Two Stocks to Watch This Week: TRV and XLF - Duration: 3:01.

Jason Moser: Let's go ahead and wrap this up with our One to Watch this week.

Matt, you have an interesting take for listeners, based on what we've been talking about today.

What is your One to Watch this week?

Matt Frankel: I'm a big fan of Buffett's banking investments.

I've been talking about the value in banks like

Bank of America and Goldman Sachs for some time now.

Other people on the show have talked about JP Morgan as a big value play, Wells Fargo.

But it's not practical for most people to own ten different bank stocks.

so, I'm watching the financial sector SPDR ETF, ticker XLF.

It's a great way to invest in a bunch of bank stocks and Berkshire itself.

Don't forget, Berkshire at its core is a financial sector stock, and is actually the ETF's top holding.

Other than that, it owns a lot of JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo.

Pretty much the Buffett banking portfolio, you can buy all in one stock.

Moser: Good deal. Frankel: And it's a very low-cost index fund.

It's a great way, if people feel like I do, that the banking sector as a whole has a lot of

potential and is very undervalued right now. Moser: What's the ticker for that fund?

Frankel: It's XLF. Moser: I like that.

Like you, I'm going to honor Buffett and Berkshire here.

I'm going to go with Travelers, ticker TRV, in honor of Berkshire adding to Travelers

during the quarter. Insurance is one of those things. Everybody needs it.

You don't know when it's going to come in handy, but that's the whole point, really.

Travelers is a very well-known brand within the insurance industry.

Net premiums for the most recent quarter were up 6%, which is encouraging.

They continue to maintain attractive combined ratios.

The underlying combined ratio this year chalked up at 93%.

That means they're writing good business, and I think you can assume that they will continue to do that.

The philosophy with Travelers -- certainly when I was there, and it doesn't appear to

have changed -- they want to pay what they owe and move on, try to eliminate as much

of those frictional costs that can string out business for a long period of time in

the form of subrogation and whatnot.

I think it's also really neat to see Travelers saddling up with Amazon here, coming up with

some new home insurance products.

They're using some of that technology that Amazon's coming out with, rolling that into

its Travelers insurance products, and giving homeowners a new way to view purchasing home insurance,

which is, of course, a requirement if you're going to own your home. So, for me, Travelers.

It seems like it's never been a bad time to own the stock. And apparently, Uncle Warren agrees.

How To Train A Dog To Stop Eating Grass? - Duration: 2:33.

Hi, Mirko here from Healthy Pet Systems.

Today I will reveal you how to train a dog to stop eating grass.

So let's dive in.

In this video, I will show you two procedures that you can use to train your dog to stop

eating grass.

It is common behavior for a dog to eat grass.

However, sometimes it can be excessive and that is not good for your dog.

If you take your dog outside and see that it goes for the grass you might want to prevent

this behavior.

One of the best ways to do it is of course training.

So, how to train a dog to stop eating grass?

As I mentioned before there are two dog grass eating training procedures.

Ok, let's see the first one:

First step, keep an eye on your dog.

The second step, when you notice your dog is going for grass tell loudly command „STOP".

Third step, when the dog stops eating grass tell him "good dog".

And the fourth step, reinforcing this behaviour with a reward like a treat.

Also, there is another way to train your dog to stop eating grass.

You can teach your dog „STOP" and „LEAVE IT" commands.

If your dog already knows this commands then follow these training steps:

First step, keep an eye on your dog.

The step number two, when you notice your dog is going for grass tell loudly command „STOP".

The step number three, when dog stop, provide him a reward ie. treat.

The step number four, say „LEAVE IT" command.

The step number five, when the dog leaves grass reward it with treat again.

And the step number six, say "good dog".

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss: Weight loss after fat transfer to the breasts.

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

Welcome back!

Fat transfer to the breasts is one of the most popular and common procedures

I have been performing for years.

If your breasts lack projection or are poorly shaped, you can have a consultation with me

to know whether fat transfer surgery can fix the condition.

Fortunately, almost all of the fat transfer procedures that I have performed so far have been successful,

and my patients are content with the results.

To remain satisfied with the results of fat transfer to the breasts, I always advise my patients

to be careful after the surgery, especially when it comes to weight loss after the procedure.

During the pre-operative consultation and after the surgery, I always tell my patients

to maintain a stable weight.

Many patients ask why this is necessary.

To understand why this is essential, you should know how I perform the procedure.

Keep in mind that I perform fat transfer surgery by removing excess fat from different areas of your body

and then inject it into your breasts.

Once your body vascularizes the fat, the fat will start to behave just like the fat in any other area of your body.

This means if you lose considerable weight, the fat in your breasts will shrink,

which can cause the breasts to decrease in size and lose projection and shape.

If your weight loss is extreme, it can result in liquefaction of the fat in your breasts.

As a result, it will not be possible to restore the previous results without additional fat injections

into your breasts.

It is for this reason that I always tell my patients to keep their weight stable after fat transfer surgery

and avoid considerable weight loss.

I use specific methods to decrease the effects of weight loss on the breasts after fat transfer surgery.

Keep in mind that if the fat extraction, fat processing, and fat grafting is not done carefully and accurately,

weight loss will have a severe impact on the results.

To prevent this, I always dedicate more time and attention to detail to the fat removal,

purification, and grafting during the surgery.

Despite this, you must do your best to avoid weight loss after the procedure.

It will help prolong the results of fat transfer surgery.
