5 million people.

Sadly none of them will be me.

Of course the cold isn't fun and games for everyone.

This little boy has become something of a national hero

after this photo of him went viral.

His hair is coated in frost after his daily

three mile walk to school in a thin jacket.

Wow, his hands look like he's been working in a coal mine

for the last 50 years.

But he got a 99 on his test!

His name is Wang Fuman,

and people are calling him Ice Boy.

The rural school he goes to doesn't even have heat in the winter.

He and his sister are left behind children—

their father is a migrant worker

trying to earn money in the city,

and only comes home every 4 or 5 months.

Their mother abandoned the family.

The good news is that his photo

has inspired people across China

to donate winter clothing to a local youth charity.

And the school has received over 15,000 dollars in donations so far.

Which means Ice Boy finally gets gloves.

Plus, someone offered his dad a construction job close to home,

so he can actually see his kids.

Someday Ice Boy will be able to tell his own children,

with complete honesty,

when I was your age,

I had to walk 3 miles to school everyday,

in the snow,

uphill,

both ways.

And here are the viral videos to prove it.

And his kids will say,

"What's a video?"

In other news, ever want to own a skyscraper?

Well now you can!

A court in Shanxi is trying to dump this beautiful, 39-story skyscraper on Taobao,

China's version of Ebay.

You can own it for just 84 million dollars.

Basically, the builders ran out of money

before it could be completed

and it's just been sitting there ever since 2010.

Now the first auction

was not the most successful.

Zero people bid on it.

But don't worry,

you haven't missed your chance!

The Shanxi court has a new plan.

Another auction!

What do you think?

Tell Me What To Build #02! - Duration: 3:42.

hello again and welcome to another edition of tell me what's a bill if this

feels like deja vu already don't worry you're not losing your mind it's me I've

opened this exact same set previously in a video that I started out saying

welcome to tell me what to build then you told me to build all sorts of things

it was awesome how much feedback I got now many suggestions I got and out of

those suggestions I picked a large number of them that said build a mech

and I built this and I did it live on camera and uploaded the full video in

real time with narration so you could hear what I was thinking along the way

and how I made decisions and why and such how I felt about different parts

and we're gonna do that again because it was really enjoyable much more enjoyable

than I expected and I just I'm gonna use the exact same set again not literally

the exact same one but same set number just bought another copy of it because

I'm not ready to take this apart yet I'm thinking there's a possibility that I'll

do a whole series of these from the same parts and you'll see see how things go

but how this works is I show you the parts you tell me what to build pretty

much that simple and out of the suggestions I'll pick something and then

I'll go with it I'll try to go with something that a number of people have

asked and that seems like it could possibly be accomplished with these

pieces yeah if you say make a four-foot-long

spaceship I don't know if I'm gonna be able to do it quick these parts so I

might not try although I might try it might try to do like a four inch long

spaceship not trying to give you any suggestions here really want to leave it

open to you to tell me what to build what do you think last time we did a

mech what do you what do you think this time I'm really gonna leave it open and

just look forward to hopefully again a lot of suggestions from which I can can

choose some some really interesting ones and pick one and then go with it and

I'll do the exact same thing again with the full length mostly unedited video

it's really easy to skip through those if you find it to be too long you just

want to see the end result you can just drag that slider right out to the end

and see what I built you know in the last handful of min minutes of the video

if you want to just play it in the background and and be doing something

else then you can hear some of my thoughts you want to actually sit down

and watch it in multiple sessions or something it just gives the most

flexibility for different ways of consuming the content and consuming

different amounts of the content if you don't want to hear everything then you

don't have to if you do want to hear everything that I have to say and you

want to see every single decision and stuff that I not only put together but

take back apart you know and here why I decided to abandon some ideas then again

so that's it I am going to cut off this video now it is your turn tell me what

to build

you

Athletes commit more sexual assault than non-athletes. What can the NCAA do? - Duration: 7:01.

- I loved my school.

Then I was raped, and that kinda changed everything.

I went to a small liberal arts college that is a D1 school.

My freshman year in my first class,

there were six football players and a soccer player.

And they were my best friends.

The world was perfect, you know.

There was nothing that could hurt me.

- There's really nothing bigger than sports in this country.

In 1998, as a young woman,

I was gang raped by four college football players.

The horror for me is I just feel like,

how has nothing changed in almost 20 years?

The NCAA could have huge impacts on our culture for change,

and you see them hesitant.

That's not okay.

- My junior year ended.

I was definitely hanging out with athletes socially.

I felt safe with them.

We'd gotten back to the house.

I went to sleep in my best friend at the time's room.

We started hooking up,

which started off as

consensually as two drunk people can consent.

And then at a certain point, I told him "Stop. I'm tired."

I kinda just like moved away from him,

went to the other side of the bed.

And he said "No," and got on top of me.

I dissociated and froze.

I'm watching it happen to myself.

I'm not actually the person it's happening to.

Eventually I start crying, and it's still going on.

And I don't know what makes the shift happen,

but suddenly, like, I'm me again.

And I am just like,

"Stop, stop. Like, stop it."

You know. And I grab him and I push him,

and he starts yelling at me.

He starts throwing my clothes in my face.

And he's like, "Get the f--k out of this house!"

I leave… could not tell you how I got home.

I didn't completely

understand the severity of what had happened to me.

I didn't think it was going to impact me the way it eventually did.

Just over three years ago,

I came forward with my personal story,

and since that time I've become an activist.

"Hi, my name is Brenda Tracy.

I am a rape survivor,

and I am also the founder of the Set the Expectation campaign."

I started sharing my story on different campuses,

and Colgate heard about me and brought me

onto their campus to talk about issues of sexual violence.

As I was traveling the country and working with different football

coaches and their teams, I was recognizing

that there were some coaches that were standing in front of their players

and setting the expectation that certain behaviors were not okay.

And then other coaches weren't having these conversations.

All of our young people know

exactly what kind of grades they need to get,

what classes they need to go to,

to be eligible to play sports.

What if we did that with behavior?

What if this young student knew:

if I commit an act of sexual assault, or rape,

I'm not eligible to play sports?

Now we have to talk about consent.

Now we have to talk about healthy relationships.

Now we have to talk about behavior.

It breaks my heart to think that there are

people who have been assaulted,

who never said anything

because they didn't think they were going to be believed

for whatever reason that is, and it kills me.

My community was horrible to me.

They called me a liar;

I received death threats.

All this stuff happened to me to make me go away,

and it worked.

One of the things that drives the bad decisions

we see in athletics is absolutely money.

Athletics is what brings money into our colleges.

But when you have these contracts and money and alumni,

it's kind of a recipe for disaster to make bad decisions.

And we're placing money over human life.

You know, after coming forward with my story in 2014,

an investigation was done.

And we found out that at the time Oregon State University

was trying to renovate Parker Stadium and they needed

tens of millions of dollars to do this.

They were courting the Reser family for money,

and they couldn't have a rape scandal on their hands.

The worth of my life to those people

at that time was the cost of Reser Stadium.

You know, as I travel the country,

I look at all these football stadiums,

and I wonder who had to suffer for that building.

Before I was raped,

I'd already made the decision I was going to law school.

Growing up I always wanted to be in a profession

that could help people.

I volunteer full time with Safe Harbor,

which is a local advocacy organization for survivors

of domestic and sexual violence.

One day, my best friends and I want to start a nonprofit.

Having a girl gang of women who are

so committed to empowering other women

and helping other women and educating other women.

And I will fight for people as

hard as I've fought for myself,

and as hard as I wish someone would fight for me.

Because there are some of you who probably

know a survivor, could be a family member or…

The majority of sexual violence is committed by men.

But it's not all of our male population

doing these things. It's ten percent.

So 90 percent of our guys are good guys,

and that's who I focus on, is the 90 percent

who I think can step up and align themselves

with women in this work, and be the solution.

Let people know you're the 90 percent.

It's the quickest, easiest way to let people

know where you stand.

The responses I get from young men are incredible.

It's amazing.

And for me, it feels like this is

why I do the work.

It seems like a pretty simple concept:

Attach eligibility to behavior.

We need the NCAA to step up.

Playing sports is a privilege and not a right.

Where respect lives, violence can't exist.

Love Returns | 即使恨也爱你 | 미워도 사랑해 - Ep.76 [SUB : ENG,CHN,IND / 2018.03.07] - Duration: 33:36.

Ms. Kim, someone is here to see you.

Huh? Who?

It's me, Ms. Kim.

I was told you were here.

Come on in.

(Episode 76)

I agonized over whether to come here or not.

There's something I'd like to ask of you.

What is it?

I have nothing against you.

It must've been hard coming here,

so speak freely.

Okay.

It's about Geunseop.

I don't want to defend him in any way.

Given what he's done, part of me wants him

to go to jail so he can come to his senses.

No. You do what you want.

If he needs to go to jail, then he should.

I came over out of a sense of urgency,

but I shouldn't ask this of you.

It's because of your children, right?

Since he's their father,

you're worried that if he goes to jail,

he'll mar their future prospects.

I'm sorry

for putting my troubles before yours.

I'm a mother, too.

I know how you feel.

There are many ways to make him repent.

Do you really think he'll repent?

You see...

If he thoroughly realizes the error of his ways,

it'll be good for your children, too.

That's what I think.

That's true.

He must go to jail if he has to,

and get on his knees and apologize if he has to.

But he has a long way to go.

He seems to have no clue what he did wrong.

What was I hoping for when I came here?

You must've been very distressed.

You've lost weight.

I knew,

but because of Busik, among other things,

I couldn't reach out.

I'm sorry.

There's maturity in your eyes. You got prettier.

Thank you.

I was working on something,

so I should head back.

Yes, of course.

Ms. Dong.

Eunjo.

I'm sorry I've been turning a blind eye

to what happened with Ms. Kim.

I'm just happy that she's better now.

What a shame that she got away.

Hi.

You're so affectionate to Gil Eunjo.

She's been through a lot.

As her elder, can't I comfort her?

You've never looked at me like that.

I haven't?

I guess I don't feel the same way about you.

Mother.

What?

Are you picking a fight with me?

How's your stomach?

It's better.

I heard you could've gotten into

a huge accident en route to the grave.

It was no big deal.

Why don't you think before you act?

When you want to help someone, the key is

to avoid making them feel uncomfortable.

If something happened to you,

how would I have faced your mom?

Why are you so reckless?

I knew you'd be here.

You must have lot on your mind.

What happened when Mr. Byeon introduced his mother?

You seemed very uncomfortable.

Mr. Hong.

What's wrong? Do you have a headache?

I haven't slept well in days due to this and that.

Do you want to go home?

I just want to be alone.

I'm sorry that I can't tell you everything.

I need time to collect my thoughts.

I'll be waiting.

Geez. You've retreated into your cave again.

Don't stay too long. Hurry up and come out.

Okay? Got it?

Thank you for understanding.

So you lost the car as well?

It doesn't matter.

Tell her she can do anything

until the court ruling.

You're sure you'll be appointed her guardian, right?

I am.

Then I'll get the Center back for you.

What about Ms. Dong?

She blatantly favored Gil Eunjo over me.

As for that...

I can't do anything about how someone feels.

Dad, Gil Eunjo enrages me so much, I can't bear it.

Inu.

Why were you fired from the Center?

Director Gu never liked me.

You mean she fired you based on personal feelings?

I can let one mistake slide,

but don't do it again.

Don't let me down, either.

So you know why I got fired.

Even though you're my daughter,

I can't commend you for what you did.

We both got what we needed,

so what was the problem?

That was deception...

Good grief. Never mind.

Consult me on everything from now on.

Okay.

And... Never mind.

I'm hungry. Do you have something to eat?

Coming here took a lot of resolve.

I know.

Listen...

Do you really love Inu?

Pardon?

How much do you love her?

Enough to want her as your wife?

Enough to give up everything for her?

The weight of love differs from person to person.

Yes, it does differ.

For some, love is everything.

For others, it's not a priority.

You're right.

That's all I needed to hear.

I'd only turned to Inu,

begging her

and beseeching her.

I was worried she might do

something bad if you two broke up,

so I yielded a hundred times over.

I even thought to myself it'd be fate

if you two married and then divorced.

That's how I tried to convince myself.

But?

The problem is Inu.

I only just realized that.

It's not you or your mom.

Did something happen to her?

I can't tell you even if something did.

Ms. Jang.

Let me ask just one thing of you.

If you're marrying Inu for her dad's money,

or more accurately, for Ms. Kim's money,

then tell her you want to break up with her.

Ms. Jang.

I'll deal with the repercussions,

including Inu's pain and confusion.

Because she's my daughter.

Here.

Ms. Kim's soybean paste stew.

It's been so long.

Didn't you overexert yourself?

So what if I did, to cook you a nice meal?

Hurry up and eat. Eat, eat.

- Thank you. / - Sure.

Where's Aunt Eunjeong?

Oh, Aunt Eunjeong. She went to the country house.

She didn't go there since returning from the States.

Right. You two should make time to visit, too.

Go pay your respects to your grandparents.

Both your grandma and grandpa

thought the world of you.

Especially you, Eunjo.

They were crazy about their first grandchild.

Ms. Kim.

Yes. That's what I heard, too.

Eunjo, let's go sometime.

Okay.

And I'm getting a divorce soon.

I'll be adopting you two.

And once the lease on the old house ends,

I'm moving back in there.

You'll just let Dr. Jeong off the hook?

I can't do that.

I'll shake him down and get every last penny back.

If he's broke, I'll make him pay in some other way.

One must pay for one's sins.

He'll learn in the latter part of his life

just how ruthless the world can be.

What are you doing?

Go make a new pot of rice.

And make some soup, too.

Mr. Jeong Geunseop, what are you doing here?

I'm eating instant noodles at my salon.

What?

Have you forgotten?

This is my salon. The deed is in my name.

This is unequivocally my salon.

Don't you know that a landlord

can't do this during the contract period?

How dare you say this is your place?

Hey now. The salon is in my name.

My daughters live here, so of course it's my place.

Very well. So you'll be fine if I leave.

Where do you think you're going?

Why on earth are you here?

You have lots of money.

Go stay at a hotel or rent a room.

Otherwise, I'm leaving.

What for? It's a waste of money.

Wow. Where have your fine airs gone?

Did you already go broke?

Or did Ms. Kim take everything from you?

Be quiet if you don't know.

I'm only here temporarily.

Who says you can stay here?

Fine. I'll leave then.

Mom.

Whatever. You have nowhere to go anyway.

Was all your money really taken from you?

I don't have my own bank account or credit card.

I'd been using Haengja's,

but she blocked everything.

I thought I only needed her bankbooks and cards.

I also lost my car.

You have money, right?

I spent everything you gave me

because of that troublemaker client.

You spent all that already?

It wasn't a lot.

Have a great life

in your house with your daughters.

- You have nowhere to go. / - Mom.

Dad, what are you doing?

Mom will really leave if she says so.

Good grief.

I'll spend one night here

and leave tomorrow.

Happy now?

If you dare crawl in here again,

I swear I'm leaving.

Darn it. Geez.

Will you marry her?

We haven't discussed it concretely,

but I think so. Why?

Her son is Byeon Busik.

I know that.

Is that a problem?

Byeon Busik is with Director Kim.

He was hired to get in my way.

No way. You're being paranoid...

I mean, you're getting carried away.

He told me directly

to stay out of Genius' affairs.

Busik did?

Have I ever meddled in your personal life?

But this is different.

But this concerns my personal life.

Let me know when you decide to marry her.

I'll look for my own place.

That's not right.

The house we're at is yours.

If you don't want me around after I marry,

I should move out.

No. She wouldn't move in with her grown son.

The issue isn't whether we live together.

What is it then?

So you mean you oppose the marriage.

Because she's Byeon Busik's mother?

What right do I have to oppose it?

Then what do you want?

If you and Jonghui don't approve,

I won't marry her.

Mr. Lee?

Why are you calling at this hour?

Mr. Gu got into a row with President Hong

over his potential union with Ms. Dong.

With Seokpyo?

No way.

I swear it's true.

Please hurry over and stop them.

Really?

So I don't need to worry anymore?

That's right. It's all been taken care of.

Hey, Busik. Hurry up and eat some more.

Geez. You eat, Mom.

I'm not a little kid.

I'm in a good mood,

and this is our first dinner

since you got your new job.

When will we get to do this again?

After you get married.

Oh, wow.

Are you giving me your blessing to marry Chungseo?

Have you ever asked for my blessing?

Good point.

But I still want you to support it.

He's not bad.

But why hasn't Chungseo proposed to me?

And I can't take the lead and pressure him.

Maybe he's still worried about Director Gu.

Director Gu has retreated,

but it seems a stronger naysayer has appeared.

That's my hunch.

Who?

You know... The young man who lives with him.

That Center employee Hong Seok.

He disapproves of you?

Why are you so worked up?

It's just that I get the feeling

that Chungseo and Director Gu tiptoe around him.

Mom, you do want to marry Mr. Gu, right?

When I think about really marrying him,

I do feel a bit uneasy.

Tell me when you make up your mind.

I'll go and settle the matter.

You will?

If that's the case, I'll say yes.

Where are Chungseo and Seokpyo?

You see...

After we hung up and I came out,

they had both disappeared.

What?

Maybe they went out to really fight.

Geez. Seokpyo would never do that.

Or a drink then? Geez, no...

Where could they have gone?

I knew this would happen sooner or later.

Is that the bathroom?

Yes.

Recipient is not answering...

Recipient is not answering...

What is this?

What? What? What?

Darn it.

Who left the faucet on shower mode?

There's no towel, either.

Hang on.

Whoa.

What are you doing?

You probably should change clothes.

You're soaking wet.

Oh. I'll go get Mr. Gu's sweatshirt.

Just a moment.

I'm not soaking wet.

Here.

What are you doing?

Oh. Right.

Huh? Ow... Hang on.

Mr. Lee, this is stuck.

- Hold on. / - Wait.

Wait, wait. The earring. The earring.

- Don't. / - Go like this.

Don't. Hang on...

What are you two doing right now?

How dare you, Mr. Lee!

Oh, my.

How could you punch me like that?

Here.

I'm not you.

How could you imagine something so outlandish?

Ditto that.

Blood runs thicker than water.

Chungseo!

Go easy, will you?

Who packed these?

Why is everything so disorganized?

We got kicked out. How could I pack properly?

We weren't kicked out. This is a brief outing.

Does that make you feel better?

Huh? What's this?

What is it?

Oh, right. I had this.

I forgot about it, since I'd been so frazzled.

What is it?

None of your business.

I'm very sorry.

And thank you.

I won't forget you.

Don't you suffer from

an inability to control your feelings?

Jeong Injeong.

Be quiet. I'm going to sleep.

You used to pursue President Hong.

Are you still interested in him?

No.

Don't dismiss it just like that.

Do you still dream of becoming Cinderella?

Even Dad was kicked out.

Wake up to reality.

Hong Seokpyo is no longer the CEO.

He's still Genius' majority stakeholder.

Do you know the extent of his holdings?

Ms. Kim's fortune pales in comparison.

Really?

If I introduced you to him,

would you be interested?

That's enough.

It's not impossible if I make use of this.

Gil Eunjo? Never.

Oh, my.

What are you doing?

I'm cleaning my place.

I need to earn my keep so that I'll be fed.

Go to your wife.

This isn't the right time.

I must return triumphantly.

What are you plotting?

I won't go down this easily.

Ms. Kim is out to get you.

She said you needed to pay for your sins.

But I didn't commit any sins.

Move, so I can mop.

Move, move, move.

What is his fallback, that he's so carefree?

I'm nervous that cops may barge in at any moment.

Yes, yes.

There was trouble between Ms. Gu Aesuk and Ms. Kim?

Okay.

Please look into it further.

So there was trouble?

Yes?

It's paperwork for dispute mediation.

I need your signature.

Do you know about Ms. Jeong Inu's incident?

No.

Aren't you two together?

Did something happen?

I caught her buying off a troublemaker client,

so she was fired yesterday.

But her fiance didn't know about it?

Is there trouble between you two?

She bought off a client?

Although Ms. Jeong was dense and unfashionable,

I used to like her tenacity.

Before she gets any worse,

please rein her in.

Is that what Ms. Jang was talking about?

Ms. Kim, someone is here to see you.

Huh? Who is it this time?

It's me, Ms. Kim.

Oh, my goodness. Welcome.

You can go.

I'm happy to see you healthy and well.

Thank you.

So Eunjo is doing quite well at the Center?

I see an entrepreneur in the making.

Will you be returning as the Center's director?

Of course.

Please consult with me on everything from now on.

Of course.

But Ms. Kim,

I heard that you once worked with

Genius' chairwoman, Gu Aesuk.

Do you remember?

Who?

Chairwoman Gu Aesuk.

I'm not sure.

I've never heard that name before.

Welcome...

Why are you here?

I'm here to see my wife. Why?

Is that a problem?

She's with someone.

Please wait.

Someone? Who? Who?

Tell me, or I'll barge in.

Geez. Good grief.

Director Gu Jonghui of the Beauty Center.

What?

They left me out to collude?

Hey, go get me some antacids.

The liquid kind. Go on.

Give me money.

Good grief. It doesn't cost much.

Just go get it.

I don't recall at all.

Recall? Recall what?

Are you sure you don't?

The young lad at the Center asked me the same thing.

Is it that important?

Seokpyo... I mean, Mr. Hong asked you, too?

How? What did he say?

I know who Mr. Hong is.

He told me himself.

Oh, really?

The truth is, I don't think

my memory is back completely.

There's an issue with part of it.

Something must've happened between Ms. Gu and me,

but I don't recall at all.

I'll get treatment

and try to remember.

Then do you know about Seokpyo and Ms. Gil?

Of course.

They make a great couple.

It's so wonderful to see.

You think so?

Why? Do you disapprove of them being together?

Yes.

Why?

What's wrong with Eunjo?

I want Seokpyo to marry a woman

who had a happy childhood in a proper family.

Am I being too greedy?

I raised Eunjo the best I could.

Wouldn't her biological parents have been better?

Why is the conversation all over the place?

What's clear is that Haengja's memory isn't 100%.

That means I have hope.

What is this? How dare you lurk about here?

Hey! Hey! Geez...

What are you doing?

Where is your sense of shame?

How dare you show up here?

Hey, hey. Let go. Let go.

Really?

You have no idea how vicious I can be.

Hey, come here. Come here.

Geez. Why are you harassing me like this?

What? What?

Haengja.

"Haengja"? You seriously...

Please stop Eunjeong.

She keeps coming at me like a gamecock.

Hey!

Oh, right. You're the gamecock, Haengja.

Darn it. Hey! Why, you...

Stop it.

Why are you here?

The court ruling should come out soon.

I wanted to see if there was any registered mail,

and how the pawn shop was faring.

Court ruling?

About the adult guardianship?

Adult guardianship?

Call me when you get the registered mail.

See you then, Haengja.

Darn it...

Haengja.

Don't worry.

I'm perfectly fine, so who cares about the ruling?

- Thank you. Goodbye. / - Bye.

Where are you going?

Did Busik ask to see you?

No.

Why Busik?

It's just that you're going out all dressed up.

Ah, I'm going to Center.

You were fired, so what for?

It's not over just because they fired me.

How dare they?

Geez. It's like walking on thin ice.

Why do you have this?

I asked for this to be sent

to my office and Ms. Kim's house.

Why are you giving this to me?

I thought you'd be the most interested.

And I'm done dealing with Ms. Kim and Dr. Jeong.

After all this time?

What difference does it make now?

Did you change your mind because Ms. Kim woke up?

You can criticize me all you want.

I deserve it for what I've done.

Go on. Open it.

Will you please leave?

Haengja! Haengja, Haengja.

There's registered mail from the court.

Quick, quick.

So this is the new registered seal.

Nice. Perfect.

It was definitely a ring.

Will he propose?

Having money made me more confident.

It's not even your father's money.

Let go. I'm going to be with Dad.

I can't give up on you.

I've stopped working for your dad.

Busik!

I didn't ruin things.

Your father's greed did.

So what if you got a doctorate and were a professor?

You squandered your life, you scumbag.

I'm seeing if Hong can pursue the derma venture.

Is there a problem?

You didn't get the patent?

Bluetooth Speaker | Wireless Charger | LED Lamp | 4smarts Smart Bonsai QI - Duration: 3:25.

A lamp,

a bluetooth speaker,

or a wireless charger,

what is it?

Hello, and welcome to this video!

I have an interesting product for you today!

This is the 4smarts Bonsai

a smart lamp with an integrated Bluetooth speaker,

and Qi wireless charger.

This was not an easy unboxing, trust me,

but after some trouble,

finally, this is it:

there is the lamp,

and the power adapter.

This lamp is meant to look like a Bonsai tree,

or as some like to refer it the tree of life.

The top part is where they put the LED lamp

that produces around 200 lumens.

The speaker with the Bluetooth 4.0 technology

is also in the treetop.

The Qi wireless charger with 5 watts output

is on the base of the tree,

near the touch sensitive lamp controls.

And with that touch sensitive controls,

you can set the brightness level,

or turn the lamp off completely.

Regardless what you do with the lamp,

you can just place a Qi enabled phone on the charging plate,

and it starts charging immediately.

If You want to listen some bedtime music

activate the Bluetooth by pressing the Play Button

on the top of the lamp,

and connect it with a phone.

You also have touch sensitive controls there,

for the volume or to switch songs.

[music from the speaker]

The speaker outputs warm and pleasant sound

with decent quality.

It can be really bassy and loud.

And while listening to the music,

why not turn on the lamp for some bedtime reading,

and,

charge your phone wirelessly.

All at the same time,

What more can you ask?!

A lamp,

a Bluetooth speaker

a wireless charger….

That's it for this video,

see you soon with more gadgets and smartphones!
