S. Korea successfully test-launched locally developed rocket - Duration: 1:28.
today's South Korea tested its indigenous rocket engine it was a
roaring success a most promising step forward in reaching the long-term goal
of launching the Korea space launch vehicle - by the Year 2021
Tracy um fills us in other details post that according to the Ministry of
Science and ICT and Korea aerospace research institute the engine fully
combusted for 151 seconds 11 seconds longer than what the team considers a
successful run on Wednesday at 4 p.m. Korea time the rocket engine was
successfully launched from the Naro Space Center in Google chalindo province
the rocket flew for about 10 minutes it reached a peak altitude of roughly 200
kilometers after some 300 seconds into flight and before splashing down in
international waters of the south eastern coast of jeju island the engine
launch is a trial run for the country's second carrier rocket known as Korea's
space launch vehicle - or gnudi meaning the world in ancient Korean nori is a
three stage vehicle developed entirely with homegrown technology using 75 tonne
force engines to launch satellites into the orbit in 2021
Wednesday's test launch was for only the second stage of the newest propulsion
with the first and third stage engines to be tested starting early next year

what's up wait what oh yeah I remember um so obviously on this vlog I talk
about you know what I do but I also talk about what I think about and what I
learn and I want to share my lessons but here's a problem I don't know shit so
everything I say comes with a grain of salt and obviously I'm trying to work on
that right and there are two main reasons you can basically work on that
in my opinion number one is you know trial and error learning through making
mistakes and you know that's that's what I'm constantly doing I'm making a lot of
mistakes and hopefully learning a little bit from it and then the other way to
learn is actually look at other people who have done what you have done and
hear what they have to say and one of these amazing people that I truly
respect more than maybe anyone elses good a bran and I thought you know I'm
learning from him but why shouldn't I just put whatever I think is interesting
into the block instead of you know me trying to somehow you know say what he
is trying to say because I might be misunderstanding him so from now on if
I'm consuming a certain piece of content that could be like a video or a podcast
why shouldn't I just include part of that like a clip like one little snippet
that I think is interesting into it and so I was just watching
Scooter Braun the the thing he did with Success Magazine and he was saying
something super interesting in my opinion so instead of me trying to
somehow convey that message I'm just gonna put the clip in here now Daniel
and when I did when I did the the cover of success I actually asked my was like
you know it's a weird title for you guys to have I'm sure it's really interesting
because that definition of what a success is such an interesting thing to
talk about because as a society we all have very different definitions and I
guess what I want to do with social media and what I choose to do
is I want to change the definition of my business that you can be a good husband
a good father and a good friend and still be successful and and have the
right intentions and there's always going to be people who talk shit I'm
doing a benefit on Tuesday I'm supposed to be in Hawaii on vacation this week
cancel the vacation I'm doing the benefit I have people who just finished
the VMAs and they were supposed to take a vacation producing the VMAs and
they're now producing the show for me pro bono and people are like oh look at
you getting these celebrities together so they can just look good you know what
that's fine there's a lot of people are gonna think
that but when we raise 30 40 50 60 hundred million dollars for people that
need it calling whatever the fuck you want
I got to stop cursing stop doing that so so when's the last
time I'm also a Jets fan I curse a lot I need to it's it's a hard life but it's
good though for any football fans first of all you don't know football let me
explain my team is the worst team in the NFL like we might just go Owen 16 we are
not very good right now but for my son you know how important is that he's a
Jets fan for my two boys because they are about to live this extraordinary
life surrounded by celebrity and wealth and all this different stuff but every
Sunday they will be losers and they will be humbled so yes if you don't know
Scooter Braun definitely check him out one of the most incredible people but
not only incredible people in terms of the successes he had but also like the
kind of person he is and let me know what you think about the idea of
actually including like little snippets of you know YouTube video or podcast
something that I consume into the vlog also what I just decided to do I'm gonna
start a playlist I think I called it now recommended to watch with stuff I like
and stuff I watched and stuff that inspires me
that is not from me and I'm gonna make it a public place obviously and yeah I'm
gonna put stuff in there so if you are ever you know if you ever want to watch
some stuff or you're interested at this stuff that I sometimes go to to you know
get inspired from or learn from specifically go there I'm gonna put it
on the home page obviously I never I never archived all the stuff that I like
so now that I didn't I only put two stuff in there and the Scooter Braun
thing is one of them so this stuff will fill up over time all right I edit it so
on the on my on my home page there's no play that's called
if I learn from and I went a bit through my history of stuff I watched and so I
just added some of the recent stuff that I watched and I put it in there it's
mostly podcast and long-form long-form videos also one one music
video which I thought wasn't special but yeah let me know if you have any other
stuff that you feel like I should watch that is like interesting educational
inspirational whatever the fuck that means just comment down below um I might
watch it I might not watch it because I still have a fucking long list of stuff
I wanna watch once I find the time but I'm gonna use that thing to you know add
stuff if I find something that I think is interesting and that can be anything

"Picasso In A Cafe"... an impromptu west virginia song for my wife - Duration: 7:57.
It's really beautiful here right? Maybe I'll do like a pan around to show you
I've been trying to do like free writes in the morning where I spend like 15 minutes
and I literally set a clock so like today at 8:41 I wrote down it's "841 until 856 I'm gonna try and write a song"
I had 3 extra minutes
This was my 11 minute song. It took longer to set the camera up than to write this song
(Talking to Anna) Anna, so the reason I made the camera go on is per usual I scribbled a song about you
(To camera) I've been reading a lot of books talking about how writers remain creative up until their 80s and 90s
and how you can keep going back to the page and finding new things to say
and an example given was Picasso sitting in cafes and sprawling things on the back of napkins when he was an old man.
(Anna): Oh, I didn't know that - Yeah, yeah.
Anna: He slept with an underage girl
Oh right I'm so sorry. Pica- Oh shit.

How Your Electric Range Works - Duration: 7:37.
hi my name is Bill and today we're gonna be going over how an electric range
works just in case you're curious and you've ever wanted to see the inside of
your range or you have to prepare for doing a repair and you want to know
ahead of time what's in store for you warning before doing any repairs please
disconnect your power source so in case you didn't know this right here is an
electric oven with a flat cooktop surface our electric oven here has 4
different cooking surfaces as well as a warming zone and not all ovens have that
but this is just going to be a general informative video on how an electric
oven works so we'll start off with the top part here so on the front right here
we've got a couple of different switches right here this one will control the
dual burner again not every single oven is going to have this but this one does
so this is going to be controlling whether the dual burners on or off and
you know lower power mode then up here you've got an oven light down here your
speed bake if you want to turn that option on and of course you've got all
of your control switches for the different elements and that goes all the
way from off and it goes to high and it turns right back to off or if you want
to you can turn it right back to high automatically so right here you've also
got your control panel and that's basically the brains of your entire oven
that tells it what basically what you want it to do you've got your oven
temperature it can tell you how much time you have left you can set a timer
on it so that it counts down if you're cooking something it also tells you that
the oven is in preheat and it will beep when the oven is preheated and it's
ready at the temperature you wanted at and down here you've got an indicator
that comes on if you've got a hot surface so if any of the elements are
still hot after you just cooked they'll come on letting you
know that you really shouldn't be touching the glass on the oven because
it'll still be hot it could still hurt and it could possibly burn you so the
other good thing about this having the hot surface indicator on there is it
could also serve as a reminder that you should take whatever you were cooking
off the element and maybe move it over or put it somewhere else because if you
do leave it on with the electric stove it's gonna continue cooking until that
element has enough time to cool down so if you headed all the way up on high
heat the highest heat that it will go and you have something like maybe a stir
fry or you know whatever you have on there that's gonna keep cooking until
you take it off so don't just make your plate and go eat and leave the rest on
the stove you're gonna have to get that and move it over to a different burner
that you didn't use unless you like charred meat which you know no one's
judging and right here you see an electric oven with the elements that sit
on top of the range so that's the difference right there is that it's just
got these electric coils and those glow red-hot when you turn the oven on the
other thing about electric ovens is they take a lot more energy to run than a
standard appliance so these go on 220 lines and you'll see there's two
different types we've got a three prong and a four prong the three prong is an
older version while the four prong is a newer and it's supposed to be safer and
prevent any kind of overloads or anything like that from happening it's
supposed to be better grounding basically so if you have a house that
does have the three prong ones you can always hook that up to your appliance
just follow the instructions that are on the user manual if however you have a
house that has the four prongs you're not gonna want to change the outlet
because it's actually illegal to do that now so you're gonna have to get a four
prong plug and install that properly under your appliance so this is
underneath the cooktop of your oven so you've got all of your little elements
right here and this is with the glass that's on top of course when you have
the electric elements that sit on top of the
range you're gonna have a slightly different looking piece underneath here
but it's essentially the same type of thing
so these are all electric elements and then they have ceramic on the outside to
help stop from anything else like all these wires and everything getting burn
and then down here we've got the insulation on the oven and that's going
to keep most of the heat inside where you want it and not escaping and making
your cooktop for example extremely hot then you've got a little exhaust vent
here as well that just helps some of the heat escape out into your kitchen or
wherever you have your oven so now we've got the inside of the oven here and
we've got obviously our baking racks which you can move from the very top all
the way down to this bottom rack right here or you can take one out if you've
got something big that you're gonna cook and basically you use them in any
combination that you want then I'll take these out so on the inside you'll see
you've got your baking element as well as a broil element right here
depending on your preference of cooking style and you've got a fan back here
that circulates air as well as an exhaust vent right up in here that helps
some of the air that's already in here go out and leave the oven so that you
can get some air circulation so right here is your oven door the oven door has
several panes of glass inside of it all to keep all the heat trapped inside
you've got this insulating piece of material right here which is the door
gasket and that keeps heat from escaping it's gonna seal right around this groove
edge on the door here but then inside the door it's got several layers of
glass as well as insulation again to keep the heat inside the oven and not
coming out into your kitchen and now on the bottom here is the broiler drawer
not a lot of people know this but you can actually cook stuff in there instead
of this being a storage this is actually something that can be
used to cook inside of not a lot of people know that even though it comes on
the instructions but nobody reads the instructions nowadays anyways right
finally don't forget to plug in your appliance if you need to replace any
parts for your appliances you can find an OEM replacement part on our website

Mathew: I'm Mathew.
We have a very special edition for you, because this question
is brought to you by John from one of our comments sections.
The questions goes as such, "If I don't
have a winter setting on my multiport
valve, what setting should I leave
the valve on during the winter months?" Rob.
Rob: All right. Well, John.
Like you noticed, a lot of filter valves will have
a winter setting, then it's not as shallow as the other one.
Basically, it keeps the valve in a halfcocked position.
It keeps it open so it can drain out.
What you can do if you don't have a winter position
is just move the valve in between two settings.
You just depress it, it saves on filter, and move
it halfway in between filter and the next setting.
That will leave it open so the water can drain from the valve and you
don't have to worry about the water freezing and cracking your valve.
That's what you do if you don't have a winter position.
Matthew: Good job.

hi my name is Bill and today I'm going to be showing you how to replace the
door handle on your oven the reason why I might have to do this is because it's
damaged broken or it won't tighten all the way for this repair all you'll need
is a Philips head screw driver warning before doing any repairs please
disconnect your power source so this is the oven we're going to be using for
this demonstration it's a Frigidaire and keep in mind ours
might look a little bit different than what you've got at home but the same
technique should still apply so this right here is our handle in order to
take our handle off we're gonna have to open up the door and there are two
screws holding the handle on so we're gonna use our Philips head screwdriver
and remove those screws and as we remove the second screw just want to want to
make sure that you hold the handle up in place so it doesn't fall off and hit the
ground there we go now you can grab your new OEM replacement door handle if you
don't have one already you can find it on our online store so now to put our
handle on all we have to do is we've got this one screw started already and we're
just lining up with the hole and want a hand tighten it just a couple turns to
get started in there and once I've done that I can screw it in and on this side
put our screw in and you might have to just adjust it a little bit just to make
sure it gets through that bottom hole once you got down there
line up the hole for the handle give it a couple turns there and then tighten it
up the rest of the way with your screwdriver
and once you've done that you can close up your oven door and your repair is
complete why did the picture go to jail because
it was framed finally don't forget to plug in your
appliance if you need to replace any parts for your appliances you can find
