US Attorney General Jeff Sessions is ruled that immigration judges have no inherent authority

to dismiss cases, provoking an outcry from immigration law groups.

Joining me to talk about this is Brigida Santos.

Brigida, in the ruling, Sessions for bad immigration judges for dismissing cases is an act of judicial

discretion.

We've had that around for a long time where a judge can use some discretion.

Tell us about that.

Well, unlike the federal judiciary system, the Department of Justice is responsible for

adjudicating all immigration cases in the United States.

Historically, however, like you said, immigration judges have used their discretion to dismiss

immigration cases that they believe are a waste of time, or those that need more time.

Sessions, though, has ruled that the immigration judges have no authority to dismiss cases

unless the Department of Homeland Security asks them to, or unless an immigrant is granted

legal status, or can prove that they're in the United States legally.

So, he's taking away judges powers here.

Well, the criticism that's been coming out, I guess, the rationale for this has been that

there's been this political movement, and that the judge's discretion is more based

on politics than anything else.

That's what we're seeing here.

This ruling has come under sharp criticism from the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

You can imagine this is what they do every day.

This is their job.

They're saying, this is wrong.

What did they have to say about it?

What is their big criticism of this?

Well, they say that the ruling is actually a political move to minimize the authority

of immigration judges in their own court rooms, and to improperly use the courts as an extension

of White House law enforcement policies.

So, they're claiming that the White House is doing the same thing that they're being

accused of.

That the association says Sessions move will result in a huge backlog of cases.

And they accuse the Attorney General of trying to limit the independence of judges.

You know what we're seeing more and more Brigida, I don't know if you're seeing it introduced

into this discussion, but I certainly am.

And that is that the new discussion is well, look what's happening in London, look what's

happening in Paris.

Look what's happening in Sweden where they have lost control over immigration.

I'm hearing that argument more and more, and I'm actually hearing it from the DOJ, Sessions

is now buying into the argument that we're hearing from Trump that says, that you're

losing your culture in Sweden, you're losing your culture in Paris and in London.

I don't know that if you really analyze that that it's really accurate.

But that's an argument to justify these types of rulings that we're hearing more and more.

Sessions is currently considering whether asylum seekers are entitled to bond hearings.

Think about that.

Are they even entitled bond hearings?

But what would happen if Sessions were able to decide that immigrants don't have any eligibility

for any kind of hearings at all?

What's your take?

Well, Sessions decides that immigrants aren't eligible for bond hearings, thousands of people

are going to end up behind bars for extended periods of time while they wait for legal

proceedings.

We're essentially saying that you are guilty until proven innocent.

Brigida, in this decision, the next step is rigorous, a very rigorous effort by Sessions

to undermine judicial independence.

That's what this is about.

To say that a judge has no discretion.

When you minimize that type of independence, and you begin by saying, well, we're going

to let an immigration court do that.

I think we're going to start seeing that infect the whole judiciary more and more with this

administration's leanings, what's your take?

Absolutely, Sessions and the Trump administration do not want immigration cases dismissed, they

do not want any leniency shown to the undocumented.

And by asserting his authority here, Sessions is just doubling down on the administration's

war on immigrants.

Yeah, and I think we're going to see it.

Right now, we have this thing with Sessions trying to make up to Trump in a lot of ways.

I think this is the way he makes it up.

source set these were supposed to only be sold at Toys R Us but that was before

Toys R Us disappeared so before Toys R Us betrayed us I miss

Toys R Us ok so here we have magnetic destruction so it looks like when the

trainer Don gets close the door pops off the helicopter you got

really cool set down there - awesome let's open it up and check it out and

then we could also scan it into our app okay so let's check out exactly what was

in this package before we actually open it up so that is what you get in the

package you see the trainer Don's wing is folded so that is a huge trend on

okay guys so our park is all set up we have the Jurassic Park gates in the

background there with a drastic world fallen Kingdom custom-painted Dino

breaking out of the gates that is a custom painted chompin t-rex from the

Legacy Collection it is painted to look like the Diablo t-rex so I did a full

review that but guys I love this copter I mean Mattel has taken everything

basically that I wanted from when I was a kid and put it into their toys this is

a feature I've wanted in every helicopter set I reviewed check this out

a button to turn the rotors I mean I've wanted that in so many

videos I mean you always have to turn the rotors by hand but Mattel came

through there too just like there are thrash and throw t-rex all the features

this has is features I've wanted since I was a kid but besides that let's go

ahead and check out the other features because just copter has some really cool

features ah we'll take a quick look at the Tran it

on first because we're gonna be using the trainer on to show you the other

features of the helicopter so this is a huge trainer done guys we'll go ahead

and scan it in in a moment I'll take a picture of the skin point it's got

flapping wings this is the biggest trinit on I've seen

for fallen kingdom I mean take a look at this it's like twice the length of my

hand and it is really cool-looking you could open and close the mouth the mouth

here has a magnet which is what you're gonna use to rip off the door and the

windshield really cool-looking trinit on the wings do fold so if you have to

store it somewhere and you don't want the wings to get damaged or if you just

want smaller things it looks kinda funny but hey and here is look there is the

skin point if you want to pull it off the video but I will provide you guys a

picture in a little bit I just wanted to show you guys this because I'm gonna

need it to show the features so here we have it has like a pixie glass

windshield so the tranny Don's gonna attack and the moon drip off the

windshield helicopters trying to get away rotors are turning like furious and

the Trinitite rips the side off the helicopter pulls the no more chopper

okay ah and this does also have some other features so first of all you've

got like a rescue hook here and on the sides here the characters can hold on to

the rescue hook give me one moment

like I said sorry guys I am sick so I am a little bit slower today than I

normally would be and the copter could take off with the guy hanging from the

bottom of the copter and then you could reel him up with the winch

P say it's moving moving easier before

so reel him all the way up and save him cool now let's go ahead and take a look

at the copter itself this is a really cool-looking detailed copter you have

the flight stick up here you have a seat here which will actually hold in your

character so if you're flying it upside down or sideways your characters not

gonna fall out you have two seats here in the back which I don't think any of

the characters will fit in ah the door it just snapped back in here really nice

and easily and the windshield also snaps in here really nice and easy I was told

by one of my viewers they've seen this for sale at their local Walmart if any

of you guys know anything about that let me know because I don't know Mattel's

sent this to me and from what I understood it was not on the shelves yet

so hopefully the destructor sores will be coming to Walmart and other stores

because there is several sets and they have some really cool ones but they are

super expensive on eBay so this is like a jet type helicopter big Jurassic world

logo on the front here what is this thing it doesn't move but ah it almost

looks like some type of weapon type system over there you got the hook here

the winch turns the winch will wind up when you turn this right here so you can

see it is winding up okay what other features this step well

I don't know but like I said I love the spinning rotor I mean when I seen that I

was like yes and finally this is the first helicopter toy I've reviewed so

many this is the first one I ever seen with the button for the rotors that is

awesome so just that feature there would have made me buy this but it does also

come with a cool little pilot he's got like shades a hat on it says Jurassic

world on his uniform right there so once again the pilot does fit in here and he

flies the helicopter as you can see there he fits really nicely that hook is

holding him so you could turn it sideways up down side down and shake it

and he will not fall off

let's go ahead and skiing it in first start up the app is called Jurassic

world back brings you to the game

and then you go ahead and hit skin and skin right off the picture I gave which

is exactly what I did okay so this is Tran around three of seven and he is

Mike Presents a 360° Tour of Our New Facility - Duration: 11:47.

good afternoon I'm Mike Neundorfer and I'm here in front of our new facility

which is just a couple blocks from our old facility in Willoughby which is

near Cleveland Ohio we're very excited about how far we've been able to come we

bought the building last fall went through an accelerated design and build

process and upgraded many aspects of this building so I invite you to come in

now and welcome so take a look around one of our main production areas

this area has wash bays we've enlarged two of the door so we can get Class A B

or C motorhomes in for service and upgrade we have five lifts in total two

lifts for electrical in front of the electrical list is all the inventory for

electrical our technicians are craftspeople load the wheeled tables

with the tools and equipment they need along side the vans so everything is

closed every station has their own tools the crafts guys that work here designed

the space for lean 5s so next to the electrical is the plumbing area again

with a very lean set up the same as electrical with inventory ahead and

moving tables so those four lifts are essentially

production lifts toward the back wall near the entrances is a fifth lift which

is wider for Class C motorhomes and we use that for installing our air

conditioners upgrading suspension systems putting Levellers on and doing

other service and upgrade work behind the electrical and the plumbing areas

are where we do our tire work we mount and balance tires and in that

corner and directly behind the electrical is where we build our battery

systems we've always installed lithium batteries we've learned a ton in the

last six and a half years we now have three different lithium battery

offerings two 12 volt and one 48 volt system so those

are all built and tested before they go on the vans and then off of the main

production area is a configuration room that doubles as a conference area and

then adjacent to that is a customer lounge a client lounge where we have

refreshments and tables and a TV and Wi-Fi for clients to be able to rest the

bathrooms have been upgraded to include a shower and also a washer and dryer for

the our rental business and then we have our finish area we can put two or three

motor homes there for the finished process of installing paneling and beds

and chairs and and the other equipment that comes out of upholstery and

upholstery is open with double doors into the finish area and the finish area

has their own woodworking tools and and routers and many other tools they use

for final fit for finish installation now we're in our upholstery and sewing area

we do most of our own sewing and upholstery especially the creative

aspects we make all our own curtains here we have several machines for sewing

binding of carpeting we make our custom beds using all-natural low VOCs foams we

have a full range of production possibilities this area is our rental

storage area and there are two reasons we rent motorhomes

one is so that prospective clients can have a long-term experience in our

off-the-grid motor homes and the other thing is it gives us a use temporarily

for clients motorhomes that we purchase back refit them upgraded the software

and and resold them ultimately but in the meantime we make them available for

rental so this is where we store rental motorhomes and escape marshes and my

temporary until now I understand it's up for sale but our temporary test

motorhome this area is set up for many purposes right now as you can see there

are racks for storage we have test couches so clients can

actually test the different types of materials that we were use in bed

mattress pretty much everybody if they're not out walking or running for

lunch comes into this area we take an hour for lunch and it's a time when we

can talk about personal things family and I enjoy the conversations that we

have in this area over lunch time so this is a Hydrodip area Hydrodip is a

process where you float a film of a pattern on the top of water and use

surface tension and in a very precise motion to dip a part through and pick up

the pattern we had problems with trying to find a vendor that would do the

quality we needed we had an opportunity to purchase the equipment

it's a highly skilled process and one of the things that makes Rick so good at it

is he's a he spent years and years in doing very high-end painting so we're

excited to have this year we're doing some outside work we've done motorcycle

tanks we've done gun parts we've done alternator cases speaker cases so we're

just getting started with this and it's nice to be able to do quality work on

hydrodip for our clients and also kind of good to support the community in

doing hydrodip for other projects we call this area pre cab because it's

where everything that happens before the cabinets are installed happens the first

thing we do in pre cabinet is to take all the trim off the doors the front the

top the the floor and that's when we apply the sound deadening materials

underneath those trim parts there are over a hundred pounds of noise deadening

materials applied at this point the rough wiring the wiring harnesses the

rough plumbing we follow with a Thinsulate insulation and a vapor

barrier the other thing we do in pre cab is we cut out and install windows we cut

out install air conditioners fans and skylights we call this area welding but

much more than welding goes on here there's development that goes on here

there's cutting or different types of welding a lot of metalwork we build our

beds here we build our running boards here a huge number of components that

are metal either aluminum steel or other metals it's done here you'll see Dave

actually welding one of our beds now the beds are mostly aluminum to save weight

but on some of the structural parts that are bolted onto the aluminum frame we

make them out of steel so it's a it's a hybrid material with much attention to

how the different metals are fastened together we could get this metal work

done by subcontractors outside but everything we do were asking the

question how can we make it better if a client wants an articulating bed of some

type or something else that needs to be designed we have several people that can

work with it excellent designers that can creatively with quality come up with

new ideas so take a look around our CNC 3-axis router area in this area we cut

all the cabinet parts the subfloors we cut plastic on this we've cut metal on

it we've cut some fabrics on it Ian who who's the head of this does a

lot of the programming he works with our engineers and does all the parts ahead

of when they're needed it's it's a better process we're happy to have Ian

and the CNC machine we're standing here between the CNC machine and the cabinet

shop we call it a cabinet shop but it's really a fine furniture shop and we have

much broader capabilities than throwing together cabinets you can see here some

of the equipment we have is redundant so that we have the ability to work in

parallel as we build and cut the guys pretty much have their own specialties

but then then they trade off so you can see here that Rob is working on a on a

piece going back and forth from using the chop saw and other people here we've

caught in the act of working so you get a sense of what

goes on in here we take a lot of pride and a uniqueness of the quality and the

ability to custom design our furniture that is installed in the motorhomes many

of our clients come back and say I'd like a little cubby here under the bed

or I'd like partition in this drawer and then we ask ourselves is this something

we should offer to other clients and oftentimes it is because the best ideas

come from clients in the conversation between the client and the crafts person

ideas ideas improve that it's a it's an improvement process so when you talk

about how to build it and you talk about what the function is and then that

conversation leads to better ways to meet more objectives and better ways to

build it and better ways to make it more beautiful and this is a lot of fun so as

the cabinet's are finished they're staged on the shelves as they would be

installed in the van and then the the motorhomes coming from pre cab are

staged in this area and this is where we install the cabinet's these cabinets are

installed with structural connections so that the cabinet's actually key into the

metal of the vans and they're not just screwed and bolted in they're

structurally tied into the motorhome so here we have a couple of motorhomes in

different stages of installation goes from here to electrical for electrical

finish then moves into plumbing for plumbing finish and then Levellers and

vb air suspension if that hasn't been done earlier in the process and then the

van goes over to finish the custom panels and the furniture and the

upholstered beds and seats and other things we have a design actually for an

office renovation and a preliminary design it's going to be at the main door

we're going to make the entrance a little bit further out put a coffee shop

lounge in the front adjacent to our offices and we'll do that as soon as

we have the money to do it we spent a lot of time and money and effort

designing and creating our production areas to make them as lean as possible

everybody that was in those areas was it was involved with that I'm really proud
