You know, there's something I love to bring up and I've been bringing it up for two years

and I'm probably going to continue to bring it up because at the time it seems so absurd

that it was a necessary to call it out and in the two years since then, we've been proven

right at every turn and that is that Ivanka Trump was never going to be the voice of reason

within the Trump administration and what we're finding out now, and we've been finding this

out again for the last two years, you know, every month she is just as corrupt and deceitful

and disgusting as her father.

And here's why I say that.

As we all know, news broke this weekend that Ivanka Trump's name is actually on a shortlist

to potentially become the new leader of the World Bank.

Ivanka Trump might become the leader of the World Bank.

She has no experience in this, no expertise, no real knowledge to speak of on this issue,

but sure, what the hell, because nothing even matters anymore.

Sticker on the Damn Bank and let's bring on the apocalypse, right?

Well, according to a new report by Propublica, Ivanka has been involved in many of the business

dealings with the Trump organization where they actively defrauded investors.

That is just one of the many reasons why this woman has no place, not only obviously not

serving on the World Bank, uh, but also not being a part of this administration in any

way.

She was directly involved in efforts to defraud investors into the Trump organization and

properties that they were developing.

This includes, and this is the list for propublica projects in the Dominican Republic, Fort Lauderdale,

last vegas, Panama, Soho, Tampa, Toronto, Baja Republic of Georgia and Waikiki.

Those are all projects where it was either directly Ivanka or it was either directly

Donald Trump, where they lied to the investors about how many units had been sold, about

how many people were investing into that particular property.

Nothing that Ivanka were.

Donald told these people was actually true, but based on their word, they got more people

to come in and invest.

That is fraud, that is illegal, and that is something that would land the average human

being in this country in prison.

And instead it propelled these two morons to the White House.

And here's the thing, here's the reasons stories like this are just now popping up and they

didn't pop up a decade ago about the Trump organization is a privately held company.

You know, the board of directors essentially consists of the Trump family.

They're all involved in it now, if this were a public company, a publicly traded company,

there would be other human beings on that board of directors who would be able to say,

hold the hell up.

You're lying to people about this and this is going to get us all in a lot of trouble.

But since it is a private company, they didn't have to do that.

They didn't have to share this fraud with anybody else or let them know what they were

doing.

And because a lot of times the investors didn't even realize they were being defrauded at

the time, hey, no harm no foul.

Right?

And that is why they were able to get away with this for so long.

But now that they've thrust themselves into the public spotlight, people are actually

starting to look into what happened with their businesses and yes, some of these instances

there have been lawsuits about they have either litigated them quietly or settled them even

more quietly, made people sign nondisclosures and all that.

So this didn't leak out to the press, but it's too late for all of that.

Ivanka Trump actively aided her father in committing fraud with their business, and

as such, neither of them have any business still being seated in the White House.

They both belong in federal penitentiaries, not just for any of the other investigations

that are going on, but if you just look at the fraud they committed within their own

company, that alone is enough to put them both in jail.

Vegetarian Zuppa Toscana Recipe - Easy Winter Soup Recipe - Duration: 5:51.

what is up everybody this is Lyle don't hit me BBQ and a while back I was asked

to do a recipe on Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana soup and since then I bet

somebody asked me for a vegetarian recipe of that same suit the writ the

ingredients I'm going to be using are all kind of fresh ingredients I think

they're going to come together to make a great soup come on in take a look at the

ingredients I will be having the ingredients that I'm using for my

vegetarian Zuppa Toscana soup in the description below should you want to

copycat this recipe anyway we're going to be using some red pepper flakes

fennel salt pepper sugar I'm going with some red peppers which I didn't have in

my original recipe as a matter of fact I didn't have the crushed red pepper in my

original recipe either we're gonna be going with some garlic diced zucchini

some mushrooms that I have quarter sort of like that white onion this diced some

potatoes that are diced kind of in that fashion right there some vegetable stock

as opposed to chicken stock because we are trying to make this vegetarian we're

going with a bunch of kale right here heavy cream as opposed to the

half-and-half because we want to bulk it up a little bit since we're not getting

any of the fat from the bacon or the Italian sausage and we're going with

some olive oil to cook some of these vegetables down those are our

ingredients the first thing I need to do is start cooking some of these

vegetables so let's get started olive oil our onions

a red pepper our zucchini get our garlic in these about another now these

vegetables have been cooking for about five minutes I am going to go ahead and

add the rest of our seasoning to it so we got our salt a salt and pepper a red

pepper flakes and our fennel seeds and I'm going to go ahead and let this cook

for about another five minutes so another five minutes have gone by I've

had a chance to taste it and looks like all those seasonings that we put in I

really start to get infused in this now I'm gonna go ahead and add my potatoes a

vegetable stock now and I want the vegetable stock to cover all the

potatoes

all right so there we go we're gonna go ahead and let this simmer for about 20

minutes before we add our kale and our heavy cream this had a chance to simmer

for about 15 minutes I tasted one of our potatoes they're starting to get

softened up we're gonna go ahead and add our kale we're going to kind of let this

kind of cook down a bit and through the magic of time about two minutes have

gone by that kale is starting to get wilted up in here we're gonna go ahead

and add our heavy cream and we are not going to be shy about that to be our

last step right here let the soup cook down for about another 15 20 minutes

somewhere in that time frame it's got all thick it's got all

delicious now it's just time to go ahead scoop some of this up and see how this

compares to the full meat version time to see if this vegetarian version was

worth the time and effort

love the flavor about the kale and all the vegetables in there just as good as

the last one if not a little better I'd say lucky said definitely my heart here

a little bit more in there definitely liked it you know I'm gonna say that I

don't miss the meat much at all I did go ahead off-camera and add a

little bit more salt with pepper which is always gonna be the taste and then I

did throw in a little bit more of that fennel just to kind of give it that kind

of a sausage taste to it but I'm telling you this is not you know definitely not

a healthy version of this soup but it is a vegetarian version of this soup so

pedestrian hippie my vegetarian vegan hippie out there listen I couldn't make

this because it just would not come out the way I needed it to but I tried my

best at least get you in the ballpark if you want to take this vegan there you go

5 Things To Keep In Mind When Gathering Testimonials - Duration: 7:52.

Hey, it's Clarence and coming to you from the home office today. Say what's up

any amount of time, then you probably know I was in radio broadcasting for

about 10 years. Yeah, I believe about 10 years and I've got all this cool memorabilia

from that time. George Clinton's in the other room. Not the real George Clinton

- an original concert poster. We've got some Bone Thugs around here and Isaac

Hayes and I mean just, this was an wesome time. So anyway, in case you

were wondering why I have a Willie, why Willie is on my back.

That's not what I wanted to talk about today. Today I wanted to talk about

reputation because it's a big, big deal. You know,

all of your customers, clients or patients, everybody has a megaphone nowadays.

And one of the things that people always ask is "How do I

ethically get more reviews?" And really it comes down to asking for it. You have a lot. I

see a lot going on, but people getting, you know, 5,000 5-star reviews and you

know that well, that's not real. You know, you've got call centers that are just

calling until somebody gives you a review. You want to call a couple of

times, that's fine. But there are some people taking it really to the extreme.

What I wanted to do was just give you five true things to consider when

you're getting reviews. And number one is -- don't give prizes. I know that that is

something that marketers have come up with and kind of sold you on this. Give

us a review and we'll put you in the drawing for a $10 gift card or whatever.

That is so 1999. Or it's 2019 now, so I can say that is so 2016. It's pretty old.

Stop doing it. You want your reviews to be sincere. I don't

understand why so many business owners want to have fabricated reviews.

Get the real deal. This is an opportunity for you to make a change. If

you need to make a change, right? And you know, just do good by people

and get real reviews. Now what you do want to do is when you send the email

out to ask for a review or maybe you ask for review while they're at the front desk,

your front desk ask for them - "hey, we're going to send you an email" - in that email, put links to

specific sites that you want reviews from. Don't leave it up to them. If you

leave it up to them, they're not going to leave you a review because, you know,

they're so.. what was the statistic? There's like 60 percent of

people, 70 percent of people would leave a review they're just not asked. But ask

them and give them a link to a specific review place. If it's Home Advisors that

is top for you, and not necessarily Google … I know Google is big

for everybody, but you want to have Google. Give them three options. Google.

Home Advisors. Facebook is really big now. So give them three options that they can

go and give you a review. Now, when you get the reviews, add them to your site.

That is one thing that I see hardly anyone doing. You should have a review on

every single one of your service pages. Okay? So that relates to that service. So

if you do oil changes, had one or two reviews on oil changes. If you do, um, braces,

orthodontia, (I like the word orthodontia…) Then have one or two

reviews about that, that particular product or service on that page, because

this is what's happening in the mind of your visitor. They visit the page, they're

kind of looking at you. They're, you know, they're evaluating you and they're

evaluating this service. You want to get into the conversation that's already

in their head. Do I need this service? Is it worth it?

Are these people trustworthy? What? Oh my goodness, there is a review about this

service, about these people being trustworthy, about them being glad that

they did it, about them saying, Hey, I was skeptical, but I did it anyway and I feel

awesome. So specific reviews for specific pages and definitely, you know, somewhere

on the home page or whatever -- get one or two reviews that are,

that are general if you have those. So let your people give you a review and you know,

and take the ones that are specific to products and services to put those on

the page. Don't want to beat that up. But that's really good. It's called social

proof. Hey, if you see me looking up, I'm looking at my notes to make sure

that I give you the five that I wanted to give you and just not

go off on a rant because you know, that's really easy to do. One thing to make sure

is that the FTC Federal Trade Commission, they're serious about claims. So

one thing you don't want to do is say, you know, unsubstantiated claims. Like we

have a review from a client that got I think it was $300,000

in a year from consulting them on their AdWords,

right? So that's great and we can prove that. But what we don't want to do is say

"$300,000 in 12 months." you know, when you add

that "12," it's risky enough to just say this amount of money or this

result. But if you say this result and this time, then you're really asking for

it. And I think a lot of Facebook ads you can't even run if the landing page

has some type of claim like that. So just kind of, you want to be careful about

the claim. Now also, if you can use the picture, it's better. Picture, name, and

city. If you can do all of that, that's better. You know, you used to have the

first name and then dot "s" -- right? And last name or last initial if

you have to. Some people just want to, some people don't want to stay completely

anonymous, but they don't want you putting all their business out there.

Which I don't know why ... everybody knows everybody's business nowadays. But if you

can get name, a picture, and city -- you're golden. If you can get a video, you're

golden. Because if you get a video, you can take the video, you can take out the

audio, you can make text out of what they said, you know you have written

a testimonial there. So video is king. Second to that would be written.

Video. Written. And then use picture if you can. A full name if you can, if not, use

the "S." If not, use just the first name and then definitely the city. Okay? So, five

things. Five things and I'm going to let you go. If that helped you then pass it on.

A little goodwill. Nothing wrong with a little goodwill. Right, Willie? Pass it
