My name is Matthew Celia.

My business partner is Robert Watts.

And we were both in the film industry for about 10 years.

Being in a headset was kinda game changing for me.

(Laughs)

But I didn't think that anyone was

making the stuff I wanted to watch.

And that's how Light Sail VR was born.

The mission is to bring

story first content to VR.

In the VR space,

especially in the live action video space

it's all on the bleeding edge of technology.

We're shooting this project on the Google Jump System.

And it consists of sixteen GoPros.

It's a massive amount of data.

We're working at 4K, 6K, 8K resolutions.

Each hour of footage is about 32GB,

but that's per camera.

We're shooting about 1.5TB per day.

And that is compressed GoPro.

You can imagine once we start to

put that into ProRes

or DPX for visual effects

those files sizes start to balloon very, very quickly.

So, we need the absolute fastest

storage, and the most amount of it

that I've ever come across

in my years in the film industry.

We had to reach out to LumaForge.

We already used them for all

of our commercial production.

but we were going to need a unit

four times as large just to

handle this one project

because of the amount of data that we're shooting.

Luckily they came to the table.

Most people do a poor job, you don't have to turn your pages, you can just look at

about ourselves. But here's the thing, when you think about it

advocating for yourself all you're doing is making your competence visible, making

your impact visible, making your value visible. If most people don't know about

what you do and how you do it and the value you bring your, it's going to hurt

your career success, it's going to hurt your impact in the company, it's gonna

hurt the impact of the company's bottom line. Laura Morgan Robert, professor at

Harvard Business School, said the following 'people are constantly

observing your behavior'. It's true, every single thing you do is being

observed and documented inside the minds of others. And their forming theories

about your competence, your character, your commitment. Now,

it's only wise to add your voice to frame those other people's theories

about who you are and what you want to accomplish and how you show up at work.

Why would we leave that all to one person or to some person based on where

they sit? They might have a complete limited slice, of view, of you in that one

meeting, they see you once a month during the year, it's a very small slice. Now

you're with yourself 8 to 10 hours a day, at work. And I can tell you, you would, if

I talked to you, unabashed and one-on-one and you were like telling me

all the great things you do and how you do it and there is no filter, we'd have a

long list of things that you did. You have to add your voice to the

conversation.

The popular brands' aren't always the best.

Their composition list shows unhealthy ingredients for your dog and can cause serious health

problems.

Therefore you need to choose wisely.

Watch out for this ingredients.

First, corn.

It is the leading cause of allergies and sugar imbalance in pets as well as causing severe

health issues.

They are filler ingredients, useless and not easily digestible.

Corn is full of GMOs.

Second, yeast.

It's used for flavoring and a protein source.

It is toxic to the liver.

Third, beet pulp.

It leads to weight gain, hyperactivity and feeds arthritis because it is a sugar filler.

Fourth, wheat flour.

It is the number one cause of dog allergies.

It has no nutritional value.

It contains the fine particles of wheat bran, germ, and all the floor sweepings and leftovers

from the mill.

The application of the herbicide Roundup or other herbicides before harvest adds the deadly

active ingredient glyphosate to wheat and barley which acts like desiccant.

Fifth, rice.

If not organic may cause arsenic poisoning.

Sixth, pea protein.

Suspicious Letter Sent To Home Of GOP Sen. Collins, Hazmat Team On The Scene - Duration: 2:01.

Multiple sources are confirming that a suspicious letter has been sent to the home of Republican

Sen. Susan Collins of Maine.

Both the Bangor Police Department, local Fire Department, and local hazardous material teams

are now investigating and on the scene, as reported by Brooke Singman from Fox News.

Singman went on to say the FBI is aware of the situation, and that the Bangor Police

Department is leading the investigation.

The Criminal Investigation Division is also the scene.

CBS 13 is reporting that police shut down Hayward Street near Collins' home on West

Broadway.

Senator Collins is on her way home to meet her husband, according to the senators spokesmen.

The incident comes just nine day after the senator gave an eloquent speech from the Senate

floor in defense of her decision to cast a key vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh

to the Supreme Court.

Last weekend, Collins returned to Maine after Kavanaugh was sworn into office, and addressed

the media regarding her decision to support the Justice.

Collins told reporters that the supplemental FBI report, which she and Republican Sens.

Jeff Flake of Arizona and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska pushed for, was a "turning point"

that helped her reach the decision to support Kavanaugh despite sexual misconduct accusations

leveled at him, as reported earlier by Breitbart.

Protesters have vigorously harassed Senator Collins and others, both on Capitol Hill and

in public places prior to and after the deciding votes were cast two Saturdays ago.
