Holy cow!

Oof, give me one moment.

should have been done, or we would have trusted something would have been done, and it didn't

get done either in the right way or the right time.

I don't know, I can't make a change.

Are you familiar with anything along these lines?

Connected to her?

Yeah, there was medical negligence before she died.

The doctor she went to didn't give her a blood thinner with the medicine that she was

supposed to have, which then caused her to have a stroke.

And then there was a whole lawsuit after from my family.

Please know she's fine, she's at peace when this comes across.

She's not acknowledging any resentment, any frustration…

OK.

She's just more aware that this affected the family.

They're having me acknowledge this, like, impact thing… but I can't make a change.

It's really weird.

I feel like I'm around grandma's situation.

If someone had like, just gotten a concussion – I know she had the stroke, but it's

not that kind of thing.

Definitely feel like, brain thing, but it feels external, goes internal.

So, during the lawsuit I think the doctor shot himself.

Did he shoot himself in the head?

Yeah.

OK, then yeah.

There's fixing… something, and there's an appreciation for this.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Yeah.

Because I wasn't able to do this myself.

So my mom was actually the one who dug into the situation, because she works in the medical

So my mom was the one who really went and got the hospital records, looked at it and

brought it to somebody else to realize it wasn't right.

So she was the one that really pushed for that.

It's cute, when she comes through, for some reason she's showing you as a princess.

It's the funniest thing… and when she comes in, it's adorable.

It's super cute.

We were really close when I was little.

I love it.

She comes across perfectly fine and, again, at complete peace.

Acknowledges the medical negligence, is appreciative for what family would have done moving forward

to kind of help her… and very aware that what family did really helped not only her,

but all of the other victims of this person.

OK

And please know that she is not with the doctor who hurt her.

They do not acknowledge being connected as much as she's just acknowledging that there

was an event about an impact and that it happened.

Thank you so much.

Yes thank you so much.

Of course, let me give you a hug.

BREAKING: Rotten Dem Hauled Out Of Capitol In Handcuffs – WON'T See Her Again!

It's the end of Democrat debauchery in Washington, D.C. as the lunatic left has come out of the

woodwork to inflict revenge on the man they didn't want win the election.

President Donald Trump has withstood every vengeful attempt from the left to take him

out and now karma is catching up to those who thought they were above the law but have

just found themselves on the wrong side of it.

Trump has prevailed over all Democrat's attacks for more than a year, proving he can't

be shaken from his position and will be their president for the next three to seven years.

However, the derangement syndrome is strong as leftists refuse to accept defeat and Trump

as their leader, and continue down their path to destroy him.

This has now ended up in arrest for one Democrat lawmaker who has just been hauled off the

steps of her state capitol in handcuffs.

Now that the law has caught up to her, it will likely be a while before anyone sees

her again

It's ironic that those who are lawmakers have a tendency to forget that we're a nation

of laws, or simply feel that they personally aren't held accountable to them.

This is also true of trying to give "rights" to people who haven't earned them and defending

them for breaking the law, with specific regard to those in this country illegally.

Democrats want to keep so-called "Dreamers" here because they rely heavily on this invading

army for their votes that will help them win in the next election.

Former illegal alien-turned state representative for Arizona, Isela Blanc, was willing to risk

her own freedom for theirs by abusing her position.

Now she's paying for it and can't expect that the Dreamers she did it for will come

to her defense.

"Arizona state representative Isela Blanc was arrested yesterday in Washington, DC while

protesting against the potential expiration of DACA," The Blaze reported.

The lawmaker has been open about her previous status as an illegal immigrant, telling Arizona's

Mesa Independent, 'I'm not embarrassed about the fact that I was undocumented.

I frankly got tired of people in this state – in particular, Republicans – telling

my story, calling me a criminal, demonizing who we are and what we represent.'"

"Hundreds of demonstrators descended on the US capital, holding sit-ins in the offices

of lawmakers, blocking traffic, and chaining themselves to one another outside the Capitol

building itself," the report explained.

Blanc ended up as the shining example to all of her illegal minions of what happens when

you break the law, as she was handcuffed on the steps outside the capitol by police for

leading this illegal nuisance of resistance.

She may have thought that she was creating a powerful political name for herself but

must have forgotten who her president is.

Trump doesn't stand for this anti-immigration attitude and will make her as irrelevant for

defying him as Blanc's male counterpart who was arrested twice before for the same

kind of stunt.

Since then, America has seen a lot less of Democratic Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois.

Gutierrez was one of the most vocal immigration reform advocates who came out of his hiding

hole a second time since his first arrest outside the Trump Tower in New York City.

He tried again to make a statement by doubling down on his depravity after Trump's travel

ban went into full effect.

Just as he should have learned from his first experience, he was arrested yet again.

"Democratic Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois was one of the 200 protesters arrested on

the steps of the United States Capitol Wednesday afternoon," the Daily Caller reported at

the time of his second arrest.

"The sitting member of Congress joined members of the Service Employee's International

Union (SEIU) as they stormed the steps of Congress to demanded action on DACA.

Both chambers currently are considering a bipartisan measure to replace the order that

allowed temporary protected status to illegal residents nationwide."

This was after he made headlines several months ago for inciting acts of terrorism against

President Trump, where he made a YouTube video encouraging illegals to "take to the streets

and fight" and start an all-out civil war against the President.

As the liberal meltdown continues and their lunacy parade continues to get worse, it's

only making things better for Trump's re-election efforts in 2020.

So for that, thanks, Democrats for being out of control and letting everyone know you can't

be trusted.

There's only one reason why meltdowns of this magnitude persist and that's because

they feel exposed and vulnerable that their lies and scandals that are bad for America,

but good for them aren't being kept a secret any longer.

Trump should feel free to start planning his re-election parade.

CALORIC EXPENDITURE and INTAKE - How to LOSE WEIGHT the EASIEST WAY - Duration: 4:31.

That's why diets always stop working at some point.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT THE EASY WAY

CALORIC EXPENDITURE AND INTAKE

- What's up, guys? What're you up to?

- In previous episodes, we saw what are the keys to losing weight.

- The first one is that your motivation is oblivious to others.

- You must know that you will achieve your goal by doing whatever it takes.

- The second one is choosing the right moment.

- You may have the best ship and the best captain, but it won't matter if you go saling during the the storm.

THE JOURNEY IS THE FUN PART

- If we compare this to a car, you must be sure about traveling and choosing a good day for it.

- If all this is true, you will succeed.

- If the journey is fun, you will reach your destiny.

- If the journey is horrible, you will probably return at some point.

- Notice that the mindset is the most important thing. Nutrition is quite simple.

- Losing weight is often seen as an awful process. At its best, a procedure to a better state.

- In other words, it's often seen as an annoying journey to a nicer place.

- If you think like that, you will find several surprises.

- One of them is that you must follow a very similar lifestyle after losing weight.

- If you eat like before, you will soon gain the weight back.

- It is to say, you will have to drive longer than you think. Many problems arise when you don't like driving.

- That's why it is so important to focus on the process. Enjoy it and don't get obsessed with the results.

- Be patient. If you like driving, you'll reach your destination. Moreover, you'll have fun too.

ENERGY INTAKE AND ENERGY EXPENDITURE

- We'll discuss about how to make the process enjoyable in another video.

- Today, we will cover about the physical side and how the body works.

- Our body is like a car and food is like the gas.

- But gas will never overflow in these cars.

- If you put too much gas, the car will grow.

- If you don't put enough, the car will use the fuel reserve tank and it will shrink.

- This sounds pretty simple. In fact, most the people know it.

- When you eat too much, you gain weight. When you eat too little, you slim down.

- The problems most people face is knowing how big their deposit is...

...and knowing how much gas they should put to reach their destination.

- Both things are very easy to calculate.

- It requires learning but they'll be useful for the rest of your life because the mechanics are always the same.

- It's just knowing how many calories your body needs and how many calories you are eating.

IN THE FIRST PLACE LEARN HOW TO CALCULATE FOOD

-I think most people do it the other way around

- They wonder how many calories their body needs and they try eat that amount.

- Calculating our energy expenditure may be a good starting point...

...but it depends on many variables and you will only get a rough number.

- You better calculate how much you are eating. It will be more precise.

GET READY TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS

- Each car, each person has a different motor which needs a different amount of gas.

- This depends on weight, age, muscle mass, daily activity, metabolism...

For those reasons it isn't worth it to focus too much on our expenditure but our intake.

- The same person will burn less calories as he loses weight.

- So any diet or plan will stop working at some point until we make some adjustment. No matter how good it was.

- Knowing how to calculate intake by yourself is important in order to adjust every time you stop losing weight.

- Counting calories is not neither the only system nor the best one for everybody.

- However, it's a tool that works. You may want to try it if you didn't get results so far.

- Losing weight is not just about putting less gas.

- You have to find the right point where the car uses the reserve tank fuel but it won't let you down.

- If you like this episode, I'll speak about intake calculation. That means how much gas we are putting.

- From there, we'll see how much is needed to lose weight in an easy way.

- It's not complicated and you will master it with some practice.

IF YOU CAN NOT MEASURE IT, YOU CAN NOT IMPROVE IT

mix with some pulled pork without taking away from the smoked flavor exactly what

I'm looking for the first thing we need to do is heat up our skillet

and we're gonna put everything in the skillet and simmer trust me that's about

it seems how we're just gonna simmer this I'm gonna turn my burner on to low

we'll just get this pan heated up and start adding our ingredients as far as

the order of ingredients go that's entirely up to you it's kind of a dump

recipe but I'm gonna put my peppers my celery salt and black pepper and mustard

in first because I'm gonna try to release some of the aromatics from these

no oil needed can already smell that starting to release its flavors its oils

its essence we're just gonna do this for a little bit because I don't want to

burn it it's like being in a spice store add my apple cider vinegar ketchup brown

sugar molasses

we're schuster Shire sauce I'm trying

in last salt

bring all this together until it's blended turn it up to bring it to a boil

that I'm gonna reduce it to a simmer then once it starts to get just starts

to boil turn it down and simmer it we're gonna simmer it for about ten minutes

all right our ten minutes is up give or take

it's really hot right now but I want to

give this a bit of a taste test vinegar comes through significantly definitely

tart it's got some heat and I just a just a hint of sweetness not much there

in a sweep if you do want it a little on the sweet side I would think a little

extra brown sugar wouldn't kill you and so once you've had your taste test and

you've let this cool down enough to store just simply pour it in any canning

jar if you can wait that long and you have yourself a little jar full of North

Carolina vinegar goodness hey listen if you liked this video give it a thumbs up

The Importance of Medical Treatment in a Social Security Disability Case - Duration: 5:46.

Good afternoon and thanks for being with us today.

My name is Cindy Speaker.

I have with me as my guest today, Attorney Winslow Butts of Gardberg & Kemmerly, and

Winslow is a Social Security Disability attorney, just going to talk with us about that topic

today.

How you doing, Winslow?

I'm doing good.

How are you?

Good, good, looking forward to getting some of your insights today.

Yeah, thank you for having me.

Yeah, absolutely.

We're going to talk about medical treatment physicians and the importance of that.

Let's start off and talk about what is the importance of medical treatment when you're

applying for Social Security Disability?

Right.

The main way that Social Security that they approve people is based off their medical

evidence.

People definitely need to be getting medical treatment in order to be approved.

Without having doctor's visits or hospital visits, there's no documentation so there's

no way to prove that somebody is disabled.

Getting medical treatment is the most important thing in applying for disability.

Okay.

Now, and what do I need from my doctor in order to verify my disability?

Right.

You would need to just go to your doctor and, like you normally would every three months

or however long it is.

We also like to try and get statements from your doctor as far as the prognosis, your

diagnosis, what treatment you're getting, if they think they can work.

It definitely helps people out if they do have an opinion from their doctor as far as

what they can't do and what they can do.

Yeah, but let me just back up a little bit.

The person applies for Social Security Disability.

I assume there's a certain form, there's an application process.

Right.

On that initial application, do they include a doctor's letter or is there a certain form,

they ask for certain information?

I'm just wondering what kind of stuff and how comprehensive is the information that

the individual has to supply.

They do.

When they first apply it's not a form of anything but you really list just the doctors that

you've been to, the hospitals that you've been to.

The main thing is getting the time frame right because Social Security is only going to request

the years or the months that you give them, they're not going to go out of their way to

search for it.

Make sure you know when you saw that doctor, the date, the year, where the doctor is is

a big thing because, again, Social Security is not going to go searching to see where

this doctor was or the hospital was.

You really have to do a lot of leg work yourself.

Right.

Yeah, definitely have the doctors that you ... If you know where they are, definitely

have them written down.

That's why we would advise people to get an attorney so that we can do most of the leg

work for them.

Okay, that's a big point right there.

If they get an attorney involved then you can do a lot, you gather the evidence.

Right, yes ma'am.

Yeah, we would just need to know exactly where the doctor is and even if they don't know,

just the doctor's name and we can do everything after that.

We can get their medical records ... Okay, excellent.

We can ask for statements from them.

Okay, so do you get involved in the initial application process or only after the denial?

We can, yes ma'am.

We can get involved with the initial application process, when they've been denied initially

or when they're waiting for a hearing.

At any three of those steps we can get involved.

Okay, great, great.

Let's talk about medication.

Is it important to take the medication?

Sometimes people say they don't want to take the medication, it gives them side effects.

How important is that in the process?

It is very important.

Just like you said, we hear that a lot as far as people don't want to take their medication

but to a judge or to Social Security if you are not taking your medicine it just looks

like you're not being compliant.

You're not doing all that you could to get better.

They want to see not only are people taking their medicine but they're still having problems

despite that medicine.

Yeah.

That can be an issue because medication is expensive so it's kind of a hard thing to

do for most people.

We're lucky in Mobile that we have a place where people can get their medication for

free but that medication is a big, important step of your Social Security.

Well, that's really great for the community that you have those types of resources.

Not only the medication but sometimes they don't have insurance, they can't, they're

concerned about the cost of a doctor.

What do you do?

Is there any provision for that if somebody's in that situation?

Right, there are ... We always recommend low cost clinics.

We have a few places here in Mobile where they can get low cost treatment.

Even if it is just a clinic, it's better than not having any evidence at all.

There's always the ERs, which that can cost thousands of dollars so we would recommend

going to a lower cost place rather than incurring so much debt to go to an ER.

Okay.

Once again, you guys are a great resource because you know all these other resources

and things like that.

Along those lines, if someone has questions about these issues, how can they reach your

office, Winslow?

Winslow Butts: They can call our main number, is 251-343-1111 or just go to our website,

it's GardbergLaw.com.

Okay.

Once again, thanks for being with us today.

Thank you, thank you for having me.

Appreciate it.

To all of you that are watching right now, you can just put your comments on this page,

we'll make sure somebody gets back to you, answers your questions.

Thanks everybody for being with us.

Bye now.

Jeff Sessions Revealed The One Secret James Comey Was Dreading - Duration: 3:10.

Jeff Sessions Revealed The One Secret James Comey Was Dreading.

The FBI spying on the Trump campaign is the worst scandal in American political history.

So much of the FBI's conduct is still shrouded in mystery.

But in one interview, Attorney General Jeff Sessions revealed the one secret that has

James Comey and the Deep State on edge.

Sessions sat for an interview with Fox News where he revealed that he appointed a prosecutor

to investigate the FBI's FISA abuses months ago.

He also said he is considering the request made by House Oversight Chairman Trey Gowdy

and House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte to appoint a special counsel.

Breitbart reports:

"Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed prosecutors in 2017 to investigate matters

Congress referred to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as growing scandals possibly

involved criminal activities.

These prosecutors will report directly back to Sessions, who told Fox News on Wednesday

night that he will then decide whether a second special prosecutor is necessary to take these

matters to court.

Critics of the attorney general have said he needs to look into matters where there

are suspicions that crimes may have been committed, such as the growing scandal regarding Foreign

Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) search warrants to spy on members of President Trump's

campaign and transition team in 2016.

Emerging evidence suggests this surveillance continued after the presidential election.

He is doing exactly that, Sessions told Shannon Bream during an interview Wednesday.

The attorney general has appointed a prosecutor with "many years in the Department of Justice"

to investigate these things, and will "consider seriously" appointing a second special counsel

to possibly bring criminal charges."

Gowdy has said a special counsel is necessary because the Department of Justice oversees

the FBI, so there is an inherent conflict of interest.

The Daily Caller reports:

Bartiromo asked, "So we should have then you believe another special counsel to investigate

these matters?

How does one investigate itself frankly?"

"Well you don't.

I wish that I had been able to grade my own papers in college and law school, but I was

not able to.

I would have done better first of all, but–we don't put family members on the jury.

We don't put friends on the jury," Gowdy answered

"You need an independent arbiter, and the Department of Justice cannot investigate itself.

Horowitz can– Horowitz is a fair guy, but when there are two dozen witnesses that have

left the department or worked for another agency, someone else has to do it and I am

reluctant to call for special counsel, but I think it may be unavoidable in this fact

pattern."

Do you believe Sessions should appoint a special counsel?

what do you think about this?
