Android Developer Story: Rayark improves game quality and conversion rate with Google Play Console - Duration: 3:00.
It has been 7 years since we founded Rayark back in 2011
and we have released 7 games so far
Some of them are immensely popular among gamers
like "CYTUS", "DEEMO" and "VOEZ"
All three of which have reached the top spot on Google Play
in over 100 countries and regions
Other games, like casual games "Mandora"
and action-RPG game "Implosion"
were also big successes
Almost every Rayark game has been ranked as No. 1
in the Google Play Store top charts at some point
I think the process of creating a game is
sort of analogous to playing a game
Your heart wants it to be artistic and intuitive
but your brain says you need in-depth business analysis
to create a good game
Launching a successful game to the market for me
means you are able to make money whilst
also being able to satisfy your desire for creativity at the same time
Tools are very important to game development
In fact, good tools can significantly improve
the communication efficiency
In the early days when Cytus II just hit the market
it had a crash rate of 8%
We then used the Android vitals dashboard in the Play Console
to monitor app performance so we could find out about
any problems for particular versions or devices
This data helped us identify and fix the issues quickly
resulting in a reduction of 0.12% to the crash rate
and great improvement to the stability of Cytus II
The Google Play Console has a very nice feature
called staged rollout
With internal tests, our internal QAs can play and
test the latest version every day
Closed test and open test allow us to
run pre-release versions of our app
with targeted users all over the world
We can read feedback from users speaking different languages
directly in Play Console and all feedback is
automatically translated to the language that our developers use
Furthermore, Play Console actually sorts and filters the feedback
by many different dimensions
for example, we can select a cluster to get more details
about a specific issue like app crashes or design problems
This helps us increase our productivity considerably
The Play Console also offers a tool called A/B test
With this feature, we can A/B test changes
to our store listing or icons
and find out which version has a better conversion rate
It has helped us increase the conversion rate of the downloadby 10%
which is 4.8% higher than other similar games
We think this feature is particularly useful to game developers
We see Rayark as more than a game company
but as a content provider
Technology is evolving with time
so are the game platforms
But still, something stays and dwells at the bottom of gamers' hearts
That is the emotions people experience
when creating or playing a good game
What I mean here is that to create wonderful moments
that people can cherish deeply
Intellectual Property is the focus of what Rayark does today

Megan is having to endure similar backchat and gossip largely
Thanks to the fact that she wakes up early good for her likes to send text messages
She knows how to communicate and that she has ideas and the horror
Opinions about what she wants to do with the immense privilege and responsibility of her new career
There are some who say that there's no smoke without fire when it comes to celebrity rumours. Sure
There's probably a base level of fact in all this Megan Markel gossip
I've no doubt that she gets up at 5 in the morning that she texts her staff and that she has opinions about her job
She sounds like most of my driven ambitious friends in the throes of a brand new role
I wish I had her kind of work ethic quite frankly
But read between the lines a bit this kind of behavior in and of itself is not a problem
It's how this behavior is perceived by these so-called royal insiders and who these alleged sources ultimately
Represent within the royal family for these royal insiders maybe hurricane. Megan really is a terrifying prospect
Maybe for them this backlash couldn't come soon enough not live though
It's important to remember that Megan isn't some aristocratic socialite or moneyed champagne bubble about town
She's a 37 year old woman who has lived a full and independent life up until this point. She's already had a rewarding career
She's honed her sense of social justice
She's formed opinions about herself and her tastes she's loved and lost in short
she's a modern woman who up until very recently lived a pretty nice life all on her own a
Life that isn't that dissimilar in broad strokes anyway from the one that you or I have
She knows who she is and she isn't afraid to be vocal about that
And if that's what someone calls difficult then I think that says more about them than it is about Megan

resold it for quite a bit more but anyways this is a Tyrannosaurus Rex
ambush playset this is a destructor sores
it's got magnetic destruction what a cool place that you could recreate the
scene at the from Jurassic world fallen Kingdom where the t-rex is coming to
attack the guy working on the electric generator that is awesome and then it
does have a skin code magnetic destruction cool and here's the other
one you could buy the trainer Don one I've already did review
on that one awesome let's get this opened up and this is what it looks like
in the package before I remove anything awesome let's go ahead take this out and
check it out okay there you can see the Chumphon spinosaurus from the legacy
drastic world fallen kingdom set is peak it are ready to grab the loser not just
kidding but all anyways this set is awesome so you have a magnet here on the
t-rex so the t-rex will come up attack the generator and it pops open and the
t-rex gets electrocuted
now I do apologize guys for my voice I'm going through some allergy issues so I
am a bit stuffed up but it looks like we're seeing a mirror cheer but we are
not this is the one from the destructive source set you can see no tongue stick
it up they took the tongue totally out this is the choppin t-rex from the
Jurassic world Legacy Collection this one is the ones that that has the big
jump and tongue that sticks out there so you can see and there's other
differences to put them side-by-side you could see the newer one has a bunch of
red on the top of his face so it looks like maybe he was eating another
dinosaur or something I think that's kind of cool I do like the red on
head but other than that and the missing tongue I mean they're pretty much
identical you can see here I mean they totally took the tongue out of the
destructor source when that one had the protein foodie tongue because they did
it because you have the magnet here so you have to attack with the maker so
actually I love these destructive stores say I showed you the one with the
helicopter that one also use the magnet so once again he comes up attacks and
bam the whole thing just pops open that is so cool
okay well let's go ahead first thing I want to do is check out this generator
so the generator looks like the one from the movie that the guy is working on
when the t-rex Peaks up on him and then he escapes on the helicopter just to get
eaten by the Mosasaurus so that guy's not having a good day so we'll take a
look at him in a moment ah the generator is really cool Jurassic
world logo their electric logo bunch of like electrical parts and then you have
these odd like the generator pieces sticking up here and that's a look at
the bottom it does say motel so oh it is really cool I mean I love the action
part in it I can't get enough of that that is so cool and it's a strong magnet
I mean look the guys partially well he could pick it up look at that so it is a
really strong magnetic connection which is good and then here is a look at the
inside of it wants to it popped up so really cool electrical generator
I just come with a little commando we've seen this guy several times he
came in a dime or foot on set and I got him
and the in dominant the search for the indominus rex set he was in this up well
let's go ahead take a look at the t-rex like i said he is a little bit different
from the Legacy Collection jumpin t-rex because of the red here on his mom which
I like I said earlier I think that's really cool I mean it does look like he
just attacked and ate something so I do like the fact that they left the tongue
out so you could do more stuff with this guy because with the other guy the
tongue kept getting in the way here fought the t-rex is gonna eat guys like
the tongue Knoxville we're here if the t-rex is gonna eat him he's just and he
is gone eaten in a flash a blink of an eye okay well uh just in case you

close his mouth it has neck piece here that moves around
arms moved legs move lock into different position tail moves you have to attach
the tail when you buy it and they did a great job of painting the nails and
there's a look at the other side one thing I don't like though is they are
bringing out so many similar tear exes give me one ah actually here is another
chocolate t-rex which I bought off an artist on eBay you could see his did a
great job you push it here just have the chomping action have big fun there but
it's just such a cool Dino I mean he painted it to look like the Diablo t-rex
from the video game and it is just totally awesome so you could take
something that is getting kind of boring and really spice it up and make it
really cool anyway show you a quick example of what I'm talking about this
is their Anatomy t-rex looks familiar but this is the one we just reviewed
this is the battle damage chomping t-rex from Walmart
this is the regular choppin t-rex and then this is the thrash and throw t-rex
they have so many t-rex's that look similar it's it's getting confusing I
wish they would at least change the color or less t-rex's I mean here they
have change the color this is the brand new Dino rivals fight and fight
Tyrannosaurus Rex if you haven't seen that that's got the side chopping action
so if you have an action figure like here this guy could you sneak up behind
him and chop is gone just like well anyways I love
the fact that they changed the coloring of that that makes a huge difference

Saudi Royal Family Keeps A Slave In Falls Church Virginia - Duration: 5:47.
A Saudi Arabian royal family living in Falls Church, Virginia, is being accused of forcing
a woman into slavery.
The lawsuit says the woman worked more than 15 hours a day.
She wasn't allowed to leave the royal family's home without supervision, and she was repeatedly
called a whore, a donkey, colored, and garbage.
So she's initiated this lawsuit, and she's got some real precedent for this.
First of all, here's the problem that they've been seeing in royal family or royal diplomat
kind of cases is the immunity, that they have diplomatic immunity.
Now, the good news is in the UK, the Supreme Court in UK said, "We don't care about diplomatic
immunity on this when it comes to these civil kinds of issues," especially where it comes
to as something that they almost characterize as slavery.
This woman was being held there in the UK the same way that this woman was held, but
she was Filipino, and the Supreme Court went a long way to say, "You know what?
We're going to find a way around this," and they did.
What is your take on this case, and I guess what bothers me most about it is the times
we've given the Saudis so many breaks.
I mean, really, Peter.
They killed 3,000 ... Their money financed the group that killed 3,000 Americans on American
soil.
So what do we do?
We help them get out of the country.
Remember this whole story, they sneak out of the country and nobody can find out where
they are?
The whole royal family is moved back home with the CIA after we know or are pretty darn
sure that the money, the financing, actually came from Saudi Arabia.
But we've got to do something about having ...
It's an easy answer, really.
I mean, if you have a US citizen, or somebody that resides in the US, even if it's on a
work visa, versus diplomatic immunity, you weight that out.
Which one of those deserves protection?
There is absolutely no way we can say that diplomatic immunity applies to and overrides-
An act of slavery.
An act of slavery.
So that should seem like-
So that's the narrow exception at this point.
At least in the UK, they said "We're going to make some exceptions," and this exception
seems to be they granted limited residential immunity.
That's what they call it.
They said, "You've got residential immunity, but it's limited."
And the thing that they carved out that's very obvious here is that they carved out,
"You know, where it comes to slavery, we're not going to really give you any kind of breaks."
But this one in the US, this is going to be a good test.
I mean, here's a woman.
She was basically held as a slave, and so she's brought the lawsuit against the Saudi
royal family.
Matter of fact, before an investigation could even take place, it seemed like they were
moved by the government.
Moved them somewhere else.
It's this relationship with Saudi Arabia that we have to make inroads to.
You know, our law firm obviously is bringing a lawsuit against the banks that washed money
for terrorists, and the right to be able to bring those types of cases only came after
Congress said, "You know what?
We're kind of pushing this a little far.
Yes, we have this relationship with Saudi Arabia.
They have money invested in the United States.
We get petroleum, fossil fuel products from them, but we're going to have to start taking
a real look when we know that Saudi Arabia financed the money that killed 3,000 Americans
in this country," and the families have brought lawsuits.
They should be able to make a claim to that money.
And that's what Congress did.
Congress said, "Yeah-"
[inaudible 00:03:39] gets special protections, because you're from Saudi Arabia, or diplomatic
immunity, but quite frankly, it shouldn't matter where you're from.
At the end of the day, we have to protect basic human rights.
It doesn't matter who it is.
But from a pure legal standpoint ... We're analyzing this as a legal show.
The only way it's going to take place is in little-
Steps.
Little cuts.
Little steps, like the UK-
[crosstalk 00:04:03] Just one little step at a time, like I was saying [crosstalk 00:04:06].
Exactly, so the UK said "Our first little step is to say, you know, we're not granting
unlimited immunity in a limited residential situation, and we're also factoring in that
this is nothing short of slavery, so we're cutting some things out."
You know, they looked at the fact that in the UK there were 17,000 domestic workers.
These complaints are coming up regularly where it comes to these folks working for Saudi
families.
So this wasn't just a unique, one-off kind of case, this Filipino woman in the UK.
This wasn't one-off.
The same way in the United States.
Right.
This is not a unique situation, and we need to start considering ...
Exceptions.
You can't embrace the entire thing, you start with exceptions, and you start saying, well,
there's some very suspect classifications that we need to look at as we monitor this.
One suspect classification was slavery.
Can we characterize was slavery involved?
The other suspect classification that Congress already gave us was terrorism involved?
Can we characterize the conduct as terrorism?
So we need to keep chipping away at this type of immunity because it is a disaster, and
these folks think that they're just above the law.
I mean, can you imagine telling this woman that she's a whore, she's colored, garbage?
And she's held in this home right there in Falls Church, Virginia, where she can't even
leave the house.
Let's keep up with this one.
I want to know where this goes, because it has other ramifications besides just this
one case.

Good morning and welcome to this month's episode of the Wake Up Date! If you're new
here, this is my monthly update series where I let you know what I've been up

musician and I have an Etsy shop where I sell handmade things and I also have a
bunch of other ways that you can support me and so if you care about all of the
things that I'm creating, this is a really good way to keep up with me every
month. So since we are officially in holiday shopping season now, I wanted to
kind of go through and show you all of the things that you can buy from me in
various stores. I do have a lot of places where I sell things online, so if you're
confused at all about which one is which, hopefully this will help you with that.
So the first thing that I wanted to talk about is my Etsy shop. Now, I have not had
as much time as I used to to work on my Etsy shop, so stock is very very limited
there now. It takes me a long time to make all of my handmade items, so I have
a really limited amount of things to sell there this year. Which means that if
you want something, you should grab it right away if it's still available.
The main attraction over there is my line of handmade plush toys, this is the
most popular one, this is my snowy owl plushie. I love these. I do actually have
a good amount of these because I just recently made some more. I still have
some lion plushies out there for any Gryffindors or people who like lions. I
also have one left of each of these, the penguin, the otter, and the snake. I also
recently put up a few of my new barn owl design as well as this new Niffler /
echidna. Each one is a little pocket in the front and these ones are actually
larger than my standard plushie size, they're also more complicated to make
because of the three-dimensional nose as well as the pocket. So regarding my Etsy
shop, I have a one to two week turnaround time on my Etsy shop before I
ship the items. So if you live within the US and you would like for your order
to arrive by Christmas, place your order by December 16th. If you live outside of
the US, place your Etsy order as soon as possible because it'll take me a little
while to get it out to the post office and then it also will take a while to
get to your country, wherever you live. Sometimes it can take weeks, even months
for things to arrive so just, yeah. International shipping is a struggle
for me, it's expensive, and it takes a long time. But I didn't want to just not
offer it. Another place where you can order things from me is in my dftba merch
shop. This is a place where I have a bunch of designs printed and sent out from the
dftba warehouse, so they're a bit more efficient at getting things out quickly.
Mostly because they have a staff and a warehouse and I do not have either of
those things in my house here. What I do have is a toddler who makes things
very difficult to get done. The newest item in my dftba store is this Time
Turner constellation sticker! This is actually art from the back cover of my
album, I liked it so much that I wanted to have it printed on a sticker and
possibly more things in the future. This art was done by Marsupial Pudding, she's
amazing, she has a YouTube channel that you should check out. By the way, I'm
gonna put links to everything that I mention in the description below, there
also will be some cards up above if you want to check those out. It is a three
inch vinyl sticker, it's durable and super pretty. I put these on like
covers of my journals and also on my guitar case and so I hope that you enjoy
these. I also have three t-shirts currently available. If you pre-ordered
my new kindness is an act of rebellion sure which was a limited edition thing
that is no longer available to order, those will be getting in the mail soon, I
believe. But other than that, I've got them my muggle friends just don't
understand t-shirt which I designed as well as the Harry I'm coming home design
which was done by Evie Dzomba, she's super cool. I really like this one, I wore it in
one of my videos this month, and then there's also the it's real for us shirt
which is probably my favorite, it was designed by Kristine Thune. I couldn't
find my copy of this one, it's probably in the laundry, but here's a picture of
it. I have a wizard rock show coming up on New Year's Eve this year, December
31st, it's gonna be in Woonsocket Rhode Island. it's one of the house party shows
that I play four times a year. They are so much fun if you haven't been to one,
it's just a total blast, it's really intimate and lovely, you can stay as late
as you want, you can even sleep over, and you should come if you don't have any
plans on New Year's Eve and you live in the New England area. I keep an updated
