How To Track The Initial Traffic Source with GTM (feat. Julius Fed from AnalyticsMania) - Duration: 15:36.

In this video, Julius is going to show you how you can track the initial source from

where your user came from in Google Analytics.

All and more, coming up.

Hey there and welcome back to another video of measureschool.com teaching you the data-driven

way of digital marketing.

My name is Julian.

But today we have a guest and he's back on the channel again.

Julius from Analytics Mania has joined us to show us a new tracking technique.

Now, you probably know in Google Analytics, how to view your source data and where your

user that came from.

Well, that's oftentimes just half the truth because it's heavily based on sessions, which

means that you really just know where your user that came from last but not initially.

If you wanted to track that you would need to explicitly track it in Google Tag Manager,

for example.

Now today, Julius is going to show us how we can track that information in Google Tag

Manager, and then forward this on to Google Analytics.

So we have it available as a custom dimension.

Now we've got lots to cover.

So Julius, take it away.

Thanks, Julian.

One of many awesome Google Analytics features is acquisition reports.

Thanks to this information, you're able to see where your users are coming from, whether

it's a Google search, email, Facebook traffic, or any other sources.

Every time a new visitor session starts, Google Analytics checks where that visitor is coming

from.

But what if you want to track the very first traffic source that drove the visitor to your

website?

Luckily, that is possible with the help of Google Tag Manager and some custom JavaScript.

Before we continue, I would like to mention that custom JavaScript that I will use during

this video was based on the UTMZ cookie replicator created by the team of Lunametrics.

But keep in mind that the code that I will use is a bit modified compared to the Lunametrics

code.

All right, so let's start.

Here I have a Google Tag Manager container that has two items in it, the Google Analytics

page view tag and Google Analytics settings variable.

Now, the first thing that we need to do is to get a JavaScript code that reads the UTM

parameters, the referral data, and all other information related to the traffic source

of the visitor.

And that information is then stored in a first party cookie that we will use in our Google

Analytics tag.

And here is the script itself, you will find the link to this code in the description of

this video.

So just let's copy it and go to Google Tag Manager tags,

create new tag, tag configuration, choose custom HTML and paste the code.

Let's name the tag, CHTML, which stands for Custom HTML.

And let's call it Set that initial traffic source.

Let's fire it on all pages, at least for now.

And let's take a look at how it works in action.

Hit the Preview button and go to the website that you are currently working on.

Click Refresh.

And here's our preview and debug mode.

Now, we need to check whether the cookie that contains the initial traffic source information

was actually created.

If you are on a Chrome browser, collect this three dots in the top right corner and choose

more tools, developer tools.

Go to application, and under the storage section, choose cookies and click the domain that you

are currently working on.

Keep looking for a cookie that this called initial traffic source, here it is.

And as you can see, the UTM campaign source is direct, UTM campaign medium is none, and

UTM campaign name is not set.

That is because I landed on this page just by entering the address in the address bar.

Now let's see how our custom JavaScript code works under the circumstances.

But before we do any test with that code, first, you need to delete the initial traffic

source cookie.

So let's do that.

And now let's imagine that I want to find on Google search Analytics Mania.

And if I click this link, let's see what happens.

As we can see our custom HTML tag that says the cookie has fired successfully.

Now let's go to our cookie list and see what happens there.

Our initial traffic source this time is Google organic and campaign name and the keyword

are not set.

So as you can see, the custom JavaScript works as expected.

And now let's proceed to another step.

By the way, it's worth mentioning that when a visitor lands on a page, the Google Tag

Manager with that custom JavaScript checks whether the initial traffic source cookie

exists on a browser.

If it doesn't exist, then the cookie is created.

If it does exist, then the script does nothing.

So this means that if the initial traffic source cookie exists in a browser, Google

Tag Manager will not override it and keep its original data.

The next step that we need to do is to create a variable that reads the initial traffic

source cookie.

Why because by default, Google Tag Manager does not recognize this information.

Because for example, if we click on window audit event and go to variables, you will

not find any information related to the initial traffic source.

So in order to read that cookie and turn it into a variable in Google Tag Manager, we

need to go to Google Tag Manager, click variables, and create a new user-defined variable.

Choose the first party cookie type and enter the initial traffic source.

That's called the cookie.

Click Save.

And let's test whether it's working properly.

So refresh the preview and debug mode.

Always refresh the preview and debug mode first, and then go to the website and refresh

the page.

Choose any event you want.

For example, page view.

And let's click variables.

What you'll see is that the cookie, the variable actually returns the value of the cookie.

Now what we want to do is to push this data to Google Analytics as a custom dimension.

First, let's go to Google Analytics and create a custom dimension.

Go to admin, choose the property where you want to create a custom dimension, choose

Custom definitions, custom dimensions, and create a new custom dimension.

That is called initial

traffic source, choose the scope of the user and create a new dimension.

What we see here is that the index of our dimension is one that's copied.

And let's go to Google Tag Manager and update our Google Analytics settings variable.

Let's expand the settings of our variable, click More Settings, then choose Custom Dimensions

and enter the custom dimension.

And we want to pass to the custom dimension number one, the value of our cookie variable.

So click the button right here, and choose the cookie initial traffic source variable.

Click Save.

Now one last thing that we need to do is we need to make sure that the cookie is set first

before the Google Analytics tag fires.

Therefore, what we need to do is we need to go to the tags section and click on our page

view tag

and go to Advanced settings and click the tag sequencing.

We want our cookies setting tag that custom HTML tag with custom JavaScript, we want it

to fire before that Google Analytics page view tag fires.

So here's how it works.

When the page loads, this custom HTML tag will fire first.

And after that tag has fired, then Google Analytics page view tag will follow.

And it will use the cookie that was created by this custom HTML tag, click Save.

You don't need to set the custom HTML tag and tax sequencing on all Google Analytics

tags, it's completely enough to set it on only Google Analytics page with that because

when the page loads, then this tag will fire first, it will set the initial traffic source

cookie.

If that cookie does not exist yet, then the page view tag will fire.

Since we configure the custom HTML tag to fire every time before the Google Analytics

page view tag, we can now remove the all pages triggered from that custom HTML tag.

So let's do that.

Let's close this one, go here

and remove the all pages trigger.

This tag will not have any triggers set but it will fire anyway.

Because we have included that this tag and the tag sequencing.

And that is displayed right here.

So click Save.

Last but not least, and it's very important, we need to test whether this implementation

works properly.

First of all, let's refresh our preview in debug mode, go to the page that we are currently

working on.

And let's delete those cookies.

Because we want to test everything from A to Z.

So go to developer tools.

And let's remove the cookie that is initial traffic source.

Enabled assistant Chrome extension.

And finally, let's refresh the page.

So what happened right here is that our custom HTML tag has fired successfully.

Well, at least we think that it fires successfully.

Now, let's check whether it did the job correctly.

Let's go to developer tools,

application.

And then we see that our initial traffic source has been set and the traffic sources direct

and medium is none.

So half of the job is completed successfully.

Now, let's go to the tag assistant Chrome extension, click on Google Analytics and see

what data was passed over to Google servers.

So click here.

And we see that there is a tab called custom metrics.

So we see that in as a custom dimension number one the value of our cookie was set.

Now do not fear, it doesn't look that nice compared to the value of our variable right

here.

That's because the equal sign is encoded right here.

But if we check the Google Analytics reports, we will see that this strange code will be

actually displayed properly as an equal sign.

Let's take a look at how the initial traffic source looks in Google Analytics reports.

So head over to Google Analytics.

Here, I have the acquisition reports of source and medium.

And with the default GA functionality, you are able to see the last traffic source that

was attributed to goals.

Of course, if I had some data right here.

But thanks to the initial traffic source, you're also able to see what was the very

first traffic acquisition source of those visitors.

So you can do that by adding a secondary dimension and the initial, and here it is.

And here's the data.

Ignore the first line I was just playing around with that custom HTML tag.

So this is the result.

But as you can see, everywhere else, we see not only the last traffic source but the first

one as well.

So this might give you some new ideas and insights on how traffic sources are contributing

to the success of the business.

Now, another thing that you need to keep in mind is that this data will not appear in

your GA reports right away.

It is not available in real time reports, because real-time reports do not display custom

dimensions.

Also, this data will not appear pretty soon in your regular GA reports.

For example, in my case, it takes up to several hours.

But usually, I am ready to wait for up to 24 hours.

So this is a really important thing to remember.

So that's it.

Now we know how to track the initial traffic source of a visitor.

This allows you to see the very first source from which the visitor landed on your page.

Now, before you start implementing the solution by yourself, you need to understand the caveats

of this solution.

First of all, it is based on cookies.

So that means that if a user visits your website from another device, or the visitor just simply

clears the cookies in the browser, the initial traffic source data will be lost.

And when the visitor lands on the page, again, the initial traffic source will get some new

value, which will probably be inaccurate.

Another caveat is that if you are using cross-domain tracking, and if the visitor navigates from

one website that belongs to you to another, there's a chance that you will see the self-referral

data.

And unfortunately, this script does not support the referral exclusion list of your Google

Analytics settings.

That's why you might see self-referrals in your Google Analytics reports.

Additionally, if a person has visited your website some time ago before you implement

this initial traffic source tracking solution, there's a high chance that the value of the

initial traffic source parameter will not be accurate, because the script cannot access

the historical data of the visitor.

However, if you want to go with a more robust solution, you should cooperate with a developer

and ask that if the developer would push the initial traffic source data to the data layer.

And then you would use that data in your Google Tag Manager container and push that further

to Google Analytics or some other third party tools.

So that's it.

I hope that you found this video useful.

And if you have any questions, just post the question below the video or go to analyticsmania.com

and contact me in person.

All right, so there you have it.

This is how you can track the initial source of where the user came from in Google Tag

Manager first of all, and then forward this on to a custom dimension in Google Analytics.

Now, I'd love to hear from you.

How would you use that information when once you have it in Google Analytics?

If you have already built this in what insights did it give you?

Please share with us in the comments down below.

iPhone XS Max Detailed Camera Review - Duration: 11:49.

"Music"

Hey guys It's Sagar from Tecworkz, and here is my camera review of the iPhone XS Max.

In the past 2 and half weeks that I have had this phone, I travelled to some of my favourite

locations in and around Pune, to shot a lot of images and videos samples.

I have also shot a many images with the Pixel 2 and the OnePlus 6, which means there is

going to be a comparison videos in the coming days.

So make sure you hit that subscribe button, if you don't want to miss out the camera comparison

between the iPhone XS Max, Pixel 2 and the OnePlus 6.

Now, before we get to the Image and video samples from the iPhone XS Max, let us first

get its camera specifications out of the way.

The camera module is more or less similar to that of the iPhone X, and it still sticks

out of the back.

But Apple tells us, that the primary camera in this module has an all new bigger sensor,

with deeper pixels.

It has a 26mm wide lens, and the same resolution of 12 megapixel, with a wide aperture of f/1.8

as we saw on the iPhone X.

But the actual sensor is now bigger and each individual pixel has a size of 1.4micron,

so it captures much more light.

Secondary camera has a telephoto lens of 52mm and again has a similar resolution of 12 megapixel

with an aperture of f/2.4.

Both the cameras are optically stabilised, and now they have twice the number of autofocus

pixels, so the focusing speed is even faster than before.

There is also a quad led true tone flash, to assist while taking images in very low

lighting situations.

You still get Portrait lighting modes, which lets you add various professional lighting

effects to your shots.

And now you can also change the amount of blur in the background of the portrait images,

while editing.

You can shoot 4k videos at 24,30 and 60fps and 1080p videos at 30,60,120 or 240fps, and

all these videos can now record stereo audio.

At the front you have a 7 megapixel True Depth camera with an aperture of f/2.2, and it can

now shoot 1080p 60fps videos.

Apple is embracing computational photography.

So the camera hardware combined with some smart software, is capable of delivering amazing

results.

Apple is still burring the options to change any of the video resolutions, deep in the

settings app.

So every time you need to shoot at different resolution, you gave to go to settings, scroll

down to camera settings, and then make the desired changes.

I think, they should simplify things, and let us make these changes, right from within

the camera app.

Now lets take a look at the image and video samples from this phone.

All the images are shot in the auto mode, with Smart HDR turned on.

I saw the sample images that Apple showed in their keynote, and that had me really exited

for these new iPhones, and looking at these image samples, I have to say I am pretty impressed.

Thanks to a larger sensor, there are much more details in these images.

Everything is crisp and sharp, when capturing images in bright day light.

Colours also look very good but they are a bit warmer and slightly saturated, compared

to the actual scene.

From last year, Apple has made some changes to its image processing.

Colours are a bit vibrant and saturated and the overall images are slightly warmer.

Depending on your colour preference, you may or may not like it.

The secondary lens allows you to take 2x zoomed images like these.

The secondary lens does not have a larger sensor, but it does have OIS, so the sensor

can capture more light, resulting in detailed images.

These optically zoomed images have so much more details compared to 2x digitally zoomed

images.

Now Smart HDR is one of the best addition to these new iPhones.

It offers an amazing dynamic range.

Without this feature, the tree in this image would have been completely black, and due

to the bright sun in the background, the sky would have also be completely blown out.

Here is an example of 2 images with and without Smart HDR turned on.

Look at the amount of details being brought back from the shadows, and the colours being

preserved, thanks to Smart HDR.

Normal HDR feature on the iPhone X last year was also pretty good, but it was nowhere close

to the HDR enhanced feature found on the Pixel 2.

With Smart HDR, that gap has been reduced by quite a lot.

I have shot these same images with the Pixel 2 and the OnePlus 6 , so in my next video,

we will see if the Smart HDR on the iPhone XS Max can take on the enhanced HDR mode of

Pixel 2.

In these overcast conditions, when there wasn't enough sunlight, XS Max was still able to

capture good looking images with lot of details.

Usually in these situations, there is lot of noise in the darker parts of the images,

but image processing on the XS Max is doing a good job of keeping the noise down.

Now there are twice the amount of focus pixels, and as you can see, it can switch the focus

from a near to far object very quickly.

Quick and accurate focusing is important while taking these close up shots.

thanks to a very wide F/1.8 aperture, the background in these shots is blurred out very

nicely, leaving the subject in perfect sharp focus.

Many people say that they don't take a lot of images with the portrait mode, but I am

not one of them.

Whenever possible, I prefer taking images with the portrait mode turned on, specially

when there is ample light.

Portrait mode on the XS Max combined with the smart HDR feature, is simply amazing.

It has been getting better with time, ever since it was announced with the iPhone 7 Plus,

and now it is nearly perfect.

Just look look at how well it differentiates the subject from the background, and now it

is much better around the hair and glasses.

It still struggles a bit at times, but if you take a few seconds to compose the shot,

results are amazing.

You still get various portrait lighting effects, but I don't use the too often.

And now you also have the ability to change the blur in the background of the portrait

mode images, after you have clicked an image.

Apple is definitely no the first one to implement this, but the way in which the blur is applied

is definitely unique.

Other manufacturers detect the subject that should be in focus, and then apply same amount

of blur to the remaining background.

Whereas these new iPhones, detect how far away various elements in the background are

and then depending on the distance, they are blurred out more or less.

You can play around with this aperture slider while editing portrait shots, but I found

somewhere around 4 to 5.5 to be the sweet spot where the image looks most natural.

Portrait mode on any smartphone is designed to take images of people, but I love to try

this mode on objects, and here are the results.

With time, iPhone cameras have got very good at detecting the edges of non human objects.

It is definitely not perfect at detecting the edges of complex objects, or with things

like straws or glasses of water, but it is much better than before.

I have seen smartphones priced much lower than this, take better portrait mode images

of objects, So I think Apple should work even harder to make this mode perfect.

As we move to indoor and artificial lighting conditions, cameras on the XS Max still continue

to impress.

The dynamic range is still on point, and you can see lot of details inside and also out

of the window.

Colours are a bit warm as I said before, but they look good for the most point.

Thanks to a bigger sensor and optical image stabilisation, the camera can gather more

details, and even be open for few extra milliseconds to let in more light, so the images are are

detailed and and there is is less amount of noise in them.

As we start moving to even lower lighting situations, you can still pull of some very

good shots.

Normally, there would be much more noise, in these images and the text in low light

would be pretty much unreadable, but as you can see, these images are clear and the text

is perfectly sharp.

There is some noise when we click images in even lower light, but it doesn't make the

image distracting or unusable.

If you like taking images with the front facing camera, the 7 megapixel true depth sensor

delivered great results in ample light.

Colours and the dynamic range from the front facing camera are also very good.

The beauty gate issue has been blown out of proportion.

It is just the new aggressive noise reduction at work, and it is not a big deal.

There are plenty of details in these daylight selfies, and the dynamic range is much improved

for this front camera as well.

Here are some low light selfies, and you can see that even these are filled with details.

They might be a bit softer when compared side by side to some of the other phones, but on

their own, these images look pretty good.

You can take portrait images with the true depth selfie camera, and the results are much

better than any of the previous iPhones.

It is much better at detecting the edges and separating the background, but it can still

miss certain parts of your hair and blur it out.

Again the dynamic range on the front facing camera is great improved.

But it still has a problem if you have multiple people in the shot.

It keeps the face closest to the camera in sharp focus, while it blurs out the other

faces in the shot.

I would say Portrait mode on the front facing camera is better than the iPhone X, but it

is not as good as some of the other Android smartphones.

Here is a video from the front facing camera of the iPhone XS Max.

You can see how it handles the exposure of the scene, overall colours and the stabilisation

when I walk with it.

Coming to the video footage, the iPhone XS Max is one of the best in its class.

It can shoot 4k 30fps videos with an amazing dynamic range.

Stabilisation is really good, since both of its cameras have optical image stabilisation.

It can also shoot 4k 60fps videos.

You can play these videos as they are, or even slow them down to have a nice cinematic

video experience.

For slow motion, you have the option to shoot at 120 or 240fps in 1080p resolution.

And you get to choose the parts of the video that you want to slow down, later on.

This is without a doubt, the best camera on an iPhone yet.

Thanks to the larger sensor, wide aperture, telephoto lens, optical stabilisation on both

the lenses and software features like smart HDR, you can take amazing images and videos.

Its definitely an improvement over the iPhone X in the camera department.

If you are using an iPhone 7 or any phone from before that, upgrading to the iPhone

XS or XS Max will get you a much needed bump in the camera performance.

But if you already have the iPhone X, then unless you absolutely want to spend the extra

money, want that new gold colour, or need a bigger display, I would say you can skip

this years iPhones and see what Apple has to offer next year.

So after looking at over 90 image and video samples, what do you guys think about the

cameras on this new iPhone XS Max, and with which phones do you want me to compare its

camera with?

then you have flares that are going to be a little bit different from your factory ones

and that's what you're going to find with these.

Again, they're a little wider.

They give you some better tire coverage so if you need that to stay legal in your area

or you just want to keep the tires from throwing some junk up on the side of the Jeep, that

additional width is going to be helpful.

The pockets and the rivets being visible, that's really just a style thing.

If you like it, this is an excellent option.

If you don't, there are some options that are more of an OEM style without the rivets

and the pockets but will still give you factory or even more coverage.

So a ton of options out there as far as flares go.

In general, a lot of them are going to have the same style of finish on them.

They're going to have some UV resistance to help them from fading in the sun like the

factory flares would have as well.

This is going to be a great kit because it does include all of the hardware that you

need to get them installed on the Jeep and as with most others, it will accept your factory

turn signal up front so you don't have to do any sort of weird wiring stuff to just

swap out your flares.

In general, I think these are a pretty fairly-priced set of plastic flares.

If you step up to a metal flare or an aluminum metal flare, you're going to be significantly

more expensive than this but for a pocket style, rivet style flare that gives you more

coverage than the factory, I think these ones are pretty fairly priced.

So whether you're replacing your factory flares on your TJ because they're faded, they're

cracked, or you're replacing them because you specifically want a different style, these

are going to be a really excellent option for you.

The pocket we keep talking about is this area right here, and that means that the hardware

is exposed.

You can see it from the outside as opposed to the hardware being underneath where it

is hidden.

And that, like I said before, that's strictly a style thing.

The fact that this is a rivet style flare, that kind of goes right along with the pocket.

The rivet that is in here, or really the bolt, but the rivet is designed to be seen so it

is a little bit flashier than your hardware would be if it were hidden.

And again, of course, you're going to end up with a total of 4-3/4 inches of tire coverage

with these.

In some areas, you do need that to remain legal, or you just want to keep the stuff

from flying up on the side of your Jeep when you're off-road, when you're on-road, this

is going to keep the sides of your vehicle a little bit cleaner.

Now I'll have a member of the install team show you how you get this installed.

Tools used for this installation are as follows: small impact gun or ratchet, an 8-millimeter

wrench, an Allen key, a 10-millimeter socket, a 7-millimeter socket, and because we had

damage to our vehicle, a rivnut tool.

We're going to begin by using a 7-millimeter ratchet and a body parts pry tool to remove

our front fender, then we'll move on to our rear.

Okay, we're going to begin the removal of our front fender flare by using our ratchet

and socket.

There's only a few screws on this side and the rest are actually push clips.

Now, with your factory fender flares and with our new replacement fender flares, your turn

signal is built into them, so what we're going to do is go ahead and unplug our turn signal.

After that, once we get the fender flare off, we're going to go ahead and remove our turn

signal lens from our fender flare and put it into our new one.

So we're going to go ahead and give the socket a twist and pull the light out, and we're

just going to let that hang for now and we'll plug it back in once we get the new one on.

Now, to remove the fender clips, I'm just going to use a pry tool and carefully pry

them off.

Now that covers the removal of our factory front fender flare.

Now, if you'll notice here, we are missing two of our factory rivnuts that are supposed

to be there that hold our fender flares on.

Now, this is not an uncommon thing.

It happens.

You get a little corrosion.

When you try to remove them, they get pulled out.

You want to get the proper size rivnut that goes in there, that matches the thread on

your bolts.

You open up the two jaws.

You spin your new rivnut down on top of it.

Now this is just like a rivet gun, but instead of holding something together, now you get

a threaded hole that is there for you to use over and over.

We're going to just go ahead and insert it where our original one was, pull the two sides

together, then back the tool out.

And there you have it, we have our threaded hole again.

This is very simple.

You can rent one of these relatively cheap and I actually highly advise going down and

filling in all the holes with them.

If you ever need to remove them again, it does make your life a lot easier.

Let's go ahead and get this other one fixed so we can go ahead and start installing our

new fender flare.

Now as you can see here, this is our original fender flare as comparison to our new fender

flare and they are considerably wider.

Now we're going to go ahead and take our corner light, or our turn signal, out of our factory

fender flare and insert it into our new one.

To do this, you're going to flip your fender flare over and we're just going to go ahead

and remove this 10-millimeter nut from the back of it.

Now you wanna take your time and do this carefully.

It's only a plastic threaded post on the back of our turn signal lens.

We're going to use the same nut on our new fender flare.

Now to install it is the same as the removal.

We're going to go ahead and just lock in our two top tabs, slide the post through, and

put our nut down over top.

And just give it a little tighten.

Just make sure you do not overtighten.

It will break easily or strip out very easily.

Okay now, before we go ahead and put our fender flares up on our Jeep, we're going to go ahead

and take our new socket head bolts, we're going to go ahead and install the washer on

them first before we put them through the fender, then we're going to slide the bolt

through the fender hole and use one of these rubber spacers in between.

Now we're going to do this for all the holes in our fender before we secure them on.

Now we're ready to go ahead and install our fender flares on our Jeep.

We're just going to go ahead and line up all the holes.

And using your Allen key, go ahead and get these two zipped in.

Now we have these two back here secured down.

Those go into the factory rivnuts that are in your fender.

Next, we're going to use the supplied washers and nuts that come with the kit.

Now, to install these, you're going to use an 8-millimeter wrench to tighten them and

the same Allen key as the other two.

Just slide it on the back, hold it with your wrench, and go ahead and drive your Allen

key down.

You're going to go ahead and repeat the same process for the last few that are left.

Now we can go ahead and plug our turn signal back into its lens and that covers the installation

of our front fender flares.

It is the exact same steps on the opposite side.

Now let's go ahead and get moving to the rear and we'll show you how to get those in.

Now, as you can see on our Jeep, our fender flare extensions were actually already missing

from our Jeep before we got started today.

If your Jeep is still equipped with them, you're going to want to go ahead and remove

those because our new fender flares will not match up to those and I think it looks a lot

cleaner without them.

Now, the removal of your rear fenders is just as easy as your front ones.

There's going to be several 7-millimeter bolts that have to be removed.

Now, unfortunately, I can't show you those bolts because our Jeep, at one point, the

fender flares were removed from it, probably on the trail brushing up against a tree.

They probably got yanked off and were put back together with push clips.

So we're going to go ahead and get our fender off, I'm going to show you how to get the

new ones installed.

Now, to get our new ones installed, we're going to go ahead and pull back our inner

fender slightly, just so we can reach the back of them.

Now that all our hardware is installed on our fender flare, we can go ahead and get

it on our Jeep now.

Now, to do the opposite side, it's the exact same steps using the exact same hardware and

tools.

Trump says next summit with Kim will happen after mid-term elections, not in U.S. - Duration: 1:47.

U.S. President Donald Trump has fixed the date of the second summit with his North Korean

counterpart as, sometime after the midterm elections in November.

While he tossed a few possible venues, the location hasn't been confirmed yet.

Park Hee-jun points out some of the possible candidates.

President Trump says he *will have another summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un,...

and confirmed that it will take place after the midterm elections.

He made that commitment in an interview with AP.

And when asked about the location of the summit,...

President Trump said that it will likely happen outside of the U.S., although there will be

one in the U.S. "at some point."

He'd said previously that three or four places are being considered for the second summit,...

but he didn't elaborate other than to rule out Singapore,... the site of the first summit.

The North Korean capital of Pyeongyang and the truce village of Panmunjeom have been

named as likely venues.

But there is also a good chance it'll be held in a third country... and not on either leader's

home turf.

Several Japanese news outlets, citing U.S. government officials,... believe it could

take place in a European country, such as Sweden -- often used as a communication channel

for North Korea and the U.S. -- or Switzerland, which has a North Korean embassy and where

Kim spent several years at school.

Another possibility is Mongolia, one of the few countries that has friendly relations

with the North.

North Korea's state-run media reported that Mongolia had sent Kim an invitation... saying

that he can visit "whenever it's convenient for him."

It had offered to host the first summit back in June.

The specifics are still up in the air,... but they'll be finalized during the expected

meeting between North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui and U.S. Special Representative

for North Korea Stephen Biegun,... who will also discuss specific steps toward denuclearization.

RevInsider - Legal Team - Duration: 2:26.

The legal function at Revolut is quite unique when it comes to startups.

We're really at the center of everything we do here; be it advising

on new product launches, tweaks to our existing products, what markets we should enter.

What I've really enjoyed is there's a widespread amount of work

I've been able to do. So I've worked on helping to structure consumer credit products,

a commission-free trading platform, helping with international expansion

helping get Revolut Metal off the ground.

Each of these has almost been like a startup within a startup, and to be able

to help structure and grow each of those products from the beginning has been

really rewarding. I never thought I'd have to look into cashback

for cryptocurrency on the same day that I was looking at expanding to the US.

The legal team at Revolut is split between generalists

traditionally corporate lawyers and specialists - lawyers with regulatory knowledge

or compliance knowledge in the space of financial services.

We then are supported by a team of expert analysts. They are our legal operations team that

dig deep into the data to conduct root cause analysis and see

how we can build on that, see what we can learn and see how we can improve.

I think the difference of transitioning from private practice to

in-house is really changing the speed at which you're going to be advising the business

and prioritising what's important.

That's going to be a difficult transition for anyone.

It's a challenging but rewarding environment.

I think what is really cool about our team is that we take our work very seriously

and we do work very hard, but we don't take ourselves very seriously.

What we're looking for is a dynamic mix of legal counsel, regulatory and compliance specialists

and legal operations to help drive this company forward.

If you're hungry to join a tech company this is definitely hands-down one of the

best places you can come to.
