Yah lah, bo bian, too many white hair

You know the red will just fade and soon you will see all the white again, right?

Serious?

Yah

Hmm... interesting

We all have friends who has gray hair, 我们都有灰发的朋友

whether he is 25 or 52

But do you know that Asians like us would have white hair later, compared to Caucasians?

And also, do you know that the story of pulling one white hair out would cause three white hair to grow out

is... merely a myth

Here are eight facts about graying hair you should know

So you won't end up like him

First thing first: What is white hair?

What causes the melanin in our hair to just AWOL?

You know, just like any part of our body

We get weaker as we grow older

Same thing for Melanin

In order for it to work, it gets a specialized cell known as melon

How to pronounce arh?

Yes, melanocyte

As we grow older

It loses its function about 10% to 20% every ten years after 30 years old

So grey hair is actually normal 所以灰发是正常的

But hey, there is another discovery

Hydrogen Peroxide, the New Discovery about Hair Loss

It is said that as we grow older

Our hair builds up hydrogen peroxide

Basically, our body builds this up on a regular basis as a byproduct for survival

They are usually neutralized by an enzyme by our body

As we grow older, the enzyme gets lower

and tada: it's not broken down anymore

and our hair is bleached by our own body

Whichever discovery you believe in, here's the thing

Premature white hair, which isn't caused by aging

can somehow be prevented. Watch on.

We all have friends who're like 20 and have white hair

Why, you might ask

Genes play a large role

but there are several external factors that contribute to the lack of Melanin

or the enzyme that breaks down hydrogen peroxide

Stress, smoking, unbalanced diet are a few examples

Reason being, if your body is working as usual

the Melanin levels would be normal

But if you, say, smoke a lot

it'll change the level and your hair would age faster

Actually, it's not just your hair, but you get the idea

The solution is to always keep yourself healthy

If you pluck out one white hair, just one more would replace it

I'm not sure where the theory of

"pluck one white hair leads to three" comes about

but here's something based on fact

If you pluck out one white hair, it might not grow again

as the hair follicle would be damaged

So remember: don't pluck any hair

Here's something interesting

Men have more gray hair than women

And Asians are less likely to have gray hair than ang mos

even so, they'll have it later

Generally, Asians start to have white hair in their late thirties

while ang mos in their mid-thirties

So if you're thinking of becoming a George Clooney in your 30s

forget about it

So, you're starting to see some gray hair on your head

and wonder if any other parts of your body hair is going to turn white as well

The short answer is

Yes

yeah fine doctor it's pleasure to having you on program thank you doctor could

you explain us what are the common problems you come across from your

patients the common problems that I come across these days is mostly acid reflux

problem as well as irritable bowel syndrome we can explain a little more in

detail about all these problems but that is something which we encounter very

commonly almost nine out of ten patients come with these symptoms so basically

irritable bowel syndrome or it's also called as IBS it's a condition where

patients may experience some change in their bowel habits in the sense they

might have constipation they may have diarrhea they may have abdominal pain

bloating and usually triggering factor is you know sometimes when they eat some

food which is which they have not been routinely eating like eating in the

restaurants and stress also plays a major role in symptoms of IBS if you are

hypersensitive to certain foods that can be one reason where you can have this

irritable bowel syndrome so there is alternation in your bowel habits

sometimes there is diarrhea sometimes there is constipation and sometimes even

both as well as there is abdominal pain and bloating so that's basically you

know what encompasses the irritable bowel syndrome doctor what are the

causes so like I mentioned earlier causes more frequently basically it's a

condition which in this which is you know that your bowel is hypersensitive

to certain external stresses now instead of stress could be in the form of

environmental stress like stress at your office stress at home yeah

or sometimes you know food change in the food habits like if you you know if you

are eating out at a restaurant certain ingredients can make you have changing

about habits as well as you know certain change in your food habits amount of

sleep that you are getting all these factors are the reasons for irritable

having more frequent you have regular balance now I'm having more liquid

stools or diarrhea or sometimes they might have constipation which means that

they are having a difficulty in passing stool they may complain of very vague

abdominal pain which is usually like although one they may say that it's like

a discomfort or sometimes they may also say that they feel really bloated

bloated is in the sense that if you eat a little bit you feel that you've eaten

a whole lot and you know stomach bloating so these are the signs and

symptoms of ideas mm-hmm doctor what are the treatment options are available for

this so treatment options is usually targeted based on what the symptoms are

so let's say if the patient comes in with diarrhea we treat them with certain

with probiotics basically probiotics are nothing but good bacteria which is

of course if they are constipated we generally give them laxatives and which

that in those situations we usually give them some agents called as prokinetic

agents like which helps increase the motility of the stomach which will help

with their bloating and all that and in certain situations we also use some

relaxing medications like you know amitriptyline or anything just to rate

and reduce their hypersensitivity and that also plays a role because usually

there is always a psychological component involved with a yes doctor

what are the other common problems you come across so the other most common

problem that I always encounter in the clinic has acid reflux disease as it is

also known as GERD so that is something which we see very commonly along with

the ideas doctor what are the symptoms of it so the symptoms of acid reflux

disease the classic symptoms is hard burn where the patient complains that

they are having a burning sensation in the chest and they may also complain of

a bitter liquid coming in the back of their throat yeah actually when they are

sleeping or even otherwise there are also other atypical presentation they

may present with chest pain they are they actually might feel that they are

having a heart attack but when they end up in the emergency room and have all

the workup done it is not the heart but it is the acid reflux then absent with

cough so they have multiple presentation but the most common is in digestion

feeling what the patient complains has a burning sensation in the chest and

frequent burping or belching those are the most common symptoms what is the

causes for this doctor the causes of this problem again is you know few

things your body weight how you're eating your eating habits basically how

you are eating what you are eating the timing of your eating the gap between

your meals and your sleeping and of course there is always stress

component stress is something which triggers as many to us so those are the

things that we normally ask our patients and the patient population that I come

across specially in in this location is mostly you know patients young patients

who have very long shifts where they don't pay much attention to their eating

habits and the timings and all that and that's a very common reason for acid

reflux doctor what is the treatment options for this the treatment option is

usually we treated medically with medications like what is call us proton

pump inhibitor or something like Alexian extra or some plus if they don't have

any alarm symptoms like weight loss or anything the initial therapy is

medications for at least a month but if they have severe symptoms and if they

are not responding to the treatment then we offer them an endoscopy just to see

you know any infection or any acid reflux changes in the stomach but at the

same time they also have tomorrow you know we give them measures about anti

reflux measures as well as lifestyle modification

eating habits have to be you know schedule eating habits small meals five

times a day and eating should there should be at least a

gap of two hours between your bedtime and your dinnertime and avoiding

excessive coffee carbonated beverages tea mostly eating more time that's the

most important thing as adequate sleep of at least seven to eight hours that

also is extremely important in this condition any weight loss thanks for the

Hey guys in today's video I want to share with you guys the series shortcuts application

I'm going to show you how to create your very own shortcuts and

Also share with you guys some of my favorite ones as well

Now this application is for iOS 12 Apple bought the company

Workflow and created Siri shortcuts this help you get things done a lot faster

So something that would take three steps to get done. It will take only one step to get done. Just one click

So therefore the name Ceres shortcuts, you can download it from the App Store

Absolutely free, of course, and there's three ways that you can activate these shortcuts

You can use your voice with Siri

You can use home screen icon shortcuts, which it's one of my favorites or the widgets page right here

And you can simply tap turn on or off. So let's begin first

I'm gonna go ahead and share with you guys on my personal favorite shortcuts. I have the widgets here for Siri shortcuts

I have Wi-Fi on or off

Airplane mode. I have a low power mode take a picture and take a video

So those are my favorite widgets you can also use these with application shortcuts home screen and you of course use your voice with Siri

To interact with these shortcuts or activate these shortcuts. So let's go ahead and create a shortcut. I was actually creating one here

Let me go ahead and delete the Wi-Fi on here select it and click. Delete

So that I can show you how to create your very own

but again links will be in the description if you want to go ahead and

Share the ones or have the ones that I have here

So, why would I want Wi-Fi on or Wi-Fi off when I can simply just go to control center and turn it off?

Well, there's many reasons for that number one with a bigger device

It's hard to reach up there when you're using it one-handed and not to mention

This doesn't really turn off Wi-Fi is just temporarily disconnected

So if you're leaving your house and you try to turn off Wi-Fi using control center

It's going to continue to look for other Wi-Fi networks

Number one it drains the battery number two. It affects the experience because it interferes with the data and all that stuff

So it's just inconvenient this really turns it off. So if I click turn off and I go to settings it's really turned off

Let's go to settings here. You see Wi-Fi is completely turned off when I do that from control center

It isn't so let's create some of the shortcuts here and show you how this works

So first thing you want to go ahead and create shortcut

That's the first thing you want to do and then find what it is that you want to do

So if I want Wi-Fi on all I have to do is search Wi-Fi

and then right here set Wi-Fi click that

Make sure that the table was turned off because that's the action that we would Wi-Fi on and then we want to tap on these

two icons here on the top, right select and the name for the shortcuts and this is gonna be Wi-Fi on

Okay, there we go. So Wi-Fi on and then we're gonna go ahead and select an icon. I'm gonna go with blue and

Let's go ahead and search for the icon here for Wi-Fi if I can find it and there it is right here. Boom

So now we have the icon we have the phrase. We have the name and let's go ahead and select a custom phrase

so if we want to use our voice to activate this Siri will understand so

Wi-Fi on

There we go

That's the custom phrase because we can activate it again using three ways using Siri our voice the widgets or the homescreen shortcuts

Applications when we have here is widgets if you want to add it to the widget panel you have show in share sheet

So I don't recommend using this one unless as an action that you're going to be performing inside of an application

That's a little more in-depth and then create home screen shortcut

Which is the applications and then share the shortcut, which is what I'm going to do with you guys in the description

With this one here and all the ones I have as well. So once we click done

The shortcut has been created. Right? So all I have to do now is go back here

Let me go ahead and move it around tap and hold move it over here and you'll see that the icon

Will be your the shortcut will be right here on the widget. There it is

But if I own a Wi-Fi off airplane mode mute, take a video take a picture things. I usually take

multiple steps only take one step with Siri shortcuts

Now if I want to go ahead and delete this shortcut icon from the home screen

I'm going to do that and then go back to the series shortcuts application and show you how

to add this back to the home screen just simply go ahead and let's go ahead and tap here and

Add home screen shortcut this going to bring us here

and then we tap down here create home screen shortcut Add to Home screen and boom click Add and

Now we have the icon back on our home screen

We can bring it back here and you see and now it's back in order. So you guys have it

FeiyuTech Vimble 2 Mobile 3 Axis Gimbal Review - Duration: 6:04.

Hello my name's Mark, welcome to my review channel, today we're going to be

taking a look at the Vimble 2 mobile gimbal.

FeiyuTech have included a carry case with the Vimble 2 which I think is a great little extra when you open this

up you'll see there's an netted section at the top for accessories and initially

you've just got all the little bits that come with this

that's includes a Quick Start Guide to get you up and running, give you the

basics, a charging cable, this is charged via micro USB,

there's also charging cables for your phone because the gimbal can charge your

phone and there's three different adapter types included there's also a

mini tripod that opens out and can be used to steady this, a wrist strap to make

sure if you drop it you don't actually allow it to fall to the floor and this

can be used with other tripods as well it has a standard tripod thread on the

bottom and it just screws on and stands in place, that's useful if you want to

take some selfies whether they be video or photo. As you can see the mini tripod

collapses down and opens out very easily. On the handle you've got the USB

charging port on the left, the controls around the middle which include a

joystick to control the gimbal itself. power/function button and the recording

button and on the right hand side is a small toggle switch.

If you don't use the mobile gimbal before you pop your mobile in the top

and then it provides a nice steady motion as you're moving around the nice

thing about the Vimble 2 is it extends as a little selfie stick allowing you to

get a further out shot than you normally will be able to a lot of Gimbels more

like this slightly closer up so you end up having to hold it out or have it very

close up. The control on the bottom allows you to do different things so you

can see this now is locked in places, it's not moving around, when I release it it then

starts tracking around again. For those of you who prefer to shoot portrait rather

than landscape you're also catered for as it can be rotated around and hold

your phone in either position. Phones are held very securely via a spring

mechanism it can be a bit tricky to get the phones in, note that you may need to

remove cases if you happen to have a large phone with a large screen but I

found it does fits my OnePlus 6 in, even with the case. Now to test this out I'm going

to take this into the field and I want this to be a fair test so I'm going to

be using two mobiles that are the same this is the Alcatel 3 there's a couple

of reasons for picking it 1) I have access to two of them, 2) This is a budget

phone so it doesn't have great image stabilization when you're filming video.

So I have the non gimballed on the left a gimbal on the right just a little walk

forward actually heading to a farmers market so I'll get some footage there

I'm a big fan of the DJI Osmo mobile so I've brought that along as well and

we're going to do a quick comparison.

This was all shot using the out-of-the-box settings but you do have

a companion app and that allows you to select different modes you can adjust

the white balance, ISO, etc, you can also change quite a few different bits about

the gimbal this is how you adjust the settings such as motor strength shooting

scene, there's quite a few different options it might seem a little bit

overwhelming and you may think "my goodness this is this isn't gonna be

very clear!" but actually it you don't need to touch most of these most of the

time I have to say I didn't touch them at all but they're there if you want to

have a little play and if you're really struggling to understand what's going on

with it you can also access the user manual the user manual is fully

available in the app so you can have a quick scroll down and find out what

button you need to press what setting you need to change to get it to do what

you want it to do. For the most part I've found the Vimble 2

to be an excellent little mobile gimbal the only thing that's really

annoyed me is the button configuration I am used to the DJI Osmo I think the

buttons a slightly better laid out on here the start and stop button is very

close to the power button and there's been a few occasions where I've wanted

to stop recording I had held down the wrong button and I've ended up losing

the recording I was trying to do but aside from that I do like the fact that

it's got the slightly extended selfie stick and I also like that you can

charge your phone as well it comes with the little charging cables that's

really useful if you're going to be out and about doing a lot of filming with

your mobile you don't want it to go flat it is run again app and you can simply

센 척하려고 멍멍 짖었다가 닭장에 들어가 '쭈구리' 된 겁쟁이 코기 - Duration: 2:33.

인생은 실전이라 했는데, 견생(犬生) 역시 그러한 모양이다.

닭장 앞을 지나다 큰 교훈을 얻게 된 귀여운 웰시코기 한 마리가 많은 누리꾼의 사랑을 듬뿍 받고 있다.

지난 14일(현지 시간) 온라인 미디어 나인개그()에는 주인과 함께 산책길에 오른 웰시코기 영상이 게재됐다.

영상에 따르면 주인과 산책을 나선 코기는 길목에 여러 닭이 서식 중인 닭장을 발견했다.

평소 얌전하던 녀석이지만, 목양견으로 양을 몰던 웰시코기 본성은 어디 가지 않았다.

녀석은 한데 모여있는 닭들을 향해 캉캉 큰소리로 짖으며 경계심을 드러냈다.

닭을 향해 위풍당당 목소리를 내던 그때, 주인이 웰시코기에 참된 교훈을 주려고 나섰다.

그러자 녀석은 닭장 밖에서 보이던 자신감은 온데간데없이 움츠러들었다. 녀석을 번쩍 들어 닭장 안 속으로 넣어준 것.

닭들과 눈이 마주치자, 겁에 질린 채 주인을 향해 얼른 꺼내 달라고 간절하게 울타리를 쓸어내렸다.

그 모습이 애처로우면서도 동시에 귀여운 광경을 만들었다.

아마 다음번에 닭들과 마주한다면, 녀석은 이번보다는 더욱 용감한 모습을 보여주면 좋겠다고 영상을 본 누리꾼들은 응원했다.  한편 웰시코기는 목양견으로 소,

양 등 가축을 몰 때 발에 차이지 않게 하려고 다리가 짧게 개량된 종이다.

평소에는 느긋하지만, 제대로 된 훈련에서는 짧은 다리로 엄청나게 빠른 움직임을 보여준다.

자기 영역에 대한 경계심이 많기 때문에 집을 잘 지키며, 동시에 다정다감한 성격으로 어린아이들과도 잘 놀아준다.

다만 여우를 닮은 얼굴에 짧은 다리가 귀엽다는 이유로 웰시코기를 무턱대고 입양하는 경우가 많아 염려 섞인 반응이 제기된다.

웰시코기는 가축 몰이를 할 정도로 운동량이 많은 종이므로 신중히 고민한 뒤 많은 운동을 시켜줄 수 있는 여건이 되는 견주가 입양하는 것이 알맞다.
