felt an instant connection to someone even if it's the first time you've ever

talked to them in this video you're gonna learn one question you can ask at

any time and conversation with anyone to create that spark of instant connection

and rapport alright before we jump into these

examples I want to see what you got I want you to watch this first interaction

between Emily and I and point out what you think I did wrong if anything maybe

you're watching it and you think it was all right you think it was good for me

our own opinion and then we're gonna talk about what actually happens you can

learn from it alright here it is well Marian over the weekend I actually did

this helicopter tour in New York and it was so awesome like it had no doors or

windows and our feet were literally dangling outside in it that's awesome

when I was in Hawaii a couple weeks ago we took a helicopter ride and it had

like a glass-bottom at the bottom so you're flying around you can see beneath

it was awesome that's cool okay so now that you've seen that what do you think

how would you rate that interaction is that how you would have handled it what

would you change what did I do good or bad okay what a lot of guys would think

is this pretty good you know you contributed your own similar story to

create that rapport you talked about the glass-bottom helicopter she talked about

the helicopter ride you got those similarities now you're

working together on the same team that's amateur hour I would argue as an

advanced communicator you don't want to steal her thunder and that's what you

were doing by you pulling the attention from her to you she's trying to tell you

a cool story about this amazing helicopter ride she took with no

helicopter doors over New York City and you're jumping back to me enough about

you tell me more about me you don't want to do that you want to give her her time

in the Sun and actually amplify it so in this next in this next interaction

you're gonna see the technique that's gonna form that instant closeness that's

actually gonna form that spark right off the bat watch what I do and then we'll

talk about it while Barret over the weekend I actually did this helicopter

tour in New York and it was it had no doors or windows our feet were

literally dangling outside of it on the helicopter what's that like going over

Central Park with no doors on a helicopter

it was incredible like the wind was just gushing around my feet were dangling

like that is insane that's crazy I always think about people being like

strapped in so they can't move and these big things you're like flying up there

like a bird yeah we were we were only tethered to this small little line in

the back of us and they actually gave us a knife there like that if the

helicopter goes down you got to cut yourself out of it believe that things

like strapped to you like what are you doing they're just gonna jump I guess so

yeah but like a pack you do not have a parachute so I don't really understand

they want to let you like swan dive to your death as opposed to go down with

the plane okay so that makes a little more sense okay so what did I literally

do and what did it accomplish well clearly I went through and asked her to

basically tell me more about the cool thing that she was telling me right tell

me more specifically what did I say how did it

feel that takes you away from the logic and gets her in an emotional mindset

she's like it felt amazing there was wind blowing through the helicopters I

was looking down you could see her whole physiology changes so what you're doing

is you're logically asking them more probing questions about their experience

with feelings words but what's that doing that's putting them in that

mindset because whatever we recall feelings it takes that emotion into our

brain so we recall the way it felt because we're describing the way it felt

the only way we can recall that emotion is to re-experience that emotion I'll be

it on a smaller scale but now she's kind of reliving the wind flying through the

feeling of flying through the air at the helicopter with the doors off so now

what you thought was cool or maybe thought a lot of guys thought was cool

bringing it back to them all about her she's on stage she's the princess for

the day she's on the back of the Lamborghini I don't know what her up

there is a sweet 16 pageant and all the girls from the back of the delivery it's

her time not only let her have it but amplify it and then

shape it to put her in a really amazing mood you can do this with any kind of a

story focus on feeling words how did it feel how did it make you feel and

they're gonna draw back in and feel that and another cool kind of side effect of

this you know mirror neurons I talk about it all the time

that's what's in our brain that makes us feel what the other person is feeling

now when she feels this great rush of good energy you're gonna see you're

experiencing that you're gonna start to feel that too so it's kind of a

reciprocal I guess I'm looking for a fancier word that I can come up with but

it's something that builds on itself that you're able to start just by

knowing how to ask those questions is this advanced yes

are you just trying to get started understand social interaction get your

skill set to a point that you can go out feel confident talking to people they'll

comment going up to someone and no one you're gonna get a good reaction because

if you are we've got a social invincibility checklist you can grab

right here and download it's gonna go through five things but if you feel like

you don't have a really strong voice because all these things I teach within

social interaction if they're delivered with a weak tonality you can say the

exact same words 100% exact same body language 100% then if you use a

different tone allottee it's gonna come across so different that's why you get

guys who they'll try things that they see other guys have mad success with and

they do it and they have no success their tonality is off this is a totally

different topic that I'm talking on this video but I wanted to point it out

because I don't want you to go into a situation wonder why you don't get these

certain reactions when the reasons your tonality if that's something that you

want to improve I have a tonality checklist actually it'll be right here I

believe that you can download for free as well now to go through five things

that will help you get your voice to a really competent status or when you go

to somebody you know you can command their attention respectin through their

their inspection you know they'll give you a full inspection the minute they

Gowdy & Goodlatte Light A Fire Under Sessions, Force Him To Make 1 Huge Promise.

Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) lit a fire under our do-nothing Attorney General

Jeff Sessions with a demand that he appoint a second special counsel to investigate the

FISA abuse scandal.

Now, Sessions has been forced to make a huge promise that he can't break.

The wheels of justice may finally be turning after the House Oversight Committee Chairman

Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and the House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) sent

a blistering demand to Attorney General Jeff Sessions earlier this week, urging him to

appoint a second special counsel.

In response to Gowdy, Goodlatte, and many other GOP representatives, Sessions has finally

budged from his safe-space and made a promise he can't fail to deliver on.

During an interview with Fox News anchor Shannon Bream on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, Sessions

finally committed to having someone outside Washington look at all of the damning evidence

provided to the DOJ by the Congressional committees and said he will consider appointing a second

special counsel, The Daily Caller reports.

"Well, I have great respect for Mr. Gowdy and Chairman Goodlatte, and we're going

to consider, seriously, their recommendations.

I have appointed a person outside of Washington — many years in the Department of Justice

— to look at all of the allegations that the House Judiciary Committee members sent

to us, and we are conducting that investigation," Sessions said.

This is the first time Sessions has indicated that he's hired an outsider to examine the

mountain of evidence provided to him by the Congressional committees.

The hard work of GOP representatives Devin Nunes (R-CA), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Jim Jordan

(R-OH), and many others may finally be paying off.

"Also, I'm well aware that we have a responsibility to ensure the integrity of the FISA process.

We are not afraid to look at that," Sessions explained.

"The inspector general, something that our inspector general is not very strong, but

he has almost 500 employees, most of which are lawyers and prosecutors, and they are

looking at the FISA process.

We must make sure it's done properly, and we're going to do that, and I'll consider

their request," he added.

When asked by Bream about the Inspector General's lack of any prosecutorial power or ability

to subpoena individuals who are outside of the DOJ's reach, Sessions responded, "That's

a concern that I think is worthy of consideration and we will consider that and are considering

it actually."

Bream then asked Sessions if the Department of Justice will release the FISA applications

submitted to the courts by corrupt FBI officials in order to spy on Donald Trump on behalf

of former president Barack Obama.

Sessions replied, "I am determined to release everything that's properly releasable.

It does tend to be that the more you put these documents out, many of which are very sensitive,

the more they leak.

So, we have to be careful about that.

We also have to follow the rules of the department and legal requirements."

In an attempt to build credibility, Sessions brought up the text messages between Peter

Strzok and Lisa Page, the corrupt FBI agents who were having a lurid affair with one another

while working for Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

"For example, the text messages that caused quite a stir, those were produced at our effort.

To make sure we produce everything possible, the Inspector General actually found those

first and then we made that public and determined we could make it public.

Some objected to it," Sessions said.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions' admission that an outside person has been appointed

to examine the FISA abuse evidence and promise to consider hiring a second special counsel

is a welcome development.

While we appreciate the hard work of our GOP Congressmen in lighting a fire under Sessions'

backside, it's important to remember a few things.

The tremendous amount of evidence gathered by the House committees was obtained for only

one reason — the Department of Justice has lousy leadership and would not do its job.

Looking back at this mess, in its entirety, reminds us that President Donald Trump was

right about being spied on by former President Barack Obama and his corrupt team of deep

state operatives.

American patriots simply want AG Sessions to do the right thing with the authority bestowed

on him by President Trump.

It's crucial to remember that the kind of power Sessions has can be used for evil or

for good, and there are far more evil men who would use it for political gain than for

the benefit of our country.

While some men can't be relied upon to act with integrity, of their own will, they can

certainly be corrected by better men with a stronger sense of honor.

'Cause back then they were being much accused of Satanism

And because of that they were quite mistreated in some more religious states

And Angus Young described this tour as "A highway to Hell"

Before the release of the album Highway to Hell

But there's also a story

That combines better with the lyrics in my opinion

There's a road in Australia

AC/DC home country

Called Canning Highway

But it has the nickname "Highway to hell"

Because many people die there

Precisely because part of this road is a steep decline

With no stop signs or speed limit

This road runs from Fremantle where the lead singer Bon Scott lived

And ends at a bar which was a big rock 'n' roll drinking hole in the '70s

So the song would be about Bon Scott, who is the composer

Taking the highway to hell to meet his friends at the bar

click on this and then update your security information,

you're going to click on Update Information.

On this screen, you can choose to

add either a phone number or

another e-mail address as a way

to be able to recover your account if you ever need to.

I'm going to select an alternative e-mail address.

So, when I enter this a verification code

is going to be sent to this e-mail.

So, I'm going to go over and get

the verification code from that e-mail that I

have and now I'm going to bring

that verification code and log it in here.

It's going to verify that this e-mail address is valid.

And there you go. Now we're all set.

You've added a new alternative

contact information to help us

with security checks or account recovery if needed.

If you have an old e-mail or

old phone number now that you've added an updated one,

you can go to that and click on Remove

so that all of your security information is up-to-date.

Now remember you can always return to account.

How can we slow aging?

This question has been asked for centuries.

Everyone wants to look and feel younger.

They are ready to spend hours and thousands of dollars to look younger.

There is no true way that will remove the wrinkles magically overnight.

So incorporating anti-aging foods in your diet is the best way to get closer to the

goal.

In this video I will talk about 10 anti-aging superfoods.

Number 10 is Dark chocolate.

It contains flavanols that increase blood circulation to face which reduces the rate

of cell damage.

Besides, flavanols are responsible for absorbing UV rays of the sun.

Thus they save the skin from sun damage and keeps the skin healthy.

So, don't forget to eat a moderate number of dark chocolates.

Number 9 is Mushroom.

Mushroom has indirect influence on anti-aging.

Mushroom contains vitamin B.

There are many people who don't have enough vitamin B. Vitamin B influences the proper

absorption of calcium.

Calcium prevents aging problems like osteoporosis, broken bones, hunched spine etc.

Thus mushroom indirectly works for anti-aging.

Number 8 is Broccoli.

Broccoli is known as one of the most nutrient dense food in the earth.

Besides, salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty acid which is responsible for making the cell membrane

strong and holding the moisture of skin.

So, the sign of aging remains away.

Number 5 is Avocado.

Avocado supports the skin with its essential fatty acids.

Essential fatty acids provide oil to the skin.

Besides, vitamin E and biotin, present in avocado offers nutrient support to the skin.

With the help of these nutrients, skin looks healthier and the signs of aging get removed.

Number 4 is Tomato.

Tomatoes contain a pigment called lycopene which is responsible for the red color of

it.

Lycopene does another great task.

It works as a shield against UV rays of the sun and protects skin.

The high amount of vitamin C available in tomatoes ensures collagen strength.

Potassium got from tomatoes, controls the water and nutrient flow in skin cells.

In number 3, we have Nuts.

Nuts are full of essential nutrients.

Regular intake of nut reduces the chance of heart attack, chronic disease and cardiovascular

disease.

Both monosaturated and polysaturated fats are included in nuts which reduce the risk

of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Thus nuts add a few more years in your life.

Green tea is number 2 in our list.

Besides shaping body, green tea works great against aging.

Green tea contains catechins which prevents sun damage like hyperpigmentation.

It also contains polyphenol.

It is an antioxidant that fights against free-radical damage and reverses the effect of aging.

The number 1 in our list is Pomegranate.

Pomegranates contains vitamin C. It works against the wrinkling effects of sun damage.

Besides, pomegranates are packed with ellagic acid and punicalagin.

Ellagic acid fights with free radical damage to repair damaged cells.

Punicalagin helps to preserve collagen which keeps the skin smooth and healthy.
