The new NATO Headquarters - built for a sustainable future - Duration: 2:20.

From the outside, NATO's new headquarters is already an iconic landmark.

But inside, it will be just as impressive in terms of its environment-friendly designs

and facilities.

The new HQ is integrated into Brussels' urban planning, with tram, bus and train stations

right next door.

Those who cycle to work can put their bikes in racks near the entrance with easy access

to showers.

And the car park was constructed with recycled demolition materials from the old buildings

on the site.

The new HQ was built to be as eco-friendly as possible, with highly insulated walls and

lots of windows to take maximum advantage of natural light available – which saves

electricity.

The eight sloping long wings collect the rain into reservoirs and this recycled rainwater

provides 90% of the water we need for toilets, cleaning and landscaping, saving a staggering

16,000 cubic metres – or the equivalent of 20 swimming pools – of water per year.

The state-of-the-art heating system is partially geothermal, capturing heat from deep beneath

the surface, bringing it up to the building and using it to heat the water that is circulated

though the slabs in the office ceilings and through the floor of the huge central atrium.

The water is pumped through the slab ceilings to maintain a steady temperature of 21 degrees,

so we save energy by heating less in winter.

Every little bit helps us to reduce our carbon footprint.

In the offices, the lights are automatically turned off when there's no activity in the

room.

When they're switched on, the intensity adjusts to the light coming from outside to

generate only the amount of light needed, saving on electricity.

Today, NATO recycles 54% of its waste.

Tomorrow, with these new facilities, we'll do even better.

In its new HQ, NATO will deliver on its promise to create an eco-friendly work place, using

more of what is already available, recycling whenever we can and wasting as little as possible.

【MUKBANG】 [Shimane Beef] Ultra Luxurious!! Sirloin Steak With Garlic Rice Bowl!! [CC Available] - Duration: 11:33.

Hello it's Kinoshita Yuka (0 effort garbage subs by ~Aphexx~)

Today is

I made a steak don.

Totally heavy

It was 6 cups of rice but I made too much of the main course

It's quite heavy.

I have an older brother, but

My brother got married and lives in Shimane right now

So, he sent me three Shimane sirloin steaks on my birthday

What shall I eat with this, what should I eat?

I thought it over but because I like rice

I made a steak don bowl!

It looks really tasty.

I got a little bit more today than the usual steak bowls that I make

I feel as though I've put the most effort And use the best cooking techniques today

It's been a long time since I made a steak bowl

Then I would like to go ahead with it!

First, I will make garlic rice made with rice cooker

Materials include rice, garlic, consomme

salt, butter, dried parsley or basil

First I will prep the garlic

Make this with a tiny bit less rice

Whatever you feel is the best

Add a little less water than what you would normally use

Today, a bit.

Because of that incident with the rice where I packed in waay too much

I'm using just shy of 6 cups of rice

Garlic minced a while ago

consomme

salt

Mix here and cook normally

Well, OK!

And it is the appearance of meat

my older brother and his wife sent me this

It is Wagyu beef sirloin steak from Shimane prefecture

It arrived in frozen state, first thaw it in a refrigerator

I will leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes

please look! This meat so fatty

It is amazing! It is wonderful!

Place salt and black pepper on both sides of meat

I will make the stuff to accompany

Cut the onions into a favorite shape

stir fried quickly so I will microwave it's slightly

Pour oil in a frying pan

Stir fry onion and sprouts

There are 3 ?cups? of bean sprouts and it is super large amount

fry at low heat or medium heat

A big skillet therefore its at high heat

t make sure to remove the hairs From the bean sprouts

I skipped this step

Season with salt pepper

GABAN's black pepper is tasty,

It's not coming out because there are few holes

I keep wishing they added more

What kind of black pepper do you guys use

Please recommend to me

I keep on using such Giant fry pans

This is the largest frying pan I've ever used

Do you understand?

It is 32 ㎝.

Once they cooked through Transfer to a separate Bowl

Put the olive oil in a frying pan

Once the garlic cooks Set it aside

I use plenty of garlic because I love it.

Place meat in a frying pan

Oh ~!

Please fry at low heat ~ medium heat

Cook the best looking side first

Flip it over when you deem it necessary

Cook it to whatever doneness you prefer

Put the butter in the finish

I flavor with pepper

Remove when you're uncertain if you should Try it for a little longer

Remove from pan

Then wrapped in aluminum foil and cooking paper

let sit for about 5 minutes

In a frying pan full of the taste of this meat

I will put the vegetables just before.

sake

Soy sauce

Balsamic vinegar

Maybe it's my first time to use balsamic vinegar

I feel as though I leveled up my cooking game

Balsamic vinegar is black.

Stir fry it.

It will be completed when moisture increases

It will also be a sauce so please make it taste how you prefer

I want a little sweetness, I will put sugar

The garlic rice from the cooker is done

I will transfer this.

Add as much butter as you like

Because it is cooked, it dissolves soon

Oh ~ The smell of garlic is really good

When making lots, it's hard to cook rice

That's why I am thankful that I can make it with a rice cooker

People who want to eat only with garlic rice

It would be nice to add parsley here

This is not necessary because I'm Going to cover it with steak

And I will put the vegetables I made earlier

I will also put the sauce as you like

Cut up the steak that we let rest

Wow! the fat looks yummy

Ah ... cooked on the well side

I like rare but

And I will add it!

Place the garlic chip on top

decorate with vegetables as you like

It is a baby leaf.

Steak wrapped in leaves

It looks really delicious!

done!

It looks really tasty.

good smell!

A good smell of garlic

I can't get enough of it

It was about 4 kilograms

Miso soup is 1 kilogram

いただきます!

Look at this meet

It is too tasty! !

Nicely cooked

It's nice and tender

Well it may be because meat is of good quality

It is a bean sprout and onion made for garnish

Delicious!

Seasoning is delicious

Balsamic is doing a really nice job

Ah! Then, garlic chips

I may have made a garlic chiip for the first time

I love it!

Crisp and delicious

How about garlic rice?

Oh, butter and garlic are effective and tasty!

they are all tasty today

on top

On a plate

You usually prepare garlic rice By frying it

This rice cooker version Is nice as well

The combination of steak fat and butter

And olive oil

Various oils are used

this.....

Calorie

It is a CALORIE BOWL

Only baby leaves are healthy

In this rugged dish

a refreshing leafy respite

Balsamic It's amazing, is it not

Taste gorgeous

I can't get enough of this fatty meat

The fragrance of balsamic vinegar is very good

There's such depth of flavor to this

With a slight amount of sweetness I think I made this nicely

I got it right

Perhaps more than usual

Bean sprouts and onions retain heat

The meat on here may be hard to cool down

What a wonderful side effect From the added vegetables

Garlic chips are very good

It's crisp, slightly sweet

tasty and so good

(sorry peeps 10+ minute vids are too long garbage machine translations have to be used) #AphexxLivesMatter

The sirloin of this shimane is very delicious!

When chewing the good taste gushes out

It is already the best!

I Can't Get Enough

yum

Bravo meat!

I remembered "delicious" in Malaysian

And

I forgot ... Ahahahaha

Ma ...

Nya ...

Ah! I remembered!

It's definitely a delicious ~ I think is what it means

sort of

It was told that it was a bit different

Delicious!

We have the last bite!

done

ごちそうさまでした

Shimane's sirloin steak bowl (garlic rice)

It was really delicious

I already added 40 to 50 grams of butter only with garlic rice

It was awesome and heavy perfect for Kinoshita Yuka

But it's a sirloin steak

It was super delicious

The meat was so tender And so packed with umami flavor

Balsamic was delicious ~

It makes me want to apply to various things

Something fruity and very fragrant and it was really tasty

The recipe for the meat and the accompanying vegetables

Was yummy as normal

So it's yummy to have with rice as well as on its own

It is so delicious so why do not you try it all by all means?

Thank you for watching today too!

I want something I want you to do or if I want something to eat

Please let me know in the comment section etc. if it is good!

Good with this video

The 9 Fundamental Emotional States from the Sedona Method - Duration: 15:03.

Hi.

It's Paul from selfhelpforlife.com.

In this video, I'm going to talk about the nine fundamental emotional states.

Now, emotions are a key driver for action.

They're like the fuel for success.

I'm sure you've had days where you felt really good and you've achieved a lot in the day

and you felt you were on top of the world and it just seemed so easy to get things done.

It may be you've had other days when you feel flat.

You feel no energy.

You feel frustrated.

You just can't seem to, your head seems confused.

Your mind is busy and you just can't seem to get anything done.

This is an area that's interested me a lot and at the moment, I'm reading a book called

the Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin.

You may have heard of it.

I'll put a link to this book in the description below this video in case you want to check

it out.

In this book, he talks about the nine emotional states and these states go on a gradient scale

from energy to action.

The lower state, which is apathy, there's very low body energy and there's very low

external action.

What's interesting is our emotional states change anyway.

In the course of a day, we might get through a number of different emotional states and

you'll probably notice that when I go through these, you'll identify and relate to more

than one of them.

This video is going to help you identify the emotional state you're in right now.

I'm not really going to talk about how to change the states.

That's going to be something I'm going to do in another video where I'm going to talk

about releasing, which is another key component of the Sedona Method, but for now, I just

want to give you a bit of an introduction to what these emotional states are because

often, awareness is the first point of change anyway.

Let's kick off, the first emotional state is apathy and apathy is really that feel that

desire is dead and it's no use so feeling what's the point, what's the point in doing

this.

It's also feeling that you can't do anything and it's also feeling that no one else can

help.

It's very much a helpless kind of feeling.

It's also dense and heavy, and you feel that there's no way out.

What tends to happen is you tend to withdraw from life, you play weak because you're afraid

of getting hurt.

A lot of these symptoms I'll mention now are quite similar to people that suffer with depression

or depressive episodes, but what's interesting is although very little external action is

happening, the mind is actually really busy.

There's really wild imagination going on there, but that mind and imagination is very limiting.

It's very destructive.

You can only see failure and you can only see what we can't do.

As a result, there's little or no energy left to actually act 'cause inwardly, we're being

pulled in so many conflicting directions so it's just like the mind is pulling you in

so many different ways, there's just no energy to do anything else.

Now some of the words that describe apathy include feeling bored, hopeless, I can't,

feeling some despair, powerlessness, indecisive, feeling lazy, stuck or overwhelmed.

The next emotional state is grief.

This is just a little bit higher than apathy, but not much.

Now with grief, you still feel that you can't achieve whatever it is on your own, but you

could do it with someone else's help.

Grieving is also about grieving for someone or something that you've lost in the past

or something that you want in the future that you don't have now, but it's really yearning

for someone else to help, someone who can just come in and just fix the problem for

you.

Now there's a little bit more body energy in grief.

Your mind is slightly less cluttered, but it's still very noisy and your imagination

is picturing pain and loss, and you have thoughts around how much you've been hurt, what you've

lost, and also whether there is anybody out there that can really help.

Some of the words and phrases that describe grief include feeling abandoned, guilty, betrayed,

vulnerable, rejected.

Also, there's feelings of nostalgia when you look back at the good times, what you had

in the past; feelings of cheated, hurt, and sadness.

The next emotional state, the third one is fear.

Now with fear, you want to act, you want to strike out, but you don't because you feel

that the risk is too great.

Or you want to reach out, but you're just afraid of getting hurt.

Now your body has more energy here and feelings can change rapidly from positive to negative.

Your mind is still pretty busy though.

The focus tends now to be more on getting hurt, losing out, and how you must protect

yourselves and your loved ones.

Some of the words and phrases that describe fear will include feeling anxious, doubt,

scared, sceptical, nervous, or even terrified, feeling vulnerable, worry, or cautious.

The fourth emotional state is lust.

Lust is about wanting possession.

It's very much a wanting kind of feeling.

It's a hunger for money, power, sex, people, places, and things, but the hunger comes with

hesitation.

There's underlying feelings there that we cannot or should not have what it is that

we're desiring.

Again, there's more energy now and the sensations can be quite pleasurable and quite intense

'cause the mind is having these positive fantasies, but they're all about what we don't have yet.

They're all positive fantasies about the future.

Our thoughts tend to be about what we need to get and what we don't have now.

What we tend to find when people have a lot of this kind of lust feeling is that however

much they get, they never feel completely satisfied and they never really quite enjoy

what they have.

Now, some of the words and phrases that describe lust include anticipation, craving, impatience,

obsessed, compulsive, can't wait, envy, pushy, and I must have it.

The next emotional state now is anger.

Anger is where you have that desire to hurt and stop others, but it also comes with hesitation.

You may or may not strike out with that anger.

Again, there's more energy there and that energy is quite intense and quite explosive

at times.

Your mind is a little bit less cluttered, but it's still pretty noisy and it's quite

stubborn and quite obsessive.

You may have thoughts about getting even, about how to make others pay, and that energy

that you get from anger can actually be quite frightening for yourself and sometimes that

can lead you back down to some of those lower states.

Now, whatever actions you take are mostly destructive to you and to those around you,

and if it's something that you're resenting in the past, we keep reliving that experience,

keep getting that anger emotion, then that's going to affect you in the present and make

it hard to let go of this emotion as well.

Some of the phrases that describe anger include aggressive, annoyed, furious, hatred, outraged,

resentment, jealousy, impatience, and demanding.

The sixth negative emotional state is pride.

Pride is really all about maintaining the status quo.

We don't want to change or move ourselves so instead, we try and stop others so that

they don't get ahead.

Our mind is still pretty noisy and very rigid and self-involved.

The pictures are about what we already have and what we already know.

When you're with others, it's all about noticing how great you are because actually inside,

you're trying to hide your own shortcomings.

Over time, you start to ignore your own shortcomings and [this result 00:08:08] you're not open

to receiving help and support from others 'cause you don't think there's actually a

problem so you're not willing to learn as well.

Now some of the words and phrases that describe pride will include feeling being narrow minded,

arrogant, patronising, clever, judgmental, being a know-it-all, critical, overbearing,

and complacent.

Just a quick recap, I've so far covered the six negative or limiting emotional states.

The first one was apathy.

Then we had grief.

Then we had fear, then lust, anger, and then finally, pride.

Now those first six emotional states, they form a thin crust over the next three more

positive emotional states.

Now you think of it a bit like peeling an onion.

We're peeling off these six emotional layers to reveal the more positive layers inside.

Now in the Sedona Method, the way this is done is by what is called releasing or letting

go and there's a whole process for that and that's a process that I will cover in another

video very soon 'cause I know you're going to find that useful.

I find it very useful myself.

For now, I just really want to focus on just your awareness of these emotional states 'cause

often, awareness is the first key to change anyway.

The next three positive emotional states, the ones that are below the six that I've

covered already are courageousness, acceptance, and peace.

The six I've just covered are a lot around I can't, what I can't do.

The next three are much more about what I can do.

I hope that makes sense.

The next emotional state is courageousness and this is about having a willingness to

act without hesitation.

It's a feeling that we can do whatever needs doing, that we can let go, and we can move

on, and that we can be flexible, resilient, and open.

Our thoughts and images that go in our mind are much more about what we can do and what

we can learn, and as a result, we're self-motivated, we're self-reliant, and we're also okay with

other people succeeding as well, and we're also okay with making mistakes ourselves and

we might even laugh at them and as a result, life is fun.

Some of the words that describe courageousness can include resilience, visionary, decisive,

I can, certainty, enthusiastic, motivated, competent, and confident.

Number eight is acceptance and acceptance is about having and enjoying everything as

it is.

It's about knowing that there's no need to change anything, that everything is okay,

everything is just is and is okay.

As a result, the body has a lot more energy, but interestingly, that energy is mainly at

rest.

It's just available if it's needed and the mind is much less cluttered.

It's mostly quiet and content.

Images and thoughts you have are of love and are of joy and of what is.

Some of the words and phrases that describe acceptance include abundance, beautiful, delight,

belonging, enriched, everything is okay, fullness, harmony, and joyful.

The ninth and final emotional state and the highest level emotional state is peace.

When we experience peace, we feel like I am, like I am whole, I am complete.

Everyone and everything is part of myself.

Everything is perfect.

The body has a lot more energy than in acceptance, but that energy is totally at rest.

Energy is totally still.

The energy is quiet and calm.

The mind is clear and empty, yet totally aware.

There's no need for any pictures or any thoughts.

Life is as it is and all is well.

The mind is not planning the future and it's not worrying about the past.

It's just resting in the now.

It's basically being rather than doing so being a human being rather than a human doing.

Some of the phrases that represent peace would include wholeness, awareness, oneness, perfection,

pure, complete, serenity, free, and fulfilled.

Have a think about the emotional state, from those nine emotional states, we'll just recap

them again.

We started with apathy, then grief, then fear, then lust, anger, and pride.

They were the six lower level states.

Then we transcended to courageousness, acceptance, and peace.

Just as you're watching this video, I just wonder which one you resonated with the most

right now, which state you felt you were in at the moment remembering that you've probably

experienced all of these at some point in your life.

Really, this will just give you a bit of awareness.

Hope you found this interesting, this video, just get a sense of what those different ones

are.

Hope you enjoyed this video.
