I have the great privilege

to be the music director of two amazing orchestras –

Boston Symphony Orchestra and Gewandhausorchester Leipzig.

With a great joy, I continue the tradition of these orchestras

and I think there even is no way not to continue,

because the musicians who play in these orchestras

they have passed the tradition from the previous generations

and I think this is so important, to take care of the tradition and to pass it to the

new generation, to the audience and for me as a conductor it is very important

to continue that and absolutely take care of that.

Also, being a regular guest conductor with the Vienna Philharmonic – it is always a great joy to perform with them.

So these are the orchestras which I associate my musical life

the most in these times.

The Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg – of course there are many many opinions

and many stories and many thoughts about this hall –

I just can say, I think this is one of the best concert halls.

It is so wonderful that in these times and in any times

and in any time a new concert hall is built. That's already a great thing!

And this concert hall is visually a beautiful venue

and I also think acustically very special.

You can hear many things very clearly there, so it requires a great quality of playing.

But that's not a problem of the concert hall, that's wonderful!

I find it is one of the best halls and I am so grateful

that I can perform there with three different orchestras,

with three different sounds, three different traditions.

Garlic Fried Rice Recipe (Filipino Style) - Duration: 1:54.

What's up guys? Today, we're going to show you how to make Filipino garlic fried

rice! Garlic fried rice is the foundation of any proper Filipino breakfast, and its

insanely delicious!

To make our version of garlic fried rice, start off by pouring 3-4 tablespoons of oil

into a small pan. And set your heat to medium-low. Next, drop in ½ a bulb of minced garlic.

And spread them across the oil, so that all the garlic bits can fry evenly. The goal here

is to get a nice light golden brown color to your garlic. The best way to do this is

to slowly fry them over low heat. If you heat is set too high, your garlic might fry too

fast and end up burning and having a bitter taste. Slow and steady wins the race!

When your crispy garlic bits look just about done, take your pan and strain the garlic

oil into a wok. And save your garlic bits and set them to the side. Set your wok over

medium to medium high heat. Afterwards, carefully drop in 2 cups of day old white rice that's

been in the fridge. As its cooking, break up and mix the rice with the garlic oil.

Once the rice looks fairly cooked, add in your fried garlic bits! And mix them in! Then

sprinkle in some garlic salt and continue mixing everything. At this point, sample your

rice, to check if it needs more salt. Otherwise, your garlic fried rice is ready to go!

Garlic fried rice is best served with a crispy fried egg, and your choice of Filipino meat

like longanisa, tocino, corned beef or vienna sausage!

It's talagang tasty!

 Andreas Christensen has spoken out about talks that took place over a potential move in the January transfer window and the reason why he did not leave Chelsea

 Last season, the Dane became a key player in the first team under Antonio Conte as David Luiz was demoted after winning the Premier League in 2017

 The appointment of Maurizio Sarri as head coach in the summer saw the Brazilian recapture his position in the back line alongside Antonio Rudiger as the dominant partnership at centre-back

 Christensen has played in only two league games this season with the 22-year-old limited to roles in cup games

   He returned from a two-year loan spell with Borussia Monchengladbach in 2016 and was a regular starter at the Bundesliga club

 After losing his place in the team under Sarri, rumours grew over a potential exit from Chelsea ahead of the January transfer window

 Barcelona were one of the clubs linked with the Dane and he has now confirmed that talks took place

  Speaking to Bold.dk after his team's 2-1 win over Malmo in the Europa League, Christensen addressed concerns over his future

  "It's difficult," he said, in comments translated by Reddit users. "At the moment there's two clear first choices, and then there's me

I just have to show that I'm ready and take the chance when I get it.    "A lot of talk [over a January move] but it was quickly made clear that the club still saw me as someone who would play

 "Of course thats really nice to hear so I just have to keep proving my self. I think I've been good the last few times I've got the chance and then I can only hope that I'll be selected more often

"  Christensen showed his quality for Chelsea last season in the sweeper role at the heart of Conte's back three, replacing Luiz as the primary ball-player out of the back

   He has many of the attributes that Sarri is said to value in a centre-back, and at 22 could be the long-term successor to the Brazilian

 "Obviously I had a lot of doubts," said Christensen. "But once the club assured me I am needed, it really wasn't that hard for me to accept

 "I've been in the club for many years and I still love being here. It's solely because of the playing time that the transfer consideration started
