Unai Emery reveals the half-time team talk which inspired 1-0 win at Sporting - Duration: 3:22.

Unai Emery has revealed what he said to his Arsenal players at half-time to inspire a much improved display on Thursday night as they beat Sporting CP 1-0 to all but secure passage through to the Europa League group stages

Arsenal's head coach had wanted his side to start the game in a far better fashion than they had previous matches in recent weeks, but once again watched on as they struggled to make much of an impact during the first half

It was frustrating for Emery - who accepts he must find a solution to the constant slow starts - but the Spaniard told his players to remain patient once he got them back into the dressing room at the interval

And his words certainly made a difference as the Gunners went on to claim an 11th straight victory thanks to Danny Welbeck's clinical strike

Speaking about the need to improve his side's slow starts, Emery said: "Each match there is a very big opportunity to improve things and one is this

We spoke before the match about our objectives and one objective is this.  "But the most important is that when we were in the dressing room at half time we spoke and said 'OK today also, we cannot impose our game in first 45 minutes, but the second half we have the opportunity to change the result and continue in our way, thinking only of winning this match and improving things in the second half

"And I think the team did that in the second 45 minutes. But we need to continue finding the solution for the first half to be better

"  Emery added: "The match, for 90 minutes, there we different things happening tactically and individually

"The first half is not clear for us. I think in the balance of the two teams there were not a lot of chances to score

The second half, step by step, we imposed our good play. We played to win this match

"For us it's very important because we want to finish first in this group and at the moment the other team that is with us is Sporting

"We are happy and also for continuing our process, with different players and with the rhythm in all the matches we are playing

There were big positive things here."  Keep up to date with the latest news, features and exclusives from football

Japanese scary urban legends PART 1 (Halloween special) | 【ENG SUB】 - Duration: 29:56.

Hello guys and welcome back

to a new video on our channel OurEyesYourEyes!

As I said some days ago,

this week we will talk about Halloween!

So we found the beautiful idea

to talk about horror stories!

Principally we will tell you

the most famous urban legends in Japan!

First of all, i'm here alone!

My love is behind the scenes

He doesn't want to take part of these videos

because he is afraid

of horror movies

of all these strange stories and

that's why i'm talking in Italian!

But don't worry because

of course we'll put the English subtitles!

Ok! Let's start!

The first legend i want to tell you is called

Kuchisake Onna!

The story starts some centuries ago..

In a small and quiet village there was a very beautiful

and conceited woman.

She was married to a samurai, but one day

she decided to leave her husband

and this was not a good decision to make,

because when

she expressed her decision to her husband,

he took a katana and cut her mouth

The legend says that he

he ripped up her mouth till the ears!

She was traumatized by that

Her husband told her : "Let's see now

if people say that you're still beautiful". The spirit of

this woman protracted throughout the years

Even now, people think that this woman walks on dark streets

of all Japan. Some people heard of her

in Nagasaki, other people in Tokyo etc..

We don't know! Anyway..

The legend says that a woman with a mask

walks on dark streets

of Tokyo and many other cities

Usually she likes to stop young people

and she usually likes to ask them

"Am I pretty?". People have to choose between

yes and no. If you say no,

she will dismember you

so i don't think it's a nice idea!

If you say yes,

she will take her mask off

to show you her real face!

At that moment, you will see her ripped face till the ears

so in that case, i don't know

if you would be terrified or not by that

The second step is

because she didn't finish talking to you yet,

aswering the next question, that is "Am I still pretty?"

Also in this case you have two choices!

You can say yes or no!

If you say no, you will die

as always!

If you say yes, she will rip your face up

exactly as hers!

I don't think it's a nice idea either!

There's a way to survive: you have to give her

a vague answer, for example

"mmmh, i don't know", or "so-so"

so you'll able to confuse her!

In this way, you'll live!

Help!

The next legend is called "Teke teke".

The legend talks about a girl who was

together with her friends afterschool.

They were all waiting for the train,

when one of his friends had the nice idea

to put a cicada inside of her hood!

The girl noticed that and

she made an unexpected movement of her body

so she could take the cicada off her body.

The problem was that she tripped and fell on the rails.

I don't want to tell you, ok let's say it

the train was coming...

The result was that the girl was cut in two parts.

After years...

decades...

this legend went on

until one night one boy was

walking through the streets of a city

of course we don't know which city

but of course it's a japanese city..

He saw a girl looking out the window.

He was a little bit surprised. There was

an eye contact between them, but he didn't know

that girl was the spirit of the girl

who fell on the rails that day.

In that moment, the spirit climbed over the window

and she fell on the ground..The problem is that

she didn't have her lower half

She, later, started chasing the boy moving her elbows

that were crawling on the ground

and the sound that comes from this

was called in japanese "teke teke"

The spirit of the girl reached the boy and

of course she teared him in half.

People say that teke teke wants the lower half of other people

because that's her missing part of the body.

When you walk alone on japanese streets

be careful, and if you meet a girl

looking out the window, maybe it's better not to look at her!

The legend is not just creepy, but also

strange..anyway..

The legend's title is

"Aka manto".

In japanese it means "red mantel"

and it's the story of a evil spirit that

you can find in public toilets..

Yes, in that context...

You could find Aka manto

if you enter in the last

cabin of a public toilet, that means

the furthest cabin from the entrance

Try to imagine: you're sitting on the toilet

and you have to do what you have to do

Suddenly you hear a voice that asks you:

"Do you prefer

red or blue toiler paper?"

I wouldn't like to be in your position in that case

and now i'll tell you why!

If you choose

the red toilet paper, sorry i'm laughing...

but now you'll understand that it's also creepy!

Anyway, if you choose the red one,

Aka manto will slit you

He will torture you until

he will modify the color of the white toilet paper

making it become red.

If you choose the blue one,

Aka manto will choke you

turning your face blue.

There's another option: if you choose

another color, for example green, yellow etc..

you will be dragged to hell

so under the toilet a chasm will open

and you'll be dragged to hell!

The forth option

that could save your life

is simple, you just have to say

"No toilet paper, thanks!"

There another version of this story: some people think it's about toilet paper, that makes me laugh

other people think it's about mantels

that means red or blue mantel!

If you choose the red one,

Aka manto will cut all the skin of your back out

so in this case

your ex-back would become

a red mantel. If you choose

the blue mantel, in that case Aka manto

would extract all of your blood, so your body

would turn blue! I hope you don't choose

the last cabin

of a public toilet, choose the first one

so you will avoid the problem!

The next legend is unbelievable!

In some cases, i wouldn't like to say

that it's a true story, but more or less...

Anyway, this legend

is called Hitobashira.

Maybe you have heard of it, but anyway

this phenomenon started in the 16th century.

We are talking about human sacrificies..

You've heard it well! Here in Japan

in the 16th century people were

sacrificed and the bodies of these people

were used as pillars while

building the buildings, that means

these people were buried alive

inside the building. You will probably

say: "Why?". These sacrifices

were made to ward off

the damages of the buildings.

Again, i'm sure you'll say "why?". Unfortunately people believe

that if a person was buried alive

also the buildings

would have had less damages

during earthquakes or natural disasters..

Guys, i'm going to give you some details about it!

The first proof can be found in a japanese annals

that is called Nihongi or Nihon Shoki. In this annals is written

that the Nintoku emperor

made some human sacrifices to build

buildings in his properties.

Another story about this can be found in the diary

of the 15th century "Yasutomiki"

Also in this case, there are stories

of people sacrified or buried

alive inside the buildings..

But now let's go on with concrete examples

real buildings in which

there's this mistery..First of all,

the Maruoka Castle.. Here people

think that inside the walls

you could find some human skeletons

The second example is the Matsue Bridge

and also the Matsue Castle.

People say that also inside

the walls of that castle

there are some strange presences...

Anyway, remember, these are legends..

we don't know if it's true or not...

The next legend is called

"Dead bodies under cherry trees".

You tourists who come to Japan love

the cherry blossom , but

probably you ask yourself : "why the cherry blooming is pink?"

I mean the petals..why are they pink?

Also in this case there is an explanation!

The legend says that before

the arrival of the figure of samurai in Japan

the blooming was white

sometimes when you come to Japan

you will find some of them that

have white petals.

So what about the pink ones? The legend says

that after the arrival of samurai and that

after many samurai were killed in big was battles

they were buried under the cherry trees

and that's why the colors of the petals change from white

to pink , because pink was the tiny stripes

of blood coming from

dead samurai, from their dead bodies.

Actually japanese people don't like

the cherry blossom as it is.

What they do like is the petals

falling to the ground, because it's also a metaphor

a life metaphor that means

there is the highest level of beauty, but then the beauty

will vanish, will fade, will die

What do you think about this stories?

Write down below your point of view!

For those who want to keep listening

some other creepy legends, keep going on watching this video and also

the video coming up on Tuesday!

The next story i want to tell you

is called "Purple Mirror".

And here i hope to have the attention of all the girls

who still have to celebrate 20 years old. You will understand

why soon. The legend talks about a girl

who had a great relationship with her mom

Her mother

bought a mirror to make her a beautiful present.

This mirror became part of her life

because she was always using it!

She was looking at herself beautiful at the mirror

and she kept seeing herself beautiful, even if

suddenly the beauty she was looking at was not rea

because she was starting being

anorexic, a terrible disease..

The mirror didn't show her anything of that

On the contrary, she was beautiful,

well dressed, taken care of herself

very beautiful. This mirror didn't show her

she had a scrawny face, deathly face

very thin

so she was almost like

a dead body.

One day, she decided to paint

the mirror with the purple color.

But after doing it,

she saw the most terrible thing she didn't expect to see: her real figure.

She saw the scrawny face, deathly eyes

a living corpse

Suddenly,

while she had an outburst, she decided to destroy the mirror.

but immediately after, she regretted

what she had done! But now

let's move to her 20th birthday party

and that's why you almost 20 years old have to listen carefully!

That day

she was ready to celebrate her 20th birthday

but something irreparable happened.

The girl was run over

and died, but before dying

she whispered three times "purple mirror"

After the funeral, her family went back home

trying to find something regarding her

but the purple mirror

that was broken couldn't be found.

Later, after all this things, there were some

strange deaths in Japan

of which people didn't know how to explain

But next to each victim mysteriously dead

caused by an accidents or something else

there was always a broken piece of a purple mirror.

The legend also says you have to forget this story

before celebrating your 20th birthday!

otherwise you will not survive...

The next legend regards a train station

You people coming to Japan know that trains

are fundamental, something essential.

The title of the story is "The Kisaragi station".

Everything starts from a name: Hisamu.

Hisamu san or Hisamu kun,

as you like to call him,

is a boy who finds himself inside

the usual train he has to take everyday.

He's talking to his friends on the phone

Suddenly, Hisamu realizes

the train doesn't stop as usual

and this is a problem.

Try to imagine yourself next to him. His friends are still

on the phone and they say: "

Is there somebody together with you?"

He says "Yes, there are 5 people here,

but they are sleeping"

You know, in Japan's train people usually sleep!

Nothing to be scared of! So his friends told him

"Talk to the train conductor, try to understand

why"! Anyway, that train doesn't stop

and arrives to

Kisaragi station. In japanese

this word can be written in different ways

with different kanjis

but the kanji used in this case

mean "the Devil".

He gets off the train

also because it's the terminal

The station is like a desert

and he tried to walk around the platform

trying to find the reason why he is there

His friends say

"try to find a person over there,

try to look around you". He saw a person

He started talking this person and said

"you have to take the other train"!

That platform doesn't have a destination

When you come here to Japan, you always find

"To Tokyo, to Tachikawa" etc..

In that case,

that platform didn't have a destination

He got inside the train

the train started moving

He could see some mountains

The story finishes at this point, but

there is a particular detail: the battery of his phone died

so he couldn't reach his friends anymore.

Where is Hisamu kun?

Write in the comments your ending.

The 8th story i would like to tell you

talks about a doll. Her name is

Okiku.

I already talked about this doll

in the video about paranormal activities in Japan

If you didn't watch that video,

go and check it out!

We are in Sapporo! Hokkaido.

Nice place, great! Everybody loves Hokkaido!

Not just for the landscape,

but also for food!

It's 1918, Eikichi Suzuki,

a teenager, is walking on Sapporo streets

when he stops at a market.

He saw a doll that captured his attention.

You need to know that

Eichiki has a 2 year-old sister, who loves so much.

He dediced to buy her this doll

This doll never leaves his sister alone,

who's name is Okiku.

This baby girl's health is delicate

and the year after

she dies. After the funeral, her family

decides to put the doll

next to the family altar. After some years

20 years to be precise

that means in 1938

the family decides to move

because of the Second World War almost started

and also Eichiki starts the military service

so he can't have the doll anymore.

So they go to the Mannenji temple

that is next to Sapporo city.

It's a very famous temple, especially because of this doll.

But now i'll let you understand.

The doll is given to the buddhist priests of this temple

years are passing but

there is a problem:

this doll's hair keeps going on growing.

At the beginning the doll's hair reached

her shoulders , but then

they kept growing

till 25 cm.

You need to know that every year

they cut her hair

even if there is no difference, because

the hair keeps growing. Another thing to say

regarding the doll is that you can't see her.

If you go to the Mannenji temple

you are not able to see it.

also because people think that the spirit

of the baby girl

is attached to the doll itself

and it turned not to be

a positive spirit. This is not just

a legend, it's a true story .

I don't know if inside of the doll there's a demon

but actually her hair is growing

and as a consequence,

you can't look at the doll..

Maybe there's a reason why..This story

reminds a lot of Annabelle, the american version

In the world, there are a lot of possessed dolls, so...

Be careful. If you want to present a doll, choose

a Barbie, maybe the story will be different...

maybe.

Now let's go on with one of

the most terrifying stories

that has ever been written.

This is what japanese people say.

This story doesn't have a beginning,

doesn't have an end, there is not an official source of it

You'll say "She is mocking us"!

No, i'm telling you the truth! This story, unfortunately,

doesn't have a beginning, nor an end

these are just voices....Actually

there is a copy of this story

all around Japan, but it's very difficult

to find it, because all the pieces

are all around Japan,

so i don't think you can find them all together!

Maybe this is better, because

it's better you don't read this story

People know just few sentences of this story

maybe this is not just a legend, who knows?

Let's go on telling you this story

that is called "Cow's Head".

One of the thing that people know for sure

is that the story starts from the 17th century.

There's a village

that doesn't have inhabitants. Try to imagine..

you arrive at this village, there's nobody

Nowadays we could say "ah, it's a ghost town"!

Almost.

Some archeologists are digging

to understand why

there's nobody there, why it's so desert.

While they are digging, they find the skeleton of a man

with a cow's head.

Later they tried to investigate

and they discovered that some years before

there was a big famine.

This famine made people

eat cow's,

pig's and horse's meat until they

finished all animal's meat

that were in the village. Then they ate

dog's and cat's meat, all domestic animals' meat

When they also finished that

one day

a strange figure arrived at the village

This figure had the body of a man

and the head

of a cow.

The story goes on

Try to imagine what happens: they are starving

they take that "person" , they tortured him,

they killed him and then they

ate the meat. The story finishes here

or let's say, we don't know the sequel of it

also because if you read the entire story, you would die.

Anyway, there's a recent story

regarding Cow's Head

so this is a legend in a legend

we don't know if it's true or not,

Try to imagine: we are on a school trip,

your teacher can tell horror stories very well

so he decides to tell you the story of

Cow's Head. The students

are shocked, so they ask the teacher

to stop the storytelling, but

he starts having white eyes and keeps going on telling the story. After finishing the story,

the students fell almost dying

and the bus fell into a moat.

All of the survived, nobody died,

but when they told the teacher

what happened, he didn't remember anything of that.

Till nowadays, Cow's Head

is one of the most terrifying stories

that scares a lot of japanese people.

Let's go on with the next story.

Maybe this is not just a japanese story,

because i think you've heard it also in the rest of the world,

but this is the japanese version.

Enjoy it. The title of this story

or let's say legend is "Kokkuri san".

It's the japanese version of the Ouija board.

For those who don't know what a Ouija board is,

it's a tool that helps you to connect

the living people and the non-living people..

It's a board where you can find all the alphabet letters

the yes and no,

the goodbye. These are all the ways

to connect with the spirits

Kokkuri san is the japanese version.

Instead of having the alphabet letters A-Z

you find the Hiragana symbols

then you find Hai (yes) and Iie (no)

and then goodybye (sayonara)

in the upper part in the middle you find also a Torii

that it's like a portal

between kokkuri-san

and those who decide to use the "board"

Let's say that it's not

a board.

All you need is

a pen, a piece of paper and one coin.

that you use instead of the planchette

used with the ouija board.

A lot of high school students

try to talk to this spirit

If you have a question,

he could answer. You can also

stay silent, sometimes it happens

but people receive an answer anyway.

It can be their death's day

or anything else. In order to make it work

you have to finish the game properly

that means you have to say

sayonara, and after that

you have used this "board"

you have to spend the yen coin

you used, burn the piece of paper

you used to connect with kokkuri san

and throw away the pen

you used to write the Hiragana symbols.

If you do all these things,

you will win

and save your life. If you forget

after 24 hours to do all these things,

you will have some problems. I've never used

the Ouija board, I'll never use it

but there are a lot of people in the world

who decide to use it, sometimes wrongly

so if, and I say IF

you decide to use it , be careful

follow the instructions and end

the "game" in the right way.

The 11th legend i want to tell you

is called "Yama Uba"

In japanese it means "Old woman of the mountain"

The legend talks about this witch

with messed up hair, awful, dirty

and cut kimono

a beaten up witch

who lives in the mountains and the only thing she does

is eating human meat of people

who reach that

particular mountain! They don't say

the name of the mountain,

on purpose! People say that this woman,

when she was young, had 2 children

and while she was young with 2 children

there a huge famine.

The boys had to abandon her, because they

didn't have food to feed her. The result is

that in order to eat, she decides

to go inside of a mountain and to eat

human meat. Nowadays

people say that

she transforms herself into a a beautiful woman

with nice appearance and elegant manners

who wants to help people

who need a shelter in the mountains,

who don't know where to go

but at the end the beatiful woman turns

into the witch, ready to

eat these people's meat.

I don't think it's a true story

It's a legend, but i want to give you an advice:

Don't go too far in the mountains, and if you see

a beautiful woman who wants to help you

give it up!

the last story i want to tell you today

is called "Tomino's Hell". I think you have heard of it

It's a poem.

At first, people say it was written by Yomota Inohiko

but later people thought it was written by

a girl called Tomino.

People say that she was disabled person

and that she had a lot of problems.

Tomino's parents discovered this poem

and after they read it,

they couldn't believe what they had read.

This poem is really terrible.

The parents closed Tomino

in the basement, no drink, no food

so she would have died.

She was guilty because of that poem.

People think that Tomino,

the spirit of this young girl is still

inside of the words of this poem

and all the people who try to read

this poem out loud in japanese

will die, so it's better if you don't try!

We are talking about legends!

I don't know if this is something true, but

there are people who said

they have read this poem

out loud in japanese

and the results were not great at all!

Some of them have car acceidents,

other people were so sick

so i don't know if this is true or not,

i'm sure i'll never read it!

This was the last story

for today.

Too Good to Use - Are You Hoarding Stuff You Never Use? - Duration: 9:18.

Too good to use.

What do you do with stuff that you have that's too good to use?

That's a great question and we're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is the show where you get to ask a house cleaning question and I get to help you find an answer.

Now today's show was brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

and there's a whole bunch of people there

that can help you with different things that happen inside your home.

Whether it's your irrigation and your sprinkler repair, whether it's your landscaping, maybe

it's gutter cleaning or window washing.

There's a whole host of people that service the home on HouseCleaning360.com

All right, onto today's question which is from a house cleaner who was trying to help

a customer go through a bunch of stuff, and do some hoarding removal.

She ran across a particular, peculiar problem.

The customer was saving a bunch of things that are too good to use.

What do you do with those things?

All right well, the truth is most of us, most of us are guilty of having things that are

too good to use.

If you come to my house right now, I have four sets of dishes.

I have a set of fine China that is too good to use, we only use it at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

It's too good to use for the rest of the year.

Don't ask me why, it just is.

It was handed down from somebody else.

All right the second set of dishes that I have is a set of dishes that is too good to use.

They were my husband's dishes when he was a bachelor, and when we got married we bought

our own set of dishes.

We didn't buy our own set, it's a long story.

Now that I started I better tell you the story.

The story is, I didn't have the money for a fancy wedding reception at the time, so

I was going to have an open house inside my house.

In order to rent the dishes, they were going to be a dollar a piece or if I broke them

I had to replace them at a dollar a piece.

Near where I lived there's this great big store, it was a pottery store, that sold all

the exact same kind of dishes for a dollar a piece.

Instead of renting them for a dollar a piece, I bought them for a dollar a piece and then

if we broke them, then I would still have them.

We have that set of dishes and we retired the set of dishes that my husband had when

he was a bachelor.

Now those are too good to use because these other dishes are just clear glass.

They're clear glass on colored, what do you call them, chargers, decorate any plate.

They're great for holidays, for birthdays, for every day, for whatever, they're just

glass plates, they're awesome.

They've got a little decoration in them and they're fancy and whatever.

Those have become our main plates.

Then when I have the nieces and nephews come over, I have a whole set of plastic dishes,

so that if they drop on the floor they don't shutter and break.

We can eat outside and have picnics and stuff like that.

I've got four sets of dishes.

Two of them are too nice to use.

Now in all the houses that I've cleaned over the years, I've run into gobs of people that

have these huge, really expensive China cabinets.

Inside the China cabinets are things that they have that are too good to use.

It's fancy China, it's silver, very nice like little goblets and candle sticks and gravy

pourers and serving spoons and the silverware dishes themselves.

They've got these big ornate boxes that the silverware goes in, just all kinds of things

that you have to dust and clean and polish and wipe down.

Then every year near Thanksgiving or Christmas, you've got to pull all these stuff out and

re-polish and wash and get it ready to use for the holiday.

Most of us have stuff that is just too good to use.

In some people's houses it's their house itself.

They've got like these runners on the carpet so that you won't get the carpets dirty underneath,

and they have covers over their sofas and their chairs, so that if you sit on them you're

not going to get them dirty, because that's too good to use.

Who are the special people that are going to come use these stuff and when are they coming?

There are a lot of people, a lot of us are guilty of this.

We have stuff that's too good to use.

Now when I got married, my sister, bless her heart, she crocheted.

If you know crocheting, it's a little tiny hook and it was like a number 10 size hook

with this very fine thread.

She crocheted me an enormous tablecloth.

My first instinct was, well don't put that on the table because it's too good to use.

It was a huge table, I didn't even have a table at the time that was big enough for this tablecloth.

In all the years I've been married, I've never had a table that was big enough for that tablecloth.

I hate to say this, Jenifer if you're watching this, I'm going to cry, because I hope you

never watch this, I hope you don't find out, but I've never used the table cloth.

It's still in a tight gallon Ziploc bag folded up because, number one, I don't have a table

for it and number two, it's too nice to use.

Now I've got to find somebody that's got a really nice table that can honor this tablecloth

that Jennifer spent enormous hours creating.

I didn't want to spill any food on it, I didn't want to ruin it, it was so nice.

I was going to save it for special occasions and for the time when I got the great big

oak dining room table.

You know, that never happened, the table we have is a round top and it will hold four

or five people and that's about it.

We never did get the table and I've never used the tablecloth.

It's too nice to use and I don't want to ruin it.

What do you have in your house?

What do you have that you're hanging onto that's too nice to use?

Is it some particular clothing that you're saving?

It's a dress, it's a pair of jeans, it's a purse, it's a pair of shoes, we all have stuff,

we're all guilty of having stuff that's too good to use.

We're saving it for some imaginary special occasion or an imaginary special person that's

coming to visit that then we're going to pull out our finest and then what, they're going

to get it dirty, like what is that?

My little sister Julie had this great idea a couple of years ago that she was going to

use all the stuff that was too good to use right now right here in real-time.

She started wearing the fancy jeans and wearing the nice purse and wearing the expensive shoes

even though they were everyday activities.

What happened was, she got a lot of joy out of saying, "I'm the person that's special

enough, I get to wear this stuff that's special enough, because today, today I'm alive, today,

today is the special occasion."

If you're going through a hoarders houses and even hanging on to stuff, there's probably

a lot of stuff like cheap plastic cups or cheap plastic food bins or broken toys or

whatever, there's probably something they can throw away with no regrets.

The regrets are hanging onto things and paying for storage and storing things that are going

to get passed on down to our kids that we have never used, so to our kids they have no value.

They had no value to us because we never used them, we never created an anchor or a bookmark

in their mind that, "Hey, I'm keeping this because this was really important to my mom.

It wasn't important to my mom, she never used it.

It was too good for her, she never used it.

It's just stuff."

Then you pass it on to them and there's no value for them either, but they hang on to

this stuff because they feel the obligation because you hang on to it.

Then we create these generations of hoarders.

The reality is this, if you have stuff that's too nice to use, you're good enough.

Pull it out and use it today.

If you're not going to use it, find a new home for it.

Sell it, give it away or donate it, because right now we're in a place where all of us

have too much stuff.

If you look at the storage units around me, oh my goodness, they're popping up like wildfire.

They're everywhere now.

People are buying and renting these storage units so they can store all these stuff.

It's their family's stuff and their relatives stuff that they've inherited.

It's stuff from previous relationships and previous marriages that I don't know meant

something to them at the time, but it doesn't mean anything to them now.

I promise it doesn't mean anything from here through the future.

They've moved on enough to take these stuff and put it in a storage unit.

If you're going to put it in storage unit, take a picture of it, hang onto the picture

of it and let go of the stuff.

Get rid of it, sell it, give it away, donate it, I don't care what you do with it, but

get rid of it.

There's no sense in us hoarding stuff and hanging onto stuff, because stuff is too good to use.

If you're not going to use it, get rid of it.

My suggestion in the vein of organization, tidying up, cleaning up, it may spark joy,

but if all it is a spark, let it go.

It's either a part of your life or it's not.

If it's not part of it, move on, because as you're evolving, we all evolve every day,

we become new people.

As you move forward, you're not looking at stuff that's in the back, we're not looking

at stuff behind you.

That stuff had meaning 20 years ago, it may not have meaning now, so give yourself permission

to move on.

All right that's my two sense for today and until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

'Culprit'

Sukho Sen was the king of Kalinga.

He was a brave king.

He was a powerful king.

There was peace in his kingdom.

Everybody sang praises of him.

Our King is very good. - Yes, you're right.

There's peace under his rule.

There are no thieves and robbers to bother us.

There's no conflict or arguments. - Yes. You're right.

But, I've heard that the king is fun loving.

He doesn't discriminate between anybody while enjoying.

You're right.

Minister, I haven't gone for hunting for a long time.

Make arrangements for the hunting trip.

As you wish, Your Majesty.

I wandered in the forest throughout the day...

...but I didn't spot any animal or bird.

Yes, Your Majesty. It's a serious matter.

What shall we do now?

Let's go deep inside the forest. - Okay. Let's go, Your Majesty.

No... there is no animal or bird here too.

The sun is going to set.

Let's go back.

Okay, minister. Let's go back.

Stop! Look at the branch of the tree.

Oh yes! It seems as if a sage is meditating there.

I've a plan. - For what?

To disturb the sage and break his meditation.

No, Your Majesty. Don't do that.

It may be harmful to you.

He's a sage.

They can turn you into ashes with their curse.

You're a coward. Let's go back.

Do you remember the sage in the forest?

Yes, Your Majesty.

Make an announcement that whoever breaks his meditation...

...and brings him back to domestic life...

...will be awarded 100,000 gold coins by the king.

As you wish, Your Majesty.

Attention!

Our king Sukho Sen went for hunting one day...

The announcement of the king was heard by everybody...

...but nobody dared to break the sage's meditation.

But one lady accepted the challenge.

Your Majesty, I can break his meditation.

But, I need certain things.

Okay. What do you need?

Okay. You'll get everything.

I'll start today, Your Majesty. Goodbye.

The sage is very weak. He need nutritious food.

I'll make some Mohanbhog (sweet) for him.

Mohanbhog is ready.

I'll start my job now.

The young lady slowly fed the sage.

The sage felt stronger.

He opened his eyes, got up and asked the young lady...

Who are you, lady?

I'm a Gandharva (heavenly being) lady. I've come here to learn meditation.

Will you teach me how to meditate? - Of course, I will.

He started teaching her how to meditate.

But gradually he fell in love with her.

Beautiful lady, I love you. I want to marry you.

Do you have any objection?

I've accepted you as my husband from the very first day.

But I couldn't say anything as I was scared of you.

The sage married the young lady.

They had a son.

When their son grew up the young lady said...

Lord, our son is growing up.

It's time to get him educated.

Let's go back and live with people in the society.

Okay, let's go.

The lady cleverly brought the sage and her son to Kalinga.

They reached the streets of Kalinga.

Lord, this is Kalinga.

I've heard that the king is very benevolent.

Let's go to him. - Okay, let's go.

Aren't you the same lady? Who is he?

He's my husband, the sage.

He's our son.

So, the sage is leading a domestic life now.

Finally the sage has broken his meditation.

Give me 100,000 gold coins that you promised.

I've kept my word and broken the sage's meditation.

Sinner! Offender!

You conspired to break my meditation?

No one can save you from me today.

No one.

Help! - Please help!

Help! - Please help!

The sage destroyed the city with his anger.

King, who is responsible for the destruction of the city?

The king, the minister or the young lady?

All three of them are equally guilty.

The king conspired to break the king's meditation.

The minister and the lady supported the king.

As per our agreement I'm going away.
