-It's our first show of 2019, everybody.

[ Cheers and applause ]

And the government shutdown is entering its third week

with no end in sight. [ Light laughter ]

Right now, it's tough to say what will last longer,

the government shutdown

or your neighbor's Christmas decorations.

I don't know. [ Laughter, cheers, applause ]

But President Trump is refusing to end the shutdown

until he gets $5 billion for a border wall.

The Democrats have a plan. They're gonna make Trump

wear one of the those blindfolds from "Bird Box"

and just tell him there's a wall.

"Don't take it off! Don't take it off!"

"Is that a wall?"

[ Laughter ]

"It feels more like a fence, I think."

[ Laughter ]

The other day, Trump spoke about the shutdown at an event

with Republican leader Kevin McCarthy.

Now, Trump had a little trouble remembering Kevin's name.

Take a look at this.

-And there was progress today. I look forward to solving it.

-Thank you, Steve.

[ Laughter ]

-"Steve is short for Steven, which is basically Kevin."

He called Kevin "Steve."

And I think Trump's been trying to find a guy named Steve

for a long time. Watch this.

They lost him backstage.

-"Where is he? Where's Steve?"

[ Laughter ]

Well, guys, due to the shutdown, TSA agents are not getting paid,

and on Friday, 170 of them

didn't show up to work at JFK Airport.

It got awkward when passengers got to security,

and they had to pat down themselves.

"Hey, watch it! Watch it there, buddy."

That's right, 170 TSA agents at JFK Airport called in sick.

But, thankfully, at LaGuardia, their one TSA agent showed up.

[ Laughter ] So, yeah.

"Steve? Are you Steve?"

[ Laughter ]

But this whole shutdown is about the wall,

and this weekend, Trump decided to tweet about it

using a meme inspired by "Game of Thrones."

Did you see this? Check it -- This is real.

It said, "The wall is coming." [ Laughter ]

And Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer responded to Trump

by tweeting, "Enough with the memes."

This is true. But Trump didn't stop.

He doubled down on using popular memes.

Next, he tweeted the meme of a kid pumping his fist that said,

"That feeling when your meme makes Chuck Schumer mad."

[ Laughter ]

Then Schumer replied with a meme of Grumpy Cat that said, "Stop."

[ Laughter ]

Then Trump replied by tweeting, "Ermagherd, I terld yer,

yer ers berder werll memes real."

[ Laughter ]

And finally, Schumer tweeted,

"Click here if you want $5 billion for the wall."

Trump clicked on it, he saw this.

Ah, he fell for it. He got Rickrolled.

He got Rickrolled. He got Rickrolled.

[ Laughter ]

I read that an Arizona woman is accused of sending a man

more than 159,000 texts after they went on one date.

When asked why she did it, the woman was like,

"Why? Did he ask about me?"

[ Laughter ]

And finally, tonight was the season premiere

of "The Bachelor," and the new bachelor is Colton.

He's an ex-NFL player who says he's still a virgin.

Says it's a little old fashioned

but he just believes in waiting

until he finds the right 30 women.

The nature is magnificent, though the weather is often bad in Western Norway.

Traveling on these roads is fascinating.

It's a long way down to the sea.

There isn't much to catch the cars that end up on the edge.

Colliding with a big truck here, would be tragic.

We are now on the ferry from Tørvikbygd to Jondal.

We'll continue out the fjord to deliver our fish.

I'm born by the Hardanger Fjord, in Tørvikbygd. Five meters from the sea.

We fished from the pier when I was a kid. Dad went fishing when he had the time.

Fish has always been on our dinner table.

I bought a fish truck in 1987.

I started to transport live fish.

The roads here are narrow.

There is a lot of traffic here in the summer.

It makes it difficult for us who have to drive here,-

-who have to use these roads.

Many different kinds of vehicles come down the hills.

Many places are risky for driving.

The shape of the roads means you have to be careful.

As you can see, people don't care if the barrier is half a meter high or...

A car can easily go over the edge here.

You can't be daydreaming, you have to pay attention to what you're doing.

You have to pay attention to the road ahead. There is a bus up the hill.

I will try to find a passing point.

This is a good place. We'll stop here.

We transport a lot of halibut fry. Which is very valuable.

If we have 100 000 fish, it's worth between 3,5 and 4 million kroner.

Th oxygen is important. And we need to keep an eye on the water temperature.

If we have 200 kg or 230 kg fish in each tank,-

-it won't take more than 5 minutes when the water temperature is 13-14 degrees,-

-the fish could die on us. The margins are very small.

The nature is magnificent, though the weather is often bad in Western Norway.

Driving on these roads is fascinating.

It is thrilling and challenging to drive in places like this.

There has been hard work, long days and lots of challenges.

But I belong in Hardanger. This is where I was born, and this is where I'll die.

a robotic bottom that mimics a person sitting in a car after exercising

to help ensure Ford seats are built to last

A dummy bottom is attached to a Kuka robot

The bottom is heated to approximate human body temperature

The average person can produce up to 1.4 litres of sweat per hour when exercising

About a half litre of water is fed through the dummy to mimic perspiration

The sweat test ensures the seat stays free of surface damage over time

The sweaty "Robutt" sits on the seat 7,500 times

representing a decade of use

The test takes three days to complete

Hey good morning. It's Dr. James. I hope you're off to a beautiful start today. It's

great to see you. I'm so happy to lay eyes on you because this is something we - you

and I - need to hear today. And I don't know how you're feeling but according to

research most of us are feeling right now as we start to make our way into

this part of January where and all the Stoke and the inspiration the light and

all that awesome motivation we had on January 1st is kind of you know what it

may be teetering right now and it's not it's not our fault and really I want you

to know something it's actually more neurochemical than anything else

neuroplasticity is what's working against us right now if you had some

awesome ideas and some amazing visions and you were you are wicked excited you

know wicked I'm from New England so I used wicked a lot you're so excited

about what was possible and then right now you're going man I didn't upgrade

what do I do well what's happening is something

called neuroplasticity and that simply means our brain works to be efficient

and part of efficiency is what we've always known and rather than trying to

use energy to change the way we think or change the way we believe what's

possible we fall back into what we know be whether we want to or not it's just

it's just neuro chemical so if you want to break out of that old pattern that

old path the the old beliefs and you're finding yourself you know and this great

idea about how I wanted to show up for 2019 and how I was gonna be loving

myself and caring for myself and in really making impact in the world with a

level of courage and conviction and love that was you know beautifully

unreasonable but I'm finding myself starting to waver a little bit well

here's what you need to remember and here's what you and I can really really

dedicate ourselves to today and really set a new pattern a new path a new neuro

chemistry so often in this part of the year we've been leaning into willpower

and I want to tell you willpower doesn't work I mean it'll work

for a little while but eventually will or gives way to old patterns old beliefs

and what was easy and known before and then and then we fall back into the old

stuff irregardless of what we want to and what we just find ourselves back

there also like oh my gosh I I'm talking in old ways and I said I wouldn't do I'm

I'm eating in ways that I said I didn't want to eat anymore I'm not moving my

body and I said I was gonna move my body I'm not hugging you know I'm going for

handshakes versus the hugs all that stuff well here's what you need to know

and here's what you and I can practice today decorate your life with

possibilities it's so amazing we're willpower fades

willingness is what works and literally how does willingness works it means that

using the environment as medicine the type of media you're gonna you're gonna

watch every day or not watch I'm probably bit more importantly the people

that you want to decorate your life with I mean think about what it is that you

want to be around every single moment of your life

people who talk lovingly people who aspire people who are not afraid people

who are absolutely standing for love in light and you want to be in their

presence you want to be that person in their presence because environmental

medicine will heal you it'll lift you it'll raise you it it'll be the thing

that takes over your life and raises you to be who you came here to be January

first you woke up and you have this conviction January first you have this

mission it's no different than that the first moment you took your breath even

though you may not have been conscious spiritually you knew exactly who you

came here to be and over time over years over family patterns over the

environments that we were raised in we lost our way well you know what you are

old enough and you are bold enough to decorate your love with possibility so

today look around your life get courageous about how you're gonna

decorate what you want to be surrounded with let go of willpower move into

willingness allow your environment to be enlightened

medicine and allow it to carry you allow it to become you and allow it to never

let you forget how good how powerful how awesome beautiful and brilliant you are

because you are its have a beautiful day let's have a beautiful life let's rise

let's rock let's shine much love many blessings have an awesome day

What Nicolo Barella has said about a move amid Arsenal links - Duration: 3:41.

 Nicolo Barella would be open to a move to the Premier League amid reported interest from Arsenal and Chelsea

 Followed by a number of Europe's top clubs after his performances for Cagliari over the past few seasons, reports in Italy have claimed that Maurizio Sarri's side are very much interested in signing the midfielder as a replacement for Monaco-bound Cesc Fabregas

 However, it seems that they will have a fight on their hands if they are intent on luring the 21-year-old to the capital

 Napoli, Juventus and Roma, as well as both Milan clubs, have been linked with the Italian international recently, with Manchester United and Liverpool reported to be keen on Barella

 Arsenal have also been tipped to make a move for the player, although Di Marzio claim that if they do indeed launch a move it will be in the summer

 Expected to move on for over €50million when he departs I Rossoblu at some point in the near future, it would have to be big money for Cagliari to sell this month given they don't want to lose their star man midway through the season

 As a move will likely come to fruition if he continues to impress for club and country, Barella has previously revealed that he would be keen on a move to the Premier League if an opportunity arises

 "Cagliari has received offers and rejected them," he told Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport

"I am glad that I am still playing for the club that I am a supporter of. I feel at home here

 "In consultation with the chairman, we have chosen to ignore the proposals.  "I have not even considered them, Cagliari has always been my first choice

 "If I had to choose between the Serie A and the Premier League, I would go for England because I love the way they approach the game

 "Plus everyone there is just as irritable and prone to fouls as me!"  In a further interview about his future, the youngster admitted that he is fully focused on playing for Cagliari at present despite a number of big clubs registering their interest in the midfielder

 "I'm not the one who sorts out the transfers," added the Italian.  "It's the agents, presidents and clubs who do that

I only think about Cagliari and to stay up in the league. We'll see about the rest

 "The interest from big clubs is pleasing, and makes me proud. It means I'm doing the right things
