Trump Officials Get MASSIVE Raises As Government Shutdown Continues - Duration: 3:48.

So the federal government obviously still shut down right at this moment.

Donald Trump has made it clear that he's okay with this dragging on for weeks or months.

We have about 400,000 federal workers out of the 800,000 who are not getting any pay

whatsoever.

They have been furloughed.

They're not going into work.

The rest of them are going to work, but still not being paid for it.

But there is a slim chance that some of them will receive some back pay.

And I think that's part of the problem a lot of people think is that, oh, all these furloughed

workers, they're going to get back pay.

They're going to get made up for all this time.

Most of them do not.

In fact, the vast majority of them do not get any money for this time whatsoever.

Even if they've been working.

A couple of weeks ago, right before the end of the year, Donald Trump signed an executive

order that said that federal workers for the year 2019 will not be receiving their customary

race.

There's just not enough money in the budget to do it.

And I bring that up to bring up this point.

As of this past Saturday, January fifth, 20, 19 top administration officials within the

Trump administration, each got roughly $10,000 in bonuses including Vice President Mike Pence,

or not bonus, excuse me, pay raises, including Mike Pence, who just got a $13,000 a year

race.

We have 800,000 federal workers who aren't getting paid, about half of whom are still

having to work without being paid.

The rest of federal workers in the United States by executive order are not even allowed

to get a raise this year.

And yet the people running Trump's administration, cabinet officials, vice president pence, they're

all getting at least $10,000 in raises.

We read this here, cabinet secretaries making $199,700 per year are going to see their pay

jump to 2010 or 200.

10,000, excuse me, $700 annually.

Deputy secretaries are going to have an increase from 179,000 to 189,000.

And pence is leaping from 230,000 to $243,000 per year.

So all of these corrupt jackasses that Trump has put into these cabinet positions, each

one of them is about to start bringing home an extra $10,000 a year.

And here's how this happened.

Back in 2013, Congress passed a law, a one year law that they've renewed every year since

then saying that we're not going to give raises to these top cabinet officials and the vice

president will this year because of the shutdown.

They were a little preoccupied and they weren't able to renew that piece of legislation for

the year.

And that is why these people are getting these raises right now.

They're getting these raises at a time when the government is entering the third law,

a longest shutdown that it's ever seen in its entire history at a time when federal

workers through an executive order by Trump himself, won't be getting any raises whatsoever.

This year.

Meaning their pay is not going to keep up with inflation.

Their buying power is going to decrease, but not for these already wealthy individuals

running our federal government.

No, they're each going to be pulling in roughly an extra thousand dollars every single month

for continuing to destroy the institutions which they oversee.

W10185612 - Replacing Your Maytag Fridge's Drawer Slide Screw - AP4511584, PS2376493 - Duration: 8:24.

Hi my name is Bill and today I will be showing you how to replace the drawer

slide screw in your refrigerator. The reason why I might have to do this is

because the screw is broken or damaged, or because the slide is loose in the fridge.

For this repair, we'll be using a quarter-inch nut driver and a Phillips

head screwdriver.

Warning: Before doing any repairs, please disconnect your power source.

So this is the refrigerator we're going to be using for this demonstration.

It's a Maytag, and keep in mind yours at home might be a little bit different

than what we have here put the same technique you should still apply.

So what we're going to do is open both of our doors up, and now I want to take drawers out

and those just slide straight out. And now we're going to take the shelf out

carefully. This shelf is just a glass shelf so we don't want to drop it or

damage it in any way. Now we'll take out the middle shelf support and now we'll

go to the bottom. We can take the pantry drawer out here and again that just

slides straight out. And now we'll take out this piece of glass right here,

another shelf, and you just want to be careful again not to damage it.

And now what

we're going to do is we're going to take these trim pieces out. So those just slide

right back and we'll push down on them, and they pop right off. And same thing on

this side, just pops out pushing it down a little bit and pulling it back

and it snaps out. And now we're going to remove the two screws holding this

support down.

And with those screws out, you can just lift up and pull this out, and there's a

support behind that which you can also pull out as well. Now I can pick up this

shelf support and take it out.

Now you'll see on the drawer slide, we've got a

screw on the front but our back screw is missing. So the next thing we need to do is

we need to take this screw off with a pantry support and once that screw is

off, you can lift up on the support and then pull it straight back. And the

reason why we had to take this entire support off was if you'll look right

here, there's a bracket that holds this screw into place on this side, and

luckily we have the bracket on this side and that'll just go back in there and

then we can screw it into place. Now you can grab your new OEM replacement drawer

slide screw. If you don't have one already, you can find it on our online

store. So now you just put your screw into place and you hold the bracket from

the other side, and screw that in.

Now I'll put the support back in and slide it all the way back and drop into the slots

there like so. So now I'll put this metal guard in first and lift up the support

here, and set the guard in just like that. Now we can put this in and we're going

to make sure that this lever here goes into a slot right there, and you'll see

the gray slide that moves back and forth. So when you put that into the slide,

you're just going to want to make sure it lines up.

And then just make sure that

these two tabs go into the slots there. Test out your slide and once you've made

sure that all works, you can screw it down.

Now I'll put the glass shelf back

in place, and then I'll set right on that support there. Now we can put the bottom

shelf back in and you just want to make sure that the door glide goes up and

into its space. And everything should open and close nice and easy, just like

that. And now to put this back in place, all we have to do is line up that long

slot there and click the long piece there. And this slot right here with these two

tabs is where this longer part goes. That sits in there, and the other part on the

bottom should slide straight in and it'll snap into place.

Now we'll put our

shelf back into place and you're going to want to make sure that the rounded end

that has the cutout back here goes towards the back. And once you've got it

in place, it should sit on both the supports on either end. And now we can

put our glass shelf back into place.

Dangling it because the doors are wide, and once you've got it in there, gently

set it on the shelf just like that. Now we're going to put our crisper drawers

back in, and what you're going to want to do is just make sure the wheels on

either side line up with the track there, so it slides in nice and easy. Same thing

on this side: I'm just lining up those wheels with the track and you'll see

right there it wasn't lined up so it didn't go in, try it again. And there we

go. Now we can close the refrigerator doors and your repair is complete.

2 Almost Kidnapped True Horror Stories Read By Strangers - Duration: 6:32.

This was in 1998, I was five and my brother was two, we'd just moved to a house in a village

with our parents.

I remember we were outside.

My Mom was pregnant with our little sister at the time, so she was just sitting and resting

her legs on a chair, sunbathing while me and my brother played around in the yard.

It was late summer, and there were loads of flowers near the road.

I convinced my brother to come with me so we could pick a bouquet and give to our mom,

he thought it was a great idea and happily ran out to the flowers and started picking

the ones he liked best.

I walked a few steps behind him and also picked out the flowers that I liked and had started

to assemble a bouquet when I heard a voice behind me.

I turn around and look up, to see a man with a big white beard, smiling widely towards

me and my brother.

I was raised to be polite towards people, so when he said hello I answered with a hello

back.

I continued to assemble the flowers.

The man then told me that he'd been looking for me and my brother, because his wife had

told him to bring home two children just like us.

She had bought too much ice-cream and didn't know what to do with it.

I might have been raised to be polite, but I wasn't a naive child and was pretty cocky

as well.

I replied to him, saying he was lying and that he needed to get the away from us.

I just felt there was something fishy about him.

He then started to get more physical and was trying to usher me and my brother towards

his bike.

Before I could fully realize what is happening, he tried to lift up my brother up and put

him on his bike.

My brother screams out in fear, while I stepped between them and yelled loudly, NO.

My mom then heard the commotion, stood up from her chair and yelled towards the man,

asked what the hell he thought he was doing.

The man faced me, smirked and ran to his bike, speeding away from there as quickly as he

could.

My mom then came down to us, trying to calm my little brother who was now crying and frozen

in fear.

Me...

I was just pissed.

I didn't fully grasp what he was trying to do until a few years later.

When I was around 11 years old a man was trying to take my ice-cream at a gas station in a

joking way.

I thought that something was off about him.

My mother then came and pulled me away from him.

When we were in the car she asked me if I remembered the time that a man almost kidnapped

me and my brother.

I remembered it very well…

This is when I finally realized what I was a part of, and what it could have turned into…

6 years ago, I was a sophomore in high school.

My high school was about a ten-fifteen minute walk every morning.

Most of the time I had to leave at about 6:30 AM to get there at 7AM if I wanted to get

through security and still make it to class on time.

It was early in the school year around October or November.

I was getting ready to leave my house when I saw my aunt struggling to take the laundry

bags outside.

We were renting a house at the time and the nearest Laundromat was about a block away.

I figured I had enough time to help her load the laundry cart and as she was getting ready

to leave, I gave her a hug and walked in the other direction.

That's when I saw him.

He was huge.

Holding some sort of a duffel bag..

He was almost six feet tall, wide built and wore a hat, a grey jacket, blue jeans, and

sneakers.

He stood about fifteen feet away from me.

I remember locking my gate and walking toward his direction, making sure not to make eye

contact.

I did this when I walked by any male.

I have this defensive nature due to my past experiences.

Suddenly he dropped his duffel bag, outstretched his arms like he was waiting for me to run

into them, and said "give me a hug, baby girl.

You look so good."

I turned around and looked at my aunt who thankfully had not left yet.

She asked me if I knew this man.

When I said no, she told me to get into the house immediately.

I turned around and bolted to my front door.

As I did, so did he.

He almost caught me by the back of my shirt when my aunt and I forced the door shut.

I felt both adrenaline and fear running through me like I'v never felt before.

The man started banging on the door with both of his fists, yelling:

"Next time mommy won't save you.

I know where you live.

I'll be back, I'll get you."

My aunt called the cops while all of this was happening.

After about a minute or two the man grunted, took our laundry that my aunt had left outside,

and ran away.

After some time, we realized he took it halfway down the block, opened the bags, and dumped

some of the clothes in the middle of the street.

I'm not sure why he did this.. but finding a pile of your clothes in the middle of the

street is very unsettling.

The cops took about half an hour to get to me, which I thought was ridiculous since they

were less than two minutes away.

They took my statement, but told me that it wasn't much help.

I made sure to be dropped off at school for some time after this incident..

I often replay the same entire morning in my head..

Every few months or so..

Thank god my aunt was there..

Had she not been there, I wouldn't have been able to get the door open in time.

What could have happened after that, I don't want to know..
